本发明公开了一种导电高分子材料,包括20‑30份吡咯单体、20‑30份丙烯酰胺、15‑20份苯烯、2‑6份玻璃纤维、5‑10份碳纤维、1‑2份炭黑、1‑2份稀土、1‑2份烷基铝、20‑40份丙烯酸酯类。其优点在于:本发明通过吡咯单体、丙烯酰胺、苯烯和丙烯酸酯类组混合物中添加玻璃纤维、碳纤维、炭黑、稀土、烷基铝制得大导电高分子材料,提供了导电高分子材料热稳定性强,并且易于加工,适于工业大规模生产。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种导电高分子材料。
背景技术
随着现代工业的飞速发展,高分子材料的运用越来越广泛,各大高校、研究所都设置了高分子材料研究中心。高分子材料也称为聚合物材料,是以高分子聚合物为基质,配有其他助剂所构成的材料,高分子材料按特性分为橡胶、纤维、塑料、高分子粘合剂、高分子涂料和高分子基复合材料等。高分子材料在电气电子工业、航天业、建筑业、医疗器械、医疗包装、交通运输业、家用电气、农业等各行业中都有着广泛的应用。
导电高分子材料是具有导电功能(包括半导电性、金属导电性和超导电性)、电导率在 10S/m 以上的聚合物材料。高分子导电材料具有密度小、易加工、耐腐蚀、可大面积成膜以及电导率可在十多个数量级的范围内进行调节等特点,不仅可作为多种金属材料和无机导电材料的代用品,而且已成为许多先进工业部门和尖端技术领域不可缺少的一类材料。聚苯胺作为高分子导电材料的一种,除了其电特性外,还具有能够由廉价的苯胺比较简便地合成、且在显示导电性的状态下显示出对氧等的优异的稳定性的优点和特性。但其加工性不好和稳定性不高造成的,严重阻碍了导电高分材料在工业上的应用。尤其在电器元件中的应用,需要导电材料具有良好的热稳定性,否则,即使其它性能再好,也无法应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种热稳定性强、易于加工的导电高分子材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种导电高分子材料,其创新点在于:以重量份计,包括如下组分:
吡咯单体 20-30份
丙烯酰胺 20-30份
苯烯 15-20份
玻璃纤维 2-6份
碳纤维 5-10份
炭黑 1-2份
稀土 1-2份
烷基铝 1-2份
丙烯酸酯类 20-40份
进一步的,所述丙烯酸酯类为丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯中的一种或两种的混合物。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明通过吡咯单体、丙烯酰胺、苯烯和丙烯酸酯类组混合物中添加玻璃纤维、碳纤维 、炭黑、稀土、烷基铝制得大导电高分子材料,提供了导电高分子材料热稳定性强,并且易于加工,适于工业大规模生产。
