Technical Field
The present invention relates to a descaling device, and more particularly, to a descaling device for a washing machine, which can perform a descaling operation on an inner tank and an outer tank of the washing machine.
Background
The washing machine is a common electric appliance in modern life, and utilizes the relative disturbance and impact between clean water (matched with detergent) and clothes to make the water flow produce friction with the clothes to remove dirt, and under the assistance of modern automatic mechanical technology, the sprayed water flow can achieve the goal of overall disturbing the clothes in the tank, so as to increase the cleaning effect. After the washing is finished, the cover of the washing machine is usually covered, and the washing tank is in a non-ventilated and damp state, dirt attached to the washing tank (cylinder) is easy to propagate bacteria, so that subsequent clothes washing is polluted, even the washed clothes can emit peculiar smell, or skin itching and allergy are easy to occur when the clothes are worn, and even gynecological problems are easy to cause. Therefore, in order to meet the need of removing the dirt in the existing washing machine, a dirt removing device of the washing machine is developed at a proper time.
As shown in fig. 1 (see patent of M472073), a washing machine 90 having a body 91 is disclosed, wherein the body 91 has an outer cylinder 92 therein, the outer cylinder 92 has an inner cylinder 93 with a plurality of through holes 931 therein, and the inner cylinder 93 is driven to rotate by a transmission mechanism of the washing machine 90 to perform a washing operation; a descaling brush 94 is respectively installed in each through hole 931 of the inner cylinder 93, the descaling brush 94 is composed of a fixing member 941 and a bristle piece 942, the fixing member 941 is located on the inner cylinder 93 in a butting manner, the bristle piece 942 passes through the through hole 931 of the inner cylinder 93 to contact the outer cylinder 92, when the inner cylinder 93 rotates in the machine body 91, stubborn scales and stains on the inner wall surface of the outer cylinder 92 can be removed by the descaling brush 94 installed on the inner cylinder 93, and the descaling effect of the outer cylinder 92 of the washing machine is achieved.
Although the descaling technology of the prior washing machine can achieve the effect of descaling the outer cylinder of the washing machine, the descaling technology can not be used for descaling the inner cylinder of the washing machine, and the design is not ideal. Furthermore, the bristles of the descaling brush in the prior art can be lengthened, but the descaling brush rotates along with the inner cylinder, and no relative displacement exists between the descaling brush and the inner cylinder, so that the descaling effect on the inner cylinder is poor due to the descaling brush, and the outer wall surface of the inner cylinder is difficult to be effectively cleaned; moreover, since the bristle members extend through the holes of the inner cylinder and the brushing area of each bristle member is limited, a descaling brush must be installed in a large number of holes, so that the entire assembly is complicated and time-consuming, which is not favorable for the user to use by self-assembly (DIY), and thus, the economic efficiency of use is not satisfied, and there is also a need for improvement. Therefore, how to improve the problems of the prior art and the related art, it is an important direction for the industry to try to solve and overcome the above problems.
Accordingly, in view of the shortcomings of the prior art and the structural design thereof, the inventor of the present invention has developed a solution thereof, and hopefully develops a descaling device for a washing machine which can effectively and simultaneously descale the inner and outer cylinders of the washing machine, has a large descaling range and is easy and convenient to install, so as to serve the public and promote the development of the industry, and the invention is created by a plurality of ideas.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a descaling device for a washing machine, which can rotate to descale along with an inner groove when a descaling rod which extends out of the inner side of the inner groove (inner cylinder) of the washing machine rotates, and the descaling rod can also move in and out of the inner groove, so that an operator who has a large descaling area range and effectively descales the inner groove (inner cylinder) and the outer groove (outer cylinder) of the washing machine is achieved.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a descaling device for washing machine, which is easy to assemble and adjust, and is convenient for users to use by themselves, so that the descaling device can be maintained at a proper time, and has excellent economic benefits.
The technical means adopted by the invention to achieve the above object is a descaling device for a washing machine, which is arranged in the washing machine to descale the washing machine, and is characterized in that the descaling device comprises:
a linkage body;
the descaling set comprises a connecting rod and a descaling rod which are connected, the connecting rod is linked by the linking body to rotate, the descaling rod is bent relative to the connecting rod, a brush is arranged on the descaling rod, the descaling rod is linked by the connecting rod to rotate, and descaling operation is carried out by the brush.
The descaling device for the washing machine is characterized in that the brush is composed of a brush, sponge or fiber.
The descaling device of the washing machine is characterized in that the linkage body is provided with a through perforated groove.
The descaling device for washing machine is characterized in that the linkage body is convexly provided with a plurality of blocking blades.
In the descaling device for washing machine, the plurality of blocking blades are arranged in spiral arc shape.
The descaling device for the washing machine is characterized in that the descaling device further comprises a shaft pipe fitting, the shaft pipe fitting is a tubular body and is provided with a shaft hole, the shaft pipe fitting is inserted in the perforated groove and is in a tight fit state, the connecting rod penetrates through the shaft hole, and the connecting rod bears the action of external force in the shaft hole and stretches into and out of the shaft hole.
The descaling device for the washing machine is characterized in that the shaft pipe fitting comprises a connecting section which is inserted in the perforated groove, the connecting section is connected with a resisting ring part, the resisting ring part is connected with a pivoting section, and the shaft hole of the shaft pipe fitting penetrates through the resisting ring part and the pivoting section.
The descaling device of the washing machine further comprises a bearing piece for pivoting the pivoting section.
The descaling device of the washing machine further comprises an adjusting piece, the adjusting piece is provided with a first convex abutting ring and a second convex abutting ring at the inner end and the outer end, and at least one abutting groove used for being embedded in the through hole is arranged between the first convex abutting ring and the second convex abutting ring.
The descaling device of the washing machine is characterized in that the descaling rod is provided with a plurality of rods.
The descaling device of the washing machine is characterized in that a pivot button is connected between the connecting rod and the descaling rod, so that the descaling rod can be freely twisted or swung relative to the connecting rod.
In the descaling device for the washing machine, a second pivot button piece is arranged at one end of the descaling rod opposite to the pivot button piece, the second pivot button piece is also pivoted with a second descaling rod, and the second descaling rod is a brush.
The descaling device for the washing machine is characterized in that the connecting rod is further connected with an auxiliary descaling rod relative to the inner side direction of the descaling rod, the auxiliary descaling rod is bent at an angle relative to the connecting rod and is a brush, and an auxiliary pivot button piece is arranged at the position of the auxiliary descaling rod relative to the adjacent end of the connecting rod, so that the large section of the auxiliary descaling rod is in a pivot rotating state.
Compared with the prior art, the invention adopting the technical scheme has the advantages that: the descaling device for the washing machine can rotate to descale along with the inner groove by virtue of the descaling rod which is arranged in the inner groove of the washing machine and extends out of the inner side of the inner groove, and the descaling rod can also move in and out of the inner groove, so that the descaling device has a large descaling area range and can effectively descale the inner groove (the outer groove) and the outer groove (the inner cylinder) of the washing machine at the same time.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, there are shown simplified schematic views of a first embodiment of a descaling device for a washing machine according to the present invention, which illustrate the basic structure of the present invention in a schematic manner, and the illustrated components are not limited to the same shape and size ratio as those in actual implementation. As shown in the figures, the descaling device for washing machine of the present invention comprises a descaling device 20 for a washing machine 10; the washing machine 10 includes a body 11, a washing outer tub 13 (outer tub) is provided in the body 11, an inner tub 12 (inner tub) is provided in the washing outer tub 13, a gap 14 is provided between the washing outer tub 13 and the washing inner tub 12, the washing inner tub 12 is rotated by a driving mechanism (not shown) of the body 11 to perform a washing operation, a plurality of perforations 121 are provided on a peripheral wall of the washing inner tub 12, and the perforations 121 communicate the inside of the washing inner tub 12 with the gap 14. In addition, as shown in the figure, the outer washing tank 13 has an inner washing tank wall 13A, and the inner washing tank 12 has an outer washing tank wall 12A, when the descaling device 20 of the present invention is operated, the inner washing tank wall 13A and the outer washing tank wall 12A can be descaled and cleaned.
The descaling device 20 is disposed on the inner washing tank 12, the descaling device 20 includes a linking body 21, a shaft tube 22 and a descaling set 24, the linking body 21 can be a sphere, but not limited to, the linking body 21 has a through hole 210, and the linking body 21 is protruded with a plurality of blocking blades 211, preferably, the blocking blades 211 are disposed in a spiral arc shape. The shaft tube 22 can be in a tube shape and has a shaft hole 220, the shaft tube 22 includes a connecting section 221, a resisting ring 222 and a pivoting section 223 connected, the resisting ring 222 is located between the connecting section 221 and the pivoting section 223, the connecting section 221 can be longer than the pivoting section 223, and the shaft hole 220 is in a state of penetrating through the connecting section 221, the resisting ring 222 and the pivoting section 223; when the washing machine is assembled, the linkage body 21 is located in the washing inner tank 12 and is driven to rotate by the impact of water 100, the connecting section 221 is inserted into the perforation slot 210 of the linkage body 21 and is in a close fit state, so that the shaft tube 22 can be driven or rotated along with the linkage body 21, the pivot section 223 is inserted into the perforation 121 of the washing inner tank 12, and a bearing member 23 is arranged between the pivot section 223 and the perforation 121, i.e., the perforation 121 is provided with the bearing member 23, and the pivot section 223 is pivoted to the bearing member 23, so that the shaft tube 22 can rotate relatively by virtue of the bearing member 23, and the resisting ring part 222 resists against the perforation 121 on the inner side of the washing inner tank 12, thereby preventing the shaft tube 22 from being pulled out toward the washing outer tank 13. The descaling set 24 includes a connecting rod 241 and a descaling rod 242 connected to each other, and the descaling rod 242 is bent at an angle relative to the connecting rod 241, such as a vertical (90 degree) bend, but the bending angle is not limited, and the descaling rod 242 is a brush (the descaling rod can be made of a brush, a sponge, a fiber cloth, etc., but not limited); when the shaft tube assembly is assembled, the connecting rod 241 is inserted into the shaft hole 220 of the shaft tube 22, and the descaling rod 242 is bent and positioned in the gap space 14; the connecting rod 241 is disposed through the shaft hole 220 in a proper manner, so that the connecting rod 241 can be driven (e.g., rotated) by the shaft tube 22, and the connecting rod 241 can also bear external force to perform an extending/retracting movement in the shaft hole 220.
Referring to fig. 4, when the descaling device of the washing machine of the present invention is operated, since the washing water is contained in the inner washing tub 12 and is driven to rotate by the transmission mechanism, the linking body 21 rotates along with the inner washing tub 12, and the linking body 21 is also impacted by the washing water and rotates by the blocking blade 211, so that the descaling rods (the connecting rod 241 and the descaling rod 242) rotate along with the linking body, and the rotation of the descaling rod 242 generates a larger descaling area; furthermore, when the connecting rod 241 is disposed on the shaft tube 22, the connecting rod 241 will be moved by the centrifugal force of the inner washing tub 12 and the multi-directional impact force of the washing water, so that the connecting rod 241 can move in the shaft tube 22 in an extending and extending manner, when the connecting rod 241 moves in the extending manner, the descaling rod 242 can be used to perform a descaling operation on the inner wall 13A of the outer tub, and when the connecting rod 241 moves in the extending manner, the descaling rod 242 can be used to perform a descaling operation on the outer wall 12A of the inner tub, so that the descaling device 20 can perform a descaling operation on the inner wall 13A of the outer tub and the outer wall 12A of the inner tub with a large area at the same time.
Referring to fig. 5, a second embodiment of the descaling device for washing machine according to the present invention is designed based on the structure of the first embodiment, and the differences are: the shaft tube 22 has only the connecting section 221 as in the first embodiment and is in a tubular shape, that is, the shaft tube 22 does not have the ring-resisting portion 222 and the pivot section 223 as in the first embodiment, in other words, the shaft tube 22 of the present embodiment is another implementation; the bearing member 23 is disposed instead of an adjusting member 25, that is, the adjusting member 25 is disposed at the through hole 121 of the inner washing tub 12, the adjusting member 25 has a suitable deformation flexibility to facilitate the assembly and displacement adjustment, the adjusting member 25 has a first convex abutting ring 251 and a second convex abutting ring 252 at the inner and outer ends, a plurality of convex abutting rings 253 are disposed between the first convex abutting ring 251 and the second convex abutting ring 252, two convex abutting rings 253 are disposed in the embodiment, abutting grooves 254, 255, 256 are formed between the second convex abutting ring 252 and the first convex abutting ring 251, and the abutting groove 254 is embedded and abutted at the through hole 121 in the illustration, so that the adjusting member 25 can selectively position the abutting grooves 254, 255, 256 to adjust the extending and extending state of the connecting rod 241.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a variation of the second embodiment of the descaling device for washing machine according to the present invention is shown, wherein the descaling rod 242 is of a dual-rod type (or multiple-rod type), that is, the connecting rod 241 connects two descaling rods 242A, 242B bent at an angle, and in a suitable embodiment, the two descaling rods 242A, 242B are longitudinally arranged in different directions (opposite directions) (i.e., in a straight line), but not limited thereto, so as to increase the descaling efficiency.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, a third embodiment of the descaling device for washing machine according to the present invention is designed based on the structure of the second embodiment, and the difference is: a pivot 26 is connected between the connecting rod 241 and the descaling rod 242, the pivot 26 can allow the descaling rod 242 to rotate or swing freely relative to the connecting rod 241, so that when the connecting rod 241 is linked or rotated with the linking body 21, the descaling rod 242 can perform a more sensitive and motorized rotary or swinging descaling operation.
Referring to fig. 10, a fourth embodiment of the descaling device for washing machine according to the present invention is designed based on the structure of the third embodiment, and the differences are: the other end of the descaling rod 242 opposite to the pivot 26 is provided with a second pivot member 27, that is, the end of the descaling rod 242 is further connected with the second pivot member 27, the second pivot member 27 is further pivoted with a second descaling rod 244, and the second descaling rod 244 is a brush, so as to further increase the rotating descaling area of the descaling device 20.
Referring to fig. 11, a fifth embodiment of the descaling device for washing machine according to the present invention is designed based on the structure of the third embodiment, and the difference is: the connecting rod 241 is further connected with an auxiliary descaling rod 246 at an inner side position relative to the descaling rod 242, the auxiliary descaling rod 246 is also bent at an angle relative to the connecting rod 241, such as vertically (90 degrees), but the bending angle is not limited, so that the auxiliary descaling rod 246 is bent and located in the gap space 14; the auxiliary descaling bar 246 is also a brush; furthermore, an auxiliary pivot member 28 is disposed on the auxiliary descaling rod 246, and the preferred position of the auxiliary pivot member 28 is located at the adjacent end of the auxiliary descaling rod 246 opposite to the connecting rod 241, but not limited to, so that the large section of the auxiliary descaling rod 246 can be pivoted. Thus, the auxiliary pivot member 28 can perform the descaling operation exclusively on the inner tank outer wall 12A, and the rotary descaling area and efficiency of the descaling device 20 can be improved.
The descaling device for the washing machine can rotate to descale along with the inner groove by virtue of the descaling rod which is arranged in the inner groove of the washing machine and extends out of the inner side of the inner groove, and the descaling rod can also move in and out of the inner groove, so that the descaling device has a large descaling area range and can effectively descale the inner groove (the outer groove) and the outer groove (the inner cylinder) of the washing machine at the same time.
