本发明提供一种医用试管架,包括如下重量份数的组分:尼龙:30~45份;聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯:10~22份;醋酸丁酯:3~8份;天然抗菌剂:12~18份;无机填料:2~7份;增韧剂:1~5份;抗氧化剂:0.5~3份。本发明所述的一种医用试管架,强度高、韧性好、抗冲击性强、不易老化,并且能够有效抗菌,避免试管架在长时间使用后受到残留的液体污染,放置细菌滋生。

本发明涉及一种医用试管架。
背景技术
在日常的实验室或工业生产中,经常需要在化学反应、生物反应等过程使用试管。试管架是用于放置试管的一种实验器材。对于医疗应用而言,抗菌医疗器材和产品更是极为重要不可或缺。
因此,需要一种具有高抗菌性、安全性并兼顾实用性能的抗菌医用试管架。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种医用试管架。所述医用试管架,强度高、韧性好、抗冲击性强、不易老化,并且能够有效抗菌,避免试管架在长时间使用后受到残留的液体污染,放置细菌滋生。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种医用试管架,包括如下重量份数的组分:尼龙:30~45份;聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯:10~22份;醋酸丁酯:3~8份;天然抗菌剂:12~18份;无机填料:2~7份;增韧剂:1~5份;抗氧化剂:0.5~3份。
进一步地,包括如下重量份数的组分:尼龙:40~45份;聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯:15~22份;醋酸丁酯:3~5份;天然抗菌剂:12~15份;无机填料:4~7份;增韧剂:3~5份;抗氧化剂:1.5~3份。
进一步地,包括如下重量份数的组分:尼龙:41份;聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯:16份;醋酸丁酯:4份;天然抗菌剂:13份;无机填料:6份;增韧剂:4份;抗氧化剂:2份。
进一步地,所述天然抗菌剂包括芦荟提取物、枇杷叶提取物、艾蒿提取物和乌桕叶提取物的混合物。
进一步地,所述无机填料为膨胀珍珠岩、膨胀蛭石、漂珠、粉煤灰、硅藻土中的任一种。
进一步地,所述增韧剂为聚乙烯醇。
进一步地,所述抗氧化剂为二苯胺类或对苯二胺类或亚磷酸脂类抗氧化剂。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明所述的一种医用试管架,强度高、韧性好、抗冲击性强、不易老化,并且能够有效抗菌,避免试管架在长时间使用后受到残留的液体污染,放置细菌滋生,且抗菌剂为天然抗菌剂,通过植物提取得到,安全环保。

一种医用试管架,包括如下重量份数的组分:尼龙:38份;聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯:18份;醋酸丁酯:6份;天然抗菌剂:18份;无机填料:3份;增韧剂:5份;抗氧化剂:1.5份。

一种医用试管架,包括如下重量份数的组分:尼龙:41份;聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯:16份;醋酸丁酯:4份;天然抗菌剂:13份;无机填料:6份;增韧剂:4份;抗氧化剂:2份。

本发明所述的一种医用试管架,强度高、韧性好、抗冲击性强、不易老化,并且能够有效抗菌,避免试管架在长时间使用后受到残留的液体污染,放置细菌滋生,且抗菌剂为天然抗菌剂,通过植物提取得到,安全环保。

2.根据权利要求1所述的医用试管架,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的组分:尼龙:40~45份;聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯:15~22份;醋酸丁酯:3~5份;天然抗菌剂:12~15份;无机填料:4~7份;增韧剂:3~5份;抗氧化剂:1.5~3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的医用试管架,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的组分:尼龙:41份;聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯:16份;醋酸丁酯:4份;天然抗菌剂:13份;无机填料:6份;增韧剂:4份;抗氧化剂:2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的医用试管架,其特征在于,所述天然抗菌剂包括芦荟提取物、枇杷叶提取物、艾蒿提取物和乌桕叶提取物的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的医用试管架,其特征在于,所述无机填料为膨胀珍珠岩、膨胀蛭石、漂珠、粉煤灰、硅藻土中的任一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的医用试管架,其特征在于,所述增韧剂为聚乙烯醇。
7.根据权利要求1所述的医用试管架,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为二苯胺类或对苯二胺类或亚磷酸脂类抗氧化剂。
