Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of painting, in particular to painting powder and pigment paste for water rubbing paintings and a painting method.
Background
The water rubbing picture is made up by filling water in a container, adding prepared pigment in water according to the concept of painter, making it naturally flow in water and forming pattern or correspondent texture according to the concept of painter and drawing requirements. When drawing, according to the requirements of picture, the Xuan paper or paperboard can be lightly spread on the water surface, and the paper can be fully used for making creation. This technique is one of the water rubbing techniques.
At present, the conventional water rubbing picture is made by blending plant rubber powder into water, making the plant rubber powder stable into picture liquid through standing for a long time, then making a picture on the surface of the picture liquid after the pigment prepared by oxgall is re-stabilized, and finally rubbing the picture on the surface of the picture liquid through paper covering.
The current drawing liquid has the technical problem of consuming long time, the vegetable glue powder can be completely dissolved in water by stirring for a long time, and the vegetable glue powder needs a long time for stabilization. Meanwhile, the pigment is a technical problem that the preparation cost is high, and the pigment cannot be prepared in large quantity and stored for a long time.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the painting powder and the pigment paste of the water rubbing painting, which are simple to manufacture, low in cost and capable of being stored for a long time, and the painting method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the powder for the water rubbing picture comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5-20% of polyvinyl alcohol and 80-95% of hydroxy cellulose.
Preferably, the raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 13% polyvinyl alcohol and 87% hydroxycellulose.
Preferably, the hydroxy cellulose is one or more of hydroxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose or hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose.
The pigment slurry for the water rubbing picture comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5-15% of pigment, 15-25% of latex, 0.5-2% of dispersing agent, 0.5-2% of acrylic acid, 0.1-0.5% of bactericide, 0.5-2% of defoaming agent and the balance of water.
Preferably, the raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 10% pigment, 20% latex, 1% dispersant, 1% acrylic acid, 0.2% bactericide, 0.8% defoamer and 67% water.
Preferably, the pigment is a water-soluble pigment.
A drawing method of a water rubbing picture comprises the following steps:
1) the picture powder of any one of claims 1-3 mixed with water to make a picture solution;
2) painting on the surface of the painting liquid of step 1) with a pigment paste according to any one of claims 4 to 8 to form a painting film floating on the surface of the painting liquid.
) The graphic film is rubbed on the rubbing material with a rubbing material.
Preferably, 2-8 g of the painting powder is put into every 1000 g of the painting liquid in the step 1).
Preferably, the painting liquid in the step 2) is contained in an open container, and the depth of the painting liquid is 1-10 cm.
Preferably, the rubbing material is paper, wood, cloth, plaster or a composite thereof.
Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the invention adopts polyvinyl alcohol and hydroxy cellulose to prepare the painting powder of the water rubbing painting, the painting powder is easy to dissolve in water, the time required for the stability is short, and the time for preparing the painting liquid can be shortened.
The water rubbing picture pigment paste has the advantages of low production cost and easy storage, and is suitable for industrial production.
