Abstract
本发明涉及润滑密封材料领域,具体公开一种白色超高温润滑脂,其由以下质量分数的原料组成:50%‑80%的基础油、5%‑30%的稠化剂、5%‑15%的高粘度硅油、1%‑3%的结构稳定剂、5%‑15%的润滑剂。本发明提供的是一种白色的超高温润滑脂可以满足一些特定条件下机械设备的耐高温、润滑、抗氧化、粘附性要求以及保证设备的润滑效果延长其使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种白色超高温润滑脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
润滑脂作为一种常用的润滑介质和现有的润滑油润滑相比具有优异的稳定性、抗氧化性、机械安定性、粘附性、极压耐磨性以及密封性等特点,适合应用于对润滑介质运动精度、承载能力、极压性质、转速以及使用寿命较长的机械设备的润滑部位。随着工业现代化的不断发展机械设备等需要润滑部位对于润滑脂的使用要求越来越高,对润滑脂的使用耐温性能也是提出了更高的要求。现存的高温润滑脂大多存在在高温条件下的软化、分油、干裂、熔化、挥发、硬化等行为导致润滑脂失去润滑效果造成机械设备发生磨损、烧结、卡咬等从而造成机械设备无法工作、大量维修、降低使用寿命等行为。因此生产一种具有超高耐温性质的润滑脂产品对于机械加工行业来说具有很大的需求空间。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中润滑脂存在的问题和不足提供了一种具有超高耐温性能、不分油、不干裂、抗氧化性能优异、稳定性良好的白色超高温润滑脂。该润滑脂采用一种高粘度硅油来取代现有润滑脂中所使用的增粘剂以弥补高粘度聚合物在300℃以上高温条件下存在的结焦干裂问题。采用高粘度硅油可以在提高粘度、防止分油的情况下受到高温作用和二氧化硅会具有很好的结合性从而使得所制备的润滑脂具有更好的耐高温性、润滑性、抗分油、防干裂等性能。
为了达成上述目的,本发明一方面通过如下技术方案实现:一种白色超高温润滑脂,其特征在于,以润滑脂质量为基准,其由以下质量分数的原料组成:50%-80%的基础油、5%-30%的稠化剂、5%-15%的高粘度硅油、1%-3%的结构稳定剂、5%-15%的润滑剂。
本发明所述的基础油选自硅油、合成油、合成酯类油中的一种或多种的混合物,优选为苯基硅油。
本发明所述的稠化剂选自二氧化硅、氮化硼、石墨、聚四氟乙烯中的一种或多种的混合物,优选为二氧化硅。
本发明所述的高粘度硅油选自高粘度甲基硅油、高粘度苯基硅油、高粘度乙基硅油等,优选为高粘度甲基硅油。
本发明所述的结构稳定剂为二苯基二羟基硅烷。
本发明所述的润滑剂选自氮化硼、聚四氟乙烯中的一种或两种的混合物。
本发明第二方面提供一种上述白色超高温润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)将基础油、稠化剂加入反应釜中进行搅拌均匀并升温至120℃-150℃,反应30min-60min;
(2)在反应釜中添加结构稳定剂、润滑剂、高粘度甲基硅油并进行搅拌60-120min进行均化反应;
(3)将上述得到的反应物进行降温、过滤、研磨即可得到本发明的白色超高温润滑脂。
本发明所述的一种超高温润滑脂其突出特点在于采用高粘度硅油来代替现有高温润滑脂制备过程中所添加的增粘剂。由于现存的高温润滑脂中的增粘剂大多为高聚物其在300℃以上的高温条件下会造成润滑脂产品的结焦、干裂以及分油现象的产生;所以本发明通过添加高粘度甲基硅油与二氧化硅稠化剂进行更好的结合所制备的一种白色超高温润滑脂可耐受300℃以上高温,优异的抗氧化性、结构稳性、润滑性、化学稳定性,制备的产品无明显的滴点、在高温条件下无龟裂、分油、硬化等现象。

下面的实施例是对本发明的进一步阐述,但本发明的内容不限于此。本发明说明书中的实施方式仅用于对本发明进行说明,其并不对本发明的保护范围起到限定作用。本发明的保护范围仅由权利要求限定,本领域技术人员在本发明公开的实施方式的基础上所做的任何省略、替换或修改都将落入本发明的保护范围。
实例1
采用如下所述组分制备该白色超高温润滑脂:以润滑脂的总质量为基础,苯基硅油:64%,二氧化硅:7.5%;高粘度甲基硅油:12%;二苯基二羟基硅烷:1.5%;氮化硼:3%;聚四氟乙烯:12%。
本发明所述的一种超高温润滑脂的制备工艺为:
将苯基硅油、二氧化硅粉末加入常压反应釜中开始搅拌、反应并加热升温至120℃-150℃,保持搅拌反应30min-60min;
待上述步骤反应结束添加高粘度甲基硅油、氮化硼、聚四氟乙烯、二苯基二羟基硅烷等添加剂同时继续进行搅拌反应60min-120min左右使得产品进行彻底均化;
待上述步骤反应完成进行降温冷却、筛网过滤、研磨等即可得到一种白色超高温润滑脂产品。
实例2
采用如下所述组分制备该超高温润滑脂:以润滑脂的总质量为基础,苯基硅油:75%,二氧化硅:9%;高粘度甲基硅油:11%;二苯基二羟基硅烷:2%;氮化硼:3%。
本发明所述的一种白色超高温润滑脂的制备工艺为:
(1)将苯基硅油、二氧化硅粉末加入常压反应釜中开始搅拌、反应并加热升温至120℃-150℃,保持搅拌反应30min-60min;
(2)待上述步骤反应结束添加高粘度甲基硅油、氮化硼、聚四氟乙烯、二苯基二羟基硅烷等添加剂同时继续进行搅拌反应60min-120min左右使得产品进行彻底均化;
(3)待上述步骤反应完成进行降温冷却、筛网过滤、研磨等即可得到一种白色超高温润滑脂。
本发明得到的白色超高温润滑脂产解决了现存技术中所存在的高温硬化、干裂、分油等方面存在的不足的问题。
本发明所制备产品性能测定结果如下:

1.一种白色超高温润滑脂,其特征在于,其由以下质量分数的原料组成:50%-80%的基础油、5%-30%的稠化剂、5%-15%的高粘度硅油、1%-3%的结构稳定剂、5%-15%的润滑剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的白色超高温润滑脂,其特征在于,所述的基础油选自硅油、合成油、合成酯类油中的一种或多种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的白色超高温润滑脂,其特征在于,所述的稠化剂选自二氧化硅、氮化硼、石墨、聚四氟乙烯中的一种或多种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的白色超高温润滑脂,其特征在于,所述的高粘度硅油选自高粘度甲基硅油、高粘度苯基硅油、高粘度乙基硅油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的白色超高温润滑脂,其特征在于,所述的结构稳定剂为二苯基二羟基硅烷。
6.根据权利要求1所述的白色超高温润滑脂,其特征在于,所述的润滑剂选自氮化硼、聚四氟乙烯中的一种或两种的混合物。
7.制备如权利要求1-6任一项所述的白色超高温润滑脂的方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)将基础油、稠化剂加入反应釜中进行搅拌均匀并升温至120℃-150℃,反应30min-60min;
(2)在反应釜中添加结构稳定剂、润滑剂、高粘度甲基硅油并进行搅拌60-120min进行均化反应;
