Abstract
本发明公开一种大型印刷品防霉的方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将玄明粉、羟基磷酸钙、壳聚糖放入球磨机中,球磨处理25‑30min;(2)向步骤(1)所得的混合物中加入去离子水,混合搅拌均匀后,继续向其中加入篦麻油,搅拌15‑20min后,采用超声处理,制得防霉液;(3)将步骤(2)制得的防霉液,加入压力喷壶中,均匀的将防霉液喷在纸张上,自然风干后,制得防霉纸张。本发明提供的大型印刷品用纸张的防霉方法,操作简单,成本低廉,制得的防霉纸张,防霉效果显著,可有效的延长印刷品的使用寿命,并且印刷性能优异,印刷后的制品色泽好,不会出现变色脱色等现象。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于印刷品防霉技术领域,具体涉及一种大型印刷品用纸张的防霉方法。
背景技术
大型印刷品由于保存较为困难,导致其极易受潮而出现布满霉菌的现象,严重的影响了大型印刷品的观赏价值和使用寿命。目前,大型印刷品霉变的预防措施可以从以下几个方面来实施:(1)源头控制:提升印刷品的洁净度,定期对存放环境进行消毒,禁止用手直接触摸印刷品;(2)环境温湿度控制:降低储存环境的温度和湿度;(3)使用防霉剂:在纸质表面涂刷防霉剂,如纳米材料防霉剂、NMF-1气相防虫防霉剂、五氯苯粉钠、植物精油防霉剂及纳米TiO2改性壳聚糖防霉剂等。其中,将上述三个防霉措施结合起来使用,可达到最好的纸张防霉效果,但是目前市售普通的防霉剂,虽然防霉效果显著,但是其会严重影响纸张的防霉效果,使得印刷后纸张的色泽较差。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种大型印刷品用纸张的防霉方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种大型印刷品用纸张的防霉方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将15-19份玄明粉、24-29份羟基磷酸钙、55-64份壳聚糖放入球磨机中,球磨处理25-30min;
(2)将步骤(1)所得的混合物,按照质量体积比为为1kg:12-15L的比例,向其中加入去离子水,混合搅拌均匀后,继续向其中加入篦麻油,搅拌15-20min后,采用超声处理,制得防霉液;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的防霉液,加入压力喷壶中,均匀的将防霉液喷在纸张上,自然风干后,制得防霉纸张。
具体地,上述玄明粉中,硫酸钠的含量为99.5%。
具体地,上述羟基磷酸钙的平均粒径大小为240-280目。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,篦麻油的添加体积为去离子水体积的0.8-1%。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,超声波处理的频率为32-35kHz,处理的时间为15-20min。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,防霉液的添加量为每平方米纸张喷洒100-120ml防霉液。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的大型印刷品用纸张的防霉方法,操作简单,成本低廉,制得的防霉纸张,防霉效果显著,可有效的延长印刷品的使用寿命,并且印刷性能优异,印刷后的制品色泽好,不会出现变色脱色等现象。其中,步骤(1)所得的混合粉末,具有极其优异的防腐性能,玄明粉和壳聚糖可有效的抑制霉菌在纸张表面生长繁殖,羟基磷酸钙的添加,三者经过球磨处理后,可使得防霉物质在纸张中均匀的分布,还能增强防霉剂与纸张的结合力,提升纸张的防霉效期;篦麻油和羟基磷酸钙协同作用后,可有效的改善纸张的印刷性能,极大地降低了防霉剂对纸张印刷性能产生的不利影响。

实施例1
一种大型印刷品用纸张的防霉方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将15份玄明粉、24份羟基磷酸钙、55份壳聚糖放入球磨机中,球磨处理25min;
(2)将步骤(1)所得的混合物,按照质量体积比为为1kg:12L的比例,向其中加入去离子水,混合搅拌均匀后,继续向其中加入篦麻油,搅拌15min后,采用超声处理,制得防霉液;

实施例3
一种大型印刷品用纸张的防霉方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将17份玄明粉、27份羟基磷酸钙、60份壳聚糖放入球磨机中,球磨处理28min;
(2)将步骤(1)所得的混合物,按照质量体积比为为1kg:15L的比例,向其中加入去离子水,混合搅拌均匀后,继续向其中加入篦麻油,搅拌20min后,采用超声处理,制得防霉液;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的防霉液,加入压力喷壶中,均匀的将防霉液喷在纸张上,自然风干后,制得防霉纸张。

防霉剂采用市售普通的纳米TiO2改性壳聚糖防霉剂,防霉剂的用量与用法与实施例3完全相同。
分别用各实施例和对比例的方法对相同材质和大小的纸张进行防霉处理,分别测得防霉处理后纸张的防霉效期和纸张光泽度,测试结果如表1所示:

其中,纸张光泽度采用MN型光泽度仪测量。由表1可知,本发明制得的防霉纸张,具有极其优异的防霉效果,并且处理后不会影响纸张的光泽度,有效的保证了纸张的品质。

1.一种大型印刷品用纸张的防霉方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将15-19份玄明粉、24-29份羟基磷酸钙、55-64份壳聚糖放入球磨机中,球磨处理25-30min;
(2)将步骤(1)所得的混合物,按照质量体积比为为1kg:12-15L的比例,向其中加入去离子水,混合搅拌均匀后,继续向其中加入篦麻油,搅拌15-20min后,采用超声处理,制得防霉液;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的防霉液,加入压力喷壶中,均匀的将防霉液喷在纸张上,自然风干后,制得防霉纸张。
