Abstract

The invention discloses a contact pin, which comprises a plug connector and a connecting piece. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of connectors, in particular to a contact pin and a charging gun using the contact pin.
Background
When the charging gun is used for carrying out high-power charging on the electric automobile, the charging gun can generate heat, and potential safety hazards exist. The reason for heating of the charging gun is that the contact pins and the corresponding terminals which are mutually inserted generate heat during charging, and potential safety hazards exist when the heat is accumulated to a certain program, so that the service life of the charging gun is shortened, and the development of the high-power charging gun is limited in fact.
Therefore, there is an urgent need for a contact pin and a charging gun that can achieve the self cooling and heat dissipation functions.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a contact pin capable of realizing self cooling and heat dissipation, so that a charging gun applying the contact pin can charge with high power.
In order to solve the technical problems, the pin provided by the invention comprises a plug connector and a connecting piece. The end face of the plug-in component, which is away from the plug-in direction, is inwards provided with a cooling liquid flow channel, and a plug-in inner interface is formed on the end face of the plug-in component, and the plug-in component is provided with a plug-in component cooling liquid interface communicated with the cooling liquid flow channel. The connecting piece is provided with a base part, the base part is provided with a connecting piece cooling liquid interface, one end of the base part is internally provided with a crimping hole, and the crimping hole is used for accommodating a cable connected with the connecting piece. The other end of the base is provided with a connecting piece cooling liquid pipeline communicated with the connecting piece cooling liquid interface, and a connecting inner interface is formed on the end face of the base.
The connector is connected with the connector, wherein the connector cooling liquid pipeline is arranged in the connector cooling liquid channel, and a clearance channel is formed between the connector cooling liquid pipeline and the connector cooling liquid channel wall.
The plug connector cooling liquid interface, the clearance runner, the connecting piece cooling liquid pipeline and the connecting piece cooling liquid interface are communicated to form a cooling liquid circulation runner, and the plug connector inner interface is electrically connected with the connecting inner interface and is sealed and insulated with the cooling liquid circulation runner.
Preferably, the flow channel walls of the flow channel through which the cooling liquid flows are each formed with insulation.
Preferably, a fixing groove is formed in one end, deviating from the plugging direction, of the plug connector inwards, the fixing groove is communicated with the cooling liquid flow channel, the width of the fixing groove is larger than that of the cooling liquid flow channel, and the outer surface of one end, provided with the cooling liquid flow channel of the connecting piece, of the base part of the connecting piece is narrowed so as to be fixed in the fixing groove.
Preferably, the inner plug interface of the plug connector is a plane, and the inner connection interface of the connecting piece is a plane.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the pin of the present invention includes a plug 10 and a connector 20.
The plug connector 10 is approximately cylindrical, one end of the plug connector 10, which is away from the plug connection direction, is internally provided with a cooling liquid flow channel 11, a plug connection inner interface 12 is formed on the end surface, and the plug connector 10 is provided with a plug connector cooling liquid interface 13 communicated with the cooling liquid flow channel 11.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the connector 20 has a base 21, a connector coolant port 22 is provided on the base 21, and a crimp hole 23 is provided at one end of the base 21, and the crimp hole 23 is configured to receive a cable (not shown) connected thereto. The other end of the base 21 is provided with a connector coolant pipe 24 communicating with the connector coolant port 22 and a connection inner port 25 is formed at the base end face.
Referring to fig. 5, 6 and 7, when the pin is assembled, the connector 10 is connected to the connector 20, wherein the connector coolant pipe 24 is disposed in the connector coolant channel 11, and a gap flow channel t is formed between the connector coolant pipe 24 and the connector coolant channel wall.
The plug-in piece cooling liquid interface 13, the clearance runner t, the connecting piece cooling liquid pipeline 24 and the connecting piece cooling liquid interface 22 are communicated to form a cooling liquid circulation runner, and the plug-in inner interface 12 and the connecting inner interface 25 are electrically connected and are sealed and insulated with the cooling liquid circulation runner.
