Abstract
The invention discloses a food packaging film containing a sumac seed extract, which is prepared by respectively dissolving a certain amount of polysaccharide, mixing, adding a reinforcing agent, the sumac seed extract and other auxiliary agents, carrying out heat preservation, homogenization, degassing, quantitative mould inversion and finally drying. The invention has the advantages of simple process, easy industrialization, low cost, good film forming property, high strength and certain characteristics of moisture resistance, oxygen resistance, oil resistance, solute resistance and the like of the formed film. The food packaging film prepared by the invention can be applied to fruit and vegetable preservation, meat and aquatic product processing and preservation, convenient or fast food inner packaging and candy and baked food preservation and packaging.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of food inner packaging materials, and particularly relates to a food packaging film containing a sumac seed extract.
Background
In the field of food packaging, compared with other paper and plastic packaging, the food packaging film containing the Rhus verniciflua Stokes seed extract has incomparable advantages, and has the characteristics of edibility, sanitation, environmental protection, convenience and the like. However, because of the limitations of the traditional process and formula, the prepared edible packaging film has some limitations, such as: the process route is complicated, so that industrialization is difficult to popularize and utilize; the adopted base materials and the auxiliary agents have higher price or larger dosage, so that the cost is increased, and the base materials and the auxiliary agents are difficult to accept by manufacturers on the premise of generally low profit rate of the current food industry; the prepared film has the defects of insufficient strength, poor heat sealability, low transparency, poor barrier property and the like, so that the application space and range of the food packaging film are reduced, and the large-scale production and utilization cannot be realized.
Compared with the original preparation of the food inner packaging film, the invention has lower cost, and can meet the requirements of strength, transparency and the like only by using a small amount of base materials and auxiliary agents; the process and the formula are simpler, and the industrial production and popularization are facilitated; in addition, compared with the similar product glutinous rice film in the market, the barrier property and the strength are higher, and the glutinous rice film is more suitable to be used as a food packaging material.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to further improve the process and reduce the cost on the basis that the conventional food packaging film has higher production cost, lower strength and more complex process and is difficult to industrialize, so that the application of the food packaging film is expanded, and the industrial large-scale production is facilitated.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
(1) adding a certain amount of polysaccharide into a container with a heating and stirring device, respectively heating to dissolve, and dissolving completely for later use.
(2) Mixing the polysaccharide solutions of step 1), adding the enhancer, and stirring until all is dissolved.
(3) Then adding a certain amount of plasticizer, emulsifier and blocking agent, heating and stirring uniformly, and then preserving heat at 30-40 ℃.
(4) And carrying out tape casting on the obtained slurry to obtain the packaging film.
The molecular weight of the hemicellulose is 10000-50000 g/mol.
The invention adopts polysaccharide as a base material, and then adds a reinforcing agent, a plasticizer and a blocking agent to prepare a food packaging film material to replace a seasoning bag and a sauce bag in instant noodles and inner packaging materials of foods such as coffee, candied haws and the like.
The food packaging film containing the sumac seed extract has the characteristics of simple process, small consumption of base materials and auxiliary agents, high strength, moisture resistance, oxygen resistance, oil resistance, solute resistance and the like, and is suitable for industrial batch production.
The specific implementation mode is as follows: the invention is further described with reference to the following examples:
example 1, the procedure was as follows:
opening a water bath kettle, adding a certain amount of water into a container with a heating and stirring device, preheating to 70 ℃, then adding 5.0% of polysaccharide (modified cationic starch), stirring and pasting, keeping the temperature at about 70 ℃, and pasting for 30min to obtain starch pasting liquid, then adding 2.0% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose (relative to cold water), and stirring to completely dissolve the starch pasting liquid in the water. Mixing the starch pasting solution and the dissolved sodium carboxymethylcellulose together, adding a certain amount of 0.4% of plasticizer glycerol (relative to the whole solution) and a certain amount of blocking agent (lacquer tree seed extract, wherein the concentration of lacquer tree seed kernel oil: lacquer wax = mass ratio of 1: 1) is 0.6% (relative to the solution), uniformly stirring, keeping the temperature at 30 ℃, finally pouring the solution quantitatively onto an organic glass plate, and drying by blowing at 55 ℃ for 4 hours to obtain the product.
The physical detection indexes of the food packaging film containing the sumac seed extract are as follows: the tensile strength can reach 48MPa, the elongation can reach 25%, the light transmittance can reach 80%, and the water vapor transmission coefficient can reach 0.13g.mm/m2.h.KPa。
Example 2, the procedure was as follows:
opening a water bath kettle, adding a certain amount of water into a container with a heating and stirring device, preheating to 70 ℃, adding 5.0% of polysaccharide (modified cationic starch, hemicellulose and chitosan = mass ratio of 1:1: 1) into different containers respectively, dissolving at a stirring speed of 500rpm for 30min at about 70 ℃ to obtain a polysaccharide dissolved solution, adding a blocking agent (lacquer wax) with a mass concentration of 0.6% (compared with the solution) and an emulsifier (glyceryl monostearate) with a mass concentration of 0.15% (compared with the solution) into the dissolved solution, continuously heating and stirring at 70 ℃ until the polysaccharide is completely dissolved, wherein the dissolving time is about 5 min. Mixing the polysaccharide solution and the dissolved blocking agent together, adding a certain amount of 0.4% glycerol (relative to the total solution) as a plasticizer, heating and stirring uniformly, keeping the temperature at 40 ℃, pouring the solution onto an organic glass plate quantitatively, and blowing and drying for 4 hours at 55 ℃ to obtain the product.
The physical detection indexes of the food packaging film containing the sumac seed extract are as follows: the tensile strength can reach 56MPa, the elongation can reach 22%, the light transmittance can reach 78%, and the water vapor transmission coefficient can reach 0.13g.mm/m2.h.KPa。
