A buffer cushion 405 is arranged below the step part, one end of the clamping piece 404 is clamped in the buffer cushion 405, and the other end passes through the through hole to be connected with the clamping screw 402.

Conversely, by rotating the clamping screw 402 counterclockwise, the spacing between the clamping tab 404 and the clamping surface 4011 is increased, thereby releasing the clamping action.
