Abstract
本发明提供了一种抑脂化脂降糖解油的减肥茶及其制备方法,含有:山楂提取物、陈皮提取物、海带提取物、荷叶提取物、枸杞提取物、茯苓提取物、杜仲提取物、丹参提取物、普洱茶提取物、冬瓜皮提取物、甜叶菊提取物、西瓜皮汁、柠檬汁、蜂蜜、乳糖、可溶性淀粉。与现有技术相比较,本发明提供的抑脂化脂、降糖解油的减肥茶具有渗湿利水、健运脾胃、活血行气、去湿制水、泻下通便、减脂降脂的作用,可以有效地溶解脂肪,化浊去腻,同时可以降低机体能量利用率、减少内脏脂肪沉积、改善血液脂肪代谢指标、减缓肥胖所致全身炎症等状况,长期服用可以达到很好的减肥效果。

背景技术
肥胖是指明显超重与脂肪层过厚,是体内脂肪,尤其是甘油三酯积聚过多而导致的一种亚健康状态。1997年世界卫生组织正式确认肥胖是一种疾病。随着经济的发展,人们饮食结构的改变,近年来患有肥胖和高脂血症的人数日益增多,肥胖和高脂血症已成为当今世界最为严重而紧迫的公共卫生问题。同时,肥胖、中心性肥胖会增加4种慢性病(高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、脑卒中)的患病风险,应通过多种预防和治疗手段遏制肥胖及相关慢性病的进一步发展。所以,如何采取有效措施,科学地预防和治疗高脂血症和肥胖已经成为当社会普遍关注的焦点。
目前,减肥的方法主要有:药物减肥、运动减肥、食疗减肥、手术减肥等。而由于工作忙碌、生活节奏快,人们更多的时候会选择药物减肥这一快捷有效的方式。

称取山楂干,加热煎煮提取两次,第一次加12-15倍量水,浸泡30-60min,提取1.0-2.5h,第二次加8-12倍量水,提取1.0-2.0h,滤过得滤液,合并滤液,浓缩至粘稠状态,再置于80-100℃水浴锅上蒸至不流动状态,放于40-60℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎过筛,即得山楂提取物,放干燥器备用。

称取陈皮粗粉,回流提取三次,第一次加10-12倍60%乙醇,浸泡30-60min,回流提取1.0-2.0h,第二次加8-10倍60%乙醇,回流提取1.0-2.0h,第三次加8-10倍60%乙醇,回流提取1.0-2.0h,滤过得滤液,合并滤液,减压回收乙醇,再置于90-100℃水浴锅上蒸至不流动状态,放于40-60℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎过筛,即得陈皮提取物,放干燥器备用。

b)另加入配方量西瓜皮汁、柠檬汁及蜂蜜,用手揉至手握成团一触即散,用10-16目筛,手工挤压过筛制粒,置于40-65℃烘箱中烘干,用10-30目、40-80目筛整粒,能通过10-30目筛,不能通过40-80目筛的颗粒即为抑脂化脂降糖解油的减肥茶。

b)将其置于托盘中,另取西瓜皮汁、柠檬汁各4.0ml及蜂蜜3.0g,用手揉至手握成团一触即散,用14目筛,手工挤压过筛制粒,置于55℃烘箱中烘干,用10目、80目筛整粒,能通过10目筛,不能通过80目筛的颗粒即为抑脂化脂、降糖解油的减肥茶。
实施例3
一种抑脂化脂降糖解油的减肥茶,含有以下原料:
3.1山楂提取物的制备
称取山楂干200g,加热煎煮提取两次,第一次加15倍量水,浸泡60min,提取2.5h,第二次加12倍量水,提取2.0h,滤过得滤液,合并滤液,浓缩至粘稠状态,再置于100℃水浴锅上蒸至不流动状态,放于60℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎过80目筛,即得山楂提取物,放干燥器备用。
3.2陈皮提取物的制备
称取陈皮粗粉190g,回流提取三次,第一次加12倍60%乙醇,浸泡60min,回流提取2.0h,第二次加10倍60%乙醇,回流提取1.5h,第三次加8倍60%乙醇,回流提取1.0h,滤过得滤液,合并滤液,减压回收乙醇,再置于100℃水浴锅上蒸至不流动状态,放于60℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎过80目筛,即得陈皮提取物,放干燥器备用。
3.3海带提取物的制备
称取海带丝200g,加热回流提取三次,第一次加16倍水,回流提取2.0h,第二次加12倍水,回流提取1.5h,第三次加10倍水,回流提取1.0h,滤过得滤液,合并滤液,浓缩至粘稠状态,再置于100℃水浴锅上蒸至不流动状态,放于60℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎过80目筛,即得海带提取物,放干燥器备用。
3.4荷叶提取物的制备
称取荷叶200g,剪碎,加入75%乙醇回流提取两次,第一次加20倍75%乙醇,浸泡80min,回流提取2.5h,第二次加16倍75%乙醇,回流提取2.0h,滤过得滤液,合并滤液,浓缩至粘稠状态,再置于100℃水浴锅上蒸至不流动状态,放于60℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎过80目筛,即得荷叶提取物,放干燥器备用。
3.5枸杞提取物的制备
称取枸杞185g,加入75%乙醇回流提取三次,第一次加18倍75%乙醇,回流提取2.0h,第二次加14倍75%乙醇,回流提取1.5h,第三次加10倍75%乙醇,回流提取1.0h,滤过得滤液,合并滤液,浓缩至粘稠状态,再置于90℃水浴锅上蒸至不流动状态,放于60℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎过80目筛,即得枸杞提取物,放干燥器备用。
3.6茯苓提取物的制备
称取茯苓片200g,加热回流提取两次,第一次加16倍量水,浸泡60min,提取2.5h,第二次加12倍量水,提取1.5h,滤过得滤液,合并滤液,浓缩至粘稠状态,再置于95℃水浴锅上蒸至不流动状态,放于60℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎过80目筛,即得茯苓提取物,放干燥器备用。
3.7杜仲提取物的制备
称取杜仲粗粉200g,加入75%乙醇回流提取三次,第一次加25倍75%乙醇,浸泡60min,回流提取2.5h,第二次加22倍75%乙醇,回流提取2.0h,第三次加18倍75%乙醇,回流提取1.5h,滤过得滤液,合并滤液,浓缩至粘稠状态,再置于90℃水浴锅上蒸至不流动状态,放于60℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎过80目筛,即得杜仲提取物,放干燥器备用。
3.8丹参提取物的制备
称取丹参粗粉200g,第一次加14倍95%乙醇,浸泡60min,回流提取2.5h,第二次加12倍95%乙醇,回流提取2.0h,滤过得滤液,合并滤液,浓缩至粘稠状态,再置于100℃水浴锅上蒸至不流动状态,放于65℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎过80目筛,即得丹参提取物,放干燥器备用。
3.9普洱茶提取物的制备
称取普洱茶200g,加热回流提取,第一次加18倍水,回流提取2.0h,第二次加18倍水,回流提取1.5h,第三次加16倍水,回流提取1.0h,滤过得滤液,合并滤液,浓缩至粘稠状态,再置于95℃水浴锅上蒸至不流动状态,放于50℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎过80目筛,即得普洱茶提取物,放干燥器备用。
3.10冬瓜皮提取物的制备
称取冬瓜皮190g,回流提取三次,每次10倍水提取2.0h,滤过得滤液,合并滤液,浓缩至粘稠状态,再置于100℃水浴锅上蒸至不流动状态,放于65℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎过80目筛,即得冬瓜皮提取物,放干燥器备用。
3.11甜叶菊提取物的制备
称取甜叶菊200g,回流提取三次,第一次20倍80%乙醇回流提取2.5h,第二次18倍80%乙醇回流提取2.0h,第三次14倍80%乙醇回流提取1.0h,滤过得滤液,合并滤液,浓缩至粘稠状态,再置于100℃水浴锅上蒸至不流动状态,放于60℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎过80目筛,即得甜叶菊提取物,放干燥器备用。
3.12西瓜汁的制备
取西瓜皮100g,用蒸馏水洗净切块,加入4倍蒸馏水于榨汁机中榨汁,过滤得滤液,低温冷藏备用。
3.13柠檬汁的制备
取新鲜去皮柠檬120g,切块,于榨汁机中榨汁,过滤得滤液,低温冷藏备用。
3.14抑脂化脂、降糖解油的减肥茶的制备
a)取山楂提取物6.0g、陈皮提取物3.0g、海带提取物2.0g、荷叶提取物3.0g、枸杞提取物5.0g、茯苓提取物7.0g、杜仲提取物3.0g、丹参提取物4.0g、普洱茶提取物5.0g、冬瓜皮提取物6.0g、甜叶菊提取1.5g、乳糖48.0g和可溶性淀粉38.0g混匀;
b)将其置于托盘中,另取西瓜皮汁、柠檬汁各5.0ml及蜂蜜5.0g,用手揉至手握成团一触即散,用14目筛,手工挤压过筛制粒,置于65℃烘箱中烘干,用10-30目、40-80目筛整粒,能通过10目筛,不能通过80目筛的颗粒即为抑脂化脂、降糖解油的减肥茶。
实施例4
实施例1、2、3的理化指标如下:
4.1性状
本品为大小适宜、质地均匀、外表完整的棕褐色颗粒,气味清香,味淡。
4.2粒度分布的检查
将筛号不同的药筛按目数从小到大的顺序从高到低叠加起来,将已做好的内容物颗粒倒入最上面的筛中,慢慢摇动叠加起来的药筛,使大小不同的颗粒得以分开,所得各筛号中百分率如表1。

4.3内容物流动性检查
采用固定圆锥底法,底盘为一培养皿,将两只玻璃漏斗上下交错重叠,固定在铁架台上,下漏斗出口与底盘距离为1cm,取样品从上部漏斗慢慢加入,使样品经过两只漏斗的缓冲逐渐堆积在底盘上,形成锥体,直到得到最高锥体为止。测定锥体高度h,每种样品各测三次,取平均值,按a=arctg(h/r)测得休止角a。所得值为0.25,arctg 0.25=14°<30°,流动性好。
4.4减肥效果检查
选取志愿者(40-60岁,80人),冲水口服颗粒15天后,患者血脂血糖水平有一定程度的下降,血液脂肪代谢情况改善,长期使用具有较好的减肥效果。
4.5该颗粒综合效果考察
以下利用试用感觉来评价实施例1、2、3制成的抑脂化脂、降糖解油的减肥茶的功效。采用民意调查评分法,选取90名40-60岁年龄段的肥胖的男、女性(男女各半)作为试用对象,任意等分成三组,分别服用实施例1、2、3制备的减肥茶。一天服用两次,使用时间为两个月。各项使用效果总分为5分:5分为最高分,表示很好,非常满意;4分为较好;3分为可以接受;3分以下为不好,不能接受。以下为各项平均得分。结果见表2:
表2综合效果考察
综上所述本发明提供的抑脂化脂、降糖解油的减肥茶可以有效的减脂降脂、化浊去腻、调整血糖,减肥养颜。同时可以减少人体对糖类的摄取,增加排泄,降低血糖血脂水平、降低血清和肝脏甘油三酯含量以及空腹血糖并改善糖耐量,从而达到减少内脏脂肪沉积、改善血液脂肪代谢的效果,长期服用可以达到减肥又能防止体重反弹的双重效果。

1.一种抑脂化脂降糖解油的减肥茶,其特征在于,所述抑脂化脂降糖解油的减肥茶含有以下重量份原料:

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抑脂化脂降糖解油的减肥茶,其特征在于,所述的陈皮提取物通过以下方法制备:
称取陈皮粗粉,回流提取三次,第一次加10-12倍60%乙醇,浸泡30-60min,回流提取1.0-2.0h,第二次加8-10倍60%乙醇,回流提取1.0-2.0h,第三次加8-10倍60%乙醇,回流提取1.0-2.0h,滤过得滤液,合并滤液,减压回收乙醇,再置于90-100℃水浴锅上蒸至不流动状态,放于40-60℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎过筛,即得陈皮提取物,放干燥器备用。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的抑脂化脂降糖解油的减肥茶,其特征在于,所述的海带提取物通过以下方法制备:
称取海带丝,加热回流提取三次,第一次加12-16倍水,回流提取1.0-2.0h,第二次加10-12倍水,回流提取1.0-2.0h,第三次加8-10倍水,回流提取1.0-2.0h,滤过得滤液,合并滤液,浓缩至粘稠状态,再置于90-100℃水浴锅上蒸至不流动状态,放于50-60℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎过筛,即得海带提取物,放干燥器备用。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的抑脂化脂降糖解油的减肥茶,其特征在于,所述的荷叶提取物通过以下方法制备:
称取荷叶,剪碎,加入75%乙醇回流提取两次,第一次加16-20倍75%乙醇,浸泡20-80min,回流提取1.0-2.5h,第二次加12-16倍75%乙醇,回流提取1.0-2.0h,滤过得滤液,合并滤液,浓缩至粘稠状态,再置于80-100℃水浴锅上蒸至不流动状态,放于50-60℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎过筛,即得荷叶提取物,放干燥器备用。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的抑脂化脂降糖解油的减肥茶,其特征在于,所述的枸杞提取物通过以下方法制备:
称取枸杞,加入75%乙醇回流提取三次,第一次加16-18倍75%乙醇,回流提取1.0-2.0h,第二次加12-14倍75%乙醇,回流提取1.0-2.0h,第三次加8-10倍75%乙醇,回流提取1.0-2.0h,滤过得滤液,合并滤液,浓缩至粘稠状态,再置于80-90℃水浴锅上蒸至不流动状态,放于40-60℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎过筛,即得枸杞提取物,放干燥器备用;
所述的茯苓提取物通过以下方法制备:
称取茯苓片,加热回流提取两次,第一次加12-16倍量水,浸泡30-60min,提取1.0-2.5h,第二次加8-12倍量水,提取1.0-2.5h,滤过得滤液,合并滤液,浓缩至粘稠状态,再置于80-95℃水浴锅上蒸至不流动状态,放于45-60℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎过筛,即得茯苓提取物,放干燥器备用。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的抑脂化脂降糖解油的减肥茶,其特征在于,所述的杜仲提取物通过以下方法制备:
称取杜仲粗粉,加入75%乙醇回流提取三次,第一次加20-25倍75%乙醇,浸泡30-60min,回流提取1.0-2.5h,第二次加18-22倍75%乙醇,回流提取1.0-2.0h,第三次加16-18倍75%乙醇,回流提取1.0-1.5h,滤过得滤液,合并滤液,浓缩至粘稠状态,再置于80-90℃水浴锅上蒸至不流动状态,放于40-60℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎过筛,即得杜仲提取物,放干燥器备用;
所述的丹参提取物通过以下方法制备:
称取丹参粗粉,第一次加10-14倍95%乙醇,浸泡30-60min,回流提取1.0-2.5h,第二次加10-12倍95%乙醇,回流提取1.0-2.0h,滤过得滤液,合并滤液,浓缩至粘稠状态,再置于80-100℃水浴锅上蒸至不流动状态,放于45-65℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎过筛,即得丹参提取物,放干燥器备用。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的抑脂化脂降糖解油的减肥茶,其特征在于,所述的普洱茶提取物通过以下方法制备:
称取普洱茶,加热回流提取,第一次加16-18倍水,回流提取1.0-2.0h,第二次加16-18倍水,回流提取1.0-2.0h,第三次加14-16倍水,回流提取1.0-1.5h,滤过得滤液,合并滤液,浓缩至粘稠状态,再置于80-95℃水浴锅上蒸至不流动状态,放于40-50℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎过筛,即得普洱茶提取物,放干燥器备用;
所述的冬瓜皮提取物通过以下方法制备:
称取冬瓜皮,回流提取三次,每次8-12倍水提取1.0-2.0h,滤过得滤液,合并滤液,浓缩至粘稠状态,再置于70-100℃水浴锅上蒸至不流动状态,放于40-65℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎过筛,即得冬瓜皮提取物,放干燥器备用。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的抑脂化脂降糖解油的减肥茶,其特征在于,所述的甜叶菊提取物通过以下方法制备:
称取甜叶菊150-200g,回流提取三次,第一次18-20倍80%乙醇回流提取1.0-2.5h,第二次16-18倍80%乙醇回流提取1.0-2.0h,第三次12-14倍80%乙醇回流提取1.0-2.0h,滤过得滤液,合并滤液,浓缩至粘稠状态,再置于80-100℃水浴锅上蒸至不流动状态,放于40-60℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎过筛,即得甜叶菊提取物,放干燥器备用;
所述的西瓜汁通过以下方法制备:
取西瓜皮,用蒸馏水洗净切块,加入2-4倍蒸馏水于榨汁机中榨汁,过滤得滤液,低温冷藏备用;
所述的柠檬汁通过以下方法制备:
取新鲜去皮柠檬,切块,于榨汁机中榨汁,过滤得滤液,低温冷藏备用。
10.一种权利要求1-9任一项所述的抑脂化脂降糖解油的减肥茶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
a)取处方量的山楂提取物、陈皮提取物、海带提取物、荷叶提取物、枸杞提取物、茯苓提取物、杜仲提取物、丹参提取物、普洱茶提取物、冬瓜皮提取物和甜叶菊提取物、可溶性淀粉和乳糖混匀;
b)另加入配方量西瓜皮汁、柠檬汁及蜂蜜,用手揉至手握成团一触即散,用10-16目筛,手工挤压过筛制粒,置于40-65℃烘箱中烘干,用10-30目、40-80目筛整粒,能通过10-30目筛,不能通过40-80目筛的颗粒即为抑脂化脂降糖解油的减肥茶。
