技术领域
本发明涉及染整领域,尤其涉及一种天丝交织坯布的彩条染色方法。
背景技术
目前在染整行业中,坯布来样染色加工,客户提供样布,要求同种纤维坯布染出布面彩条效果,而传统坯布彩条染色多为采用不同纤维交织。如果采用单染一种纤维的方案获得彩条的效果,这要求染料对另需要染色的部分纤维的沾色牢度要求极高,不能达到留白处纯白的效果,存在染色工艺控制难的技术问题。另一种方案是将色纱织成彩条再织成坯布落水定型,但是这对色纱的色牢度要求极高,后续落水定型极易在留白处沾色。
另外,对于天丝来说,天丝有较好的吸湿性,活性染料作为天丝染色的重要染料,天丝纤维与染料间存在静电排斥,活性染料要上染必须加入电解质-元明粉促染,并用纯碱固色,这会导致废水盐度高、水洗负担重的问题,对环境造成严重污染。如何实现天丝纤维坯布的彩条染色,又可以提高活性染料的利用率,是目前亟待解决的一个技术问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种天丝交织坯布的彩条染色方法。本发明采用无盐无碱染色并实现同种纤维坯布(天丝)的彩条染色,在彩条染色效果好的基础上,还能够减少废水中盐碱的排放。
本发明的具体技术方案为:一种天丝交织坯布的彩条染色方法,步骤如下:
(1)坯布制备:对部分天丝进行阳离子改性,将阳离子改性天丝与未改性天丝按彩条状交织成坯布。
(2)前处理:将坯布浸于去离子水中,添加预处理剂和防染剂进行预处理;
(3)染色:添加染料进行染色;
(4)皂洗:对样合格后,添加皂洗剂进行皂洗,皂洗后清洗出缸;
(5)脱水、烘干、定型。
在本发明中,先对需要上色的部分天丝进行阳离子改性天丝,再与未改性天丝交织坯布进行彩条染色。对天丝纤维运用浸渍法与单活性氯醇季铵盐类改性剂在碱性条件下活化,生成活泼的环氧基化合物,该环氧基化合物与含有活泼氢的化合物(如天丝纤维结构中的R-OH)在碱性条件下反应,使天丝纤维接上阳离子基团。经阳离子改性提高了与活性染料的结合力,通过化学反应或物理吸附,使阳离子化合物固着在天丝纤维上,改性的天丝再与原未改性的天丝交织在一起织成坯布。改性后的天丝带有正电荷,消除了天丝纤维素对活性染料阴离子基团的电性斥力,显著提高了已改性部分的天丝纤维对带阴电荷活性染料的吸附能力,并形成牢固的离子键结合,实现在无盐无碱条件下的染色,而且染色牢度良好,活性染料利用率大大提高,通过改性纤维与未改性纤维交织,利用两种天丝纤维对活性染料上染性能的完全不同,形成特殊的留白——彩条效果。
作为优选,在步骤(2)中,以在染缸中水的质量浓度计,所述前处理剂包括以下组分:双氧水1.8-2.2%,纯碱1.8-2.2%,540A螯合分散剂0.4-0.6%,UTA656过氧化氢酶0.08-0.12%;所述防染剂为冰醋酸0.4-0.6%。
作为优选,步骤(2)的具体工艺为:将坯布以1∶9-11的浴比浸于去离子水中,以每分钟4℃升温到48-52℃,依次加入纯碱、双氧水、540A螯合分散剂,再升温到88-92℃保温18-22min;然后以每分钟2℃降温到68-72℃,水洗后用防染剂冰醋酸调节pH值为6-7,用4-6min添加UTA656过氧化氢酶,运转8-12min后准备染色。
本发明在加染料前,用防染剂冰醋酸将pH值严格在6-7之间,经过本发明大量的研究发现,只有在该特定pH值下,才能实现未改性天丝的不上色,否则,均会不同程度的被上色。因此上述技术方案能够避免坯布未改性部分的上色,确保良好的彩条效果。
作为优选,步骤(3)中,以在染缸中水的质量浓度计,所述染料包括以下组分:FN-R活性兰0.0044-0.0052%,SHF-GD活性红0.020-0.028%,HF-2GR活性黄0.040-0.044%,540A螯合分散剂0.4-0.6%。
作为优选,步骤(3)的具体工艺为:浴比为1∶9-11,起始温度为33-37℃,用23-27min缓慢加入染料,运转28-32min;以每分钟1℃升温至50-60℃,保温25-35min后对样。
本发明在染色和前处理环节加入540A螯合分散剂,能够减少硬水中钙镁离子对染色的影响。
在本发明中,除染料外,在前处理、染色等环节严格禁止使用其他阴离子型助剂,防止阳离子改性纤维的阳离子性下降或消失。
作为优选,步骤(4)中,以在染缸中水的质量浓度计,所述皂洗剂为0.4-0.6%的HS-115A白地防污皂洗剂。
作为优选,步骤(4)的具体工艺为:对样合格后,继续水洗8-12min,换水一次,用4-6min添加HS-115A白地防污皂洗剂,以每分钟2℃升温到78-82℃运转8-12min,清洗8-12min后出缸。
作为优选,步骤(5)中,烘干温度为125-135℃,定型温度为155-165℃。
作为优选,步骤(1)中,所述未改性天丝在交织成坯布前经过预整理:将未改性天丝在50-60℃的预整理液中浸渍20-40min,水洗、干燥后备用。
为了进一步防止未改性天丝被染色,本发明在交织前对其进行了预整理,预整理后该天丝基本可实现完全不上色,并且能够允许适当降低染色时的工艺参数控制要求,降低技术门槛。
作为优选,所述预整理液的由以下质量百分比的组分组成:PEG改性氢化蓖麻油10-20%、改性油茶籽粕提取物0.4-0.6%、吐温1-3%、乙醇10-20%和余量的水。
天丝经过上述预整理液预整理后,其有效成分能够渗透进入纤维内部,并且纤维表面能够形成一层疏水的轻薄的油膜,在染色时能够抵御染料,同时油膜中的改性油茶籽粕提取物呈现为阴离子型,与染料排斥,进一步防止染色。
作为优选,所述PEG改性氢化蓖麻油的制备方法如下:对氢化蓖麻油在惰性气体条件下加热干燥脱水,然后添加氧化钙,在加压条件下通入环氧乙烷气体,加热至120-130℃,充分反应1.5-2.5h后,降温后得到PEG改性氢化蓖麻油。其中氢化蓖麻油和氧化钙的质量比为100∶(1-2)。
上述方法制得的PEG改性氢化蓖麻油具有较好的成膜性和渗透性,能够与纤维表面紧密结合,且其易被乳化形成均一整理液。
作为优选,所述改性油茶籽粕提取物的制备方法如下:将油茶籽粕提取物与丁二酸酐按质量比1∶(0.8-1.2)添加至水中,然后调节pH值为8-9,加热至80-90℃进行酯化反应,1-3h后经浓缩、干燥制得改性油茶籽粕提取物。
油茶籽粕提取物中含有大量非离子型表面活性剂,用丁二酸酐改性后呈现为阴离子型和非离子型,其在不同pH环境下的稳定性强,能够防止染料上色,同时其还具有出色的乳化效果,使得整理液能够形成稳定的乳液。
与现有技术对比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用无盐无碱染色并实现同种纤维坯布(天丝)的彩条染色,在彩条染色效果好的基础上,还能够减少废水中盐碱的排放。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1
一种天丝交织坯布的彩条染色方法,步骤如下:
(1)坯布制备:对部分天丝进行阳离子改性,将阳离子改性天丝与未改性天丝按彩条状交织成坯布。
(2)前处理:将坯布以1∶10的浴比浸于去离子水中,以每分钟4℃升温到50℃,依次加入纯碱、双氧水、540A螯合分散剂,再升温到90℃保温20min;然后以每分钟2℃降温到70℃,水洗后用防染剂冰醋酸调节pH值为6-7,用5min添加UTA656过氧化氢酶,运转10min后准备染色。
以在染缸中水的质量浓度计,前处理剂包括以下组分:双氧水2%,纯碱2%,540A螯合分散剂0.5%,UTA656过氧化氢酶0.1%;所述防染剂为冰醋酸0.5%。
(3)染色:浴比为1∶10,起始温度为35℃,用25min缓慢加入染料,运转30min;以每分钟1℃升温至55℃,保温30min后对样。
以在染缸中水的质量浓度计,染料包括以下组分:FN-R活性兰0.0048%,SHF-GD活性红0.024%,HF-2GR活性黄0.042%,540A螯合分散剂0.5%。
(5)皂洗:对样合格后,继续水洗10min,换水一次,用5min添加HS-115A白地防污皂洗剂,以每分钟2℃升温到80℃运转10min,清洗10min后出缸。
以在染缸中水的质量浓度计,所述皂洗剂为0.5%的HS-115A白地防污皂洗剂。
(5)脱水、烘干、定型:烘干温度为130℃,定型温度为160℃。
实施例2
一种天丝交织坯布的彩条染色方法,步骤如下:
(1)坯布制备:对部分天丝进行阳离子改性。对部分未改性天丝进行预整理:将未改性天丝在55℃的预整理液中浸渍30min,水洗、干燥后备用。将阳离子改性天丝与未改性天丝按彩条状交织成坯布。
所述预整理液的由以下质量百分比的组分组成:PEG改性氢化蓖麻油15%、改性油茶籽粕提取物0.5%、吐温2%、乙醇15%和余量的水。所述PEG改性氢化蓖麻油的制备方法如下:对氢化蓖麻油在惰性气体条件下加热干燥脱水,然后添加氧化钙,在加压条件下通入环氧乙烷气体,加热至125℃,充分反应2h后,降温后得到PEG改性氢化蓖麻油。其中氢化蓖麻油和氧化钙的质量比为100∶1.5。所述改性油茶籽粕提取物的制备方法如下:将油茶籽粕提取物与丁二酸酐按质量比1∶1添加至水中,然后调节pH值为8-9,加热至85℃进行酯化反应,2h后经浓缩、干燥制得改性油茶籽粕提取物。
(2)前处理:将坯布以1∶10的浴比浸于去离子水中,以每分钟4℃升温到50℃,依次加入纯碱、双氧水、540A螯合分散剂,再升温到90℃保温20min;然后以每分钟2℃降温到70℃,水洗后用防染剂冰醋酸调节pH值为6-7,用5min添加UTA656过氧化氢酶,运转10min后准备染色。
以在染缸中水的质量浓度计,前处理剂包括以下组分:双氧水2%,纯碱2%,540A螯合分散剂0.5%,UTA656过氧化氢酶0.1%;所述防染剂为冰醋酸0.5%。
(3)染色:浴比为1∶10,起始温度为35℃,用25min缓慢加入染料,运转30min;以每分钟1℃升温至55℃,保温30min后对样。

实施例3
(1)坯布制备:对部分天丝进行阳离子改性。对部分未改性天丝进行预整理:将未改性天丝在50℃的预整理液中浸渍40min,水洗、干燥后备用。将阳离子改性天丝与未改性天丝按彩条状交织成坯布。
所述预整理液的由以下质量百分比的组分组成:PEG改性氢化蓖麻油10-%、改性油茶籽粕提取物0.4%、吐温1%、乙醇10%和余量的水。所述PEG改性氢化蓖麻油的制备方法如下:对氢化蓖麻油在惰性气体条件下加热干燥脱水,然后添加氧化钙,在加压条件下通入环氧乙烷气体,加热至120℃,充分反应2.5h后,降温后得到PEG改性氢化蓖麻油。其中氢化蓖麻油和氧化钙的质量比为100∶1。所述改性油茶籽粕提取物的制备方法如下:将油茶籽粕提取物与丁二酸酐按质量比1∶0.8添加至水中,然后调节pH值为8-9,加热至80℃进行酯化反应,3h后经浓缩、干燥制得改性油茶籽粕提取物。
(2)前处理:将坯布以1∶9的浴比浸于去离子水中,以每分钟4℃升温到48℃,依次加入纯碱、双氧水、540A螯合分散剂,再升温到88℃保温22min;然后以每分钟2℃降温到68℃,水洗后用防染剂冰醋酸调节pH值为6-7,用4min添加UTA656过氧化氢酶,运转8min后准备染色。
以在染缸中水的质量浓度计,前处理剂包括以下组分:双氧水1.8%,纯碱1.8%,540A螯合分散剂0.4%,UTA656过氧化氢酶0.08%;所述防染剂为冰醋酸0.4%。
(3)染色:浴比为1∶9,起始温度为33℃,用27min缓慢加入染料,运转28min;以每分钟1℃升温至50℃,保温35min后对样。
以在染缸中水的质量浓度计,染料包括以下组分:FN-R活性兰0.0044%,SHF-GD活性红0.020%,HF-2GR活性黄0.040%,540A螯合分散剂0.4%。
(4)皂洗:对样合格后,继续水洗8min,换水一次,用4min添加HS-115A白地防污皂洗剂,以每分钟2℃升温到78℃运转12min,清洗8min后出缸。
以在染缸中水的质量浓度计,所述皂洗剂为0.4%的HS-115A白地防污皂洗剂。
(5)脱水、烘干、定型:烘干温度为125℃,定型温度为155℃。
实施例4
(1)坯布制备:对部分天丝进行阳离子改性。对部分未改性天丝进行预整理:将未改性天丝与60℃的预整理液中浸渍20min,水洗、干燥后备用。将阳离子改性天丝与未改性天丝按彩条状交织成坯布。
所述预整理液的由以下质量百分比的组分组成:PEG改性氢化蓖麻油20%、改性油茶籽粕提取物0.6%、吐温3%、乙醇20%和余量的水。所述PEG改性氢化蓖麻油的制备方法如下:对氢化蓖麻油在惰性气体条件下加热干燥脱水,然后添加氧化钙,在加压条件下通入环氧乙烷气体,加热至130℃,充分反应1.5h后,降温后得到PEG改性氢化蓖麻油。其中氢化蓖麻油和氧化钙的质量比为100∶2。所述改性油茶籽粕提取物的制备方法如下:将油茶籽粕提取物与丁二酸酐按质量比1∶1.2添加至水中,然后调节pH值为8-9,加热至90℃进行酯化反应,1h后经浓缩、干燥制得改性油茶籽粕提取物。
(2)前处理:将坯布以1∶11的浴比浸于去离子水中,以每分钟4℃升温到52℃,依次加入纯碱、双氧水、540A螯合分散剂,再升温到92℃保温18min;然后以每分钟2℃降温到72℃,水洗后用防染剂冰醋酸调节pH值为6-7,用6min添加UTA656过氧化氢酶,运转12min后准备染色。
以在染缸中水的质量浓度计,前处理剂包括以下组分:双氧水2.2%,纯碱2.2%,540A螯合分散剂0.6%,UTA656过氧化氢酶0.12%;所述防染剂为冰醋酸0.6%。
(3)染色:浴比为1∶11,起始温度为37℃,用23min缓慢加入染料,运转32min;以每分钟1℃升温至60℃,保温25min后对样。
以在染缸中水的质量浓度计,染料包括以下组分:FN-R活性兰0.0052%,SHF-GD活性红0.028%,HF-2GR活性黄0.044%,540A螯合分散剂0.6%。
(4)皂洗:对样合格后,继续水洗12min,换水一次,用6min添加HS-115A白地防污皂洗剂,以每分钟2℃升温到82℃运转8min,清洗12min后出缸。
以在染缸中水的质量浓度计,所述皂洗剂为0.6%的HS-115A白地防污皂洗剂。
(5)脱水、烘干、定型:烘干温度为135℃,定型温度为165℃。
本发明制得的彩条染色的天丝织物,经测试日晒牢度、皂洗牢度等质量指标都达到行业标准和客户要求。测试结果如下:
上述阳离子改性天丝与未改性天丝交织坯布的彩条染色方法,具有匹布无盐无碱染色,批量大,工艺简单,效率高的特点,提高了染料的利用率,同时色牢度达到客户要求,减少了染色废液的排放,节能高效,并染出了同种天丝纤维坯布彩条效果的产品。
本发明中所用原料、设备,若无特别说明,均为本领域的常用原料、设备;本发明中所用方法,若无特别说明,均为本领域的常规方法。

Claims (8)
1.一种天丝交织坯布的彩条染色方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
(1)坯布制备:对部分天丝进行阳离子改性,得到阳离子改性天丝;对剩余天丝进行预整理,得到预整理天丝;将所得阳离子改性天丝与预整理天丝按彩条状交织成坯布;
所述预整理为:将天丝在50-60℃的预整理液中浸渍20-40min,水洗、干燥后备用;
所述预整理液的由以下质量百分比的组分组成:PEG改性氢化蓖麻油10-20%、改性油茶籽粕提取物0.4-0.6%、吐温1-3%、乙醇10-20%和余量的水;
所述PEG改性氢化蓖麻油的制备方法如下:对氢化蓖麻油在惰性气体条件下加热干燥脱水,然后添加氧化钙,在加压条件下通入环氧乙烷气体,加热至120-130℃,充分反应1.5-2.5h后,降温后得到PEG改性氢化蓖麻油;其中氢化蓖麻油和氧化钙的质量比为100∶(1-2);
所述改性油茶籽粕提取物的制备方法如下:将油茶籽粕提取物与丁二酸酐按质量比1∶(0.8-1.2)添加至水中,然后调节pH值为8-9,加热至80-90℃进行酯化反应,1-3h后经浓缩、干燥制得改性油茶籽粕提取物;
(2)前处理:将坯布浸于去离子水中,添加预处理剂和防染剂进行预处理;所述前处理剂包括以下组分:双氧水,纯碱,540A螯合分散剂,UTA656过氧化氢酶;所述防染剂为冰醋酸;步骤(2)具体工艺为:将坯布浸于去离子水中,以每分钟4℃升温到48-52℃,依次加入纯碱、双氧水、540A螯合分散剂,再升温到88-92℃保温18-22min;然后以每分钟2℃降温到68-72℃,水洗后用防染剂冰醋酸调节pH值为6-7,添加UTA656过氧化氢酶,运转后准备染色;
(3)染色:添加染料进行染色;
(4)皂洗:对样合格后,添加皂洗剂进行皂洗,皂洗后清洗出缸;
(5)脱水、烘干、定型。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种天丝交织坯布的彩条染色方法,其特征在于,在步骤(2)中,以在染缸中水的质量浓度计,所述前处理剂包括以下组分:双氧水1.8-2.2%,纯碱1.8-2.2%,540A螯合分散剂0.4-0.6%,UTA656过氧化氢酶0.08-0.12%;所述防染剂为冰醋酸0.4-0.6%。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种天丝交织坯布的彩条染色方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)的具体工艺为:将坯布以1∶9-11的浴比浸于去离子水中,以每分钟4℃升温到48-52℃,依次加入纯碱、双氧水、540A螯合分散剂,再升温到88-92℃保温18-22min;然后以每分钟2℃降温到68-72℃,水洗后用防染剂冰醋酸调节pH值为6-7,用4-6min添加UTA656过氧化氢酶,运转8-12min后准备染色。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种天丝交织坯布的彩条染色方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,以在染缸中水的质量浓度计,所述染料包括以下组分:FN-R活性兰0.0044-0.0052%,SHF-GD活性红0.020-0.028%,HF-2GR活性黄0.040-0.044%,540A螯合分散剂0.4-0.6%。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种天丝交织坯布的彩条染色方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)的具体工艺为:浴比为1∶9-11,起始温度为33-37℃,用23-27min缓慢加入染料,运转28-32min;以每分钟1℃升温至50-60℃,保温25-35min后对样。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种天丝交织坯布的彩条染色方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,以在染缸中水的质量浓度计,所述皂洗剂为0.4-0.6%的HS-115A白地防污皂洗剂。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种天丝交织坯布的彩条染色方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)的具体工艺为:对样合格后,继续水洗8-12min,换水一次,用4-6min添加HS-115A白地防污皂洗剂,以每分钟2℃升温到78-82℃运转8-12min,清洗8-12min后出缸。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种天丝交织坯布的彩条染色方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中,烘干温度为125-135℃,定型温度为155-165℃。
