本发明公开了一种山楂降压药浴液,其由以下重量份的中草药原料制成:山楂25~35份,决明子20~30份,泽泻10~20份,虎杖10~20份,没药10~15份,川芎5~10份,大黄15~25份,银柴胡9~16份,仙灵脾5~10份,鬼箭羽10~15份,秦皮15~25份及姜黄15~25份。本发明还公开了山楂降压药浴液的制备方法,通过原料粉碎酶解、微生物发酵、超声波辅助水浸提和超声波辅助醇浸提为主要步骤制成。本发明中草药原料来源广,价格低廉,配方科学合理,制备工艺简单,提取中草药功能性成分高,产品安全环保,对人体无任何副作用,活血降压效果显著。
Description
技术领域
本发明公开了一种药浴液,尤其涉及一种山楂降压药浴液及其制备方法,属中医中药领域。
背景技术
随着现代社会的发展和人们生活水平的改善,人们的日常饮食营养不断提高,但多存在营养结构不合理的问题,导致目前我国高血压病人日益增多。国家卫生部最近一项调查结果公布了高血压病患病率的严重情况:与十多年前相比,我国高血压患病率明显上升,以此病高发的35~74岁年龄段高血压患病率。高血压是一种以动脉血压持续升高为主要表现的慢性疾病,主要发病原因之一是由于人体外周小动脉痉挛,使人体外周小动脉阻力加大,从而造成血压增高,形成高血压,常引起心、脑、肾等重要器官的病变并出现相应的后果。长期的高血压会引发心血管疾病如心肌梗塞、冠心病等,还可以导致肾动脉硬化,从而引起肾功能不全、尿毒症等。
目前,对高血压的治疗大部分还是依靠西药治疗,西药虽可满足一般的降压要求,但也有明显的副作用。由于西药降压都是以扩张血管为主,而血管在不断的扩张过程中弹性变弱并硬化,因此使得长期使用降压药的人容易引起血管硬化和破裂,并导致脑血管栓塞、中风等疾病。因此,西药不适合长久使用。中药治疗方法具有作用相对温和、起效持久的特点,目前普遍存在提取的中药功能有效成分低,制备和使用较为不便,服用中药物对脾胃肝脏也有刺激和损害。因此,如何有效控制高血压已成为医学界面临的一项艰巨任务,
药浴对人体具有独到功效,在中国已有几千年的历史,自古以来一直受医学界重视。药浴法是外治法之一,其形式多种多样。药浴作用机理概而言之,药物作用于全身肌表、局部、患处,并经吸收,循行经络血脉,内达脏腑,由表及里,因而产生效应。药浴洗浴,可起到疏通经络、活血化淤、驱风散寒、清热解毒、消肿止痛、调整阴阳、协调脏腑、通行气血、濡养全身等养生功效。药浴避免了药物对脾胃的刺激和对肝脏的损害,使药物有效成分通过皮肤吸收而发挥功效,是防治各种慢性疾病和养生保健的理想方法。
中草药是我国传统文化的瑰宝,在实践中证明多种中草药具有促进新陈代谢,改善血液循环,明目去火,清热平肝,活血降压,利尿降压等功效,因此,将中草药应用于治疗高血压对于提高国民生活质量,保障生活安全具有十分重要的意义,但目前中草药治疗高血压药浴在应用尚未实现规模化和产业化,主要问题是中草药配伍不合理、功能成分提取率低、难以工业化生产、功效不显著等弊端,因此开发新型的降血压药浴具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于根据现有治疗高血压产品和技术存在的上述问题,开发一种山楂降压药浴液,使人们通过药浴来促进机体新陈代谢,改善机体血液循环,明目去火,清热平肝,活血降压,利尿降压,从根源上祛除病因,让人们远离高血压的困扰。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种山楂降压药浴液,由以下重量份的中草药原料制成:山楂25~35份,决明子20~30份,泽泻10~20份,虎杖10~20份,没药10~15份,川芎5~10份,大黄15~25份,银柴胡9~16份,仙灵脾5~10份,鬼箭羽10~15份,秦皮15~25份及姜黄15~25份。
本发明山楂降压药浴液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)备料:剔除中草药原料中的杂质,霉变和生虫原料后,按照上述比例备料;
(2)原料处理:将中草药原料清洗干净,在70~80 ℃下,鼓风烘干后,粉碎机粉碎,过50~100目筛,混匀,得复合中草药原料;
(3)酶解:将步骤(2)所得复合中草药原料加水至固液比1:3~5,按2.0~3.0 g/L、2.0~3.0 g/L、2~4 g/L比例分别添加非淀粉多糖酶、糖化酶、纤维素酶,在600~1000 W超声波辅助作用下,在40~50 ℃条件下协同酶解60~90 min;
(4)微生物发酵:向步骤(3)所得酶解浸提液中加入3~5%活化后的双歧杆菌(活菌数≥200亿/ml),厌氧条件下发酵18~24 h,控制发酵温度28~35 ℃;
(5)超声波辅助水浸提:将步骤(4)微生物发酵混合液,加温到85~95 ℃,在600~1000W超声波辅助作用下,浸提60~90 min,浸提结束后,过150~200目滤布得水浸提液。滤渣加2~4倍纯净水,按同样方法进行超声波辅助浸提,过滤得滤液,合并两次提取液即为水浸提液;
(6)超声波辅助乙醇浸提:向步骤(5)所得滤渣中加入3~6倍浓度为50~60%的乙醇,在600~900 W 超声波辅助条件下,浸提120~180 min,浸提温度50~60 ℃;
(7)离心:浸提结束后离心分离固体残渣和醇提液;
(8)浓缩蒸馏:将醇提液减压浓缩蒸馏回收乙醇;
(9)混合:将步骤(5)水浸提液与步骤(8)回收乙醇后的浸提液混合;
(10)过滤:将混合液经硅藻过滤机过滤除去其中的杂质及不溶物即得山楂降压药浴液。
本发明提供一种山楂降压药浴液,结合配方中各中草药的特性,采用中医辨证理论所研制,配方科学合理,各组分之间协同作用,经长期使用证明本发明具有良好活血降压效果。本发明的优势在于:(1)产品使用药浴时药物不需经过体内吸收,将药效直接作用于患处,安全环保,药性平和,对人体无任何副作用;(2)产品具有宜人的中草药清香,使用便捷,使用时只需取本产品按1:400~600比例调入热浴水中,便可进行浸泡洗浴;(3)与药浴粉单纯添加相比,与药浴粉单纯添加相比,本发明采用原料粉碎酶解、微生物发酵、超声波辅助水浸提和超声波辅助醇浸提为主要制备步骤,提高中草药功能性成分,活血降压功效显著;(4)本发明中原料来源广,价格低廉,生产加工工艺简单,适合规模化生产。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的描述。在本发明中,若非特指,所有百分比均为重量单位,所有设备和原料均可从市场购得或是本行业常用的,下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域常规方法。
实施例1
一种山楂降压药浴液,由以下各组分的中草药原料制成:山楂,决明子,泽泻,虎杖,没药,川芎,大黄,银柴胡,仙灵脾,鬼箭羽,秦皮及姜黄。中草药原料中各组分的具体配比如表1所示。
本发明山楂降压药浴液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)备料:剔除中草药原料中的杂质,霉变和生虫原料后,按照上述比例备料;
(2)原料处理:将中草药原料清洗干净,在80 ℃下,鼓风烘干后,粉碎机粉碎,过60目筛,混匀,得复合中草药原料;
(3)酶解:将步骤(2)所得复合中草药原料加水至固液比1:4,按2.0 g/L、2.8 g/L、2.5g/L比例分别添加非淀粉多糖酶、糖化酶、纤维素酶,在800 W超声波辅助作用下,在42 ℃条件下协同酶解75 min;
(4)微生物发酵:向步骤(3)所得酶解浸提液中加入3%活化后的双歧杆菌(活菌数≥200亿/ml),厌氧条件下发酵22 h,控制发酵温度30 ℃;
(5)超声波辅助水浸提:将步骤(4)微生物发酵混合液,加温到86 ℃,在900 W超声波辅助作用下,浸提80 min,浸提结束后,过160目滤布得水浸提液。滤渣加3倍纯净水,按同样方法进行超声波辅助浸提,过滤得滤液,合并两次提取液即为水浸提液;
(6)超声波辅助乙醇浸提:向步骤(5)所得滤渣中加入5倍浓度为52%的乙醇,在850 W超声波辅助条件下,浸提120 min,浸提温度60 ℃;
(7)离心:浸提结束后离心分离固体残渣和醇提液;
(8)浓缩蒸馏:将醇提液减压浓缩蒸馏回收乙醇;
(9)混合:将步骤(5)水浸提液与步骤(8)回收乙醇后的浸提液混合;
(10)过滤:将混合液经硅藻过滤机过滤除去其中的杂质及不溶物即得山楂降压药浴液。
实施例2
一种山楂降压药浴液,由以下各组分的中草药原料制成:山楂,决明子,泽泻,虎杖,没药,川芎,大黄,银柴胡,仙灵脾,鬼箭羽,秦皮及姜黄。中草药原料中各组分的具体配比如表1所示。
本发明山楂降压药浴液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)备料:剔除中草药原料中的杂质,霉变和生虫原料后,按照上述比例备料;
(2)原料处理:将中草药原料清洗干净,在72 ℃下,鼓风烘干后,粉碎机粉碎,过80目筛,混匀,得复合中草药原料;
(3)酶解:将步骤(2)所得复合中草药原料加水至固液比1:3,按2.4 g/L、2.2 g/L、2.5g/L比例分别添加非淀粉多糖酶、糖化酶、纤维素酶,在700 W超声波辅助作用下,在48 ℃条件下协同酶解80 min;
(4)微生物发酵:向步骤(3)所得酶解浸提液中加入4%活化后的双歧杆菌(活菌数≥200亿/ml),厌氧条件下发酵20 h,控制发酵温度32 ℃;
(5)超声波辅助水浸提:将步骤(4)微生物发酵混合液,加温到90 ℃,在800 W超声波辅助作用下,浸提85 min,浸提结束后,过180目滤布得水浸提液。滤渣加2倍纯净水,按同样方法进行超声波辅助浸提,过滤得滤液,合并两次提取液即为水浸提液;
(6)超声波辅助乙醇浸提:向步骤(5)所得滤渣中加入4倍浓度为58%的乙醇,在850 W超声波辅助条件下,浸提150 min,浸提温度55 ℃;
(7)离心:浸提结束后离心分离固体残渣和醇提液;
(8)浓缩蒸馏:将醇提液减压浓缩蒸馏回收乙醇;
(9)混合:将步骤(5)水浸提液与步骤(8)回收乙醇后的浸提液混合;
(10)过滤:将混合液经硅藻过滤机过滤除去其中的杂质及不溶物即得山楂降压药浴液。
实施例3
一种山楂降压药浴液,由以下各组分的中草药原料制成:山楂,决明子,泽泻,虎杖,没药,川芎,大黄,银柴胡,仙灵脾,鬼箭羽,秦皮及姜黄。中草药原料中各组分的具体配比如表1所示。
本发明山楂降压药浴液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)备料:剔除中草药原料中的杂质,霉变和生虫原料后,按照上述比例备料;
(2)原料处理:将中草药原料清洗干净,在72 ℃下,鼓风烘干后,粉碎机粉碎,过100目筛,混匀,得复合中草药原料;
(3)酶解:将步骤(2)所得复合中草药原料加水至固液比1:5,按2.8 g/L、2.4 g/L、3.5g/L比例分别添加非淀粉多糖酶、糖化酶、纤维素酶,在900 W超声波辅助作用下,在45 ℃条件下协同酶解85 min;
(4)微生物发酵:向步骤(3)所得酶解浸提液中加入5%活化后的双歧杆菌(活菌数≥200亿/ml),厌氧条件下发酵19 h,控制发酵温度34 ℃;
(5)超声波辅助水浸提:将步骤(4)微生物发酵混合液,加温到94 ℃,在700 W超声波辅助作用下,浸提75 min,浸提结束后,过200目滤布得水浸提液。滤渣加4倍纯净水,按同样方法进行超声波辅助浸提,过滤得滤液,合并两次提取液即为水浸提液;
(6)超声波辅助乙醇浸提:向步骤(5)所得滤渣中加入6倍浓度为54%的乙醇,在650 W超声波辅助条件下,浸提125 min,浸提温度50 ℃;
(7)离心:浸提结束后离心分离固体残渣和醇提液;
(8)浓缩蒸馏:将醇提液减压浓缩蒸馏回收乙醇;
(9)混合:将步骤(5)水浸提液与步骤(8)回收乙醇后的浸提液混合;
(10)过滤:将混合液经硅藻过滤机过滤除去其中的杂质及不溶物即得山楂降压药浴液。

Claims (2)
1.一种山楂降压药浴液,其特征在于,由由以下重量份的中草药原料制成:山楂25~35份,决明子20~30份,泽泻10~20份,虎杖10~20份,没药10~15份,川芎5~10份,大黄15~25份,银柴胡9~16份,仙灵脾5~10份,鬼箭羽10~15份,秦皮15~25份及姜黄15~25份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的山楂降压药浴液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)备料:剔除中草药原料中的杂质,霉变和生虫原料后,按照上述比例备料;
(2)原料处理:将中草药原料清洗干净,在70~80 ℃下,鼓风烘干后,粉碎机粉碎,过50~100目筛,混匀,得复合中草药原料;
(3)酶解:将步骤(2)所得复合中草药原料加水至固液比1:3~5,按2.0~3.0 g/L、2.0~3.0 g/L、2~4 g/L比例分别添加非淀粉多糖酶、糖化酶、纤维素酶,在600~1000 W超声波辅助作用下,在40~50 ℃条件下协同酶解60~90 min;
