Abstract
本发明公开了一种蓄热燃烧系统旋转式换向阀的环片密封装置,环形薄片一端固定在旋转阀芯旋转分配板的外环壁面上,旋转分配板的外环壁面下部安装有环形托板,环形薄片的内环壁面上部与环形分气板环形壁面旋转接触密封;安装在弹片支架上的弧形弹片弹力紧压环形薄片的外壁面,环形薄片的内环壁面紧贴环形分气板的环形壁面与旋转分配板的外环壁面,密封环形分气板与旋转分配板之间的泄漏间隙。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种蓄热燃烧系统旋转式换向阀的环片密封装置,具体涉及蓄热式燃烧装置RTO风向转换用旋转式换向阀技术领域。
背景技术
目前的蓄热式燃烧装置RTO是把生产排出的有机废气经过蓄热陶瓷的加热后,温度迅速提升,在炉膛内燃气燃烧加热作用下,温度达到680~1050℃,有机废气中的VOCs在此高温下直接分解成二氧化碳和水蒸气,形成无味的高温烟气,然后流经温度低的蓄热陶瓷,大量热能即从烟气中转移至蓄热体,用来加热下一次循环的待分解有机废气,高温烟气的自身温度大幅度下降,再经过热回收系统和其他介质发生热交换,烟气温度进一步降低,最后排至室外大气。其具有运行费用省,有机废气的处理效率高,不会发生催化剂中毒现象等优点。旋转式RTO装置由一个燃烧室、一个圆柱形分成几瓣独立区域的陶瓷蓄热床和一个旋转式转向阀组成,通过旋转式转向阀的旋转,改变陶瓷蓄热床不同区域的气流方向,从而连续地预热 VOC 废气,在燃烧室氧化燃烧后就可去除 VOC。相对于阀门切换式RTO装置,旋转式RTO装置由于只有一个活动部件旋转式转向阀阀芯,所以运行更可靠方便,但是旋转阀不易密封,直接影响VOC的净化率。本发明申请人于2017年5月9日申请了一项发明专利,发明名称:具有高效密封旋转式换向阀的蓄热燃烧装置,申请号:201710323121.3,该技术改进了现有旋转式RTO装置旋转式转向阀的结构与密封,但还需要进一步改进,不断提高旋转式换向阀的各项性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供了一种蓄热燃烧系统旋转式换向阀的环片密封装置,通过改进旋转式转向阀的密封结构,解决旋转阀不易密封、废气的泄露量大影响VOC的净化率的缺陷,大幅度提高蓄热燃烧装置的废气净化质量与效率。
鉴于上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种蓄热燃烧系统旋转式换向阀的环片密封装置,旋转式换向阀包括:阀壳、进气箱、扫气箱、排气箱、环形分气板与旋转阀芯。环片密封装置包括:环形薄片、N个弹片支架与弧形弹片。环形薄片的一端固定在旋转阀芯旋转分配板的外环壁面上,旋转分配板的外环壁面下部安装有环形托板,环形薄片的下部支撑在环形托板的壁面上,该环形薄片的内环壁面上部与环形分气板环形壁面旋转接触密封。N个弹片支架固定在环形分气板的下部,弧形弹片固定在弹片支架的支架槽中,该弧形弹片的内弹性壁面与环形薄片的外环壁面接触。转分配板带动环形薄片转动,环形薄片的内环壁面紧贴环形分气板的环形壁面与旋转分配板的外环壁面。
对本发明做进一步改进,所采取的优选技术措施是:环形托板上部固定有环形油槽,环形薄片与弹片支架安装在环形油槽中。
对本发明做进一步改进,所采取的优选技术措施是:环形油槽的上环形壁面上安装有密封槽,该密封槽中安装有密封件;密封件与旋转分配板的下壁面接触密封。
有益效果
基于以上技术方案,本发明蓄热燃烧系统旋转式换向阀的环片密封装置,至少具有以下有益效果其中之一:
1,旋转阀芯带动环形薄片转动,环形薄片在弧形弹片的弹性作用下紧贴环形分气板的外壁面滑动,密封环形分气板与旋转分配板之间的泄漏间隙;
2,环形薄片安装在环形油槽中,润滑油减小环形薄片与环形分气板外壁面的摩擦系数,同时起到密封作用;
3,环形油槽的上壁面上安装有密封槽,密封槽中安装有密封件,增加了密封效果,最大限度的防止未处理废气的泄漏。

一.第一实施例
如图1所示,旋转式换向阀包括:阀壳101、进气箱102、扫气箱103、排气箱104、环形分气板105与旋转阀芯106。如图2所示,环片密封装置107包括:环形薄片201与四个弹片支架301。如图3所示,环形薄片201的一端固定在旋转阀芯106旋转分配板202的外环壁面203上。旋转分配板202的外环壁面203下部安装有环形托板204,环形薄片201的下部支撑在环形托板204的壁面上,该环形薄片201的内环壁面205上部与环形分气板105环形壁面206旋转接触密封。如图2所示,四个弹片支架301固定在环形分气板105的下部,弧形弹片302固定在弹片支架301的支架槽303中,该弧形弹片302的内弹性壁面304与环形薄片201的外环壁面305接触。如图3所示,转分配板202带动环形薄片201转动,环形薄片201的内环壁面205紧贴环形分气板105的环形壁面206与旋转分配板202的外环壁面203。
至此,本发明蓄热燃烧系统旋转式换向阀的环片密封装置第一实施例,介绍完毕。
二.第二实施例
如图4所示,环形托板204上部固定有环形油槽401,环形薄片201与弹片支架301安装在环形油槽401中。环形油槽401的上环形壁面402上安装有密封槽403,该密封槽403中安装有密封件404;密封件404与环形分气板105的下壁面405接触密封。

1.一种蓄热燃烧系统旋转式换向阀的环片密封装置,所述旋转式换向阀包括:阀壳、进气箱、扫气箱、排气箱、环形分气板与旋转阀芯;所述环片密封装置,其特征在于,包括:
环形薄片,其一端固定在旋转阀芯旋转分配板的外环壁面上;所述旋转分配板的外环壁面下部安装有环形托板,所述环形薄片的下部支撑在环形托板的壁面上,所述环形薄片的内环壁面上部与环形分气板环形壁面旋转接触密封;
N个弹片支架,固定在环形分气板的下部,所述弧形弹片固定在弹片支架的支架槽中,所述弧形弹片的内弹性壁面与环形薄片的外环壁面接触;转分配板带动环形薄片转动,所述环形薄片的内环壁面紧贴环形分气板的环形壁面与旋转分配板的外环壁面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蓄热燃烧系统旋转式换向阀的环片密封装置,其特征在于:所述环形托板上部固定有环形油槽,所述环形薄片与弹片支架安装在环形油槽中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的蓄热燃烧系统旋转式换向阀的环片密封装置,其特征在于:所述环形油槽的上环形壁面上安装有密封槽,所述密封槽中安装有密封件,所述密封件与旋转分配板的下壁面接触密封。
