A central control system (1) comprises an operation module, an information input device (16), a driving device (13) and a controller (14), wherein the operation module is connected with the driving device (13), the information input device (16) inputs external information into the controller (14), and the controller (14) controls the deformation of the driving device (13) according to the external information so as to change the spatial position of the operation module. The central control system can solve the technical problem that the setting position of the existing central control system is fixed and cannot be adjusted, and is easy to use by a user. Also discloses an automobile provided with the central control system (1).

The central control system is usually provided with a central control console, a driver and passengers in the front row need to make an intersection with the central control console at any time, and the design of the central control console can influence the comfort of the vehicle, so that the feeling of the driver is influenced. It should be noted that the center console can reflect the comfort and the function of a vehicle to a certain extent, and is also an important reference for measuring the manufacturing level of the vehicle. Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
The invention provides a center console with an adjustable structure, which solves the technical problem that the use requirements of drivers with different heights and different body types cannot be met due to the fixed structure of the conventional center console.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a central control system 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a central console 10. The console 10 is disposed inside the vehicle, and includes a base (not shown), an operation module mounted on the base (not shown), a driving device 13, and a controller 14. The central control system 1 further comprises an information input device 16, which may be integrated on the center console 10, or may be integrated in another location of the vehicle. In this embodiment, the operation module is a touch module 11, which includes a flexible touch display screen 111. Of course, the touch module 11 may also include a flexible touch screen without a display function. In this embodiment, the information input device 16 is an information collecting device 12 for collecting user information and inputting the collected information to the controller 14. The controller 14 identifies the user according to the user information collected and inputted by the information collecting device 12, and generates a corresponding control signal. The driving device 13 drives the flexible touch display screen 111 to deform under the control of the control signal.
When the console 10 of the present invention is used, the controller 14 identifies the user according to the user information acquired by the information acquisition device 12, and generates a corresponding control signal, or directly generates a corresponding control signal according to a user instruction, and controls the driving device 13 to drive the flexible touch display screen 111 to deform correspondingly, so that the user can use the flexible touch display screen 111 of the console 10 conveniently.
Further, the console 10 further includes a memory 15 electrically connected to the controller 14. The memory 15 stores a plurality of preset user information or corresponding relations between user commands and control signals of the controller 14, and the controller 14 outputs corresponding control signals to control the driving device 13 according to the identified user information/user commands and the corresponding relations. It will be appreciated that the memory 15 may be integrated directly within the controller 14.
Specifically, the information collecting device 12 may be a fingerprint collecting device or a facial data collecting device, and may be disposed above the flexible touch display screen 111. The information capture device 12 actively collects fingerprint or facial data of the user and transmits the data to the controller 14. For example, the information collection device 12 may be a camera. It is understood that the information collecting device 12 can be any device capable of obtaining information of different users, and the details are not repeated herein.
For example, when a first user, such as a person with a short stature, enters the automobile, the information acquisition device 12 acquires information of the first user and outputs the information to the controller 14, the controller 14 recognizes that the first user is a preset user, and outputs a first control signal corresponding to the information of the first user, so that the driving device 13 drives the flexible touch display 111 to deform to a first position, for example, the flexible touch display 111 protrudes from the console 10, so as to facilitate the operation of the first user; when a second user, such as a person with a higher body material, enters the automobile, the information acquisition device 12 acquires information of the second user and outputs the information to the controller 14, the controller 14 recognizes that the second user is a preset user, and outputs a second control signal corresponding to the information of the second user, so that the driving device 13 drives the flexible touch display screen 111 to deform to a second position, for example, the flexible touch display screen 111 is retracted to be flush with the center console 10, so as to facilitate the operation of the second user; thereby facilitating the operation of different users. It is understood that the user identified by the controller 14 is not limited to the two listed users, and can identify more than two different users, and accordingly control the flexible touch display 111 to deform to more than two different positions.
The information input device 16 may also be a mechanical button, a touch screen, or other command input device, and a user may input a corresponding command to the controller 14 by directly operating the command input device. For example, when the user inputs a first instruction by pressing a mechanical button or the touch screen, the controller 14 outputs a third control signal according to the first instruction to control the driving device 13 to drive the flexible touch display 111 to deform to the first position; when the user inputs the second instruction by pressing the mechanical key or the touch screen, the controller 14 outputs a fourth control signal according to the second instruction to control the driving device 13 to drive the flexible touch display 111 to deform until reaching the second position, thereby facilitating the operation of different users.
Further, the center console 10 further includes a movable area 17 and a fixed area 19. The movable section 17 includes a flexible mounting portion 171 connected to the driving device 13, and the flexible mounting portion 171 may be made of a flexible material such as leather, cloth, etc. The flexible touch display 111 is mounted on the flexible mounting portion 171, and the flexible mounting portion 171 can be deformed or moved by the driving device 13. In the present embodiment, the operation module further includes a mechanical key 173 provided on the flexible mounting portion 171. The mechanical button 173 may be provided as an arbitrary function as needed, and may be, for example, an air conditioner control button, a shift button, or the like. The mechanical button 173 can move correspondingly with the deformation of the flexible mounting portion 171 and the flexible touch display 111. It is understood that in other alternative embodiments, the flexible mounting portion 171 may be omitted and the flexible touch display screen 111 may be directly attached to the surface of the driving device 13 of the center console of the automobile. Further, the flexible touch display 111 may be spread over the entire movable area 17, and the mechanical keys 173 are replaced by displayed touch keys of the flexible touch display 111. Even the fixed area 19 can be omitted, that is, the driving device 13 covers the surface of the base (not shown) of the entire console 10, so that the entire console 10 is movable, and the flexible touch display 111 covers all areas of the driving device 13 at the same time.
In this embodiment, the fixed area 19 is fixedly disposed inside the automobile, and the fixed area 19 is provided with a plurality of mechanical buttons 191.
Further, the driving device 13 can drive the flexible touch display screen 111 of the touch module 11 to deform, so as to change the position of the flexible touch display screen 111 relative to the user, thereby facilitating the user to use the flexible touch display screen 111. Specifically, the driving device 13 includes a memory metal layer 131 and a temperature control layer 133 electrically connected to the controller 14, and the memory metal layer 131 is attached to the temperature control layer 133. The control signal outputted by the controller 14 is used to control the temperature of the temperature control layer 133, and the change of the temperature control layer 133 controls the change of the shape of the memory metal layer 131. The memory metal layer 131 may be stacked on the flexible touch display 111. It is understood that, in other alternative embodiments, the memory metal layer 131 may be stacked on the flexible touch display 111 and the flexible mounting portion 171, so as to drive the flexible touch display 111 and the flexible mounting portion 171 to move simultaneously. In this embodiment, the driving device 13 is interposed between the base and the flexible touch panel 111.
Further, the memory metal layer 131 is made of a memory metal having a two-way shape memory effect. The memory metal layer 131 has a first shape under a first temperature environment and a second shape under a second temperature environment. The temperature control layer 133 is provided with a plurality of electric heating elements electrically connected to the controller 14. In this embodiment, the electric heating element includes a heating wire (not shown). The control signal outputted from the controller 14 is used to control the heating temperature of the heating wire on the temperature control layer 133, so that the memory metal layer 131 is in the first temperature environment or the second temperature environment. The plurality of heating wires can be arranged in parallel at intervals, in a net shape, and the like. The controller 14 may control the temperature variation of the plurality of heating wires at the same time; in addition, the controller 14 can also independently control the temperature change of the heating wires at different positions on the temperature control layer 133, so that the temperature control layer 133 can realize local temperature change, thereby realizing local shape change of the memory metal layer 131, further generating more shape change states, and generating more deformation states of the flexible touch display 111 to adapt to more user changes. The deformation of the memory metal layer 131 includes a change in the radian of the surface (e.g., a change from a circular arc surface to an elliptical arc surface), a protrusion of the surface, a depression of the surface, a flattening of the surface, a parallel movement of the surface, or a combination of several deformation methods.
It is understood that the temperature control layer 133 may cover the entire memory metal layer 131 or the temperature control layer 133 is attached to a part of the memory metal layer 131. The memory metal layer 131 may be located at a local position of the console 10 (e.g., on the back of the flexible touch display 111) or may be distributed throughout the console 10.
When the console 10 of the present invention is used, when a user enters the vehicle, the controller 14 recognizes that the user generates a corresponding control signal according to the user information acquired by the information input device 16, or generates a corresponding control signal according to a user instruction received by the information input device 16, and controls the temperature of the temperature control layer 133, so as to change the shape of the memory metal layer 131, and further change the shape of the flexible touch display screen 111 attached to the memory metal layer 131, so that the position and the shape of the flexible touch display screen 111 are suitable for different users. Preferably, after the user enters the vehicle and starts the vehicle, the information collecting device 12 is activated accordingly and actively recognizes the information of the user. The information acquisition device 12 transmits the identification information to the controller 14, and the controller 14 outputs a signal according to the correspondence between the stored identification information and the deformation degree of the console 10 to control the console 10 to deform. Therefore, the whole process is automatically completed without additional operation of a user, and the use of the user is facilitated.
Because the flexible touch display screen 111 is attached to the surface of the console 10, the flexible touch display screen can be bent, and thus the console 10 can be deformed along with the console 10 when deformed, and the console cannot be damaged.
In addition, because the flexible touch display screen 111 has poor high temperature resistance, in order to avoid the temperature of the memory metal layer 131 from being conducted to the flexible touch display screen 111, a flexible thermal insulation layer may be further disposed between the memory metal layer 131 and the flexible touch display screen 111, so that the temperature of the memory metal layer 131 can be isolated, and the memory metal layer 131 can deform along with the temperature.
Referring to fig. 4, a console 20 according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown, wherein the console 20 is not provided with a memory metal layer 131 and a temperature control layer 133. The driving device 13 includes an air valve electrically connected to the controller 14 and an air bag 137 abutted against the flexible touch display screen 111. The air valve is used for inflating or deflating the air bag 137 according to the control signal of the controller 14, and correspondingly controlling the inflation amount and the deflation amount, so as to drive the flexible touch display screen 111 to deform correspondingly. The air bag 137 may also abut against the flexible touch display 111 and the flexible mounting portion 171 at the same time, so as to drive the flexible touch display 111 and the flexible mounting portion 171 to deform. In the case where the fixed area 19 is not provided, the airbag 137 may also be distributed throughout the entire console 10 to control the entire console 10. In addition, the number of the air bags 137 may also be multiple, and the air bags are adjacently arranged on the surface of a base (not shown) of the center console 10, and the controller 14 can individually control each air bag 137 to inflate or deflate, so as to achieve a local deformation effect.
Referring to fig. 5 to 6, a console 30 according to a third embodiment of the present invention includes a button 31, an information collecting device 32, a driving device 33, and a controller (not shown). In this embodiment, the button 31 is an operation module. The information acquisition device 32 actively acquires user information, the controller identifies a user according to the user information acquired by the information acquisition device 32 and generates a corresponding control signal, the driving device 33 deforms under the control of the control signal, and the driving button 31 moves. The driving device 33 includes a power device 331 electrically connected to the controller and a supporting shaft 333 connected to the button 31, and the power device 331 drives the supporting shaft 333 to drive the button 31 to move according to the control signal. In the present embodiment, the button 31 may be a shift button. The power device 331 may be a cylinder or a motor. Of course, the information input device 16 that passively accepts commands may be directly used in place of the information collection device 32 in this embodiment.
It is understood that the driving device 33 of the third embodiment can also be applied to the first embodiment, and is used for driving each mechanical key 173 of the movable region 17 to move correspondingly with the movement of the flexible mounting portion 171, or directly used for driving the flexible touch display 111 and/or the flexible mounting portion 171 to move.
The center console 10/20/30 of the invention can realize deformation or displacement, solves the technical problem that the existing center console can not meet the use requirements of drivers with different heights and body types due to fixed structure, and is easy to use by users.

Claims (9)

1. the operation module comprises a flexible touch screen which deforms along with the driving device when the driving device deforms,
the central control system further comprises a base, and the driving device is clamped between the base and the flexible touch screen;
the driving device comprises a memory metal layer and a temperature control layer electrically connected with the controller, the memory metal layer is attached to the temperature control layer, the controller controls the temperature of the temperature control layer, and the memory metal layer deforms according to the temperature change.
2. The central control system of claim 1, wherein: the information input device comprises an information acquisition device which acquires identity information and inputs the identity information into the controller.
3. The central control system of claim 2, wherein: the information acquisition device is a fingerprint acquisition device or a human face image acquisition device.
4. The central control system of claim 3, wherein: the memory metal layer is arranged between the temperature control layer and the operation module, and a flexible heat insulation layer is arranged between the operation module and the memory metal layer.

The central control system of claim 3, wherein: the temperature control layer is provided with a plurality of electric heating elements electrically connected to the controller, and the controller independently controls the temperature of each electric heating element to enable the memory metal layer to generate local deformation.
