Abstract
The invention provides a novel efficient acidic cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the novel efficient acidic cleaning agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3-15 parts of phosphoric acid, 1-5 parts of nano particles, 2-10 parts of a scale remover, 5-20 parts of sulfamic acid, 2-15 parts of a non-ionic surfactant, 2-15 parts of an anionic surfactant, 2-8 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 2-10 parts of a penetrating agent and 10-50 parts of soft water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding the nano particles into a uniform mixed solution of a nonionic surfactant and an anionic surfactant according to parts, uniformly stirring and mixing, adding phosphoric acid, stirring at the rotating speed of 800-; (2) sequentially adding the scale remover, sulfamic acid and sodium tripolyphosphate into soft water according to parts, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a solution B; (3) and adding the solution B into the solution A, and stirring at the rotating speed of 1000r/min for 20-30min at 500-.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning, in particular to a novel efficient acidic cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the common cleaning agents on the market can remove common dirt or dirt, but the residual stubborn dirt cannot be easily removed, because the common cleaning agents on the market only can remove the common residual stubborn dirt or dirt, and cannot rapidly and effectively remove the dirt or dirt which is complex in components, adhered (such as the dirt containing adhesive or glue components, or the dirt such as chewing gum, bubble gum and the like) or accumulated for a long period of time (such as dried oil stain or paint), and the cleaning agents capable of solving the problem are determined to be too strong, such as too corrosive.
The prior commonly used acidic cleaning agent mostly contains a large amount of strong acid, can easily remove alkaline dirt, especially easily remove urine alkali and other dirt in a toilet, but the cleaning agent mostly contains volatile pungent odor, and more importantly, the cleaning agent can not quickly and powerfully remove stubborn dirt on the floor. Therefore, many of the same upgrading products are added with the surfactant on the basis, the effect is improved, but the effect is not satisfactory enough, the corrosivity to floors or tiles is strong, and the floors lose luster and even become black and dark after long-term use, so that the long-term use is very unfavorable.
Along with the development of economy and the progress of society, a cleaning agent becomes a cleaning product commonly used by the public, the functional requirements of people on the cleaning agent are higher and higher, besides the requirement that the cleaning agent can remove stubborn stains, people also want the cleaning agent to generate an antifouling effect for a long time while cleaning so as to reduce the cleaning frequency, and the existing cleaning agents on the market generally only have a cleaning function and cannot meet the requirements of consumers, so that the development of the cleaning agent which has the efficient decontamination and lasting antifouling effect, does not corrode and damage cleaned objects becomes a hot point of research.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a novel efficient acidic cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof, and the novel efficient acidic cleaning agent is mainly suitable for cleaning and washing the surfaces of metal and plastic pipelines and ceramic and porcelain products (such as wash basins, toilet bowls, floor tiles and the like) and other types of articles.
A novel efficient acidic cleaning agent comprises the following components in parts by weight:
preferably, the nano particles are one or more of nano titanium dioxide, nano silicon dioxide, nano yttrium oxide and nano vanadium dioxide.
Preferably, the particle size of the nanoparticles is 20-100 nm; further preferably, the particle size of the nanoparticles is 30-50 nm.
Preferably, the detergent is one or more of polymaleic acid, polyacrylic acid, polymethacrylic acid or acrylic acid-hydroxypropyl acrylate copolymer.

(2) sequentially adding the scale remover, sulfamic acid and sodium tripolyphosphate into soft water according to parts, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a solution B;
(3) and adding the solution B into the solution A, and stirring at the rotating speed of 1000r/min for 20-30min at 500-.
The nano particles are uniformly added into the uniform mixed solution of the nonionic surfactant and the anionic surfactant, then the phosphoric acid and the penetrating agent are added, and after ultrasonic dispersion, the nano particles are uniformly dispersed in the mixture and can stably exist in the whole formula for a long time. In addition, after the cleaning agent is uniformly dispersed and mixed with a surfactant (comprising a nonionic surfactant and an anionic surfactant), a penetrating agent and phosphoric acid, the small-size microscopic effect and the surface effect of the nano particles can be fully exerted, the original cleaning effect in the whole formula is promoted and exerted, the cleaning effect of the nano particles with the particle size of 30-50nm is particularly obvious, the cleaning effect is obvious for removing stubborn dirt, and when the cleaning agent is remained on the surface of a ceramic product, the cleaning agent can resist dirt for a long time, and dirt is not accumulated on the surface of the ceramic product to be fixed and remained.
The final pH value of the acid cleaning agent is in the range of 5-7, the acid is not strong, and the acid cleaning agent assists the nano particles, the surfactant (including nonionic surfactant and anionic surfactant), the penetrating agent and the scale remover to play roles, so that the corrosion and damage to the surface of a cleaning object are greatly reduced.
