The working principle of the rotary shaving device is as follows: when the rotary shaving device is needed, the switch is started, the transmission device drives the inner and outer ring rotating cutters 2 and the middle ring rotating cutter 6 to rotate, the first surface 11 of the net cover 1 is attached to the part needing shaving, beards enter the inner and outer ring rotating cutters 2 and the middle ring rotating cutter 6 from the beard inlet hole 19 and the beard inlet strips 14 and are cut off by the cutter edge, and when shaving work is finished, the switch is closed, and the inner and outer ring rotating cutters 2 and the middle ring rotating cutter 6 stop rotating; when the device needs to be cleaned, the mesh enclosure 1 is opened, the shaving can be poured out, and the middle rotary cutter 6 can also be separated from the inner and outer rotary cutters 2 and taken down for cleaning.
Example two
In this embodiment, the rotary shaver includes a cap 1, inner and outer rotary cutters 2, a positioning plate 3, a connecting head 4, and a connecting member 5. Arranged from top to bottom, the mesh enclosure 1, the inner and outer ring rotating cutters 2, the positioning plate 3, the connector 4 and the connecting piece 5 are arranged in sequence. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the mesh enclosure 1 is divided into a first surface 11 and a second surface 17 corresponding thereto, the first surface 11 is a beard inlet surface, the second surface 17 is a beard outlet surface, the first surface 11 is provided with an inner ring beard inlet ring 12 and an outer ring beard inlet ring 13, the beard inlet ring comprises a plurality of beard inlet strips 14, the beard inlet strips 14 penetrate through the second surface 17 from the first surface 11, a connecting ring 16 is arranged between two adjacent beard inlet rings, the connecting ring 16 is of a smooth structure, the second surface 17 is provided with an annular protrusion 15, the annular protrusion 15 corresponds to the connecting ring, and the inner ring beard inlet ring 12 and the outer ring 13 are of concentric ring structures. The inner ring beard inlet ring 12 and the outer ring beard inlet ring 13 protrude out of the connecting ring 16, the inner ring beard inlet ring 12 and the outer ring beard inlet ring 13 are both convex cambered surfaces, and the inner ring beard inlet ring 12 and the outer ring beard inlet ring 13 are both convex cambered surfaces. As in example 1, the shape of the entry fiber strand 14 is "C" or "S".
Referring to fig. 4, as shown in fig. 4, the inner and outer rotary cutters 2 have an inner ring cutter ring 21 and an outer ring cutter ring 22, the inner ring cutter ring 21 and the outer ring cutter ring 22 are concentric circles, the inner ring cutter ring 21 has a plurality of inclined straight cutters 211, the outer ring cutter ring 22 has a plurality of inclined folding cutters 221, a mesh enclosure 1 is covered above the inner and outer rotary cutters 2, the inner ring cutter ring 21 corresponds to the inner ring hair-feeding ring 12, the outer ring cutter ring 22 corresponds to the outer ring hair-feeding ring 13, and a first mounting through hole 23 is formed in the center of the inner and outer rotary cutters 2. Oblique straight sword 211 has first sword portion and first pole portion, first sword portion is connected on the top of first pole portion, the body of interior outer ring rotary cutter 2 is connected to the bottom, the top of first sword portion is the edge of a knife, first sword portion and first pole portion are on the coplanar, oblique folding sword 221 has second sword portion 2212 and second pole portion 2211, second sword portion 2212 is connected on the top of second pole portion 2211, the body of interior outer ring rotary cutter 2 is connected to the bottom, the top of second sword portion 2212 is the edge of a knife, be equipped with the contained angle between second sword portion 2212 and the second pole portion 2211, second pole portion 2211 is the curve type.
In a preferred embodiment, the first and second rod portions 2211 and 2211 are overlapped to form a fourth rod portion (not shown), the first and second knife portions 2212 and 2212 are disposed at the top end of the fourth rod portion, the top ends of the first and second knife portions 2212 and 2212 are both provided with a knife edge, the bottom of the first knife portion is connected with the bottom of the second knife portion 2212, and the first and second knife portions 2212 form a "U" shaped knife. The first blade rotates inside the inner annular feed beard ring 12, the second blade 2212 rotates inside the outer annular feed beard ring 13, and the annular projection 15 separates the first blade 2212 from the second blade 2212.
Referring to fig. 5, as shown in fig. 5, a positioning plate 3 is disposed below the inner and outer rotary cutters 2, and a second mounting through hole 31 is disposed at the center of the positioning plate 3.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the connector 4 passes through the second mounting through hole 31 and the first mounting through hole 23, and is fixedly connected to the positioning plate 3 and the inner and outer rotary cutters 2.
Referring to fig. 8, as shown in fig. 8, the connecting member 5 is disposed below the connecting head 4, and the connecting member 5 is fixedly or elastically connected to the connecting head 4. The elastic connection mode can be various, such as: the bottom of the connector 4 is provided with a plurality of grooves 41, the connector 5 is provided with a plurality of hooks 51, the hooks 51 correspond to the grooves 41 one by one, the hooks 51 extend into the grooves 41, and springs are arranged between the hooks 51 and the grooves 41.
The working principle of the rotary shaving device is as follows: when the rotary shaving device is needed, the switch is started, the transmission device drives the inner and outer ring rotating cutters 2 to rotate, the first surface 11 of the mesh enclosure 1 is attached to the part needing shaving, beards enter the inner and outer ring rotating cutters 2 from the beard feeding strips 14 and are cut off by the cutter edge, when shaving work is finished, the switch is closed, and the inner and outer ring rotating cutters 2 stop rotating; when the device needs to be cleaned, the shaving scraps can be poured out by opening the mesh enclosure 1, and the inner and outer rotary cutters 2 can also be taken down for cleaning.
The components of the rotary shaving apparatus described above include, but are not limited to, the above-mentioned varieties.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that one of the features or objects of the present invention is to: the rotary shaving device has the advantages of better mesh enclosure attaching effect, independent and easily cleaned cutters, easy replacement, small noise in use, adaptability to different height requirements, longer service life, cost saving, various assembling varieties and strong adjusting capability.

the inner and outer ring rotary cutters are provided with an inner ring cutter ring and an outer ring cutter ring which are of concentric circle structures, the inner ring cutter ring is provided with a plurality of inclined straight cutters, the outer ring cutter ring is provided with a plurality of inclined folding cutters, the mesh cover is covered above the inner and outer ring rotary cutters, the inner ring cutter ring corresponds to the inner ring beard feeding ring, the outer ring cutter ring corresponds to the outer ring beard feeding ring, the center of the inner and outer ring rotary cutters is provided with a first mounting through hole, the positioning plate is arranged below the inner and outer ring rotary cutters, and the center of the positioning plate is provided with a second mounting through hole,
the connector passes through the second mounting through hole and the first mounting through hole and is fixedly connected with the positioning plate and the inner and outer ring rotating cutters,
