Abstract

一种多功能管接头，该管接头的管接头本体的内圆弧面设有安装弹性密封件的沟槽，沟槽内安装有弹性密封件，管接头本体的两端设有锁紧件。采用本发明能够在主管道的任何位置快速安装并引出分支管或封堵管道壁上的裂纹和通孔。不需要切断主管道就可以直接安装分支管，避免以往必须在连接分支管的位置上把主管道切断才能安装分支管的弊端。

技术领域
本发明涉及管道连接技术领域，具体为一种多功能管接头。
背景技术
目前，当需要在主管道上连接分支管时，要在连接分支管的位置上把主管道切断才能安装分支管，这样就会造成主管道连接部分的抗拉强度降低，并且还会造成跑、冒、滴、漏的现象，在输送液体或者气体的输送管道的任何位置快速安装并引出分支管或封堵管道壁上的裂纹和通孔，是本领域急待解决的难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多功能管接头，它能够在输送液体或者气体的输送管道的任何位置快速安装并引出分支管或封堵管道壁上的裂纹和通孔，并且能够避免跑、冒、滴、漏现象的发生。
本发明通过以下技术方案达到上述目的：一种多功能管接头，该管接头的管接头本体的内圆弧面设有安装弹性密封件的沟槽，沟槽内安装有弹性密封件，管接头本体的两端设有锁紧件。
所述管接头本体包括第一管接头本体和第二管接头本体，第一管接头本体和第二管接头本体的内圆弧面设有安装弹性密封件的沟槽，第一管接头本体内圆弧面的沟槽内安装有第一弹性密封件，第二管接头本体内圆弧面的沟槽内安装有第二弹性密封件，第一管接头本体和第二管接头本体的一端套有第一锁紧件，第一管接头本体和第二管接头本体的另一端套有第二锁紧件。
所述第一管接头本体和第二管接头本体设有引出通孔。
所述第一管接头本体和第二管接头本的内圆弧面与对应的主管道外径圆弧面相吻合。
所述第一管接头本体和第二管接头本体的内圆弧面沟槽中设有密封圈。
所述管接头本体设有分支管头。
所述锁紧件为带扣的形状。
所述锁紧件的带扣的形状与管接头本体两端的扣槽形状相吻合。
本发明的突出优点在于：
采用本发明能够在主管道的任何位置快速安装并引出分支管或封堵管道壁上的裂纹和通孔。
当主管道上要连接分支管时，不需要切断主管道就可以直接安装分支管，避免以往必须在连接分支管的位置上把主管道切断才能安装分支管的弊端。

具体实施方式
以下通过附图和实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
如图1至图3所示，本发明所述的一种多功能管接头，包括第一管接头本体1、第二管接头本体2、第一弹性密封件3、第二弹性密封件4、第一锁紧件5 以及第二锁紧件6。具体结构和连接方式为：
第一弹性密封件3设在第一管接头本体1内侧，第二弹性密封件4设在第二管接头本体2内侧，第一锁紧件5套在第一管接头本体1和第二管接头本体2 的一端，第二锁紧件6套在第一管接头本体1和第二管接头本体2的另一端。
使用时，将第一管接头本体1和第二管接头本体2分别贴近主管道A的外侧，然后将第一锁紧件5套在第一管接头本体1和第二管接头本体2的一端，第二锁紧件6套在第一管接头本体1和第二管接头本体2的另一端。在第一锁紧件5以及第二锁紧件6的作用下，第一管接头本体1和第二管接头本体2紧紧地夹住主管道A的外壁，第一弹性密封件3和第二弹性密封件4受到挤压而起到密封的作用，当第一管接头本体1与主管道配合使用时起到接通的作用；当第二管接头本体2与主管道A配合作用时则起到封堵的作用。当主管道上要连接分支管时，不需要切断主管道就可以直接安装分支管，避免以往必须在连接分支管的位置上把主管道切断才能安装分支管的弊端，本发明可以在主管道的任何位置快速安装并引出分支管或封堵管道壁上的裂纹和通孔。

1.一种多功能管接头，其特征在于，该管接头的管接头本体的内圆弧面设有安装弹性密封件的沟槽，沟槽内安装有弹性密封件，管接头本体的两端设有锁紧件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能管接头，其特征在于，所述管接头本体包括第一管接头本体和第二管接头本体，第一管接头本体和第二管接头本体的内圆弧面设有安装弹性密封件的沟槽，第一管接头本体内圆弧面的沟槽内安装有第一弹性密封件，第二管接头本体内圆弧面的沟槽内安装有第二弹性密封件，第一管接头本体和第二管接头本体的一端套有第一锁紧件，第一管接头本体1和第二管接头本体的另一端套有第二锁紧件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能管接头，其特征在于，管接头本体设有引出通孔。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能管接头，其特征在于，第一管接头本体和第二管接头本的内圆弧面与对应的主管道外径圆弧面相吻合。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能管接头，其特征在于，第一管接头本体和第二管接头本体的内圆弧面沟槽中设有密封圈。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能管接头，其特征在于，管接头本体设有分支管头。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能管接头，其特征在于，锁紧件为带扣的形状。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能管接头，其特征在于，锁紧件的带扣的形状与管接头本体两端的扣槽形状相吻合。
