It is obvious that both of these two ways can not satisfy the demands of easy folding and high-speed full-automatic mass production at the same time.

In the further improvement of the scheme, positions which are 1-4 mm away from two ends of the folding line can be reserved respectively and are not subjected to indentation and half-cutting processing.

In a further improvement of the scheme, the thickness of the uncut material is 0.05-0.4 mm in the half-cutting processing process.

Referring to fig. 2, for example, the whole thickness of the material is "H", the cutting thickness is "H1", the uncut thickness is "H2", the smaller the thickness of H2 is, the easier the folding line 10 is to fold, the thickness of H2 can be controlled to be 0.05-0.4 mm, the range can meet the requirements of softness, easy folding, strength and difficult breaking, the specific thickness of H2 can be widened properly according to the difference of the material thickness, the thickness of H2 is a key for determining whether the folding line is easy to fold, and the half-cutting process can easily realize the control of the thickness of H2;
in the embodiment, the half-cut processing may be directly performed on the folding line 10, or the folding line 10 may be subjected to the half-cut processing after the creasing, as shown in fig. 4, preferably, the folding line 10 is subjected to the creasing processing after the creasing, as shown in fig. 3, and the half-cut creasing line is shown in fig. 4, as shown in fig. 30.
The crease line is firstly indented and then half-cut, and firstly, the indentation line 20 becomes more compact through indentation, and then half-cut processing can increase the bending strength and the bending times of the uncut material; secondly, the indentation line 30 generated by half-cutting after indentation is more beautiful, and is finer and more beautiful than the high-frequency flexible cord.

Through the repeated pressing of the pressing line, the material can be pressed into the arc-shaped or other-shaped pressing line 20, the pressing line 20 generated by the folding line 10 under the repeated pressing becomes more compact, and the bending times and the strength of the folding line 10 can be obviously improved by the material of the uncut part of the compact pressing line 20 after the half-cutting processing. The bending times and the bending strength far exceed those of the high-frequency flexible wire.
The two ends of the folding line 10 can be respectively reserved with 1-4 mm positions and are not subjected to indentation and half-cutting processing, so that the bending times and strength of the whole folding line 10 are increased, the tear resistance is improved, and the two ends of the broken line in the figure 1 are respectively reserved with 1-4 mm.
The half-cut processing tool can be a die-cutting tool, a sharp tool, a laser, a circular knife and the like which can cut materials with certain thickness, and the half-cut processed product has the characteristics that: the embossing line 30 is thin, straight, soft and easily broken, and has a similar beauty with the high frequency flexible cord, see fig. 2 and 4.
The used equipment can be equipment such as a punch press, a beer machine, a high-speed die cutting machine, a circular die cutting machine, a laser cutting machine and the like, the die can be a common cutting die, a laser cutting die, a hardware die and the like, all that can be realized is that a material with a certain thickness can be cut or thinned, and all that can be realized is that the uncut thickness H2 is reduced until a folding line is soft and easy to fold. The related materials can be various film materials such as PVC films and/or PET films and/or APET films and/or PETG films and/or PP films and/or PS films, can be coiled materials or sheets, and can be pre-printed, gold-stamped, silver-stamped and the like. The related products can be a rubber box, a folding box and various packing boxes needing folding.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the advantages of the present invention are:
the manufacturing method solves the problem that the folding line is not easy to fold, and the folding line does not need to be folded in advance;

the tool related to half-cutting processing in the manufacturing method can be an existing standard cutting die cutter, a standard circular cutter and laser cutting with standard power, the speed can reach about 8000 of ultrahigh speed of a die per hour, the speed is 10-20 times of that of high-frequency equipment, the production efficiency is improved, and the processing cost is reduced.

the half-cutting processing refers to cutting a material with a certain thickness, and a part of the material thickness is remained and is not cut after cutting.
The folding line means that the packing box is formed by folding each side piece of the box piece according to each folding line (10).
2. A method of manufacturing a transparent folded plastic packing box according to claim 1, wherein the two ends of the folding line are each left free with a space of 1-4 mm without indentation or half-cut processing.
