Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the specific embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided to explain the principles of the invention and its practical application to thereby enable others skilled in the art to understand the invention for various embodiments and with various modifications as are suited to the particular use contemplated.
It will be understood that, although the terms "first," "second," etc. may be used herein to describe various mixed materials, these mixed materials should not be limited by these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish one mixed substance from another.
The invention provides a clothing cleaning agent, which is particularly suitable for carrying out local cleaning treatment on western-style clothes, overcoat, full dress, silk clothes, hats, ties and other clothes which are not suitable for frequent cleaning; the clothing cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
and lemon essence accounting for 0.25-0.35 percent of the total mass of the components.
Specifically, the No. 6 solvent oil has excellent oil stain dissolving capacity, and mainly plays a role in dissolving oil stains and stabilizing a system in the finally obtained clothing cleaning agent; tetrachloroethylene is used as a metal degreasing solvent, and plays a role in dissolving, softening and emulsifying grease; the methylene dichloride has the advantages of strong dissolving capacity, quite low toxicity and the like, and plays roles of degreasing and demoulding in the clothing cleaning agent; the main function of lemon essence is to mask the raw material odor and provide a pleasant light flavor.
The above-mentioned clothing cleaner of the present invention will be shown below by way of specific examples, but the clothing cleaner according to the present invention is not limited to the specific compositions of the following examples 1 to 3, and the following examples 1 to 3 are merely examples of some of the specific compositions of the clothing cleaner of the present invention.
Table 1 compositions of the garment cleaners of examples 1-3
It should be noted that, in the clothing detergents of examples 1 to 3, the total mass of the 6# solvent oil, n-bromopropane, tetrachloroethylene, dichloromethane, cyclohexane, isohexane and silica gel powder was regarded as 100%, and the amount of the lemon essence added was 0.25 to 0.35% based on the above 100%, but the total mass of all the components of the 6# solvent oil, n-bromopropane, tetrachloroethylene, dichloromethane, cyclohexane, isohexane, silica gel powder and lemon essence was not regarded as 100%.
The clothing cleaner is prepared by the following method:
and step S1, mixing the No. 6 solvent oil, tetrachloroethylene, dichloromethane and silica gel powder, and uniformly stirring to obtain a first mixture.
The following example is given as an example, and the other examples are only required to replace the amount of the corresponding substance.
Specifically, the 6# solvent oil accounting for 10% of the total mass of the 6# solvent oil, the n-bromopropane, the tetrachloroethylene, the dichloromethane, the cyclohexane, the isohexane and the silica gel powder, the 6% solvent oil, the 6% tetrachloroethylene, the 17% dichloromethane and the 10% silica gel powder are mixed and stirred to obtain a first mixture.
And step S2, adding the n-bromopropane and the lemon essence into the first mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain a second mixture.
Specifically, 22% of n-bromopropane and 0.25% of lemon essence in parts by mass of the 6# solvent oil, the n-bromopropane, the tetrachloroethylene, the dichloromethane, the cyclohexane, the isohexane and the silica gel powder are added into the first mixture to be mixed and stirred, so as to obtain a second mixture.
Step S3, mixing cyclohexane and isohexane and stirring uniformly to obtain a third mixture;
specifically, cyclohexane and isohexane accounting for 5% of total mass of the 6# solvent oil, n-bromopropane, tetrachloroethylene, dichloromethane, cyclohexane, isohexane and silica gel powder were mixed and stirred to obtain a third mixture.
And step S4, mixing the second mixture and the third mixture and stirring uniformly.
Specifically, the second mixture obtained in the above step S2 and the third mixture obtained in the step S3 are mixed and stirred, and finally the clothing detergent in a liquid phase is obtained.
Generally, the mixing process in the steps S1, S2, S3 and S4 may be performed in a mixing tank.
Example 4
For ease of use of the garment cleaner, it is clear that the spray form is more convenient than the liquid phase, and therefore the garment cleaner having the ingredients described in examples 1-3 can be made into a garment cleaning spray.
Specifically, the liquid-phase clothing cleaning agent obtained in examples 1 to 3 and liquefied petroleum gas are mixed and canned according to a mass ratio of 2.3:1 to 2.5:1, preferably about 2.4:1 in this example, to obtain the clothing cleaning spray.
Compared with other similar products in the prior art, the clothing cleaning agent in a liquid phase form or a spray form has the advantages of simple and convenient use and remarkable cleaning effect, can effectively remove oil stains and other stubborn stains on residual clothing, and does not damage clothing fibers; meanwhile, the clothing cleaner provided by the embodiment of the invention has wide raw material sources and small environmental damage, and completely meets the national environmental protection requirements.
While the invention has been shown and described with reference to certain embodiments, those skilled in the art will understand that: various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
