Description
发明的领域
本发明涉及通常用在商品陈列装置中的共同挤压制成的塑料滑移表面。
发明背景
商人们通常将他们的产品陈列在置于架子上的结构中。为了将产品放在架子的前面,通常使架子向下倾斜,这样,重力迫使产品处在架子的前面边缘上,顾客容易接近产品。架子的角度决定了重力作用在产品上、使产品向前运动的力的大小。
这种倾斜的架子一般制造成带有与架子的纵向延伸部分平行的轨道或通道,使产品按有顺序的行陈列。产品按行排列可使商人能陈列不同的产品,而不致使产品混淆。然而,在金属架子上作通道不是制造架子的经济的方法。
制造具有重力送料通道的架子的经济得多的方法是建造一个塑料制的重力送料轨道,以便插入在平的金属架子内部。许多专利都公布了一种塑料制的重力送料轨道,它插入陈列支架的架子中。每一个这种轨道件包括一个基本上平的基座部分,该基座部分具有许多隔开一定距离的纵向延伸的肋条或导板,这些导板从基座部分向上突出。通道或槽作在肋条或导板之间,以便容纳和夹持产品(例如瓶装饮料)。
轨道件一般为单一结构的零件,它通常由挤压塑料或模压塑料制成。典型的所用塑料为耐冲击性能优越的聚苯乙烯、聚碳酸酯、各种各样的尼龙、或刚性的乙烯基组合物。
在由挤压塑料制成滑移表面件的情况下,通常塑料要用硅酮浸渍,以便增加塑料的滑溜性,使产品可以较容易从滑移表面件向下滑动至分配托盘的前面。硅酮的作用是减小滑移表面件与放在滑移表面件的顶部的产品之间的摩擦系数。例如,如在美国专利4,454,949和4,416,380号所公布的那样一般硅酮的百分比在0.5%和5%之间变化。
过去曾作过许多努力,试图在保持较高的硅酮含量以保持轨道的滑溜程度的同时,降低含有硅酮的摩擦力小的滑动或滑移表面轨道的价格。美国专利4,416,380号说明了一个这样的努力尝试,该专利在其一个实施例中,公布了一种挤压塑料滑移表面。该表面包括具有多个直立肋的基本上为平的基座部分。根据该专利的公布,肋或导板可以用大约0.5%-5%的硅酮浸渍,以改善滑动性和在产品向下运动过程中,有助于产品的导向。
另一个美国专利4,565,725号公布了一种利用双金属挤压制造复合轨道的方法。根据该专利的披露,耐冲击性高的聚苯乙烯与耐冲击性高的聚苯乙烯和有机聚硅氧烷的混合物同时挤压。将由耐冲击性高的聚苯乙烯和有机聚硅氧烷的混合物制成的薄的滑动平板粘接在由纯的耐冲击性高的聚苯乙烯构成的较厚的基座平面上。由于与聚苯乙烯比较,有机聚硅氧烷较昂贵,最终所得出的共同挤压制成的产品比完全由聚苯乙烯和有机聚硅氧烷的混合物制成的滑动平板便宜。
尽管以上所述的专利公布了一些降低摩擦力小的滑动轨道的价格的技术,但最终得出的轨道仍比较贵。另外,这些专利所述的轨道仍受到在所有滑动轨道中所遇到的共同问题的困挠,即,所有的滑动轨道,在使用时都会积存灰尘和污物,并且,随着时间的推移,会丧失其某些滑溜性,而作为一种商业陈列品,会变得没有吸引力。
因此,本发明的一个目的是要提供一种摩擦力小的滑动表面轨道,它比先前技术的轨道的制造成本便宜,但作为滑动表面仍是有效和滑溜的。
本发明的另一个目的是要提供一种摩擦力小的滑移表面轨道,它作为一种商品陈列轨道,比先前的轨道更富有吸引力,并且在使用中,可以隐藏或掩饰积存在轨道顶面上的污物。
本发明还有一个目的是要提供一种摩擦力小的滑移表面轨道,它由挤压的深色塑料基座平板和许多浅色的共同挤压制成的肋或压条构成,使该肋或压条的颜色与陈列在托盘顶部的商品的商标名颜色相适应。
发明梗概
达到这些目的的本申请的发明包括摩擦力小的用于商品架的滑移表面轨道,该轨道包括一个挤压的、沿纵向方向延伸的塑料基座平板和许多共同挤压制成的、隔开一定距离的、沿纵向方向延伸的塑料压条,这些塑料压条粘接在基座平板的顶部表面上。为了使其摩擦系数相对于基座平板的摩擦系数降低,该压条包含0.5%-10%的硅酮。为了隐藏或掩饰在轨道表面上的污物,同时又保持有吸引力的商品表面,轨道的基座平板部分由深色塑料制成,而共同挤压出的压条由浅色塑料制成。最终所得出产品外表具有吸引力,并且还有另一个优点是,为轨道的基座和压条部分所选择的深色和浅色可以选择得与陈列在滑移表面顶部的产品的商标颜色匹配。
由塑料(例如,聚苯乙烯)制成的基座平板不含硅酮,并且构成滑移表面的主要部分,而包含硅酮的压条只构成整个轨道的非常小的部分或非常小的百分比。这种结构可降低滑移表面轨道的生产成本。从下面对附图的说明,将会更清楚地了解本发明的这个和另一个目的及其优点。

发明的详细说明
参照附图,图1表示用于商品陈列架的滑移表面轨道2。滑移表面轨道2可以插入商品陈列架(没有示出)的托盘4中。该陈列架,例如,可为受让人拥有的美国专利4,461,388号的陈列架,这里,为了说明的目的,将该专利引入供参考。
滑移表面轨道2由挤压的、在纵向方向延伸的塑料基座平板6和许多共同挤压制成的、隔一定距离的沿纵向方向延伸的塑料压条8组成。基座平板最好包括耐冲击性好的聚苯乙烯,但也可以是任何其他价格便宜的挤压塑料材料。压条的成份都是相同的,并最好包括聚苯乙烯和0.5%-10%的硅酮的混合物。塑料与硅酮的混合物的摩擦系数比纯聚苯乙烯塑料的摩擦系数小。因此,压条8的摩擦系数比纯聚苯乙烯塑料的基座6的摩擦系数小,这可使陈列的物品沿着一般为倾斜的托盘4移动或滑下。
许多压条8形成许多通道12,一个通道由两个相邻的压条构成。通道12可以容纳要陈列的产品的一部分(例如,陈列的饮料瓶底部上的凸起部分)。通道12是在压条之间形成的,因此,它沿着纵向方向与压条8平行地延伸。通道12的宽度由压条8之间的距离构成。这个宽度可以根据要陈列的产品而改变,但一般彼此隔开大约5mm的距离。一般,压条的高度大约为1mm。
本发明的一个关键方面是压条8是共同挤压制成的,并从而可直接粘接在基座平板6上。虽然压条8可由与基座平板6不同成份的塑料制成,然而,挤压机出口的温度和压力,可以在挤压过程中,使压条8直接粘接在基座平板6上。
由于包含用于制造压条8的硅酮的复合苯乙烯比用于制造基底的纯的耐冲击性的苯乙烯价格昂贵,并且还由于压条仅为整个轨道的很小的一个百分比,因此,生产滑移表面轨道的总成本,比如果轨道的整个宽度均由含有硅酮的复合苯乙烯制成者低很多。
现参见图3,图中表示本申请的发明的第二个实施例。在这个实施例中,对本发明的滑移表面轨道的与图1和图2的实施例的相应元件基本上相同的元件标以同样的数字标号,但带有撇号(’)。
在这个实施例中,肋或压条8′一般为椭园形,而不是三角形。在所有其他方面,这个实施例与图2的实施例是相同的。虽然,因为压条为椭园形而不是三角形,但在某些情况下和具有某些塑料成份时,压条一般更容易共同挤压在轨2′的基座部分或基座平板6′上。
根据本发明的实践,共同挤压制造的轨道2,2′的基座部分或基座平板与深色的上色剂复合,而含有硅酮的塑料肋8,8′与浅色的塑料复合。在一个优选实施例中,共同挤压的轨道2,2′的基座平板部分制成红色,而在另一个实施例中,则制成深蓝色。在二个实施例中,压条8,8′与非常白的苯乙烯塑料复合。作为这些不同颜色的结果,最终得出的轨道作为商品架的一部分是非常具有装饰性和吸引力的。另外,深色基座的优点是,它可隐藏或掩饰可能积存在轨道顶面上并使轨道吸引力变小以及降低顶部表面的滑溜程度的污物。
另外,还希望轨道的不同颜色与在轨道顶部上进行商业买卖的产品的商标匹配。在一个优选实施例中,为了与一个顾客的商标颜色匹配,为基座平板所选择的颜色为红色,并为肋或压条所选择的颜色为白色;而销售另一顾客的产品,则基座平板6,6′和肋8,8′可分别选择为深蓝和白色。
虽然已经说明了本发明的二个优选实施例,但这不是限制性的,只有下列权利要求规定的范围才是限制性的。
Claims (12)
1、一种用于插入商品陈列架的托盘的摩擦力小的滑移表面,它包括:
一个挤压的、沿纵向方向延伸的塑料基座平板和多个单独的、共同挤压制出的、彼此隔开一定距离的、沿纵向延伸的塑料压条,该塑料压条直接粘接在所述基座平板顶部表面上,每一个所述压条包含0.5%至10%的硅酮,使所述压条具有比所述基座平板较低的表面摩擦,所述基座平板由第一种颜色的塑料制成,而所述压条由第二种颜色的塑料制成。
2、如权利要求1所述的用于商品陈列架的摩擦力小的滑移表面,其特征为,所述压条的横截面为三角形。
3、如权利要求1所述的用于商品陈列架的摩擦力小的滑移表面,其特征为,所述压条的横截面为椭园形。
4、如权利要求1所述的用于商品陈列架的摩擦力小的滑移表面,其特征为,所述基座平板由耐冲击性好的聚苯乙烯制成。
5、如权利要求1所述的用于商品陈列架的摩擦力小的滑移表面,其特征为,所述压条由聚苯乙烯和硅酮的混合物制成。
6、如权利要求1所述的用于商品陈列架的摩擦力小的滑移表面,其特征为,所述压条的高度大约为1mm,并相互隔开大约5mm。
7、一种用于商品陈列架的托盘,它包括:
一个底板和从该底板的相对的两侧边缘向上伸出的二个侧壁,所述托盘上有一摩擦力小的滑移表面轨道,所述滑移表面轨道包括一挤压制成的、沿纵向方向延伸的塑料基座平板和多个单独的、共同挤压制出的、彼此隔开一定距离的、沿纵向延伸的塑料压条,该塑料压条直接粘接在所述基座平板的顶部表面上,每一个所述压条包含0.5%至10%的硅酮,使所述压条具有比所述基座平板较低的表面摩擦,所述基座平板由第一种颜色的塑料制成,而所述压条由第二种颜色的塑料制成。
