Abstract

本发明公布一种减少汽蚀、降低噪声的新型流量调节阀。阀体内安装有阀座,阀体上还连接有出口法兰和进口法兰;所述阀体内安装有芯杆组件和阀盖;所述阀座上开有与芯杆组件配合的节流孔,节流孔与芯杆组件配合的一端是外宽内窄的圆锥形;所述芯杆组件包括芯杆和固定在芯杆端部的阀芯;所述阀芯包括均匀固定在芯杆端部的多个弧形叶片,多个弧形叶片的下端面为与节流孔端面配合的圆锥形;多个弧形叶片朝同侧弯曲,相邻弧形叶片之间留有间隙。由于流体是从弧形叶片间的月牙形缝隙中流出来,相对于传统阀利用单一环形缝隙调节流量,其能够减少汽蚀产生,降低噪音。所以,与现有技术相比,本发明具有噪声低、结构简单、不易磨损、易调节控制等优点。

Description

一种新型流量调节阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种控制阀,具体是一种减少汽蚀、降低噪声的新型流量调节阀。
背景技术
调节阀是工业管道输运装置中重要的设备。调节阀是通过执行机构推杆的位移,改变调节阀的节流面积,达到调节的目的,同时它也是噪声的主要发生源。噪声污染已经成为世界公认的4大污染源之一,各国都投入巨资治理噪声,人们对噪声控制提出了更高的要求。调节阀常常是管路系统中的噪声源,当压差增大,流速增加,压力降低,当压力降到一定临界值时,容易引起气穴、气蚀现象,并伴有流体噪声和振动。调节阀流道结构是影响调节阀产生噪声的关键因素;因此,对调节阀结构的研究是很有必要的。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,本发明提供一种新型流量调节阀。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:一种新型流量调节阀,包括阀体,阀体内安装有阀座,阀体上还连接有出口法兰和进口法兰;所述阀体内安装有芯杆组件和阀盖;所述阀座上开有与芯杆组件配合的节流孔,节流孔与芯杆组件配合的一端是外宽内窄的圆锥形;所述芯杆组件包括芯杆和固定在芯杆端部的阀芯;所述阀芯包括均匀固定在芯杆端部的多个弧形叶片,多个弧形叶片的下端面为与节流孔端面配合的圆锥形;多个弧形叶片朝同侧弯曲,相邻弧形叶片之间留有间隙。
其进一步是:所述多个弧形叶片的上端面呈外宽内窄的圆锥形。
阀芯在插入阀座的圆锥形的节流孔的过程中,弧形的月牙形缝隙逐渐变小,直至完全闭合,通流量有大变小,实现流量调节作用;同样,阀芯从阀座中离开过程中,弧形叶片间的月牙形缝隙由小变大,流量也由小变大,实现流量调节。
由于流体是从弧形叶片间的月牙形缝隙中流出来,相对于传统阀利用单一环形缝隙调节流量,其能够减少汽蚀产生,降低噪音。所以,与现有技术相比,本发明具有噪声低、结构简单、不易磨损、易调节控制等优点。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的一个具体实施例,现结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1至图4所示,一种新型流量调节阀,阀体1下部分呈圆形,上部分呈扁圆形;在阀体1内中部部位安装有阀座1-1,阀座1.1上开有与芯杆组件3配合的节流孔,节流孔与上端是外宽内窄的圆锥形。在阀体1下部分上连接有进口法兰1-3,阀体1上部分上连接有出口法兰1-2。阀盖2安装在阀体1上端。芯杆组件3包括芯杆3-1和固定在芯杆3-1端部的阀芯3-2,芯杆3-1穿过阀盖2,阀芯3-2与节流孔相对布置;阀芯3-2包括均匀固定在芯杆3-1端部的具有弹性的多个弧形叶片,多个弧形叶片的下端面为与节流孔端面配合的圆锥形;多个弧形叶片朝同侧弯曲,相邻弧形叶片之间留有间隙。多个弧形叶片的上端面呈外宽内窄的圆锥形,以便提高弧形叶片的弹性和通油稳定性。
工作过程:
将出口法兰1-2和进口法兰1-3与输运管道主体连接固定一起;通过推拉芯杆3-1带动阀芯3-2进出阀座1-1的圆锥形的节流孔;当推动芯杆3-1使阀芯3-2进入阀座1-1的圆锥形的节流孔时,阀芯3-2弧形叶片构成的月牙缝隙逐渐缩小,流量也逐渐缩小;当推动芯杆3-1时,阀芯3-2退出阀座1-1的圆锥形的节流孔,该过程中的阀芯3-2弧形叶片构成的月牙缝隙逐渐增大,流量也逐渐增大;实现流量调节作用。

Claims (2)

1.一种新型流量调节阀,包括阀体(1),阀体(1)内安装有阀座(1-1),阀体(1)上还连接有出口法兰(1-2)和进口法兰(1-3);所述阀体(1)内安装有芯杆组件(3)和阀盖(2);
其特征在于:
所述阀座(1.1)上开有与芯杆组件(3)配合的节流孔,节流孔与芯杆组件(3)配合的一端是外宽内窄的圆锥形;
所述芯杆组件(3)包括芯杆(3-1)和固定在芯杆(3-1)端部的阀芯(3-2);所述阀芯(3-2)包括均匀固定在芯杆(3-1)端部的多个弧形叶片,多个弧形叶片的下端面为与节流孔端面配合的圆锥形;多个弧形叶片朝同侧弯曲,相邻弧形叶片之间留有间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型流量调节阀,其特征在于:所述多个弧形叶片的上端面呈外宽内窄的圆锥形。
