Abstract
The embodiment of the invention provides an automatic glass room, which comprises: the glass room is supported or suspended by the power system, and the power system drives the whole glass room to ascend or descend so as to disappear or exist on the ground. The automatic glass room provided by the embodiment of the invention can realize the automatic rising and falling of the whole glass room. No matter winter, summer or spring and autumn, when needed, the automatic lifting of the glass house can be controlled at any time, and the space of the area where the glass house is located is changed into a warm house, a cool house or a transparent and shelterless open garden platform which can shield wind and rain.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of building design and production and installation of buildings, in particular to design, production and installation of an outdoor automatic glass house.
Background
At present, along with the increasing of building types and the continuous demand of people for living quality, a plurality of buildings with hanging gardens, hanging courtyards, greening platforms, balconies, terraces, courtyards, garden platforms and the like are emerging. These outdoor private courtyards are generally tall and large, and can be used for planting flowers, grass, trees, parties, leisure, walking dogs and raising birds. However, the limitation of the use of these outdoor spaces is also evident, and in the extremely hot and cold seasons, it cannot guarantee that the household stays outdoors for a long time in extreme weather.

The embodiment of the invention really realizes all-weather use conditions of outdoor spaces such as garden courtyards, balconies, platforms, terraces and the like in the air.

The automatic glass room provided by the embodiment of the invention can realize the automatic rising and falling of the whole glass room. No matter winter, summer or spring and autumn, when needed, the automatic lifting of the glass house can be controlled at any time, and the space of the area where the glass house is located is changed into a warm house, a cool house or a transparent and shelterless open garden platform which can shield wind and rain.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the glass house can form an independent space, and referring to fig. 1, the effect of the whole glass house descending is shown, when the glass house exists on the ground of the outdoor garden yard platform, the outdoor garden yard platform can be divided into spaces through the glass house, so as to provide an environment capable of isolating bad outdoor weather, for example, the house can be isolated from the severe cold in the severe cold weather, and simultaneously, the lighting is taken into consideration, so that the house is changed into a really warm house. Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, the power system includes: the hydraulic pump telescopic rod 7 and the hydraulic pump machine 6 used for driving the hydraulic pump telescopic rod 7 to stretch, the hydraulic pump machine 6 and the hydraulic pump telescopic rod 7 are integrated, and the hydraulic pump machine 6 and the hydraulic pump telescopic rod 7 are fixed on the outdoor garden yard platform ground 1 or the outdoor garden yard platform ceiling 2. The other end of the hydraulic pump telescopic rod 7 is used for supporting or suspending the glass room, and the glass room is driven to ascend or descend by retracting or extending the hydraulic pump telescopic rod 7. Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the glass room includes: a top plate 10, a wall surface 12 (made of wood plates, glass or transparent PC plates and the like) and a framework 4 of a glass room, wherein the glass room is a complete and movable independent room, and the room of the glass room is provided with doors and windows (an access door 5 and a window 11).
The framework 4 is used for fixing the top plate 10 and the glass room wall surface 12, and the material of the framework 4 may be metal, or may also be rigid plastic or wood, although it is understood that the specific material of the framework 4 is not limited in this embodiment.
Referring to fig. 1, the shape of the skeleton 4 is rectangular, but it is understood that the specific shape of the skeleton 4 is not limited in this embodiment. The center pillar 9 of the frame 4 is connected to the hydraulic pump telescopic rod 7 by the connector 8, but the connection method is not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, in order to increase the functions of the glass house, for example, to provide services to the user in severe or hot weather, an air conditioning system may be installed in the glass house; for another example, in order to prevent the use of the glass house from being affected by the intensity of light, a lighting system may be installed in the glass house. It should be noted that the air conditioning system and the lighting system are both conventional structures and installation methods, and are not described herein.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the automatic glass room is provided with a limit switch and a brake device, so that when the automatic glass room is lifted or lowered to a proper position, the power supply is cut off, and the automatic glass room is stopped. The limit switch (also called as a travel switch) is used for controlling the travel of the glass room and limiting protection, and the brake device is used for helping the glass room to decelerate in the ascending or descending process of the glass room.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in the embodiment of the invention, a switch post 3 is further arranged on the ground 1 of the outdoor garden yard platform, and a switch of a power system, a switch of an air conditioning system and a switch of a lighting system are respectively arranged on the switch post 3. The start-up operation or the stop of the hydraulic pump 6 can be controlled at any time through the switch, and the air conditioning equipment and the lighting equipment are switched on or off. It will of course be appreciated that limit switches may also be provided on the switch post 3.
In this embodiment, the outdoor garden yard platform of the glass house is: the clear height of the space of the outdoor garden yard platform of the glass house is not less than 4 meters (i.e., the clear height is not less than 4 meters), although it is understood that the clear height of the space of the outdoor garden yard platform of the glass house is not limited in this embodiment.
Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the switches of the power system include a rising power switch and a falling power switch. When a power-on switch is pressed, the automatic glass houses are wholly lifted to the ceiling of the garden platform to be placed, so that no glass house is arranged on the ground 1 of the outdoor garden platform, and a spacious space is formed; referring to fig. 1, when the descending power switch is pressed, the whole automatic glass house descends to the outdoor garden yard platform floor 1, and a glass house is formed on the outdoor garden yard platform floor 1.
In this embodiment, the automated glasshouse can be installed in the air garden, air yard, landscaping platform, balcony, terrace, yard, and any garden platform of a building.
In this embodiment, a ceiling of the automated glass house is provided with a cooling/heating system, a lighting system, and other functional systems. For example: in severe cold weather, isolated outdoor severe cold, take lighting into account simultaneously, become the real greenhouse with the house. 1. An automated glass room, comprising: a glass house and a power system, wherein,
the glass house comprises a top plate, a wall surface of the glass house and a framework, wherein the framework is used for fixing the top plate and the wall surface of the glass house; the glass room is a complete and movable independent space;
the power system is fixedly installed, the glass house is suspended by the power system, and the power system drives the whole glass house to ascend or descend so as to disappear or exist on the ground of the outdoor garden yard platform;
the power system comprises: the hydraulic pump telescopic rod and the hydraulic pump machine are used for driving the hydraulic pump telescopic rod to stretch, and supports of the hydraulic pump machine and the hydraulic pump telescopic rod are fixed on a ceiling of an outdoor garden yard platform; the hydraulic pump machine and the hydraulic pump telescopic rod are integrated;
the glass room is hung by the hydraulic pump telescopic rod, and the glass room is driven to ascend or descend by the retraction or extension of the hydraulic pump telescopic rod; the number of the hydraulic pump telescopic rods is not less than two, and the hydraulic pump telescopic rods are symmetrically arranged and respectively hung at the symmetrical positions of the glass room so as to keep the balance and stability of the glass room;
the automatic glass room further comprises: the limit switch and the brake device are used for cutting off the power supply to stop the glass room when the glass room ascends or descends to the right position; air conditioning equipment and lighting equipment which can ascend or descend together with the glass room are installed in the glass room; the ground of the outdoor garden yard platform of the glass house is also provided with a switch post, and the switch post is respectively provided with a switch of a power system, a switch of an air conditioning system and a switch of a lighting system;
the switch of the power system comprises: the glass house integrally rises to the ceiling of the outdoor garden yard platform to be laid when the rising power switch is pressed, so that the glass house is not arranged on the ground of the outdoor garden yard platform and becomes a spacious space; when the descending power switch is pressed, the glass house integrally descends to the ground of the outdoor garden yard platform, so that one glass house is formed on the ground of the outdoor garden yard platform.
2. The automated glass room of claim 1, wherein the glass room is provided with an access door and a window.
3. The automated glass room of claim 1, wherein the wall of the glass room is made of wood, glass or transparent PC board.
4. The automated glass room of claim 1, wherein the clear height of the outdoor garden yard platform of the glass room is 4 meters or more.
5. The automated glass room of claim 1, wherein the automated glass room is mounted on a patio of a building.
