经现场试验后发现:放线架采用三角结构,稳定可靠,运输时,放线架可以像人字梯一样收起,节省空间,更方便运输。放线盘可以调节线缆盘内径大小,可以固定线缆内圈不松动。放线盘可夹住线缆,线缆不易松散,放线盘中心轴两端采用轴承(承安可装到线线盘架连接构件4上),确保了放线盘转动灵活可靠。出线构件固定在放线臂上,将线缆头穿过放线构件可实现多路线缆同时放线。After the field test, it was found that the pay-off frame adopts a triangular structure, which is stable and reliable. During transportation, the pay-off frame can be stowed like a ladder, which saves space and is more convenient for transportation. The pay-off reel can adjust the inner diameter of the cable reel, and can fix the inner ring of the cable from loosening. The pay-off reel can clamp the cable, the cable is not easy to loose, and the two ends of the central axis of the pay-off reel adopt bearings (the bearings can be installed on the wire reel frame connecting member 4), which ensures that the pay-off reel rotates flexibly and reliably. The wire outlet component is fixed on the pay-off arm, and multiple cables can be paid out simultaneously by passing the cable head through the pay-off member.
