The invention relates to a safety belt adjusting mechanism of a child safety seat, which is mainly suitable for a foldable child safety seat, wherein a backrest and a seat of the child safety seat are rotatably folded relative to a base, the safety belt adjusting mechanism is arranged at the rotary folding position of the backrest and the base, a safety belt webbing is wound on the safety belt adjusting mechanism, the safety belt adjusting mechanism can be suitable for angle adjustment and rotary folding between the backrest and the base of the child safety seat, the safety belt webbing wound on the safety belt adjusting mechanism is automatically adjusted in an adaptive manner, so that the effective use length of the body of a child is limited by adjusting the safety belt webbing, and the phenomenon of child bruising or safety belt protection failure caused by the fact that the safety belt webbing is tightened or loosened along with the adjustment of the backrest angle is avoided.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and fig. 4 to 6, the base 20 of the child safety seat in this embodiment mainly includes two base side plates 21 and a supporting plate 22 connected between the two base side plates 21, the backrest 30 mainly includes two backrest side plates 31 and a protection beam 32 connected between the two backrest side plates 31, the two base side plates 21 are oppositely disposed on the left and right sides of the base 20, the two backrest side plates 31 are oppositely disposed on the left and right sides of the backrest 30, the two base side plates 21 and the two backrest side plates 31 are arranged in pairs, the folding side of each corresponding backrest side plate 31 and the folding side of the base side plate 21 are connected through an angle adjuster 40, and angle adjustment and rotational folding between the backrest side plate 31 and the base side plate 21 are realized through the angle adjuster 40. The recliner 40 is a device that is installed on a car seat to adjust the angle of the seat back. It is generally composed of a back link plate, a seat link plate, a core, a hand wheel or adjustment handle, return springs, and the like (in some low cost chairs, the back link plate and seat link plate are typically integrated into the back frame and seat frame). In the present embodiment, the backrest coupling plate of the recliner is disposed on the folding side of the backrest side plate 31, and the seat coupling plate of the recliner is disposed on the folding side of the base side plate 21, thereby achieving the angle adjustment and the rotational folding between the backrest 30 and the base 20. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the two recliner 40 on the two sides are connected together through the star shaft 41 (the star shaft may be a core member of the two recliners), so that the two recliner 40 on the two sides can be driven simultaneously, thereby reducing the reclining process and improving the linkage of the angle adjusting mechanism on the two sides of the backrest.
Referring to the seat belt adjusting mechanism of the present invention, the fixing rod 11 is fixed on the base 20 of the child safety seat, the active rod 12 is fixed on the backrest 30 of the child safety seat, the sliding rod 13 is connected to the active rod 12 through the connecting member 15, the slide rail bracket 14 is disposed on the fixing rod 11, a sliding channel 141 is formed on the slide rail bracket 14, the sliding rod 13 is slidably disposed in the sliding channel 141, the active rod 12 moves along an adjusting stroke relative to the fixing rod 11 during the process of folding the backrest 30 relative to the base 20, and the setting of the sliding channel 141 is suitable for the adjusting stroke, that is, the position and shape of the sliding channel 141 are suitable for the displacement of the sliding rod 13 moving along with the active rod 12.
The webbing 10 is disposed around the backrest 30 and the base 20 and sequentially passes around the active rod 12, the fixing rod 11 and the sliding rod 13, the webbing 10 is disposed around the active rod 12 and the sliding rod 13 in a first direction, and the webbing 10 is disposed around the fixing rod 11 in a second direction, wherein the first direction is opposite to the second direction. As shown in fig. 5 and 6 (the effective usable length of the webbing in contact with the body of the child is omitted), the winding relationship of the webbing 10 to the back 30, the base 20, and the belt adjustment mechanism is clearly shown. In the figure, the upper end of the webbing 10 passes around the reinforcing bar 32 of the backrest 30, then goes down into the belt adjusting mechanism, passes around the active bar 12 in the first direction (clockwise), passes around the fixed bar 11 in the second direction (counterclockwise), passes around the sliding bar 13 in the first direction (clockwise), passes around the belt adjusting mechanism in the left, and is connected to a belt center adjuster 50, the belt center adjuster 50 is mounted on the support plate 22 of the base 20, although the webbing 10 will continue to extend outward and return to the reinforcing bar 32 after passing through the belt center adjuster, the webbing 10 should be annular in shape, and can be disconnected in the middle by adding a safety buckle, while the portion of the webbing not shown in fig. 5 and 6 is mainly used for contacting the body of a child, such as the shoulder, the side of the child, The waist part and the crotch part play the purpose of limiting the body of the child on the child safety seat. The central regulator of the safety belt is mainly used on the safety belt of a child safety seat or a car seat and used for controlling the tightness of the safety belt, however, the regulation of the central regulator of the safety belt usually only happens when children or adults are limited on the child safety seat or the car seat for the first time, namely the initial moment of wearing the safety belt, and then the central regulator of the safety belt is not convenient to repeatedly regulate. Finally, and most importantly, the invention is suitable for a folding child safety seat, if the backrest angle is changed every time, the tightness adjustment is almost impossible by adopting a central safety belt adjuster of the safety belt, the operation is very inconvenient, the adjustment efficiency is low, and the problem that the child is injured by being tightened or the safety belt is not protected to be invalid can not be fundamentally solved. Therefore, the function of the safety belt adjusting mechanism in the embodiment of the invention is similar to that of a safety belt central adjuster, and is not limited to the tightness adjustment of the safety belt, the safety belt adjusting mechanism has automation, cooperativity and adaptability to the adjustment of the safety belt, the effective length of the safety belt webbing can be finely adjusted efficiently, quickly and accurately according to the rotation angle of the backrest, on the premise of not adding a support driving source, the effective length of the safety belt webbing is ensured to change along with the change of the backrest angle, the safety belt webbing is tensioned and smoothly, and the integral strength of the structure is ensured to be reliable.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the fixed link 11 and the active link 12 in the safety belt adjusting mechanism are parallel to each other, and the fixed link 11 is slightly located below the active link 12. The fixing rod 11 is a cylindrical rod, and both ends of the cylindrical rod are respectively connected to two base side plates 21 on both sides of the base 20. Preferably, the two base side plates 21 are provided with first connecting plates 23 protruding toward the backrest, that is, protruding upward, and the first connecting plates 23 are semicircular with round corners facing upward. The two first connecting plates 23 are respectively provided with a circular through hole, and the end of the fixing rod 11 passes through the circular through hole and is fixed by a nut, so that the fixing rod 11 can be detachably connected with the first connecting plates 23. In this embodiment, the circular through holes are formed at the installation station of the seat connecting plate of the angle adjuster 40, so that the same circular through hole can be used for installing the seat connecting plate and the fixing rod for fixing the adjuster at the same time, thereby reducing the number of the holes and compacting the structural space.
Referring to the active lever 12 of the seat belt adjusting mechanism, the active lever 12 is also a cylindrical lever, and the position of the active lever 12 is lower than the position of the recliner. Similar to the mounting principle of the fixing rod 11, the inner sides of the two backrest side plates 31 of the backrest 30 are respectively provided with a second connecting plate 33, the second connecting plate 33 extends out of the lower ends of the backrest side plates 31 towards the base, that is, downwards, a circular through hole is formed in the second connecting plate 33, the end part of the driving rod 12 passes through the circular through hole and is fixed by adopting a nut, and the driving rod 12 is detachably connected between the two backrest side plates of the backrest. Or the round through hole is not formed, and the two ends of the driving rod are directly fixed on the two backrest side plates, so that the opening quantity is reduced, and the structure space is compact.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a slide rail bracket 14 of a seat belt adjusting mechanism is rotatably mounted on a fixed lever 11, and a rotation stopping lever 16 for preventing the slide rail bracket 14 from rotating in a first direction (a winding direction of a seat belt webbing on a slide lever) is provided on a base 20. The two ends of the rotation stopping rod 16 are respectively fixed on the two base side plates 21 of the base 20, and the connection between the end part of the rotation stopping rod 16 and the base side plates 21 can be used for reference of the connection mode between the fixed rod and the base side plates, so that the end part of the rotation stopping rod can be detachably connected with the base side plates and the seat connecting plate of the angle adjuster.
In this embodiment, the sliding rail bracket 14 is composed of two triangular bracket plates, the two bracket plates are arranged in opposite directions, the distance between the two bracket plates is suitable for or slightly wider than the width of the seat belt webbing 10, the sharp corners of the two bracket plates are upward, the bottom side opposite to the sharp corners is arranged close to the horizontal, the sliding channel 141 is arranged in the bracket plates close to the bottom side, the arrangement direction is also close to the horizontal, a mounting hole 142 is arranged in the bracket plate close to the sharp corners, the mounting hole 142 is arranged above the sliding channel 141, the mounting hole 142 is a circular through hole, the aperture is suitable for the rod diameter of the fixing rod 11, the sliding rail bracket 14 is sleeved on the fixing rod 11 through the mounting hole 142, and the sliding rail bracket 14 can freely rotate at the mounting hole 142 relative to the fixing rod 11, thereby improving the cooperation of the seat belt adjusting mechanism.
In this embodiment, the rotation stopping rod 16 is located at the left side of the slide rail bracket 14, the rotation stopping rod 16 abuts against the center line of the triangular bracket plate of the slide rail bracket to limit the sliding bracket from rotating around the fixing rod in the first direction (clockwise direction) so as to prevent the slide rail bracket from abnormally rotating instead of normally moving along the sliding channel when the slide rod 13 is pushed from right to left, thereby limiting the effective sliding between the slide rod 13 and the sliding channel 141, preferably, a recess 143 may be provided at the center line of the bracket plate of the slide rail bracket for the rotation stopping rod 16 to rest, so as to improve the connection between the rotation stopping rod 16 and the slide rail bracket and prevent slipping and failure. Of course, the setting position and the setting mode of the rotation stopping rod capable of realizing the above functions are various, and are by no means limited to the above embodiment, and derivative schemes derived from the above embodiment should be protected by the present invention, and are not described in detail herein.
Referring to the connecting members 15 again, the first ends of the connecting members 15 in this embodiment are rotatably mounted on the active rod 12 so as to facilitate the improvement of the cooperation of the seat belt adjusting mechanism, the number of the connecting members 15 is two, and the two connecting members 15 are correspondingly disposed on the outer sides of the two supporting plates of the sliding rail bracket. Preferably, the sliding rod 13 is movably connected to the second end of the connecting member 15, so that the sliding rod 13 rotates to move around the seat belt webbing smoothly. The specific scheme can be as follows: the connecting member 15 is a rod, a first end of which is provided with a first connecting ring 151, and a second end of which is provided with a second connecting ring 152, the inner diameter of the first connecting ring 151 is suitable for or slightly larger than the rod diameter of the driving rod 12, and the first connecting ring 151 is sleeved on the driving rod 12, so that the connecting member 15 can be rotatably arranged relative to the driving rod 12 through the first connecting ring 151. The inner diameter of the secondary connecting ring 152 is adapted to or slightly larger than the rod diameter of the slide rod 13, and the slide rod 13 is inserted into the secondary connecting ring 152 such that the slide rod 13 can rotate in the secondary connecting ring 152 centering on its axis. Further, the sliding rod 13 may be a bolt, the end of which passes through the second coupling ring of the coupling member and is fixed with a nut, thereby detachably coupling the sliding rod 13 to the second coupling ring of the coupling member.
Finally, referring to fig. 4 to 9, fig. 4 to 6 are a schematic view of an overall state, a schematic view of a partial state, and a schematic view of a state of a webbing of a seat belt of a child safety seat according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which a backrest and a base of the child safety seat are at a right angle to each other. Fig. 7 to 9 are a schematic overall state diagram, a schematic partial state diagram and a schematic state diagram of a webbing belt of the seat belt adjusting mechanism in the embodiment of the present invention in a state where the backrest of the child safety seat is folded outward by a certain angle relative to the base.
The two groups of views only change the angle of the backrest and do not artificially adjust the length of the belt webbing. From a comparison of the two sets of views, in particular fig. 6 with fig. 9, it is clear that:
when the backrest 30 and the base 20 are in a right-angled state, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the active rod 12 at the lower end of the backrest 30 is relatively far away from the fixed rod 11 at the end of the base 20, and at this time, the sliding rod 13 connected to the obliquely lower side (obliquely downward leftward) of the active rod 12 through the connecting member 15 is located at the right side position of the slide rail bracket 14 on the active rod 12, and the sliding rod 13 abuts against the right side end portion of the slide rail bracket 141 on the slide rail bracket 14. The safety belt webbing 10 sequentially bypasses the right side of the active rod 12, the left side of the fixed rod 11 and the right side of the sliding rod 13 from top to bottom to form a W shape, in this case, the straight line distances between the active rod 12 and the fixed rod 11 and between the fixed rod 11 and the sliding rod 13 are the longest, so that the length of the safety belt webbing 10 wound and restrained between the active rod 12, the fixed rod 11 and the sliding rod 13 is the longest, and the section of the safety belt webbing does not directly participate in the portion of the webbing for limiting the body of the child and does not contact with the body of the child, and the longer the section of the safety belt webbing restrained in the safety belt adjusting mechanism is, the shorter the length of the webbing remained outside the safety seat of the child and directly contacting with the body of the child can be generally called as an effective; conversely, the shorter the length of the belt webbing that is restrained in the belt adjustment mechanism, the longer the effective length of the webbing that remains outside the child safety seat in direct contact with the child's body. Therefore, the effective length of the webbing can be adjusted by controlling the distance between the active lever 12, the fixed lever 11, and the slide lever 13 in the webbing adjustment mechanism, and the adjustment of the webbing is changed according to the change of the backrest angle. And the case where the effective length of the webbing is the shortest is shown in figures 4 to 6.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, the backrest 30 is folded outward and opened at a certain angle relative to the base 20. Since the active lever 12 at the lower end of the backrest 30 is located below the recliner and the center of rotation of the backrest 30 and the base 20 is located at the core of the recliner, the active lever 12 moves forward (leftward) with the backrest 30 turned backward, close to the fixed lever 11 at the end of the base 20. At this time, the slide bar 13 connected to the obliquely lower side (obliquely downward to left) of the active lever 12 through the link 15 moves leftward along the slide path 141 of the slide rail bracket 14 in accordance with the movement of the active lever 12 (the maximum movement stroke is to be moved to the left end portion of the slide path). The safety belt webbing 10 sequentially bypasses the right side of the active rod 12, the left side of the fixed rod 11 and the right side of the sliding rod 13 from top to bottom to form a W shape, in this case, the linear distance between the active rod 12 and the fixed rod 11 and the linear distance between the fixed rod 11 and the sliding rod 13 are reduced compared with the vertical state of the backrest, therefore, the length of the safety belt webbing 10 wound and restrained between the active rod 12, the fixed rod 11 and the sliding rod 13 is reduced, the effective length of the webbing which is left outside the child safety seat and is in direct contact with the body of a child is increased immediately, the condition that the safety belt webbing with the fixed length is tightened due to the fact that the backrest turns backwards is compensated, the effective length of the safety belt is lengthened by releasing the part of the safety belt webbing originally restrained in the safety belt adjusting mechanism, and therefore the child is prevented from being tightened due to the fact that the backrest turns backwards.
Similarly, on the basis of the seat belt adjusting mechanisms shown in fig. 7 to 9, when the backrest is folded forward (leftward) relative to the base, the active rod, the fixed rod and the sliding rod in the seat belt adjusting mechanism will reset to the states shown in fig. 4 to 6, and the length of the part of the seat belt webbing wound and restrained between the active rod, the fixed rod and the sliding rod is increased, so as to appropriately tighten the effective length of the seat belt which is loosened by forward turning of the backrest, and avoid causing the failure of seat belt protection.
The safety belt adjusting mechanism of the child safety seat comprises a four-bar mechanism, wherein the four-bar mechanism comprises a driving rod, a fixed rod, a sliding rod, a connecting piece and a slide rail bracket, the sliding rod moves in a sliding channel of the slide rail bracket along with the movement of the driving rod, the movement of the sliding rod is suitable for the angle adjustment of a backrest relative to a base, the effective length of a safety belt webbing is adaptively adjusted by the rotation movement of the angle adjustment of the backrest through the conversion of the four-bar mechanism, and on the premise of not additionally increasing a driving source, the length of the safety belt webbing can be ensured to change along with the change of the angle of the backrest, the tensioning and the smoothness of the safety belt can be realized, and the integral.
