The invention aims to provide a water inlet monitoring device of a washing machine, which can monitor the water level of inlet water in a standby state and avoid the phenomena of overflow and the like in the standby state.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a washing machine having the above monitoring device.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a method for monitoring water inflow of a washing machine.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a washing machine water inlet monitoring device comprises a control module, a monitoring module, a power supply module and an alarm module, wherein when the washing machine is in a standby state, the alarm module is powered off, and the power supply module supplies power to the control module and the monitoring module; the monitoring module is used for monitoring a water level signal of water entering the washing machine and sending the water level signal to the control module, the control module is used for receiving the water level signal and judging whether the water entering exceeds a safe water level, and if so, the alarm module is controlled to be powered on and is enabled to send an alarm signal.
As an optimal scheme of the washing machine water inlet monitoring device, the alarm module comprises a display module and an alarm, the display module is used for displaying abnormal water inlet information, and the alarm is used for making an alarm sound.
As an optimal solution of the above washing machine water intake monitoring device, the washing machine water intake monitoring device further comprises a power switch connected with the control module, wherein the power switch is used for controlling the communication between the washing machine and an external power supply, when the power switch is turned off, the washing machine is in a standby state, the alarm module is powered off, when the power switch is turned off, the washing machine is communicated with the external power supply, and the alarm module is powered on.
As a preferred scheme of the above washing machine water inlet monitoring device, the device further comprises a signal acquisition and conversion module powered by a power supply module and used for acquiring a water level signal of inlet water of the washing machine monitored by the monitoring module and transmitting the water level signal to the control module, and when the water level signal is in a current form, the signal acquisition and conversion module converts the water level signal from the current form to a voltage form and transmits the water level signal in the voltage form to the control module.
As a preferred scheme of the washing machine water inlet monitoring device, the alarm is a buzzer.

A washing machine water inlet monitoring method comprises the following steps:
when the washing machine is in a standby state, the alarm module is powered off, and the power supply module supplies power to the control module and the monitoring module;
the monitoring module monitors the water level signal of the inlet water of the washing machine and sends the water level signal to the control module,
when the control module confirms that the water inlet level exceeds the safe water level, the control module controls the alarm module to be powered on and enables the alarm module to send out an alarm signal.
Preferably, when the washing machine is in an operating state, the alarm module is powered on,
the monitoring module monitors the water level signal of the inlet water of the washing machine and sends the water level signal to the control module,
when the control module confirms that the water inlet level exceeds the safe water level, the control module controls the alarm module to send out an alarm signal.
Preferably, the alarm signal comprises displaying abnormal water inflow information and emitting an alarm sound.
Preferably, the water level signal of the washing machine monitored by the monitoring module is acquired and converted by the signal acquisition and conversion module and then sent to the control module.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the water inlet monitoring device for the washing machine, the power supply module supplies power to the control module and the monitoring module in the standby state, the monitoring module monitors a water inlet level signal of the washing machine and transmits the water level signal to the control module, the control module controls the alarm module to be powered on and sends out an alarm signal so as to inform a user of removing faults, and overflow caused by abnormal water inlet in the standby state is avoided.

As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a water inlet monitoring device for a washing machine, which includes a control module 1, a monitoring module 2, a power supply module 3 and an alarm module 4, wherein when the washing machine is in a standby state, the washing machine is connected to a power supply, the alarm module 4 and each load of the whole machine are powered off and do not work, but the power supply module 3 supplies power to the control module 1 and the monitoring module 2, so as to monitor abnormal water inlet. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the monitoring module 2 is used for monitoring a water level signal of inlet water of the washing machine and sending the water level signal to the control module 1, the control module 1 is used for receiving the water level signal and judging whether the inlet water exceeds a safe water level, and if so, the alarm module 4 is controlled to be powered on and sends an alarm signal.
The control module 1 and the monitoring module 2 in the water inlet monitoring device of the washing machine still have the power supply module 3 to supply power for the water inlet monitoring device in a standby state, so that the water inlet condition is continuously monitored under the condition that the load of the alarm module 4 and other complete machines are not in power-off operation, if the water inlet level exceeds the safe water level, the alarm module 4 is powered on to alarm, the electric energy of the washing machine in the standby state is saved, the abnormal water inlet phenomenon can be still monitored in the standby state of the washing machine, an alarm signal is sent out to inform a user, the user can take measures to avoid overflow, and the condition that the furniture is damaged by water overflow when the abnormal water inlet occurs in the standby state is avoided.
In the monitoring device, the alarm module 4 includes a display module 41 and an alarm 42, wherein the display module 41 is configured to display the abnormal water inflow information, so that a user can know the abnormal water inflow state, for example, the time of the abnormal water inflow and the current water level of the abnormal water inflow are displayed on a display screen, and the alarm 42 is configured to give an alarm sound. Specifically, the alarm 42 is a buzzer. The buzzer has large and sharp sound, so that the user far away from the washing machine can be prompted.
Furthermore, the monitoring device also comprises a power switch 6 connected with the control module 1, the power switch 6 is used for controlling the communication between the washing machine and an external power supply 7, when the power switch 6 is closed, the washing machine is communicated with the external power supply 7, and the alarm module 4 is powered on. When the control module 1 judges that the washing machine is abnormally supplied with water, the power switch 6 is controlled to be closed, so that the alarm module 4, the drainage pump, the drainage pipe and other loads are powered on, after the alarm module 4 sends out an alarm signal, a user can know the condition and remove the abnormal water supply fault of the washing machine as soon as possible, the water in the washing machine can be drained through the drainage pump and the drainage pipe as soon as possible, and the overflow phenomenon is avoided.
When the washing machine is in a standby state, the power switch 6 between the washing machine and the external power supply 7 is disconnected, and the alarm module 4 is powered off.
On this basis, the power supply module 3 can be formed by leading out a branch from the front end of the power switch 6 connected with the external power supply 7 and transforming voltage, and the power supply module 3 always supplies power to the control module 1 and the monitoring module 2 no matter the power switch 6 is opened or closed. The power supply module 3 may alternatively be a battery.
The monitoring device also comprises a signal acquisition and conversion module 5 which is powered by the power supply module 3 and is used for acquiring a water level signal of the inlet water of the washing machine monitored by the monitoring module 2 and transmitting the water level signal to the control module 1, when the water level signal is in a current form, the signal acquisition and conversion module 5 converts the current form into a voltage form and transmits the water level signal in the voltage form to the control module 1. The signal acquisition and conversion module 5 plays a role in transmitting the water level signal in the middle, and can convert the current-form signal which cannot be received by the control module 1 into a voltage-form signal, so that the water level signal is smoothly transmitted.
The embodiment also provides a washing machine, which comprises the washing machine water inlet monitoring device.
The invention also provides a washing machine water inlet monitoring method, which comprises the following steps:
s10, judging whether the washing machine is in a standby state,
if yes, the alarm module 4 is in a power-off state, the power supply module 3 supplies power to the control module 1 and the monitoring module 2, and S21 is executed; if not, the alarm module 4 is in the power-on state, and S31 is executed.
And S21, the monitoring module 2 monitors the water inlet level signal of the washing machine.
And S22, the signal acquisition and conversion module 5 acquires and converts the water level signal of the washing machine monitored by the monitoring module 2 and then sends the acquired and converted signal to the control module 1. The acquisition of monitoring signals is realized, and in addition, when the water level signals are not in a voltage form which can be received by the control module 1, conversion can be realized.
S23, the control module 1 judges whether the inlet water exceeds the safe water level.
If so, go to S24, otherwise, go to S21.
And S24, the control module 1 controls the alarm module 4 to be powered on and sends out an alarm signal. The alarm signal may take a variety of forms, such as acoustic, optical, electrical, etc. In this embodiment, the alarm signal is to display the abnormal water inflow information to the display module 41, and to send an alarm sound through the buzzer for prompting the user.
And S31, the monitoring module 2 monitors the water inlet level signal of the washing machine.
And S32, the signal acquisition and conversion module 5 acquires and converts the water level signal of the inlet water monitored by the monitoring module 2 and sends the acquired and converted signal to the control module 1. The acquisition of monitoring signals is realized, and in addition, when the water level signals are not in a voltage form which can be received by the control module 1, conversion can be realized.
S33, the control module 1 judges whether the inlet water exceeds the safe water level.
If so, go to S34, otherwise, go to S31.
And S34, the control module 1 controls the alarm module 4 to send out an alarm signal.
The method can realize the monitoring of the water level of the inlet water in the standby state and the running state, and avoid the damage to furniture caused by the overflow of the water in the washing machine.
