Abstract
本发明公开了一种医用透气强吸水性多功能敷贴,从上至下依次为隔离膜层、拒水层、超吸水纤维层和功能性敷料层;所述功能性敷料层为壳聚糖敷料层、藻酸盐敷料层或甲壳素敷料层,所述功能性敷料层在使用时贴于患处。通过上述方式,本发明具有干燥、透气的特点,还具有加速血凝、抑菌、减少局部疼痛感、减少疤痕形成的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医用敷贴技术领域,特别是涉及一种医用透气强吸水性多功能敷贴。
背景技术
医用敷料,是包扎用品,用以覆盖伤口、疮或其他损害的医用材料。随着对创面患处愈合过程的病理生理的深入研究,医用敷料在不断的改进和发展。目前市场上多用天然纱布作为敷料,较为透气、卫生,但是采用该类敷料后,吸水或吸收创口渗液后容易使伤口产生浸渍反应,可能会黏着于患处,更换时有几率会再次造成机械性损伤,增加患者的疼痛,延缓创口的愈合时间,并且外界环境中的微生物容易通过敷料进入伤口,增加了交叉感染的几率。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种医用透气强吸水性多功能敷贴,具有干燥、透气的特点,还具有加速血凝、抑菌、减少局部疼痛感、减少疤痕形成的效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
提供一种医用透气强吸水性多功能敷贴,从上至下依次为隔离膜层、拒水层、超吸水纤维层和功能性敷料层;所述功能性敷料层为壳聚糖敷料层、藻酸盐敷料层或甲壳素敷料层,所述功能性敷料层在使用时贴于患处。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述隔离膜层为无纺布胶布层或PU胶布层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述拒水层为由拒水纤维针刺制成的拒水无纺布层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述隔离膜层的厚度为0.01~0.03mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述拒水层的厚度为0.05~0.2mm,克重为50~100g/m2。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述超吸水纤维层的厚度为0.05~0.2mm,克重为60~120g/m2。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述功能性敷料层的厚度为0.01~0.05mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种医用透气强吸水性多功能敷贴,依次由隔离膜层、拒水层、超吸水纤维层和功能性敷料层构成,其中功能性敷料层为壳聚糖敷料层、藻酸盐敷料层或甲壳素敷料层,功能性敷料层都为天然材料,对人体无任何毒性,还具有加速血凝、抑菌、减少局部疼痛感、减少疤痕形成的效果。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:
一种医用透气强吸水性多功能敷贴,从上至下依次为隔离膜层、拒水层、超吸水纤维层和功能性敷料层;所述功能性敷料层为壳聚糖敷料层、藻酸盐敷料层或甲壳素敷料层,所述功能性敷料层在使用时贴于患处。
其中,第一层的隔离膜层为无纺布胶布层或PU胶布层,具有良好的透气性,隔离膜层的厚度为0.01~0.03mm;第二层的拒水层为由拒水纤维针刺制成的拒水无纺布层,第三层的拒水层的厚度为0.05~0.2mm,克重一般为50~100g/m2;隔离膜层和拒水层使敷贴保持干燥、透气;超吸水纤维层的厚度为0.05~0.2mm,克重为60~120g/m2;第四层的功能性敷料层紧贴于皮肤,功能性敷料层可以是壳聚糖敷料层、藻酸盐敷料层或甲壳素敷料层,都为天然高分子材料。功能性敷料层与超吸水纤维层协同,吸收患处的渗液,促进伤口的愈合。
其中藻酸盐敷料具有下述优点:
(1)安全无毒性:藻酸盐敷料是在海藻中提取的天然多糖碳水化合物,为一种天然高分子材料,对人体无任何毒性,可安全使用;
(2)高吸湿性:藻酸盐敷料可吸收相当于自身重量的11倍液体;
(3)止血性:藻酸盐敷料接触伤口渗液释放Ca2+,能促进凝血酶原激活物的形成,加速血凝过程;
(4)成胶性:吸收伤口渗出液,与渗液发生Na+/Ca2+离子交换,在创口表面形成一层稳定的网状凝胶,为伤口营造一个利于组织生长的微环境(微酸、无氧或低氧、适度湿润);
(5)促进伤口愈合:微酸、无氧或低氧、适度湿润的伤口环境促进生长因子释放,刺激细胞增殖,提高表皮细胞的再生能力和细胞移动,促进伤口愈合;
(6)抑菌性:
①、密封性好,使伤口与外界细菌隔绝;
②、有害细菌被固定在纤维内部,有效抑制了有害细菌繁殖且减少细菌与创面接触的机会;
③、湿润、微酸的环境有利于中性粒细胞发挥作用,增强局部杀菌能力,降低感染发生率;
(7)减少局部疼痛:表面形成的水凝胶体有效保护神经末稍,避免外界刺激;不易与伤口粘连,易移除,减少伤口疼痛;
(8)减少疤痕形成:由于对创面无刺激,无损伤,所以疤痕形成少。
壳聚糖敷料层和甲壳素敷料层同样为无毒无害且具有止血、止痛、促进愈合和减少疤痕形成的效果,吸水后膨胀性较好,不会与创口粘连,剥离性好。

1.一种医用透气强吸水性多功能敷贴,其特征在于,从上至下依次为隔离膜层、拒水层、超吸水纤维层和功能性敷料层;所述功能性敷料层为壳聚糖敷料层、藻酸盐敷料层或甲壳素敷料层,所述功能性敷料层在使用时贴于患处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用透气强吸水性多功能敷贴,其特征在于,所述隔离膜层为无纺布胶布层或PU胶布层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的医用透气强吸水性多功能敷贴,其特征在于,所述拒水层为由拒水纤维针刺制成的拒水无纺布层。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的医用透气强吸水性多功能敷贴,其特征在于,所述隔离膜层的厚度为0.01~0.03mm。
5.根据权利要求1或3所述的医用透气强吸水性多功能敷贴,其特征在于,所述拒水层的厚度为0.05~0.2mm,克重为50~100g/m2。
6.根据权利要求1所述的医用透气强吸水性多功能敷贴,其特征在于,所述超吸水纤维层的厚度为0.05~0.2mm,克重为60~120g/m2。
7.根据权利要求1所述的医用透气强吸水性多功能敷贴,其特征在于,所述功能性敷料层的厚度为0.01~0.05mm。
