当今社会,填充类纺织品已成为流行,羽绒制品(包括羽绒服、羽绒被等)更是成为
人们日常生活中不可或缺的生活用品,由于其柔软舒适、保暖性好、轻便等特点深受大众的喜爱,但是目前,由于多种原因导致该类纺织品在生产和使用过程中会出现钻绒的问题,不仅影响了整体的外观,而且钻出的绒丝乱飞给人不舒适的感觉。而要使面料具有拔萃的防钻绒性能,常见的方法有两种:一是尽可能将面料的密度提高,使其成为高密的纺织面料,然而,高密的纺织面料虽然具有前述的拔萃的防钻绒性能,但是透气性效果极差 ;二是在对面料的后整理过程中先对面料压光处理,而后由涂胶机对压光面涂敷胶料,使胶料渗透到面料的孔隙,最后经烘干后在面料表面形成胶膜,以阻止羽绒窜出。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种羽绒服面料防钻绒的处理方法,该方法利用涂层胶对抗水、轧光后的面料进行涂覆,达到面料与涂层胶的紧密结合,以较低的增重提高了羽绒服的防钻绒效果,且耐寒性、柔软性能得到了提高。
本发明解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种羽绒服面料防钻绒的处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)面料选择:选择丝光棉织造的织物,纱支15D-25D,细度300-420tex;
(2)拒水整理:将织物放入盛有拒水整理剂的水槽中浸渍15-30分钟,取出后干燥至水分含量5-8%;
(3)轧光:拒水整理后的织物通入轧光机中进行摩擦轧光,其中,压力10-12Mpa,轧光机摩擦辊的表面线速与织物的移动速度之比为4:1-6:1,摩擦辊的温度为115-125℃,然后将织物烘干至水分含量2-3%;
(4)涂层胶的制备:将聚酰亚胺涂层胶与丙酸乙酯混合,充分搅拌使聚酰亚胺涂层胶完全溶解,溶液送入高压釜中,加入交联剂、交联促进剂、聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵、吐温-80,充入氮气至压力1-2Mpa,温度升高至40-50℃,搅拌反应1-1.5小时后,冷却至室温,加入甲苯将反应物的粘度调节至6000-8000mPa/s,得到涂层胶;
(5)涂层:将制备好的涂层胶使用浮刀式涂层机涂覆在轧光后的织物上,于150-160℃烘3-5分钟即可。
优选地,所述步骤(2)拒水整理剂由20-30重量份的二氧化硅与0.5-0.8重量份的辛酸锌在常温下混合搅拌20-30分钟,150-160℃烘焙得到。
优选地,所述步骤(2)干燥的条件为50-60℃烘10-30分钟。

(2)本发明使用的涂层胶以聚酰亚胺涂层胶为基础涂层胶,加入了优良抗酸碱性的阳离子聚合物聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵、在线型分子间起架桥作用的交联剂、交联促进剂、润湿型的非离子型表面活性剂,改性后的涂层胶具有良好的粘结性、耐酸碱性、耐热阻燃性,适合多种纺布或面料的涂覆粘结。

以下结合具体实施例对发明作进一步详细的描述。
实施例1.
一种羽绒服面料防钻绒的处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)面料选择:选择丝光棉织造的织物,纱支15D-25D,细度300-420tex;
(2)拒水整理:将织物放入盛有拒水整理剂的水槽中浸渍15-30分钟,取出后干燥至水分含量5-8%,其中,拒水整理剂由20-30重量份的二氧化硅与0.5-0.8重量份的辛酸锌在常温下混合搅拌20-30分钟,150-160℃烘焙得到,干燥的条件为50-60℃烘10-30分钟。
(3)轧光:拒水整理后的织物通入轧光机中进行摩擦轧光,其中,压力10-12Mpa,轧光机摩擦辊的表面线速与织物的移动速度之比为4:1-6:1,摩擦辊的温度为115-125℃,然后将织物烘干至水分含量2-3%,其中,织物的移动速度控制在15-18 m/min。

(2)拒水整理:将织物放入盛有拒水整理剂的水槽中浸渍15-30分钟,取出后干燥至水分含量5-8%,其中,拒水整理剂由20-30重量份的二氧化硅与0.5-0.8重量份的辛酸锌在常温下混合搅拌20-30分钟,150-160℃烘焙得到,干燥的条件为50-60℃烘10-30分钟。
(3)轧光:拒水整理后的织物通入轧光机中进行摩擦轧光,其中,压力10-12Mpa,轧光机摩擦辊的表面线速与织物的移动速度之比为4:1-6:1,摩擦辊的温度为115-125℃,然后将织物烘干至水分含量2-3%,其中,织物的移动速度控制在15-18 m/min。
(4)涂层胶的制备:将60份聚酰亚胺涂层胶与丙酸乙酯混合,充分搅拌使聚酰亚胺涂层胶完全溶解,溶液送入高压釜中,加入18份六氢邻苯二甲酸酐、6份交联促进剂XH-H0221Z、5份聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵、12份吐温-80,充入氮气至压力1-2Mpa,温度升高至40-50℃,搅拌反应1-1.5小时后,冷却至室温,加入甲苯将反应物的粘度调节至6000-8000mPa/s,得到涂层胶;
(5)涂层:将制备好的涂层胶使用浮刀式涂层机涂覆在轧光后的织物上,于150-160℃烘3-5分钟即可,涂层后织物的干增重为3-5g/m2。
实施例3.
一种羽绒服面料防钻绒的处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)面料选择:选择丝光棉织造的织物,纱支15D-25D,细度300-420tex;
(2)拒水整理:将织物放入盛有拒水整理剂的水槽中浸渍15-30分钟,取出后干燥至水分含量5-8%,其中,拒水整理剂由20-30重量份的二氧化硅与0.5-0.8重量份的辛酸锌在常温下混合搅拌20-30分钟,150-160℃烘焙得到,干燥的条件为50-60℃烘10-30分钟。
(3)轧光:拒水整理后的织物通入轧光机中进行摩擦轧光,其中,压力10-12Mpa,轧光机摩擦辊的表面线速与织物的移动速度之比为4:1-6:1,摩擦辊的温度为115-125℃,然后将织物烘干至水分含量2-3%,其中,织物的移动速度控制在15-18 m/min。
(4)涂层胶的制备:将55份聚酰亚胺涂层胶与丙酸乙酯混合,充分搅拌使聚酰亚胺涂层胶完全溶解,溶液送入高压釜中,加入22份多异氰酸酯、10份交联促进剂XH-H2202Z、8份聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵、15份吐温-80,充入氮气至压力1-2Mpa,温度升高至40-50℃,搅拌反应1-1.5小时后,冷却至室温,加入甲苯将反应物的粘度调节至6000-8000mPa/s,得到涂层胶;
(5)涂层:将制备好的涂层胶使用浮刀式涂层机涂覆在轧光后的织物上,于150-160℃烘3-5分钟即可,涂层后织物的干增重为3-5g/m2。
实施例4.
一种羽绒服面料防钻绒的处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)面料选择:选择丝光棉织造的织物,纱支15D-25D,细度300-420tex;

(4)涂层胶的制备:将48份聚酰亚胺涂层胶与丙酸乙酯混合,充分搅拌使聚酰亚胺涂层胶完全溶解,溶液送入高压釜中,加入15份双丙酮丙烯酰胺、6份交联促进剂550、10份聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵、12份吐温-80,充入氮气至压力1-2Mpa,温度升高至40-50℃,搅拌反应1-1.5小时后,冷却至室温,加入甲苯将反应物的粘度调节至6000-8000mPa/s,得到涂层胶;
(5)涂层:将制备好的涂层胶使用浮刀式涂层机涂覆在轧光后的织物上,于150-160℃烘3-5分钟即可,涂层后织物的干增重为3-5g/m2。
实施例5.
一种羽绒服面料防钻绒的处理方法,包括以下步骤:

(4)涂层胶的制备:将52份聚酰亚胺涂层胶与丙酸乙酯混合,充分搅拌使聚酰亚胺涂层胶完全溶解,溶液送入高压釜中,加入9份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、8份交联促进剂AH100、8份聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵、6份吐温-80,充入氮气至压力1-2Mpa,温度升高至40-50℃,搅拌反应1-1.5小时后,冷却至室温,加入甲苯将反应物的粘度调节至6000-8000mPa/s,得到涂层胶;
(5)涂层:将制备好的涂层胶使用浮刀式涂层机涂覆在轧光后的织物上,于150-160℃烘3-5分钟即可,涂层后织物的干增重为3-5g/m2。

Claims (8)
1.一种羽绒服面料防钻绒的处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)面料选择:选择丝光棉织造的织物,纱支15D-25D,细度300-420tex;
(2)拒水整理:将织物放入盛有拒水整理剂的水槽中浸渍15-30分钟,取出后干燥至水分含量5-8%;
(3)轧光:拒水整理后的织物通入轧光机中进行摩擦轧光,其中,压力10-12Mpa,轧光机摩擦辊的表面线速与织物的移动速度之比为4:1-6:1,摩擦辊的温度为115-125℃,然后将织物烘干至水分含量2-3%;
(4)涂层胶的制备:将聚酰亚胺涂层胶与丙酸乙酯混合,充分搅拌使聚酰亚胺涂层胶完全溶解,溶液送入高压釜中,加入交联剂、交联促进剂、聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵、吐温-80,充入氮气至压力1-2Mpa,温度升高至40-50℃,搅拌反应1-1.5小时后,冷却至室温,加入甲苯将反应物的粘度调节至6000-8000mPa/s,得到涂层胶;
(5)涂层:将制备好的涂层胶使用浮刀式涂层机涂覆在轧光后的织物上,于150-160℃烘3-5分钟即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒服面料防钻绒的处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)拒水整理剂由20-30重量份的二氧化硅与0.5-0.8重量份的辛酸锌在常温下混合搅拌20-30分钟,150-160℃烘焙得到。
3.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒服面料防钻绒的处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)干燥的条件为50-60℃烘10-30分钟。
4.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒服面料防钻绒的处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)织物的移动速度控制在15-18 m/min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒服面料防钻绒的处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中聚酰亚胺涂层胶、交联剂、交联促进剂、聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵、吐温-80的重量比为1:0.2-0.4: 0.06-0.3: 0.05-0.12: 0.15-0.25。
6.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒服面料防钻绒的处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)交联剂选自过氧化氢二异丙苯、六氢邻苯二甲酸酐、多异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、双丙酮丙烯酰胺中的一种或任意两种以上的组合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒服面料防钻绒的处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)交联促进剂选自AH100、W-T501、XH-H0221Z、XH-H2202Z、550中的一种或任意两种以上的组合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒服面料防钻绒的处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)涂层后织物的干增重为3-5g/m2。
