an air cooling device for processing the end surfaces of batch corrugated rollers comprises a bottom plate and a ring fixedly arranged in the center of the bottom plate, a main control wheel is arranged in the annular ring through a circle of balls, the main control wheel is connected with a main drive motor, the main drive motor is arranged on the bottom plate, the main control wheel is provided with a cam type chute, a circle of straight teeth is arranged on the side wall of the inner part of the chute close to the center of the main control wheel, a gear meshed with the straight tooth is supported at the right upper part in the chute, the gear is in clearance type sliding fit with the whole chute, the gear is connected with a shaft, the bottom plate is provided with a guide frame which is used for installing the shaft in a sliding way along the vertical direction, an upper straight gear is installed at the left end of the shaft, a lower straight gear is arranged below the upper straight gear, the lower straight gear is connected with a split shaft which is installed on the bottom plate through a bearing seat, and fan blades are installed on the split shaft.
The sliding groove is composed of 4 large arc track parts and 4 small arc track parts in the annular direction, the large arc track parts and the small arc track parts are alternately distributed in the annular direction and are connected end to end in pairs, and the circle centers of the 4 large arc track parts and the circle centers of the 4 small arc track parts are consistent with the circle center of the main control wheel.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention is convenient to use and operate, can drive the lower straight gear and the upper straight gear to be intermittently meshed through the supporting function of the chute and the transmission function of the gear teeth, achieves the effect of intermittent air cooling, can realize the end face processing and air cooling of a large batch of corrugated rollers, can realize the braking of a fan in a processing gap, and is convenient to overhaul and maintain in time.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an air cooling device for processing end faces of corrugated rollers in batches comprises a bottom plate 1 and a ring 2 fixedly installed in the center of the bottom plate 1, wherein a main control wheel 3 is installed inside the ring 2 through a circle of balls, the main control wheel 3 is connected with a main drive motor 4, the main drive motor 4 is installed on the bottom plate 1, a cam-type chute 5 is formed in the main control wheel 3, a circle of straight teeth 5a is arranged on a side wall close to the center of the main control wheel 3 inside the chute 5, a gear 6 meshed with the straight teeth 5a is supported on the right upper portion inside the chute 5, the gear 6 and the whole chute 5 have clearance type sliding fit, the gear 6 is connected with a shaft 7, a guide frame 8 for slidably installing the shaft 7 along the vertical direction is arranged on the bottom plate 1, an upper straight gear 9 is installed at the left end of the shaft 7, a lower straight gear 10 is installed below the upper straight gear 9, the lower straight gear 10 is connected with a split shaft 11 which is arranged on the bottom plate 1 through a bearing seat, and fan blades 12 are arranged on the split shaft 11.
The sliding groove 5 is composed of 4 large arc track parts and 4 small arc track parts in the annular direction, the large arc track parts and the small arc track parts are alternately distributed in the annular direction and are connected end to end in pairs, and the circle centers of the 4 large arc track parts and the circle centers of the 4 small arc track parts are consistent with the circle center of the main control wheel 3.
When the invention is used, the whole main control wheel 3 is driven to rotate only by starting the main driving motor 4, and in the rotating process, the shaft 7 and the upper straight gear 9 can be driven to rotate at a constant speed due to the meshing effect of the gear teeth. Meanwhile, when the lower part of the gear 6 is changed from a large circular arc track part to a small circular arc track part each time, the height of the gear 6 gradually decreases, namely the shaft 7 and the upper spur gear 9 vertically slide downwards while rotating, and the upper spur gear 9 is meshed with the lower spur gear 10, so that the split shaft 11 and the fan blades 12 start to rotate and air-cool the end face of the corrugating roller in the process of starting processing.
Further, when the lower portion of the gear 6 is changed from a small arc track portion to a large arc track portion, the height of the gear 6 gradually rises, the shaft 7 and the upper spur gear 9 vertically slide upwards while rotating, and the upper spur gear 9 is disengaged from the lower spur gear 10, so that the sub-shaft 11 and the fan blades 12 stop rotating.
