Abstract
本发明提供了一种山茶花润肤油滋养化妆品及其制备方法,该化妆品包括山茶花组合物、植物基础油组合物、植物滋养组合物和植物源活性物组合物,该制备方法为:将山茶花组合物、植物基础油组合物、植物滋养组合物和植物源活性物组合物在80~90℃下混合后,进行乳化至澄清透明;冷却至50℃以下,进行过滤,得到所述山茶花润肤油滋养化妆品。本发明的山茶花润肤油滋养化妆品,采用山茶提取物、植物滋养组合物、植物基础油组合物和植物源活性组合物作为滋养源,对皮肤具有即时补水、长效锁水、防晒、美白、增加皮肤弹性、润滑皮肤和抗衰老等功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用化妆品中的化妆品加工技术领域,特别是一种山茶花润肤油及其制备方法。
背景技术
“爱美之心人皆有之”,人类对本美造型的化妆品自古以来就有不断的追求。化妆品的发展历史,大约可分为下列几个阶段:
在古代,人们一些部落在祭祀活动的时候时,会把动物油脂涂抹在皮肤上,使自己的肤色看起来健康而有光泽,这可以认为最早的护肤行为。随着社会和经济的进步,女性喜好用胭脂抹腮,用头油滋润头发,衬托容颜的美丽和魅力,在皇宫贵族及富贵人家成为时尚,对于普通的劳苦大众,还远不可及。进入工业社会后,随着科学的发展,即丰富了广大人民群众的日常生活,也极大的促进了化妆品工业的发展。后来的无论矿物油时代和天然成分时代,都还没有在生产工艺上和原料控制上脱离传统工艺。消费者对化妆品的认识产生了翻天覆地的变化。例如化妆品没有效果、化妆品过敏、化妆品皮炎等各种各样的负面效应充斥在消费者周围,对化妆品工业造成很大影响。
其次,全植物来源含不饱和油脂的化妆品的货架期一直是其诟病。市场上绝大部分化妆品中含有不饱和植物油的产品占总量的8%,而植物油不饱和油在配方中的含量更是在2%以下。主要原因是植物油中的油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸等不饱和脂肪酸容易氧化。目前国标对食品植物油的货架一般在18个月作用,过氧化值在10以下。大多抗氧化剂均采用BHT、BHA、TBHQ及EDTA、柠檬酸等助氧化剂的复合体系来稳定植物油,延长货架期。抗氧化剂的复合体系中的BHT、BHA、TBHQ均存在明显毒性,大白鼠口服半致死量(LD50)均小于2.9克/千克,都是有潜在的致癌和致歧风险。对于化妆品来说,BHT、BHA、TBHQ在安全浓度下的货架期不能够满足保质期三年的规定。欧盟和美国逐渐将BHT、BHA、TBHQ等化学合成的抗氧剂禁止用于化妆品,这也为化妆品的货架期带来了极大的风险。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种山茶花润肤油滋养化妆品及其制备方法。

第六方面,本发明还提供了一种如前述的山茶花润肤油滋养化妆品的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将山茶花组合物、植物基础油组合物、植物滋养组合物和植物源活性物组合物在80~90℃下混合后,进行乳化至澄清透明;
冷却至50℃以下,进行过滤,得到所述山茶花润肤油滋养化妆品。
本发明的多功效对消费者零负担的山茶花润肤油滋养化妆品,所采用的主要原料如下:
I、山茶花组合物。山茶花又名山茶,是山茶科、山茶属植物,古名海石榴,性喜温暖、湿润的环境。山茶花植物是名副其实的长寿树,“寿经三四百年尚如新植”,树龄可高达400年以上,其果实中也含有与生俱来的长寿因子。被誉为“国家级特色资源”。山茶花籽是老年野生山茶花树结的果实种子,山茶花润肤油就是其中的一部分。山茶花籽、山茶叶、山茶花和山茶枝等含有丰富营养物质,主要有油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、角鲨烯、植物甾醇、茶多酚、胡萝卜素、黄酮类、蛋白质、多糖、寡糖、神经酰胺、氨基酸、寡肽、多肽、角鲨烯、茶多酚、黄酮类、二萜类、植物甾醇、茶皂素、天然VE、天然VA、天然VC、天然VD、天然VK、鞣质及钙、铁、锌等微量元素,对人体皮肤有较好的美容和营养作用,尤其在美白、祛斑、抗衰老、防晒、保湿、抗刺激和抗炎等方面功效更为突出。该组合物中的不饱和脂肪酸含量在90%作用。油酸含量在80%以上。因此,可作为营养保湿滋养剂。
II、植物滋养组合物。该组合物是通过多种植物筛选,起到协同作用。该组合具有增强功效功能,尤其在美白、保湿、滋养等功效方面。同时还具有抗氧化,延长产品货架期的功能。
III、植物基础油组合物。该组合物具有自由呼吸和透气功能的封闭剂,对皮肤起到润滑、滋养吸收、保湿的功效。同时还有溶剂和增强溶解的作用。其中组合物中的不饱和脂肪酸含量在70%作用。油酸含量在60%以上。
IV、植物源活性物组合物。该组合物具有抗敏、抗炎、消炎和抗衰老等滋养功效。

1、本发明的山茶花润肤油滋养化妆品,采用山茶提取物、植物滋养组合物、植物基础油组合物和植物源活性组合物作为滋养源,对皮肤具有即时补水、长效锁水、防晒、美白、增加皮肤弹性、润滑皮肤和抗衰老等功效;
2、本发明对皮肤零负担,主要体现在配方设计上,不添加含有任何目前已知的化妆品过敏源,如:1)主要来自石油来源的白油、氢化聚癸烯、氢化聚异丁烯、凡士林、微晶蜡;2)合成硅油,如聚二甲基硅氧烷、环甲基硅氧烷及硅弹性体等;3)合成抗氧剂,如BHT、BHA、TBHQ等含苯环和酚羟基物质;4)合成油脂,如IPP、IPM、异壬酸异壬酯、辛酸癸酸三甘油酯、异硬脂酸酯系列、油酸甲酯、油酸乙酯等油酸酯系列、脂肪酸、脂肪醇;5)合成表面活性剂,如吐温系列、斯盘系列、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠,脂肪醇醚磷酸钾等;6)天然的饱和油脂,如棕榈油、椰子油、牛油、马油、猪油、鱼油等;7)各种合成香精香料系列;8)各种防腐剂等;因此对皮肤基本没有刺激性;
3、其各项卫生指标和感官指标经检验均符合QB/T29990-2013润肤油的标准。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
本实施例的山茶花润肤油滋养化妆品,是由山茶花组合物、植物滋养组合物、植物基础油组合物、植物源活性物组合物四种组分按照72份、10份、200份和18份的配比制备而成,各组分是由下列按重量的原料组成,单位kg:
A山茶花组合物:
1wt%山茶花提取液0.009;山茶籽油29.00;1wt%山茶枝提取物0.0002;油茶籽油29;茶叶籽油9.00;茶籽油4.25;1%山茶叶提取液0.005;
B植物滋养组合物:
1wt%青蒿提取液0.002;1wt%小麦麸提取液0.002;1wt%金盏花花提取液0.002;1wt%母菊花提取液0.002;1wt%墨角藻提取液0.0012;1wt%香茅根提取液0.002;1wt%广藿香提取液0.002;山鸡椒提取液0.0012;50wt%迷迭香提取液0.002;
C植物基础油组合物:
小麦胚芽油:19.25;甜杏仁油29.25;植物角鲨烷2;葡萄籽油0.0125;植物烷烃9.25;芦荟油5;玫瑰果油0.2;米糠油0.2;玉米胚芽油0.2;黑加仑籽油0.2;紫苏油0.2;植物半角鲨烷49.25;沙棘籽油0.01;葵花籽油0.2;红花籽油0.0125;小米糠油0.0125;小麦糠油0.0125;池花油49.25;澳洲坚果籽油9.25;鳄梨油9.25;霍霍巴籽油9.25;布里奇果油9.25;
D植物源活性物组合物

与此同时,提供上述一种多功效对消费者零负担的山茶花润肤油滋养化妆品的制造方法,其制造过程如下:
1)山茶花组合物按照每个原料重量,加入搅拌锅,搅拌,缓慢加热,温度最高至85±5℃,保持30~90分钟;
2)植物基础油组合物按照每个原料重量,加入搅拌锅,搅拌,最高加入温度为80±5℃,保持30~90分钟;
3)植物滋养组合物按照每个原料重量,加入搅拌锅,搅拌,最高加入温度为85±5℃,保持30~90分钟;
4)植物源活性物组合物按照每个原料重量,加入搅拌锅,搅拌,最高加入温度为85±5℃,保持30~90分钟;
5)所有原料在85±5℃加入乳化锅,保温30~120分钟后,至澄清透明;
6)冷却至50℃以下,加入任何所选用的香精即可,也可以不添加任何香料。混合均匀后,用0.25~25μm末端过滤器过滤后,即为山茶花润肤油滋养化妆品。此步骤中的加热为蒸汽或电加热均可。此步骤中的搅拌速度为20~60r/min。
实施例2
本实施例的山茶花润肤油滋养化妆品,是由山茶花组合物、植物滋养组合物、植物基础油组合物、植物源活性物组合物四种组分按照72份、10份、200份和18份的配比制备而成,各组分是由下列按重量的原料组成,单位kg:
A山茶花组合物:
1wt%山茶花提取液0.05;山茶籽油25;1wt%山茶枝提取物0.05;油茶籽油25;茶叶籽油25;茶籽油25;1wt%山茶叶提取液0.05;
B植物滋养组合物:

具体制备过程如实施例1。
本发明的山茶花润肤油滋养化妆品,适合各个年龄段人群使用,也可用于老年人的瘙痒症、湿疹等皮肤病,也可用于防晒和晒后修复。
本发明的山茶花润肤油滋养化妆品实施例3卫生标准和感官理化指标如表1所示。

利用本发明中实施例3获得的山茶花润肤油滋养化妆品的过敏性测试,采用多次正常皮肤和角质层变薄皮肤试验,证明其无刺激性。具体试验如下:
一、受试物配制方法:用原液直接测试
二、受试动物和饲养环境:普通级白色新西兰种家兔4只,体重2.1~2.7kg,由上海市松江区车墩实验动物良种场提供,实验动物许可证:SCXK(沪)2012-0008。实验动物饲养室温度19~26℃,相对湿度40~70%。家兔饲养由苏州双狮实验动物饲料科技服务公司提供,合格证号:苏饲审(2009)05032。实验动物使用许可证号:SYXK(沪)2013-0008。
三、试验方法:试验前24小时将动物背部脊柱两侧毛剃掉,用毛刷刮至左侧轻微渗血(光学显微镜放大100倍)。两侧剃毛范围左右各约3cm*3cm,试验时将受试物0.5L均匀涂抹在两侧试验区皮肤上。每天涂抹一次,连续28d。从第二天开始,每天涂抹前去毛,用温水清洗,1h后观察皮肤反应按卫生部<化妆品卫生规范>(2007年版)中的有关规定进行皮肤刺激反应评分,试验结束后,分别计算28天总积分、2天每只动物积分均值,每天每只动物积分均值,并进行皮肤刺激强度分级。
本发明的山茶花润肤油滋养化妆品的多次皮肤刺激试验结果如表2所示。

分别利用本发明中实施例1~4获得的山茶花润肤油滋养化妆品的货架期由瑞士万通892型油脂氧化稳定测试的外推法确认,具体测试数据如表3所示。

8.如权利要求7所述的山茶花润肤油滋养化妆品,其特征在于,所述山茶花组合物、植物滋养组合物、植物基础油组合物和植物源活性物组合物的重量份数分别为:72份、10份、200份、18份。
9.如权利要求7或8所述的山茶花润肤油滋养化妆品,其特征在于,还包含有香精。
10.一种如权利要求7所述的山茶花润肤油滋养化妆品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将山茶花组合物、植物基础油组合物、植物滋养组合物和植物源活性物组合物在80~90℃下混合后,进行乳化至澄清透明;
冷却至50℃以下,进行过滤,得到所述山茶花润肤油滋养化妆品。
