技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶助剂预分散造粒技术领域,具体是一种石墨烯-TDEC复合预分散母胶粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
石墨烯具有优异的导电性能及特殊的几何结构,是一种理想的碳系纳米导电材料。同时,石墨烯具有优异的物理性能,其在制备高力学性能的橡胶,尤其是导电橡胶中的应用已引起人们的关注。然而,区别于普通碳系填料,石墨烯在导电橡胶中的应用存在较多问题。石墨烯被认为是目前世界上最薄、最坚硬的纳米材料,其比表面积大,在制备橡胶过程中团聚严重,导致在橡胶中不能均匀分散,致使导电橡胶的机械性能和导电性能大幅下降;此外,尽管理论上单层石墨烯的厚度很小,但是石墨烯通常以多层形态存在,故在实际应用中难以有效利用其较高的长厚比。现有制备低逾渗值的石墨烯导电橡胶一般采用乳胶法,采用乳胶法可以使石墨烯在导电橡胶中得到有效的分散并保持其较高的长厚比,但是乳胶法仅适于实验室生产,无法进行工业化大规模批量生产。
二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸碲(即TDEC)为黄色颗粒,通常作为橡胶硫化促进剂使用,少量的TDEC即可有效缩短橡胶硫化时间。TDEC也可与噻唑类、秋兰姆类等促进剂并用,加速橡胶胶料的硫化。TDEC为粉料,在橡胶混炼过程中若直接添加,存在粉尘飞扬和分散不均匀的问题,而粉尘飞扬会造成环境污染并影响工人健康。为解决TDEC在橡胶中的分散性问题,一般的做法是提高橡胶的混炼温度和延长混炼时间,这会增大TDEC的用量,增加橡胶生产成本,并导致橡胶交联过度,影响橡胶品质。
因此,针对石墨烯和TDEC在橡胶胶料中的分散性等问题,本发明提出一种石墨烯-TDEC复合预分散母胶粒及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术的不足,提供一种石墨烯-TDEC复合预分散母胶粒及其制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种石墨烯-TDEC复合预分散母胶粒,其重量百分比组成为:石墨烯40~45%,二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸碲25~36%,三元乙丙橡胶5~18%,乙二氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷3~6%,油酸三乙醇胺1~4%,饱和脂肪酸锌1~2%,戊二酸二乙酯1~3%,橡胶油2~8%。
作为优选,所述的戊二酸二乙酯和所述的橡胶油的重量百分比含量之和与所述的三元乙丙橡胶的重量百分比含量之比为1:(1~2),以确保胶料的流动性和润滑性,使制得的母胶粒表面平滑且颜色和大小一致,避免母胶粒的粘连和破碎,保证提高后续配料的精确度。
作为优选,该石墨烯-TDEC复合预分散母胶粒的重量百分比组成为:石墨烯45%,二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸碲28%,三元乙丙橡胶12%,乙二氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷4%,油酸三乙醇胺3%,饱和脂肪酸锌2%,戊二酸二乙酯2%,橡胶油4%。

上述石墨烯-TDEC复合预分散母胶粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照配比准确称取制备母胶粒所需各原料,并将二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸碲经过超细粉碎至粒径100μm以下;
(2)将石墨烯和三元乙丙橡胶分别均分为三份;将密炼机加热到75℃,在密炼机中首先投入1/3的三元乙丙橡胶和1/3的石墨烯,以75r/min的搅拌速度搅拌1分钟,再投入1/3的石墨烯和乙二氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,以75r/min的搅拌速度搅拌2分钟,然后投入1/3的三元乙丙橡胶和1/3的石墨烯,以80r/min的搅拌速度搅拌2分钟,最后投入1/3的三元乙丙橡胶、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸碲、油酸三乙醇胺、饱和脂肪酸、戊二酸二乙酯、橡胶油,以80r/min的搅拌速度搅拌5分钟,使各原料混合均匀,在70℃温度下出料,得到胶料;
(3)控制主机给定转速为70r/min,将步骤(2)中得到的胶料喂料至挤出机,喂料转速为30~45r/min,该挤出机的温控区域从进料口到出料口依次分为七段,其中第一段的温度为45~55℃,第二段至第七段的温度为60~70℃,经100目的滤网过滤后挤出切粒,最终得到石墨烯-TDEC复合预分散母胶粒。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1、本发明以三元乙丙橡胶为载体,同时添加乙二氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、油酸三乙醇胺、饱和脂肪酸锌、戊二酸二乙酯和橡胶油,将石墨烯和TDEC这两种活性成分制备为预分散母胶粒形式,使石墨烯和TDEC包裹于三元乙丙橡胶中,通过油酸三乙醇胺和饱和脂肪酸锌改善石墨烯和TDEC在母胶粒中的分散性,且戊二酸二乙酯和橡胶油具有协同促分散和改善胶料流动性作用,使石墨烯和TDEC在母胶粒中得到均匀分散,并可保证母胶粒的色泽和尺寸稳定性,该母胶粒后续应用于橡胶制品的混炼生产时,可有效解决石墨烯和TDEC在在橡胶制品中的分散难题,并解决石墨烯和TDEC在橡胶制备过程中的粉尘污染问题;
2、本发明预分散母胶粒便于保存、运输和称量,可有效提高石墨烯和TDEC的利用率,减少橡胶制品中石墨烯和TDEC的用量,降低成本;该预分散母胶粒可具体应用于导电橡胶,页可以应用于其他高品质橡胶制品;
3、本发明公开的石墨烯预分散母胶粒的制备方法,工艺简便易行,可直接利用现有密炼及挤出设备进行制备,成本低,不必进行设备改造,适合规模化工业生产;
4、本发明步骤(1)中控制二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸碲的粒径,有利于保证其在母胶粒中的分散性;
5、本发明步骤(2)中对各原料在密炼机中的投料顺序进行限定,并控制投料后的搅拌工艺;采用步骤(2)中的投料顺序及搅拌工艺,可减少石墨烯和TDEC的团聚,提高石墨烯和TDEC在三元乙丙橡胶中的分散性,石墨烯和TDEC在最终获得的预分散母胶粒中分散均匀,可保证后续橡胶制品的品质;
6、本发明步骤(3)中严格控制挤出机各段的温度,因为若挤出温度低,胶料在挤出机中混炼及熔融效果不好,易造成各组份分散不均匀;若挤出温度高,会破坏各组份的活性,因此,本发明方法将挤出机第一段的温度为45~55℃、第二段至第七段的温度为60~70℃,以保证制得的母胶粒中各组份分散均匀,方便后续生产橡胶制品的配料,确保石墨烯等组份在橡胶制品中分散的均匀性,保证橡胶制品的品质;此外,在挤出切粒前先经过100目的滤网过滤胶料,可进一步提高母胶粒的纯度,避免后续用于制造橡胶挤出制品时的滤网堵塞现象,满足对质量及精度要求较高的橡胶挤出制品对原料的要求,并降低橡胶挤出制品的废品率,提高成品率。

(3)控制主机给定转速为70r/min,将步骤(2)中得到的胶料喂料至挤出机,喂料转速为45r/min,该挤出机的温控区域从进料口到出料口依次分为七段,其中第一段的温度为50℃,第二段至第七段的温度为65℃,经100目的滤网过滤后挤出切粒,最终得到石墨烯-TDEC复合预分散母胶粒。
经检测,实施例一、实施例二的母胶粒50℃的门尼粘度ML(1+4)分别为83.21、79.68。较低的门尼粘度有利于保留石墨烯和二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸碲的原有活性,并使墨烯和二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸碲在母胶粒中得到均匀分散。
Claims (5)
1.一种石墨烯-TDEC复合预分散母胶粒,其特征在于,其重量百分比组成为:石墨烯40~45%,二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸碲25~36%,三元乙丙橡胶5~18%,乙二氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷3~6%,油酸三乙醇胺1~4%,饱和脂肪酸锌1~2%,戊二酸二乙酯1~3%,橡胶油2~8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯-TDEC复合预分散母胶粒,其特征在于,所述的戊二酸二乙酯和所述的橡胶油的重量百分比含量之和与所述的三元乙丙橡胶的重量百分比含量之比为1:(1~2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯-TDEC复合预分散母胶粒,其特征在于,其重量百分比组成为:石墨烯45%,二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸碲28%,三元乙丙橡胶12%,乙二氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷4%,油酸三乙醇胺3%,饱和脂肪酸锌2%,戊二酸二乙酯2%,橡胶油4%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯-TDEC复合预分散母胶粒,其特征在于,其重量百分比组成为:石墨烯42%,二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸碲35%,三元乙丙橡胶8%,乙二氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷5%,油酸三乙醇胺2%,饱和脂肪酸锌1%,戊二酸二乙酯1%,橡胶油6%。
5.权利要求1-4中任一项所述的一种石墨烯-TDEC复合预分散母胶粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照配比准确称取制备母胶粒所需各原料,并将二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸碲经过超细粉碎至粒径100μm以下;
(2)将石墨烯和三元乙丙橡胶分别均分为三份;将密炼机加热到75℃,在密炼机中首先投入1/3的三元乙丙橡胶和1/3的石墨烯,以75r/min的搅拌速度搅拌1分钟,再投入1/3的石墨烯和乙二氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,以75r/min的搅拌速度搅拌2分钟,然后投入1/3的三元乙丙橡胶和1/3的石墨烯,以80r/min的搅拌速度搅拌2分钟,最后投入1/3的三元乙丙橡胶、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸碲、油酸三乙醇胺、饱和脂肪酸、戊二酸二乙酯、橡胶油,以80r/min的搅拌速度搅拌5分钟,使各原料混合均匀,在70℃温度下出料,得到胶料;
(3)控制主机给定转速为70r/min,将步骤(2)中得到的胶料喂料至挤出机,喂料转速为30~45r/min,该挤出机的温控区域从进料口到出料口依次分为七段,其中第一段的温度为45~55℃,第二段至第七段的温度为60~70℃,经100目的滤网过滤后挤出切粒,最终得到石墨烯-TDEC复合预分散母胶粒。
