Abstract
本发明公开一种新型玻璃纤维加强筋,包括加强筋本体,加强筋本体包括玻璃纤维复合芯层、内、外加固钢网层、内、外玻璃纤维层和外耐磨层,按照重量份计算:玻璃纤维复合芯层由以下材料组成:环氧树脂25‑30份、钢纤维15‑20份、玻璃纤维30‑40份、防锈剂1‑2份、防冻剂2‑4份、抗老化剂0.5‑1份、固化剂2‑3份,内、外玻璃纤维层由以下材料组成:玻璃纤维40‑60份、环氧树脂30‑35份、抗老化剂1‑2份、防冻剂2‑5份、固化剂3‑5份,外耐磨层由以下材料组成玻璃纤维20‑25份、稀土耐磨钢珠10‑20份、环氧树脂30‑40份、耐磨砂10‑18份、固化剂2‑3份、防锈剂2‑3份、防冻剂2‑3份、抗老化剂2‑4份。本发明结构简单、设计合理,不仅能增加加强筋本体表面的耐磨性,同时还能防止加强筋本体在弯曲时发生折断。

技术领域
本发明涉及加强筋,具体的说是一种新型玻璃纤维加强筋。
背景技术
目前玻璃纤维加强筋比较脆,弯曲度比较低,容易断裂,同时耐磨性比较差,容易磨损。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题本发明提供了一种弯曲时不易断裂、耐磨性强的新型玻璃纤维加强筋。
为了达到上述目的本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
本发明是一种新型玻璃纤维加强筋,包括加强筋本体,加强筋本体包括玻璃纤维复合芯层、内加固钢网层、内玻璃纤维层、外加固钢网层、外玻璃纤维层和外耐磨层,玻璃纤维复合芯层、内加固钢网层、内玻璃纤维层、外加固钢网层、外玻璃纤维层和外耐磨层从中间向外依次分布,玻璃纤维复合芯层按照重量份由以下材料组成:环氧树脂25-30份、钢纤维15-20份、玻璃纤维30-40份、防锈剂1-2份、防冻剂2-4份、抗老化剂0.5-1份、固化剂2-3份,内玻璃纤维层和外玻璃纤维层按照重量份由以下材料组成:玻璃纤维40-60份、环氧树脂30-35份、抗老化剂1-2份、防冻剂2-5份、固化剂3-5份,外耐磨层按照重量份由以下材料组成玻璃纤维20-25份、稀土耐磨钢珠10-20份、环氧树脂30-40份、耐磨砂10-18份、固化剂2-3份、防锈剂2-3份、防冻剂2-3份、抗老化剂2-4份。
本发明的进一步改进在于:在加强筋本体的前后两侧面设置有螺纹,螺纹设置在外耐磨层上。
本发明的进一步改进在于:在加强筋本体左右两侧预埋有截面呈“凸”字形的钢条,钢条设置在外玻璃纤维层和外耐磨层内。
本发明的进一步改进在于:在内加固钢网和外加固钢网的表面涂有防锈剂。
本发明的有益效果是:在玻璃纤维复合芯层内添加了钢纤维能够加强玻璃纤维复合芯层的强度,内加固钢网层和外加固钢网层采用钢网结构,使加强筋本体在弯曲时不易折断,同时在外玻璃纤维层和外耐磨层内设置的钢条也能增强加强筋本体的强度,在内加固钢网层和外加固钢网层的表面均涂有防锈剂,能够防止内加固钢网层和外加固钢网层生锈,外耐磨层中的稀土耐磨钢珠和耐磨砂能够增强加强筋本体表面的耐磨性。
本发明结构简单、设计合理,不仅能够增加加强筋本体表面的耐磨性,同时还能防止加强筋本体在弯曲时发生折断。

为了加强对本发明的理解,下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
如图1所示,本发明是一种新型玻璃纤维加强筋,包括加强筋本体,加强筋本体包括玻璃纤维复合芯层1、内加固钢网层2、内玻璃纤维层3、外加固钢网层4、外玻璃纤维层5和外耐磨层6,玻璃纤维复合芯层1、内加固钢网层2、内玻璃纤维层3、外加固钢网层4、外玻璃纤维层5和外耐磨层6从中间向外依次分布,玻璃纤维复合芯层1按照重量份由以下材料组成:环氧树脂25-30份、钢纤维15-20份、玻璃纤维30-40份、防锈剂1-2份、防冻剂2-4份、抗老化剂0.5-1份、固化剂2-3份,内玻璃纤维层3和外玻璃纤维层5按照重量份由以下材料组成:玻璃纤维40-60份、环氧树脂30-35份、抗老化剂1-2份、防冻剂2-5份、固化剂3-5份,外耐磨层6按照重量份由以下材料组成玻璃纤维20-25份、稀土耐磨钢珠10-20份、环氧树脂30-40份、耐磨砂10-18份、固化剂2-3份、防锈剂2-3份、防冻剂2-3份、抗老化剂2-4份,玻璃纤维复合芯层1内添加钢纤维能够增加玻璃纤维复合芯层1的强度,防锈剂能够防止钢纤维氧化生锈,内加固钢网层和外加固钢网层采用钢网结构,使在弯曲加强筋本体时内加固钢网层和外加固钢网层能够增强弯曲度,同时能够防止在折弯的过程中加强筋本体发生断裂,在稀土耐磨钢珠和耐磨砂能够增强加强筋本体的耐磨性,避免在长期使用的过程中导致加强筋本体表面磨损的现象,钢条预埋在外玻璃纤维层5和外耐磨层6内,钢条设置在加强筋本体的两侧能够增加加强筋本体外层的强度。
本发明结构简单、设计合理,不仅能够增加加强筋本体表面的耐磨性,同时还能防止加强筋本体在弯曲时发生折断。

1.一种新型玻璃纤维加强筋,包括加强筋本体,其特征在于:所述加强筋本体包括玻璃纤维复合芯层(1)、内加固钢网层(2)、内玻璃纤维层(3)、外加固钢网层(4)、外玻璃纤维层(5)和外耐磨层(6),所述玻璃纤维复合芯层(1)、内加固钢网层(2)、内玻璃纤维层(3)、外加固钢网层(4)、外玻璃纤维层(5)和外耐磨层(6)从中间向外依次分布,所述玻璃纤维复合芯层(1)按照重量份由以下材料组成:环氧树脂25-30份、钢纤维15-20份、玻璃纤维30-40份、防锈剂1-2份、防冻剂2-4份、抗老化剂0.5-1份、固化剂2-3份,所述内玻璃纤维层(3)和外玻璃纤维层(5)按照重量份由以下材料组成:玻璃纤维40-60份、环氧树脂30-35份、抗老化剂1-2份、防冻剂2-5份、固化剂3-5份,所述外耐磨层(6)按照重量份由以下材料组成玻璃纤维20-25份、稀土耐磨钢珠10-20份、环氧树脂30-40份、耐磨砂10-18份、固化剂2-3份、防锈剂2-3份、防冻剂2-3份、抗老化剂2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种新型玻璃纤维加强筋,其特征在于:在所述加强筋本体的前后两侧面设置有螺纹,所述螺纹设置在所述外耐磨层上。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种新型玻璃纤维加强筋,其特征在于:在所述加强筋本体左右两侧设置有预埋有截面呈“凸”字形的钢条,所述钢条设置在所述外玻璃纤维层(5)和外耐磨层(6)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种新型玻璃纤维加强筋,其特征在于:在所述内加固钢网和所述外加固钢网的表面涂有防锈剂。
