Claims (14)

1. A method for making a wash-durable, shrink-resistant knit garment, comprising the steps of:
boiling, dyeing and enzyme treating the knitted fabric;
padding the knitted fabric into resin finishing liquid, and controlling the padding liquid rate to be 50-100%;
drying the knitted fabric on a setting machine, wherein the drying temperature is controlled to be 50-130 ℃, and the drying time is 1-10 min;
making the knitted fabric into a garment;
positioning and ironing the ready-made clothes, flatly laying the ready-made clothes on a tunnel type flat net dryer for baking to obtain washable and shrink-proof knitted clothes;
wherein the localized ironing comprises the following processes:
drawing a positioning frame with the same size on an ironing table according to the final size required by the ready-made clothes;
according to the size of the positioning frame, a steam iron is adopted to position and iron the ready-made clothes until all parts of the ready-made clothes are flat and have no wrinkles, and meanwhile, the size of the main part of the ready-made clothes is ensured to be consistent with the corresponding size on the positioning frame, or the size of the main part of the ready-made clothes is smaller than the corresponding size on the positioning frame, and the value is 0cm to 1.5 cm; wherein, the main parts comprise a shirt length and a chest circumference.

5. The method of claim 3, wherein the resin crosslinker comprises one or more of N-methylolamide crosslinkers and polycarboxylic acid crosslinkers.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the raw material composition of the resin finish further comprises a formaldehyde scavenger.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the concentration of the formaldehyde scavenger is 1-20 g/L.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the enzymatic treatment comprises the process of:
arranging the knitting in enzyme treatment liquid, and treating at 40-70 deg.C for 30-90 min; wherein the enzyme treatment liquid comprises 0.3-3g/L cellulase, 0.3-1.0g/L acetic acid and 0.3-1.0g/L sodium acetate in terms of total volume.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the cellulase enzymes comprise an acid cellulase or a neutral cellulase.

The method according to claim 1, wherein when the knitted fabric is made into a garment, the nonwoven hot melt adhesive lining cloth is used as the fabric of the garment, and the shrinkage rate of the control fabric is consistent with that of the main body cloth of the garment; meanwhile, one or a combination of more of polyester PP thread, polyester core-spun yarn and nylon thread is used as the sewing thread.
11. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein, when the garment is made, the fabric of the collar and sleeve part of the garment is one or more of rib fabric and jacquard fabric.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the rib fabric comprises a flat machine rib fabric.
13. The method of claim 1, wherein the knitted fabric is a 100% cellulosic fiber fabric, or a fabric of cellulosic fibers with other fibers.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein the cellulose fibers comprise one or a combination of cotton, viscose and lyocell; the other fibers comprise terylene and/or chinlon.
