referring to fig. 1, in the working process of the belt filter press capable of adjusting tension in a sectioning manner, materials to be processed enter the filter press from a material feed inlet 1, the materials sequentially pass through a spreading cloth roller 3 and a feeding thickness adjusting roller 4, spiral blades are arranged on a roller shaft of the spreading cloth roller 3, the spreading cloth roller 3 can disperse the materials to two sides, plate-shaped blades are arranged on the roller shaft of the feeding thickness adjusting roller 4, the feeding thickness adjusting roller 4 scrapes the materials and prevents excessive materials from entering the filter press, the materials to be dehydrated are clamped between a filter press mesh belt 2 and a pressurizing belt 18, the pressurizing belt 18 is impermeable to liquid, the pressurizing belt 18 is arranged above the filter press mesh belt 2, the pressurizing belt 18 provides enough squeezing tension and friction force for the filter press mesh belt 2, the pressurizing belt 18 can keep stable in size under the condition of being stressed, the materials to be dehydrated are clamped by two annular belts and move around a series of dehydrating rollers, in the moving process, the pressurizing belt damping roller 7 and the mesh belt damping roller 71 can adjust the partial tension of the filter press mesh belt 2 and the pressurizing belt 18 through a brake device, thereby adjusting the partial tension of the squeezing mesh belt 8, and the partial tension of the pressurizing belt is overlapped by the driving roller, and the partial tension force is formed by the tension force of the driving roller, and the tension force is realized. The filter press belt 2 retains solids, the pressurizing belt 18 applies pressure to the material to be dehydrated through tension, the filtrate is extruded and separated from the holes of the filter press belt 2 and is led out from the grooves on the surface of the filter press grooved roll 51, and as only one filter belt is used in the annular belt for clamping the filter cake, the filtrate always moves only towards the direction of the filter belt, and finally the filter press is extruded from the filter cake outlet 21.
Embodiment two:
referring to fig. 2, in the working process of the belt filter press capable of adjusting tension in a sectionalized manner, for a ox horn shaped progressive pressurizing and dewatering area, when the self tensile strength and the elongation of the dewatering mesh belt cannot meet the high pressure dewatering requirement, an annular belt with high tensile strength and small deformation can be wrapped outside the press area filter screen provided with the opposite damping roller along the dewatering roller to serve as a sectionalized damping and pressurizing belt 26 for liquid permeation. Unlike the existing tension belt such as the single-filtering belt filter press of the patent application No. 2015116975. X, the sectional damping pressurizing belt 26 for liquid permeation can flexibly regulate the tension in a sectional manner according to the requirement, so that the dewatering power allocation of the materials at the feeding and discharging positions is more reasonable, and the problem that the water content is increased due to the fact that the conventional technology is difficult to feed because the tension cannot be regulated in a sectional manner, or the problem that the water content is increased because the tension is reduced because the tension is increased because the dewatering is enhanced is avoided, or the tension is reduced because the feeding is carried out. Embodiment III:
referring to fig. 3, in the working process of the belt filter press capable of adjusting tension in a sectional manner, when materials with stronger corrosiveness or larger abrasion are treated, a sectional damping pressurizing belt 261 impermeable to liquid can be overlapped outside the filter belt. The segmented damping pressure belt 261, which is impermeable to the liquid, is capable of withstanding greater braking forces than the press belt, thereby providing additional press tension. Filtrate flowing out of the belt is led out of grooves on the surface of the ox horn segment press grooved roll 231; since it is impermeable to liquid, the running process is kept dry all the time, which is advantageous in preventing sliding, and an anti-slip agent may be sprayed on the surface of the sectional damping pressure belt 261, which is impermeable to liquid, in contact with the damping member to increase friction. The sectional damping pressurizing belt 261 which is impermeable to liquid can be made of metal or nonmetal materials, the materials can be nylon sheet base band, metal belt, canvas belt, composite rubber belt and the like, the thickness is 0.2-5 mm, and the optimal scheme is 0.5 mm 304 stainless steel plate. The tension is 50-500N/mm, and the optimal range is 100-300N/mm. The sectional damping press belt 261, which is impermeable to the liquid, is deformed by not more than 2% in the longitudinal and transverse dimensions under a tension of 500N/mm.

A belt filter press capable of adjusting tension in a segmented manner, which is characterized in that: the device comprises a material feed inlet (1) to be treated, a filter-pressing net belt (2), a spreading material distribution roller (3), a feed thickness regulating roller (4), a net belt tension filter-pressing roller (5), a groove filter-pressing roller (51), a pressurizing belt damping roller (7), a net belt damping roller (71), a driving roller (8), a net belt discharging roller (9), an upper discharging scraper (10), a lower discharging scraper (11), a net guiding roller (12), a net belt flushing pipe (13), a net belt deviation correcting roller (14), a net belt tensioning roller (15), a pressurizing belt tensioning roller (16), a pressurizing belt deviation correcting roller (17), a pressurizing belt (18), a filtrate receiving disc (19), a cleaning liquid receiving disc (20) and a filter cake outlet (21), wherein the filter-pressing net belt (2) and the pressurizing belt (18) are two annular belts, the filter-pressing net belt (2) surrounds the net belt tensioning roller (15), the net belt deviation correcting roller (14), the net belt guiding roller (12), the net belt discharging roller (9), one or more groove filter-pressing rollers (51), one or more net belt filter-pressing tension rollers (5), the net belt tail roller (71) and the pressurizing belt damping roller (7) are connected into a net belt deviation correcting disc (14) and a closed net belt (14), the pressurizing belt (18) is connected end to form a closed loop around one or more net belt tension filter-pressing rollers (5), one or more groove filter-pressing rollers (51), a pressurizing belt damping roller (7), a net belt damping roller (71), a driving roller (8), a pressurizing belt deviation correcting roller (17) and a pressurizing belt tensioning roller (16), the pressurizing belt deviation correcting roller (17) and the pressurizing belt tensioning roller (16) control the tensioning and deviation adjusting of the pressurizing belt (18), the pressurizing belt (18) and the filter-pressing net belt (2) are tightly attached together and jointly form a squeezing area between the net belt tension filter-pressing rollers (5), the groove filter-pressing rollers (51), the pressurizing belt damping roller (7) and the net belt damping roller (71), the material to be dehydrated is clamped between a filter pressing net belt (2) and a pressurizing belt (18), the pressurizing belt (18) is impermeable to liquid, the pressurizing belt (18) provides enough squeezing tension and friction force for the filter pressing net belt (2), the pressurizing belt (18) can keep stable size under the condition of stress, a cleaning liquid receiving disc (20) is arranged below a net belt flushing pipe (13), a filter cake outlet (21) is arranged between a driving roller (8) and a net belt discharging roller (9), an upper discharging scraper (10) and a lower discharging scraper (11) are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the filter cake outlet (21), the filter pressing net belt (2) and the pressurizing belt (18) also pass through a groove damping filter pressing roller (722), a guide roller (121), a net folding damping roller (22), a ox horn segment pressing roller (23), a ox horn segment pressing groove roller (231), a damping counter-pressing roller (24), a counter-pressing roller (25), a liquid-permeable segment damping pressurizing belt (26), a liquid-impermeable segment damping pressurizing belt (261), a net folding deviation correcting roller (271) and a net folding tensioning roller (281), a filter cake is clamped by two annular belts and goes around a series of dewatering rollers, wherein one annular belt is the filter pressing net belt (2) and is used for intercepting solids and allowing liquid to pass through, and as only one filter belt is used in the annular belt for clamping the filter cake, the filtrate always moves only in the direction of the filter belt until flowing out; the other endless belt is a liquid impermeable pressure belt (18) which functions to provide sufficient press tension, friction and to maintain its dimensional stability under applied force.

A belt filter press of the type with stepwise tension adjustment according to claim 1, wherein: the pressurizing belt damping roller (7), the net stacking damping roller (22) and the damping opposite pressing roller (24) are provided with a braking device at least at one end, the braking device can adjust the partial tension of the filtering screen pressing belt (2) and the pressurizing belt (18) so as to adjust the pressing pressure, the sectional damping pressurizing belt (26) penetrating liquid is an annular belt with high tensile strength and small deformation, the sectional damping pressurizing belt (26) penetrating liquid is tensioned by the partial tension formed by the superposition of the driving force of the driving roller (8) and the resistance of the damping roller, the tensioning force provides additional dynamic dehydration power except static tension, and the additional dynamic dehydration power is transmitted to the filtering screen pressing belt (2) and materials clamped by the filtering screen pressing belt to continuously press, so that the solid-liquid separation is realized.

A belt filter press of the type with stepwise tension adjustment according to claim 1, wherein: the roll shaft of the spreading cloth roll (3) is provided with spiral blades, the roll shaft of the feeding thickness regulating roll (4) is provided with plate-shaped blades, and the surfaces of the pressurizing belt damping roll (7), the net stacking damping roll (22) and the damping counter-pressure roll (24) are wrapped with high friction layers.

A belt filter press of the type with stepwise tension adjustment according to claim 1, wherein: the negative pressure damping box (6) is further arranged below the filter pressing mesh belt (2) between the grooved filter pressing roller (51) and the pressurizing belt damping roller (7), the surface of the negative pressure damping box (6) in contact with the filter pressing mesh belt (2) is a wear-resistant panel provided with grooves, and the negative pressure damping box (6) can adjust the suction vacuum degree to adjust the tension of the filter pressing mesh belt (2).
