Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of financial services, and particularly relates to a paper money depositing and withdrawing processing device for a financial service terminal.
Background
At present, the deposit operation of the financial service terminal in the market returns unqualified paper money to a user, and when the user performs the deposit operation, on one hand, one Zhang De paper money is required to be conveyed to a detection area for counting and detection; and on the other hand, returning the unqualified paper money to the customer, and finally storing the qualified paper money into the cashbox. Patent document 103208149B discloses a banknote handling apparatus for handling banknotes for deposit and withdrawal, comprising: a bill deposit/withdrawal port for receiving bills for deposit and accumulating the bills discharged for withdrawal; a bill discriminating unit for discriminating the authenticity and the denomination of the bill for deposit or withdrawal; a temporary storage unit configured to temporarily store the banknote recognized by the banknote recognition unit; a banknote storage container for storing banknotes; a loading storage for storing paper money for supplementing the paper money storage; a circulating first conveyance path for conveying the banknote in both directions, the banknote deposit and withdrawal port, the temporary storage unit, and the plurality of banknote storage containers being connected to the outside of the circulation via the banknote recognition unit; a second conveyance path connected to the first conveyance path and the loading container outside the circulating first conveyance path, and configured to convey the banknote in both directions; a connecting section that connects the first conveying path and the second conveying path, and is configured by a first switching section that switches a conveying direction of the banknote, and three conveying paths that are formed by two conveying paths that sandwich the first switching section and the second conveying path in the first conveying path; and a control unit that controls the first switching unit, the first conveying path, and the second conveying path, and that controls the first switching unit so as to switch the first switching unit such that a detection signal of the detection sensor is monitored and, in response to the detection signal indicating a pass or a conveyance abnormality of the banknote, whether to convey the banknote from one direction of the circulation of the first conveying path to the second conveying path or from the second conveying path to one direction of the circulation of the first conveying path is determined.
The above-described deposit operation is performed at the bill deposit port, and the basic construction of the conventional bill deposit/withdrawal handling apparatus is shown in fig. 2. The specific process comprises the following steps: when a user performs deposit operation, the paper money is stacked and orderly put into the paper money 8, then the paper money counting action is performed, the paper money rubbing mechanisms 2 and 6 and the poking blades 4 rotate simultaneously, the paper money at the paper money 8 is continuously fed into the channel 5, the transmission mechanism of the channel 5 conveys the paper money to the detection area, the qualified paper money is conveyed to the temporary storage area, the unqualified paper money returns to the position shown as 10 in fig. 2 through the paper money rubbing mechanism 2 and the poking blades 4, and the returned paper money is stacked one by one after being continuously beaten by the poking blades 4. As the banknote 8 is reduced, the platen 9 is moved to the left along with it to ensure that the banknote remains pressed from time to time. When the banknote at 8 has all entered the channel and the test is completed. As shown in fig. 3 below, the platen 9 moves rightward sandwiching the banknote between the upper guide plate 1 and the platen 9; as shown in fig. 4, the upper guide plate 1 and the pressing plate 9 are moved left together to push out the paper money, and finally the customer removes the unqualified paper money, and the financial terminal deposits the qualified paper money into the cashbox to complete the deposit operation. There are problems: as is apparent from the above description, as shown in fig. 5, the area between the platen 9 and the upper guide plate 1 is widest so as not to exceed the width of the bill, which would otherwise fall down. Therefore, the width of the banknote 8 in fig. 1 is limited, that is, the number of banknotes that can be placed at one time by a customer in depositing is not too large (the number of banknotes placed at one time by most cash dispensers is limited to 100 at present), so that when the customer deposits more, the operation needs to be repeated, the efficiency is low, and a great amount of time is wasted. As shown in fig. 3, the banknote comes out of the channel 3 in fig. 2 during the withdrawal operation, the banknote is taken along the same path as the banknote returned during deposit, the pressing plate 9 moves to the right to the withdrawal position to catch the banknote, the pressing plate 9 moves to the left as the banknote increases, and the upper guide plate 1 and the pressing plate 9 move to the left with the banknote sandwiched therebetween when the banknote stacking is completed, and the banknote is sent out at the position shown in fig. 3. Since the width between the upper and lower guides 1, 7 is limited, the number of withdrawals at one time is also limited.
Disclosure of Invention

The invention adopts the following technical scheme to realize the aim: a deposit and withdrawal paper currency processing apparatus for finance service terminal, includes upper and lower baffle, rubs paper money mechanism, dials leaf, clamp plate and paper currency conveying passageway, characterized by: the lifting mechanism comprises a motor, a left gear, a right gear, a left rack, a right connecting piece and a left channel plate and a right channel plate, the gear is connected to the gear shaft in a key mode, the gear shaft is connected with an output shaft of the motor, the gear is meshed with the rack, a chute perpendicular to the axis of the rack is formed in the upper end of the rack, the left end of the connecting piece is connected with the rack in a pin joint mode, the pin shaft and the connecting piece slide left and right in the chute on the rack, the right end of the connecting piece is hinged to the channel plate through the pin shaft, two end faces of the channel plate are attached to the inner sides of the two side plates and fixed to the side plates through screws, the rack slides up and down in a clamping groove of the support, and the connecting piece is driven to form a slope for guiding one end of paper money to lift when the rack is jacked up.
The cross section of the rack is L-shaped, and a chute is arranged on the short transverse edge of the upper end of the L-shaped rack.
The beneficial effects are that: compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that the lifting mechanism is added, the number of the user for depositing/withdrawing at one time is greatly increased, and the returned paper money can be stacked and returned to the customer in order. When the customer deposit is more, the repeated operation is reduced, the efficiency is greatly improved, and a large amount of time is saved.
