In this embodiment, a license plate number of a user vehicle is first acquired, then static information and acquisition conditions corresponding to the license plate number and required for acquiring an electronic invoice are acquired according to the license plate number of the user vehicle, and a mapping relationship between the license plate number and the static information for automatically acquiring the electronic invoice is established. In this embodiment, the static information includes a unit or personal name, a tax number, a user address, a user phone number, and a condition to be met when the electronic invoice is obtained, an electronic address for receiving the electronic invoice, and the like, which are required when the electronic invoice is generated. The obtaining condition comprises at least one of single amount, accumulated payment times and time period threshold value required by automatically obtaining the electronic invoice.
And the establishing module 20 is configured to establish an obtaining rule for automatically obtaining the dynamic data of the electronic invoice corresponding to the license plate number according to the obtaining condition.
Specifically, an acquisition rule for automatically acquiring the dynamic data of the electronic invoice corresponding to the license plate number is established according to the acquisition condition. For example, when the user acquires the electronic invoice when the amount of money reaches a preset value, an acquisition rule for automatically acquiring the dynamic data of the electronic invoice corresponding to the license plate number is established, and the corresponding dynamic data is acquired when the amount of money reaches the preset value.
And the generating module 30 is configured to generate current dynamic data, which includes a payment amount, a payment time and a payment place and corresponds to the license plate number, after the user completes payment.
In this embodiment, when the user vehicle gets out of the lane or leaves the off-road parking space, the system identifies the license plate number of the user vehicle, calculates the parking fee or the highway vehicle toll fee of the vehicle, and then feeds back the parking fee or the highway vehicle toll fee to the user. The user pays according to the parking fee or the highway vehicle toll, specifically, the user can pay through cash or electronic payment, and after the user finishes paying according to the parking fee or the highway vehicle toll, current dynamic data corresponding to the license plate number of the vehicle and including the payment amount, the payment time and the payment place are generated.
And the second obtaining module 40 is configured to obtain the electronic invoice corresponding to the license plate number according to the mapping relationship and the dynamic data meeting the obtaining rule.
Specifically, the acquired license plate number of the user vehicle, static information corresponding to the license plate number and used for acquiring the electronic invoice and dynamic data conforming to the acquisition rule are sent to a tax information system according to the mapping relation, the tax information system issues the electronic invoice according to the static information corresponding to the license plate number and used for acquiring the electronic invoice, the license plate number and the dynamic data conforming to the acquisition rule, the electronic invoice is sent to a parking management system or a highway charging system, and the parking management system or the highway charging system receives the electronic invoice from the tax information system.
And the first sending module 50 is used for sending the electronic invoice corresponding to the license plate number to an electronic address preset by the user.
And after receiving the electronic invoice from the tax information system, sending the electronic invoice to an electronic address preset by a user. Specifically, the electronic address may be an email address, a mobile phone number for receiving electronic invoice information, a social software account, or the like.
In the embodiment, a mapping relation between license plate numbers and static information for automatically acquiring electronic invoices is established by acquiring the license plate numbers preset by a user and the static information and the acquisition conditions corresponding to the license plate numbers and required for acquiring the electronic invoices; establishing an acquisition rule for automatically acquiring dynamic data of the electronic invoice corresponding to the license plate number according to the acquisition condition; after the user finishes payment, current dynamic data corresponding to the license plate number and containing payment amount, payment time and payment place is generated; acquiring an electronic invoice corresponding to the license plate number according to the mapping relation and the dynamic data conforming to the acquisition rule; and sending the electronic invoice corresponding to the license plate number to an electronic address preset by a user. In this embodiment, in order to facilitate the user to manage the invoice, the user may register and register necessary static information required for obtaining the electronic invoice through application terminals such as APP, WEB application, wechat public number, vehicle-mounted terminal, and charging device application software supported by the parking management system or the highway charging system platform in advance, for example: license plate number, necessary information required to obtain the invoice, which may include a unit or individual name, tax number, address, telephone, etc.

And when the condition for acquiring the electronic invoice set by the user is met, receiving electronic invoice information which is sent by a parking management system or a highway toll collection system and corresponds to the license plate number and the static information through the electronic address.
In the embodiment, the license plate number is input and the static information required by the electronic invoice is acquired according to the instruction triggered by the user; setting an obtaining condition required to be achieved when the electronic invoice is obtained, and an electronic address for receiving the electronic invoice sent by a parking management system or a highway charging system; and when the obtaining condition required to be achieved when the electronic invoice is obtained is met, receiving the electronic invoice which is sent by a parking management system or a highway toll collection system and corresponds to the license plate number, the static information and the dynamic data meeting the obtaining condition through the electronic address. acquiring a license plate number preset by a user, static information and an acquisition condition corresponding to the license plate number and required for acquiring an electronic invoice, and establishing a mapping relation between the license plate number and the static information for automatically acquiring the electronic invoice, wherein the acquisition condition comprises at least one of single amount, accumulated payment times and a time period threshold value required for automatically acquiring the electronic invoice;
establishing an acquisition rule for automatically acquiring the dynamic data of the electronic invoice corresponding to the license plate number according to the acquisition condition, wherein the acquisition rule of the dynamic data of the electronic invoice is as follows: the consumption behavior reaching at least one condition of preset thresholds of single amount, accumulated payment times and time period triggers the acquisition of dynamic data of the electronic invoice;
when a user vehicle is out of the vehicle, the system identifies the license plate number of the user vehicle, calculates the parking fee or the highway vehicle toll of the vehicle, feeds the parking fee or the highway vehicle toll of the vehicle back to the user, and the user pays the fee according to the parking fee or the highway vehicle toll;
after the user finishes payment, current dynamic data corresponding to the license plate number and containing payment amount, payment time and payment place is generated;
triggering and judging whether a rule for automatically acquiring the electronic invoice is reached or not according to the current dynamic data, and acquiring dynamic data which accords with the acquisition rule when the rule is reached;
according to the mapping relation and the dynamic data which accords with the obtaining rule, the dynamic data and the static information are sent to a tax information system, and an electronic invoice corresponding to the license plate number is obtained;
and sending the electronic invoice corresponding to the license plate number to an electronic address preset by a user.

The method for automatically acquiring electronic invoices, according to claim 1, wherein the step of generating the current dynamic data corresponding to the license plate number of the vehicle and comprising the payment amount, the payment time and the payment place after the user completes the payment further comprises the following steps:
judging whether the license plate number preset by the user and the static information corresponding to the license plate number and required for acquiring the electronic invoice are successfully acquired;
if not, storing dynamic data corresponding to the license plate number of the vehicle and including payment amount, payment time and payment place;
when necessary information required by an electronic invoice for acquiring parking fees or highway vehicle toll fees in the application is received, acquiring dynamic data corresponding to the license plate number of the vehicle and meeting the condition of the dynamic data, and receiving an electronic address for receiving the electronic invoice, which is sent by a user;
acquiring an electronic invoice corresponding to the license plate number of the vehicle according to the necessary information and the dynamic data;
and sending the corresponding electronic invoice to the electronic address for receiving the electronic invoice.

The method for automatically acquiring electronic invoices, according to claim 1, wherein the static information required for acquiring the electronic invoices corresponding to the license plate number comprises unit or personal name, tax number, address, telephone number and electronic address for automatically receiving the electronic invoices.
4. A method for automatically acquiring an electronic invoice, which is applied to a user terminal, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
inputting a license plate number according to an instruction triggered by a user and acquiring static information required by an electronic invoice;
setting an obtaining condition required to be achieved when the electronic invoice is obtained, and an electronic address for receiving the electronic invoice sent by a parking management system or a highway charging system; the obtaining condition comprises at least one of single amount, accumulated payment times and time period threshold value required by automatically obtaining the electronic invoice;
and when the obtaining condition required to be achieved when the electronic invoice is obtained is met, receiving electronic invoice information which is sent by a parking management system or a highway toll collection system and corresponds to the license plate number, the static information and the dynamic data meeting the obtaining condition through the electronic address.
5. The method of automatically acquiring electronic invoices according to claim 4 further comprising:
if the user does not register an account in an application supported by a parking management system or a highway toll collection system before paying, registering the account by inputting a license plate number and applying for obtaining necessary information required by an electronic invoice of the parking fee or the highway vehicle toll;
setting an electronic address for receiving an electronic invoice;
the license plate number and necessary information required by an electronic invoice for acquiring parking fees or highway vehicle toll fees in the application, and an electronic address for receiving the electronic invoice are sent to a parking management system or a highway charging system;
and receiving an electronic invoice which is sent by a parking management system or a highway toll collection system and corresponds to the license plate number and is acquired by the application through the electronic address.

the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a third acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a license plate number preset by a user, and static information and acquisition conditions corresponding to the license plate number and required for acquiring an electronic invoice, and establishing a mapping relation between the license plate number and the static information for automatically acquiring the electronic invoice; the obtaining condition comprises at least one of single amount, accumulated payment times and time period threshold value required by automatically obtaining the electronic invoice;
the establishing module is used for establishing an obtaining rule for automatically obtaining the dynamic data of the electronic invoice corresponding to the license plate number according to the obtaining condition, wherein the obtaining rule of the dynamic data of the electronic invoice is as follows: the consumption behavior reaching at least one condition of preset thresholds of single amount, accumulated payment times and time period triggers the acquisition of dynamic data of the electronic invoice;
the system comprises a calculation module, a payment module and a payment module, wherein the calculation module is used for recognizing the license plate number of a user vehicle when the user vehicle is out of the vehicle, calculating the parking fee or the highway vehicle toll of the vehicle, feeding the parking fee or the highway vehicle toll of the vehicle back to the user, and paying the user according to the parking fee or the highway vehicle toll;
the generating module is used for generating current dynamic data which correspond to the license plate number and comprise a payment amount, a payment time and a payment place after a user finishes payment;
the second acquisition module is used for triggering and judging whether a rule for automatically acquiring the electronic invoice is reached or not according to the current dynamic data, and acquiring the dynamic data which accords with the acquisition rule when the rule is reached;
the second obtaining module is further configured to send the dynamic data and the static information to a tax information system according to the mapping relationship and the dynamic data meeting the obtaining rule, and obtain an electronic invoice corresponding to the license plate number;
and the first sending module is used for sending the electronic invoice corresponding to the license plate number to an electronic address preset by a user.
7. The system for automatically obtaining electronic invoices, according to claim 6 wherein the parking management system or the highway toll collection system further comprising:
the judging module is used for judging whether the license plate number preset by the user and the static information corresponding to the license plate number and required for acquiring the electronic invoice are successfully acquired;
the storage module is used for storing dynamic data corresponding to the license plate number of the vehicle and including payment amount, payment time and payment place if the license plate number of the vehicle is not the same as the payment amount;
the third acquisition module is used for acquiring dynamic data corresponding to the license plate number of the vehicle and meeting the condition of the dynamic data when necessary information required by an electronic invoice for acquiring parking fees or highway vehicle toll fees is received, and receiving an electronic address sent by a user and used for receiving the electronic invoice;
the fourth acquisition module is used for acquiring an electronic invoice corresponding to the license plate number of the vehicle according to the necessary information and the dynamic data;
and the second sending module is used for sending the corresponding electronic invoice to the electronic address for receiving the electronic invoice.

9. A system for automatically acquiring an electronic invoice, the system comprising a parking management system or a highway toll collection system and a user terminal, the user terminal comprising:
the input module is used for inputting the license plate number according to an instruction triggered by a user and acquiring the static information required by the electronic invoice;
the system comprises a first setting module, a second setting module and a third setting module, wherein the first setting module is used for setting an obtaining condition required to be reached when the electronic invoice is obtained and receiving an electronic address of the electronic invoice sent by a parking management system or a highway charging system, and the obtaining condition comprises at least one of single amount, accumulated payment times and a time period threshold value required by automatically obtaining the electronic invoice;
and the first receiving module is used for receiving the electronic invoice information which is sent by a parking management system or a highway toll collection system and corresponds to the license plate number, the static information and the dynamic data meeting the acquisition condition through the electronic address when the acquisition condition required by the acquisition of the electronic invoice is met.
10. The system for automatically acquiring electronic invoices, according to claim 9 wherein the user terminal further comprising:
the system comprises a registration module, a payment module and a payment module, wherein the registration module is used for registering an account by inputting a license plate number and applying for acquiring necessary information required by an electronic invoice of the current parking fee or the highway vehicle toll if a user does not register the account in an application supported by a parking management system or a highway charging system before paying;
the second setting module is used for setting an electronic address for receiving the electronic invoice;
the third sending module is used for sending the license plate number and necessary information required by the electronic invoice for obtaining the parking fee or the highway vehicle toll in the application, and the electronic address for receiving the electronic invoice to a parking management system or a highway charging system;
and the second receiving module is used for receiving the electronic invoice which is sent by a parking management system or a highway toll collection system and corresponds to the license plate number and is acquired by the application through the electronic address.
