本发明公开了一种露兜树叶去刺装置，包括底板与支撑底板的支撑腿，所述的底板两边边缘向上凸起形成凸板，所述其中1/4凸板壁上设有传送滚轮，其中3/4向内横伸形成定位滑槽，所述的滑槽内设有竖直的切割刀，所述的底板中间设有横平的切割刀，所述竖直的切割刀与横平的切割刀在同一条直线上。本发明的露兜树叶去刺装置是根据露兜树叶的形体结构而设计，其结构简单，使用方便，能快速、高效率的将露兜树叶的刺去掉。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种植物叶子去刺装置，具体涉及一种露兜树叶去刺装置。
背景技术
露兜树，别名林茶、华露兜、野菠萝、婆锯筋、勒古、水拖髻，主要分布于东半球热带地区，常生于海边沙地，露兜树的叶片柔韧扁长，可以编织成字台垫、帽子、草席、袋子、手提包及睡房拖鞋或篓子。露兜树叶子中的2-乙酰-1-吡咯啉含量为最高，为普通稻米香味的100倍，香糯草为普通稻米香味的10倍，2-乙酰-1-吡咯啉为稻米的主香味成分，具有增进食欲、帮助消化，增强人体抵抗力，改善新陈代谢，养胃之功效。在生长有漏兜树的农村，人们经常用露兜树叶编织成可封闭的篓子直接放进大米蒸熟了吃。
露兜树叶形状特异，但具有规则性，其刺分布于树叶的两端及中间，正面中间下凹往背面凸起，刺则分布于凸起的一面，两端的刺以中间刺为轴线形成对称。在用露兜树叶编织台垫、帽子、草席、袋子、手提包及睡房拖鞋或篓子时，人们一般用小刀将露兜树叶的刺切掉，去刺时都是将一点露兜树叶的边缘顺带刺一起切掉分离，避免一颗一颗的分离，导致效率过分低，即使这样，用小刀去刺效率还是低且露兜树叶的刺容易扎到手；现有方案中未见有专门用于去露兜树叶的机器或装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述问题，提供了一种露兜树叶去刺装置。
本发明的目的通过以下方式来实现：
一种露兜树叶去刺装置，包括底板与支撑底板的支撑腿，所述的底板两边边缘向上凸起形成凸板，所述其中1/4凸板壁上设有传送滚轮，其中3/4向内横伸形成定位滑槽，所述的滑槽内设有竖直的切割刀，所述的底板中间设有横平的切割刀，所述竖直的切割刀与横平的切割刀在同一条直线上。
作为本发明的优选，所述的底板俯视图为长方形，宽度要等于露兜树叶最大宽度，其结构为正面中间下凹且从背面凸出形成一条凹槽。此结构是根据露兜树叶结构而设计，与露兜树叶形状一致，可使漏兜树叶很平稳的放置在底板上。
作为本发明的优选，所述的横平切割刀长度要大于凹槽宽度且横跨在凹槽上，切割刀中间还设有竖直的切割刀。
竖直的切割刀可将露兜树叶两端的刺去掉，露兜树叶的宽度从首端至尾端逐渐减小，在传送滚轮将露兜树叶传送到一定长度后，竖直的切割刀则无法再正面切割刀露兜树叶，但由于露兜树叶去刺都是将露兜树叶的边缘顺带刺一起切掉分离，且露兜树叶具有纹路及柔韧性，先前被切掉的刺与未切掉的还连在一起，使其经滚轮带动其向前推动时受到切割刀的阻挡而将刺拉开分离露兜树叶；而横平切割刀横跨在凹槽上，与凹槽底部之间具有空隙，当露兜树叶通过传送滚轮带动从横平切割刀经过时，露兜树叶背面中间凸起的刺则被横平切割刀切掉，露兜树叶背面凸起的刺被切掉后，露兜树叶可能还未完全分离成两半，横平切割刀中间设计的竖直切割刀则保证露兜树叶被分割成两半。
作为本发明的优选，所述的竖直切割刀与横平切割刀前面分别设有可将露兜树叶的刺漏下的开口，开口下方设有将露兜树叶的刺粉碎的粉碎机。
作为本发明的优选，所述的传送滚轮旁设有里程表传感器。
作为本发明的优选，所述底板的首端设有切尾装置，所述的切尾装置由支架、气缸及切尾刀组成，支架横跨在底板的边缘上，气缸通过支架固定，切尾刀安装在气缸的活塞杆上，所述的切尾刀长度小于底板宽度，其中间向外突出形成与底板凹槽互相啮合的结构，使其可插进凹槽内。
露兜树叶的尾端宽度较小，作用不大，一般都要去掉，这里设计的切尾刀的结构可使其插进凹槽内，从而可轻易的将底板上放置的露兜树叶尾端彻底切掉。
本发明的有益效果是：
1.本发明的露兜树叶去刺装置是根据露兜树叶的形体结构而设计，其结构简单，使用方便，能快速、高效率的将露兜树叶的刺去掉。
2．本发明的露兜树叶去刺装置可将去掉的刺收集粉碎，预防掉到地上扎伤人，在去刺的同时可将露兜树叶分成两半，方便后续加工。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图做进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示一种露兜树叶去刺装置，包括底板1与支撑底板1的支撑腿2，所述的底板1两边边缘向上凸起形成凸板3，所述其中1/4凸板3壁上设有传送滚轮4，其中3/4向内横伸形成定位滑槽5，所述的滑槽5内设有竖直的切割刀6，所述的底板1中间设有横平的切割刀7，所述竖直的切割刀6与横平的切割刀7在同一条直线上。
所述的底板1俯视图为长方形，宽度要等于露兜树叶最大宽度，其结构为正面中间下凹且从背面凸出形成一条凹槽8；所述的横平切割刀7长度要大于凹槽8宽度且横跨在凹槽8上，切割刀7中间还设有竖直的切割刀9；所述的竖直切割刀6与横平切割刀7前面分别设有可将露兜树叶的刺漏下的开口10，开口10下方设有将露兜树叶的刺粉碎的粉碎机11；所述的传送滚轮4旁设有里程表传感器12；所述底板1的首端设有切尾装置，所述的切尾装置由支架13、气缸14及切尾刀15组成，支架13横跨在底板1的边缘上，气缸14通过支架13固定，切尾刀15安装在气缸14的活塞杆上，所述的切尾刀15长度小于底板1宽度，其中间向外突出形成与底板凹槽8互相啮合的结构，使其可插进凹槽8内。
工作时，先将露兜树叶首端放进传送滚轮4内，通过传送滚轮4将其往前推动，送至切割刀时，露兜树叶两端的刺被竖直切割刀6去掉，而背面凸起的刺则被横平切割刀7切掉，再通过横平切割刀7中间的竖直切割刀9分成两半，被切掉的露兜树叶连带刺的边缘由于韧度变小，无法撑起前端的刺重量，前端刺由于受到重力而从开口10漏进粉碎机11内；当露兜树叶的刺被切到设置的长度时，气缸14得到里程表传感器12发出的信号带动切尾刀15将露兜树叶尾部切断。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和变型，这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种露兜树叶去刺装置，包括底板与支撑底板的支撑腿，其特征在于，所述的底板两边边缘向上凸起形成凸板，其中凸板长度的1/4位置处的凸板壁上设有传送滚轮，其中凸板长度的3/4向内横伸形成定位滑槽，所述的滑槽内设有竖直切割刀，所述的底板中间设有横平切割刀，所述竖直切割刀与横平切割刀在同一条直线上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的露兜树叶去刺装置，其特征在于，所述的底板俯视图为长方形，宽度要等于露兜树叶最大宽度，所述底板正面中间下凹且从背面凸出形成一条凹槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的露兜树叶去刺装置，其特征在于，所述的横平切割刀长度要大于凹槽宽度且横跨在凹槽上，横平切割刀中间还设有竖直切割刀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的露兜树叶去刺装置，其特征在于，所述的竖直切割刀与横平切割刀前面分别设有可将露兜树叶的刺漏下的开口，开口下方设有将露兜树叶的刺粉碎的粉碎机。
5.根据权利要求1所述的露兜树叶去刺装置，其特征在于，所述的传送滚轮旁设有里程表传感器。
