1. A pelletizing device, characterized by comprising: a material distributing mechanism and a pill pressing mechanism,
the feed mechanism has: the material containing bottles are used for containing different powder materials; the powder blanking part is provided with the material containing bottle and is used for separating powder in the material containing bottle; the powder blanking power part is abutted against the powder blanking part and provides power for the powder blanking part; the discharging part is arranged below the powder discharging part and is used for flowing in the powder separated from the powder discharging part;
the tablet pressing mechanism has: the die is provided with a powder inlet, the powder inlet is connected with the discharging part of the distributing mechanism, and the die is provided with a hollow inner cavity for containing powder to be pressed into the pills; the shape of the pressure lever is matched with the inner cavity of the die, and the pressure lever is inserted into the inner cavity of the die through an upper end opening of the inner cavity of the die and is used for pressing powder in the die to form pills; the capturing cup cover can be fixedly connected to the lower end opening of the inner cavity of the die and is used for capturing the pressed pills;
wherein, powder unloading spare has:
the blanking device comprises a blanking plate and a clamping device, wherein the blanking plate is provided with a fixing end and a moving end, a plurality of through holes are evenly distributed on the moving end of the blanking plate, and the moving end of the blanking plate is adjacent to the blanking power part;
the material plate motor is connected with the fixing end of the material discharging plate and drives the material discharging plate to move;
the material stopping plates are transversely movably and longitudinally fixedly placed on the blanking plates, and one ends of the material stopping plates point to the fixing ends of the blanking plates; the bottle mouth of the material containing bottle is inversely arranged on one end of the material stopping plate close to the end pointing to the fixing end of the blanking plate; the other end of the material stopping plate is arranged at the moving end of the material discharging plate and is provided with an opening; the material stopping plate can do transverse linear motion on the material discharging plate, so that the opening of the material stopping plate can be switched back and forth between the bottle opening of the material containing bottle and the through hole of the material discharging plate to be aligned; the blanking plate can move transversely vertical to the material stopping plate by the aid of the plate motor, and the material stopping plate and the material containing bottle move synchronously;
one end of each elastic piece is fixed at the fixing end of the blanking plate, and the other end of each elastic piece is fixed at one end of the material stopping plate and used for providing transverse thrust to the material stopping plate so that the open holes of the material stopping plate can be aligned with the through holes of the blanking plate;
the blanking plate is a blanking disc, the fixing end of the blanking plate is the center of the blanking disc, and the blanking plate is connected with the plate motor; the moving end of the blanking plate is the periphery of the blanking disc and is adjacent to the blanking power part; the blanking plate can move transversely perpendicular to the material stopping plate, namely the circumferential motion of the blanking disc;
the unloading power spare has:
one end of the blanking push rod is adjacent to the moving end of the blanking plate and faces the other end of the material stopping plate;
the push rod motor is fixedly connected with the other end of the blanking push rod and used for pushing the blanking push rod to move towards the fixing end of the blanking plate and further pushing the material stopping plate to move towards the fixing end of the blanking plate, so that the opening of the material stopping plate is aligned with the bottle opening of the material containing bottle, and powder in the material containing bottle is separated;
a boss is arranged at the lower end opening of the inner cavity of the mold, and the column-shaped catcher of the catching cup cover is clamped on the boss at the lower end opening of the inner cavity in a squeezing mode.

The pelletizing device according to claim 1, wherein said blanking plate is a blanking rectangular plate, the fixing end of said blanking plate is one side end of said blanking rectangular plate, and said blanking plate motor is connected thereto; the moving end of the blanking plate is the other side end of the blanking rectangular plate and is adjacent to the blanking power part; the blanking plate can move transversely perpendicular to the material stopping plate, namely the blanking rectangular plate moves longitudinally.
3. A pelletizing device as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the powder blanking member also has a fixing element for stabilizing the elastic element.
4. A pellet fabrication apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein said resilient member is a spring.
5. The apparatus according to claim 2, wherein said powder blanking member has a gear, the shaft of said gear is fixedly connected to said plate motor, and the teeth of said gear are engaged with the teeth of one side end of said blanking rectangular plate.
6. The pelletizing apparatus of claim 1, wherein said discharge power element has an eccentric, a central axis of said eccentric being fixed to said pusher motor, and a side shaft of said eccentric being fixedly attached to the other end of said discharge pusher.
7. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said discharge power member further comprises a discharge aid member secured to an end of said discharge push rod for assisting in the dispensing of powder from said charge bottle.
8. The apparatus as set forth in claim 7, wherein said feeding aid has a vibration rod having a lower end vertically fixedly inserted into one end of said feeding push rod and the other end fixedly connected to a hammer, and a spring is provided at the periphery of a lower portion of said vibration rod for vibrating said vibration rod to drive said hammer to lightly tap the wall of said charge bottle.

The pelletizing device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the discharge member is a branch pipe, an upper end opening of the branch pipe is fixedly connected with the through hole of the blanking plate, and a lower end opening of the branch pipe is connected with the powder inlet of the die.
10. A pellet mill as claimed in claim 1, wherein said die has a pellet press section and a pellet receiving section connected to said pellet press section, with a floor interposed between said pellet press section and said pellet receiving section for enclosing said internal cavity.
11. The pellet-forming apparatus of claim 10, wherein said inner chamber extends through the axial center line of said pellet-forming section, said inner chamber having an upper end opening through which said compression bar is inserted, said inner chamber having a lower end opening which is closable and openable by said base plate.
12. A pellet mill as claimed in claim 10, wherein said pellet-receiving section has a cavity, an upper end of said cavity being in open communication with a lower end of said inner chamber of said pellet-compressing section; the capturing cup cover is provided with a U-shaped cover top and a column-shaped capturing device fixedly connected in the cover top; the cover top of the capturing cup cover is screwed at the lower end opening of the cavity, and the column-shaped capturing device of the capturing cup cover is clamped at the lower end opening of the inner cavity in a squeezing mode.
13. The pellet fabrication apparatus of claim 1, wherein the catch cup lid includes a U-shaped lid top and a pillar trap for catching pellets, the pillar trap being secured within the lid top.
14. A pellet mill as claimed in claim 13, wherein the cylindrical catcher has a hollow cylindrical body having one end fixed to the inner surface of the cap top and the other end having a plurality of spaced catching pieces extending along the periphery of the end toward the center of the end.
15. A pellet mill as claimed in claim 14, characterized in that said column is a cylinder and said catch is a fan catch, the arc edge of said fan catch being fixed to the circumference of the end face of the other end face of said cylinder, the apex of said fan catch pointing towards the center of the end face circle of the other end face of said cylinder.
16. A pelletizing device as claimed in claim 14, characterized in that the cylinder is a cylinder and the catcher piece is a fan-ring shaped catcher piece, the long arc of which is fixedly connected to the circumference of the end face of the other end face of the cylinder and the short arc of which is close to the center of the end face circle of the other end face of the cylinder.
