实施例1
巴西蘑菇蒜精软胶囊,其特点是:所述巴西蘑菇含量为20%,所述大蒜含量为10%,所述山药含量为5%,所述枸杞含量为5%,所述胡萝卜含量为5%,所述精油含量为50%。
制作上述巴西蘑菇蒜精软胶囊的方法,其特点是:所述的制作步骤为:
步骤一,挑选上好的新鲜大蒜,削去根、梗,剥去外皮,剔除有霉烂的蒜瓣,放入清洗池内洗净,然后沥干备用;
步骤二,将清洗后的大蒜进行低温除臭,除臭分两步进行:第一,蒜酶灭活
处理,
将洗净沥干的蒜瓣放入温度为35℃-65℃的水中浸没且搅拌半分钟至一分钟后捞出;第二,净化处理,将经过蒜酶灭活处理后的蒜瓣放入浓度为5%-15%的盐水溶液中浸泡三天后,将容器内的盐水溶液放掉,加入清水浸泡一天后沥干;
步骤三,将除臭后的大蒜粉碎取汁,其方法是,先将大蒜粉碎压榨,形成蒜泥,经挤压且过滤后取出大蒜汁;
步骤四,将巴西蘑菇、山药、枸杞、胡萝卜剖壁成粉后取汁;
步骤五,选择精制的菜籽油;
步骤六,将步骤四中的巴西蘑菇与步骤三中的蒜精混合,加入精制菜籽油,且高温180℃熬制成混合汁,该高温熬制的混合汁中水分的含量小于千分之一;
步骤七,将步骤四中的山药、枸杞、胡萝卜混合加入菜籽油后高温熬制成混合汁;
步骤八,将步骤六中由巴西蘑菇和大蒜高温熬制的混合汁与步骤七中山药、枸杞、胡萝卜的混合汁混合,合成过滤形成巴西蘑菇蒜精油剂;
步骤九,将步骤八所制成的巴西蘑菇蒜精油剂灌装到软胶囊中并密封形成巴西蘑菇蒜精软胶囊。
实施例2
巴西蘑菇蒜精软胶囊,其特点是:所述巴西蘑菇含量为15%,所述大蒜含量为15%,所述含量为5%,所述山药含量为5%,所述枸杞含量为5%,所述胡萝卜含量为5%,所述精油含量为50%。

本发明提供的巴西蘑菇蒜精软胶囊及其制作方法,将巴西蘑菇提取物和蒜精混合后,制成软胶囊,这样的产品便于携带、服用,同时提升产品的口感,容易被使用者接受,从而达到防、治相关疾病的目的,另外,将巴西蘑菇提取物好和蒜精混合可以充分利用这两种产品的药用特点,其防、治效果会更加理想;充分发挥本产品养阴生津、益气补血、增强思维、提高人体免疫机能增强抗病能力、改善睡眠、健壮脾胃的功效。

1.巴西蘑菇蒜精软胶囊,其特征在于:所述的巴西蘑菇蒜精软胶囊由巴西蘑菇、大蒜、山药、枸杞、胡萝卜和精油熬制提炼而成,其中,
所述巴西蘑菇的含量为15%-25%;
所述大蒜的含量为8%-12%;
所述山药的含量为3%-6%;
所述枸杞的含量为3%-6%;
所述胡萝卜的含量为3%-6%;
余量为所述精油。
2.根据权利要求1所述巴西蘑菇蒜精软胶囊,其特征在于:
所述巴西蘑菇含量为20%;
所述大蒜含量为10%;
所述山药含量为5%;
所述枸杞含量为5%;
所述胡萝卜含量为5%;
所述精油含量为50%。
3.巴西蘑菇蒜精软胶囊的制作方法,其特征在于:所述的制作步骤为:
步骤一,将大蒜去根去皮后清洗、沥干;
步骤二,将清洗后的大蒜进行低温除臭;
步骤三,将除臭后的大蒜粉碎取汁;
步骤四,将巴西蘑菇、山药、枸杞、胡萝卜剖壁成粉后取汁;
步骤五,选择精制的菜籽油;
步骤六,将步骤四中的巴西蘑菇与步骤三中的蒜精混合,加入精制菜籽油,且高温熬制成混合汁;
步骤七,将步骤四中的山药、枸杞、胡萝卜混合加入菜籽油后高温熬制成混合汁;
步骤八,将步骤六中由巴西蘑菇和大蒜高温熬制的混合汁与步骤七中山药、枸杞、胡萝卜的混合汁混合,合成过滤形成巴西蘑菇蒜精油剂;
步骤九,将步骤八所制成的巴西蘑菇蒜精油剂灌装到软胶囊中并密封形成巴西蘑菇蒜精软胶囊。
4.根据权利要求3所述巴西蘑菇蒜精胶囊的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二对大蒜进行低温除臭的步骤包括:
第一,蒜酶灭活处理,将洗净沥干的蒜瓣放入温度为35℃-65℃的水中浸没且搅拌半分钟至一分钟后捞出;
第二,净化处理,将经过蒜酶灭活处理后的蒜瓣放入浓度为5%-15%的盐水溶液中浸泡三天后,将容器内的盐水溶液放掉,加入清水浸泡一天后沥干。
5.根据权利要求3所述巴西蘑菇蒜精胶囊的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三中,所述的大蒜粉碎取汁的步骤是:将大蒜粉碎压榨,形成蒜泥,经挤压且过滤后取出大蒜汁。
6.根据权利要求3所述巴西蘑菇蒜精胶囊的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤六、七中高温熬制的温度范围是180℃-240℃。
7.根据权利要求3所述巴西蘑菇蒜精胶囊的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤六、七中熬制成的混合汁中的水分含量小于千分之一。
