本发明公开了一种三维编织阻尼复合材料板簧及其制备方法,包括整体三维编织后固化成型的阻尼复合材料板簧本体和包封在其内部的多层阻尼增韧相层,整体三维编织的制备方法可直接编织出本体和卷耳的形状和尺寸,成型后无需进行修边以及后续制件加工处理,解决了因钻孔、斜切或修剪造成的开裂和强度削弱的问题;三维编织时,板簧整体厚度方向上增加的轴向纤维,解决了受较大力时容易产生横向破坏的问题,同时不再发生分层情况,并改善了力的传递;引入阻尼增韧相层,并以层状形式固定在纤维三维编织物之中,改善了板簧的阻尼特性和韧性,在发生较大震动时,大部分能量耗散阻尼相层中,进而实现更好的缓冲和减震。

技术领域
本发明涉及弹簧技术领域,尤其涉及一种三维编织阻尼复合材料板簧及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的钢制板簧,一般是由若干片长度不等的合金弹簧钢组合而成的一组近似于等强度弹簧梁,承受车轮对车架的载荷冲击,在汽车悬架系统中起到缓冲、导向以及减震的作用,被广泛被应用于乘用车、货车、轨道车辆及越野车等。但是在缓冲和减震方面,金属板簧单位重量储存的能量低,材料的利用率差(一般多片簧60%,少片簧75-85%),从而耗费大量的合金钢,增加汽车重量(重量占汽车自重的8-9%),耗费燃料。
随着经济社会的发展,环保和节能的不断要求,汽车轻量化已经成为世界汽车发展的趋势,从上世纪八十年代开始,纤维复合材料板簧逐渐得到了广泛应用。纤维复合材料板簧主要以碳纤维或玻璃纤维为增强材料,以合成树脂为基体材料,通过拉挤或模压等工艺复合而成,与同类钢制板簧相比,纤维复合材料板簧具有重量轻、疲劳寿命高、噪声小、耐腐蚀以及可设计性好等优点。
传统的钢制板簧多数两端制成卷耳,用于容纳固定在汽车底盘上的销栓,从而实现其在汽车上的固定甚至导向;但是纤维复合材料板簧因卷耳制作困难等问题,大多数采用吊耳式或无吊耳式。吊耳式纤维复合材料板簧端部设计成开口的钩环,用于容纳销栓,并通过模压或成型后的切开、钻孔来实现,因而端部孔洞处在外力作用下容易产生应力集中,引发孔洞处开裂;无吊耳式纤维复合材料板簧主要通过扣件或夹具来实现其固定,其端部需要在成型前后进行斜切或修剪,容易造成层间开裂,削弱板簧强度。
纤维复合材料板簧具有各向异性特点,沿着纤维方向的强度和模量很高甚至超过钢铁,而垂直于纤维方向的强度和模量却远远低于钢制材料,而板簧是以梁的方式工作,其主要受力方向垂直于板簧长度(即垂直于纤维方向),因此纤维复合材料板簧受较大力时容易产生横向破坏。
在汽车中,纤维复合材料板簧通常以单片簧的形式存在,并依靠其自身阻尼特性,实现缓冲和减震,这样虽然消除了摩擦噪声等问题,但由于纤维复合材料自身的阻尼能力有限,导致缓冲和减震能力有限,在震动能量很高时,容易破坏界面结合,产生分层。
因此,纤维复合材料板簧成型加工后易产生开裂和强度削弱,受较大力时容易产生横向破坏以及自身的阻尼能力有限导致缓冲和减震能力有限而易分层的问题,成为纤维复合材料板簧亟需解决的问题。
因此,需要一种新的技术手段解决上述问题。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中纤维复合材料板簧成型加工后易产生开裂和强度削弱,受较大力时容易产生横向破坏以及自身的阻尼能力有限导致缓冲和减震能力有限而易分层的问题,本发明提出了一种有效防止开裂和强度削弱、不产生分层现象、具有更佳的缓冲性能和减震性能的三维编织阻尼复合材料板簧及其制备方法。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种三维编织阻尼复合材料板簧,包括整体三维编织后固化成型的阻尼复合材料板簧本体和阻尼增韧相层,所述阻尼增韧相层为多层层状结构,包封在所述阻尼复合材料板簧本体内部;
所述阻尼复合材料板簧本体由中间部段以及位于中间部段两端的第一端部和第二端部组成,所述中间部段为等宽度、从中心往两端逐渐变薄的弧状片体结构;所述第一端部和第二端部为卷耳结构;所述卷耳结构为等宽度等厚度的卷绕片体结构。
更为优选的,所述阻尼复合材料板簧本体的制备原料复合材料为纤维增强树脂基复合材料。
更进一步的,所述纤维增强树脂基复合材料中的纤维为碳纤维、玻璃纤维中的一种或两种;所述纤维增强树脂复合材料中的树脂为环氧树脂、乙烯基树脂中的一种或两种。
更为优选的,所述阻尼增韧相层为热塑性弹性体。
更进一步的,所述热塑性弹性体为聚氨酯弹性体、苯乙烯弹性体、二烯类弹性体中的一种或多种。
在一些实施方式中,所述热塑性弹性体为丝线状热塑性弹性体。
在一些实施方式中,所述热塑性弹性体为薄片状弹性体。
本发明还公开了上述一种三维编织阻尼复合材料板簧的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A)整体三维编织:利用三维编织技术,一次性编织出具有所述阻尼复合材料板簧本体形状和尺寸的纤维三维编织预制体,在所述阻尼复合材料板簧本体整体厚度方向上增加轴向纤维;同时依靠纤维的穿插编织,将阻尼增韧相层以层状形式有规律的固定在纤维三维编织预制体之中;
B)固化成型:将纤维三维编织预制体通过模拟涂覆快速湿法模压或树脂传递模塑的方式与树脂复合,固化成型,无需修边后处理。
更为优选的,所述阻尼增韧相层为薄片状热塑性弹性体或丝线状热塑性弹性体,所述丝线状热塑性弹性体在穿插编织前需先编织成热塑性弹性体二维织物。
更进一步的,所述薄片状热塑性弹性体或热塑性弹性体二维织物的长度小于或等于所述阻尼复合材料板簧本体的长度,宽度小于或等于所述阻尼复合材料板簧本体的宽度。

所述阻尼复合材料板簧本体1由中间部段2以及位于中间部段2两端的第一端部3和第二端部6组成,所述中间部段2为等宽度、从中心往两端逐渐变薄的弧状片体结构;所述第一端部3和第二端部6为卷耳结构;所述卷耳结构为等宽度等厚度的卷绕片体结构,起到主要定位或导向的作用。
所述阻尼复合材料板簧本体1的制备原料为碳纤维环氧树脂复合材料。
所述阻尼增韧相层5为整个板簧吸收并耗散能量的主要部分,起到主要的缓冲和减震作用,其材料为薄片状聚氨酯热塑性弹性体,宽度和长度略小于所述阻尼复合材料板簧本体1,厚度为0.1-0.3mm,请参照图2,所述阻尼增韧相层5在所述中间部段2的层数最多为6层,向两个端部逐渐减少,所述第一端部3和第二端部6处最少,分别为1层。
上述三维编织阻尼复合材料板簧的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A)整体三维编织:利用三维编织技术,一次性编织出具有所述阻尼复合材料板簧本体1形状和尺寸的纤维三维编织预制体,包括中间部段2以及第一端部3和第二端部6的卷耳的形状和尺寸;同时在编织的过程中,在所述阻尼复合材料板簧本体1整体厚度方向上增加轴向纤维4,实现厚度方向的结构增强;同时依靠纤维的穿插编织,将薄片状聚氨酯热塑性弹性体,以层状形式有规律的固定在纤维三维编织预制体之中;作为阻尼增韧相层5;
B)固化成型:使用ANSYS模拟软件,对本实施例三维编织阻尼复合材料板簧成型模具型腔中环氧树脂的动态流动和浸润性进行模拟,并根据模拟结果,对带有阻尼增韧相层5的纤维三维编织预制体进行环氧树脂涂覆;然后,将涂覆环氧树脂的带有阻尼增韧相层5的纤维三维编织预制体,放入模具型腔中,合模加热加压并抽真空,先在较低温度压力下预压,然后在较高固化温度和压力下固化成型;固化完成后,开模取出板簧,制件时仅需简单的毛边处理,无需后续的加工处理,解决了因钻孔、斜切或修剪造成的开裂和强度削弱的问题;三维编织时,板簧整体厚度方向上增加的轴向纤维,解决了受较大力时容易产生横向破坏的问题,同时不再发生分层情况,并改善了力的传递;引入阻尼增韧相层,并以层状形式固定在纤维三维编织物之中,改善了板簧的阻尼特性和韧性,在发生较大震动时,大部分能量耗散阻尼相层中,进而实现更好的缓冲和减震。
经测试,成品三维编织阻尼复合材料板簧,其性能如下:
在应力幅度3500kgf/cm2、最大应力8500kgf/cm2的试验条件下,疲劳寿命可达300万次以上,一般复合材料板簧在100万次以上;在应力8500kgf/cm2下压缩,永久变形小于0.2mm,一般复合材料板簧在0.5mm左右;弯曲强度可达1648MPa,一般复合材料板簧在900MPa左右。
实施例2:
请参照图1-图2所示,一种三维编织阻尼复合材料板簧,包括整体三维编织后固化成型的阻尼复合材料板簧本体1和阻尼增韧相层5,所述阻尼增韧相层5为多层层状结构,包封在所述阻尼复合材料板簧本体1内部;
所述阻尼复合材料板簧本体1由中间部段2以及位于中间部段2两端的第一端部3和第二端部6组成,所述中间部段2为等宽度、从中心往两端逐渐变薄的弧状片体结构;所述第一端部3和第二端部6为卷耳结构;所述卷耳结构为等宽度等厚度的卷绕片体结构,起到主要定位或导向的作用。
所述阻尼复合材料板簧本体1的制备原料为碳纤维乙烯基树脂复合材料。
所述阻尼增韧相层5为整个板簧吸收并耗散能量的主要部分,起到主要的缓冲和减震作用,其材料为直径0.2mm的丝线状聚氨酯热塑性弹性体编制的二维织物,宽度和长度略小于所述阻尼复合材料板簧本体1,厚度为0.2-0.3mm,所述阻尼增韧相层5在所述中间部段2的层数最多为6层,向两个端部逐渐减少,所述第一端部3和第二端部6处最少,分别为1层。
上述三维编织阻尼复合材料板簧的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A)整体三维编织:利用三维编织技术,一次性编织出具有所述阻尼复合材料板簧本体1形状和尺寸的纤维三维编织预制体,包括中间部段2以及第一端部3和第二端部6的卷耳的形状和尺寸;同时在编织的过程中,在所述阻尼复合材料板簧本体1整体厚度方向上增加轴向纤维4,实现厚度方向的结构增强;同时将丝线状聚氨酯热塑性弹性体先编织成热塑性弹性体二维织物,依靠纤维的穿插编织,将丝线状聚氨酯热塑性弹性体二维织物,以二维密集网络的形式有规律地固定在纤维三维编织预制体之中,作为阻尼增韧相层5;
B)固化成型:使用ANSYS模拟软件,对本实施例三维编织阻尼复合材料板簧成型模具型腔中乙烯基树脂的动态流动和浸润性进行模拟,并根据模拟结果,对带有阻尼增韧相层5的纤维三维编织预制体进行乙烯基树脂涂覆;然后,将涂覆乙烯基树脂的带有阻尼增韧相层5的纤维三维编织预制体,放入模具型腔中,合模加热加压并抽真空,先在较低温度压力下预压,然后在较高固化温度和压力下固化成型;固化完成后,开模取出板簧,制件时仅需简单的毛边处理,无需后续的加工处理。
经测试,本实施例成品三维编织阻尼复合材料板簧,其性能如下:
在应力幅度3500kgf/cm2、最大应力8500kgf/cm2的试验条件下,疲劳寿命可达280万次以上,一般复合材料板簧在100万次以上;在应力8500kgf/cm2下压缩,永久变形小于0.1mm,一般复合材料板簧在0.5mm左右;弯曲强度可达1527MPa,一般复合材料板簧在900MPa左右。
应当指出,以上具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定的范围。
Claims (2)
1.一种三维编织阻尼复合材料板簧,其特征在于包括整体三维编织后固化成型的阻尼复合材料板簧本体(1)和阻尼增韧相层(5),所述阻尼增韧相层(5)为多层层状结构,包封在所述阻尼复合材料板簧本体(1)内部;
所述阻尼复合材料板簧本体(1)由中间部段(2)以及位于中间部段(2)两端的第一端部(3)和第二端部(6)组成,所述中间部段(2)为等宽度、从中心往两端逐渐变薄的弧状片体结构;所述第一端部(3)和第二端部(6)为卷耳结构;所述卷耳结构为等宽度等厚度的卷绕片体结构;
所述阻尼复合材料板簧本体(1)的制备原料复合材料为纤维增强树脂基复合材料;所述纤维增强树脂基复合材料中的纤维为碳纤维、玻璃纤维中的一种或两种;所述纤维增强树脂复合材料中的树脂为环氧树脂、乙烯基树脂中的一种或两种,
所述阻尼增韧相层(5)为热塑性弹性体;所述热塑性弹性体为聚氨酯弹性体、苯乙烯弹性体、二烯类弹性体中的一种或多种;所述热塑性弹性体为丝线状热塑性弹性体或薄片状弹性体。
2.如权利要求1所述的三维编织阻尼复合材料板簧的制备方法,其特征在于为包括以下步骤:
A)整体三维编织:利用三维编织技术,一次性编织出具有所述阻尼复合材料板簧本体(1)形状和尺寸的纤维三维编织预制体,在所述阻尼复合材料板簧本体(1)整体厚度方向上增加轴向纤维(4);同时依靠纤维的穿插编织,将阻尼增韧相层(5)以层状形式有规律的固定在纤维三维编织预制体之中;
B)固化成型:将纤维三维编织预制体通过模拟涂覆快速湿法模压或树脂传递模塑的方式与树脂复合,固化成型;所述阻尼增韧相层(5)为薄片状热塑性弹性体或丝线状热塑性弹性体,所述丝线状热塑性弹性体在穿插编织前需先编织成热塑性弹性体二维织物;所述薄片状热塑性弹性体或热塑性弹性体二维织物的长度小于或等于所述阻尼复合材料板簧本体(1)的长度,宽度小于或等于所述阻尼复合材料板簧本体(1)的宽度。
