技术领域
本发明大体上涉及能够实施对可浸泡材料的提取的设备,并且更具体地涉及用于诸如从咖啡或者茶中提取浸液的挤压装置。
背景技术
提取物挤压装置的主要功能是确保将用于饮用的提取液与块状可浸泡材料相分离,诸如,咖啡渣和茶叶。虽然已经实施了许多不同的挤压装置和过滤器设计,但是在实现最佳分离方面仍然有改进的空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改进型提取液分离设备以解决本领域中已知的提取设备的一些缺点。

具体实施方式
图1是根据本公开的挤压装置的示例性实施例的前透视图。图2至图5呈现了挤压装置的平面侧视图。具体地,图示出的挤压装置非常适用于从咖啡渣中提取浸液。如图所示,挤压装置包括细长的双壁圆柱体,其优选地由不锈钢或者其它合适的金属制成。挤压装置包括可移除的盖组件,在下面对该可移除的盖组件进行了更详细的讨论。如在图6中进一步图示的,可以将图案或者其它标志印刷在挤压装置上或者形成到挤压装置中。如在图7中图示的,可以将标记或者其它信息形成到挤压装置的底面中。
在图8中呈现出了图1的挤压装置的横截面图。如图所示,挤压装置的下主体部分由双绝缘金属器皿形成,但是要了解,可以使用其它材料。可以将本文描述的挤压装置配置为容纳任何期望量的流体。在优选实施例中,挤压装置适合于在行进中使用,诸如,在车用杯托内运输。因此,挤压装置的器皿优选地配置为容纳大约8盎司与大约24盎司之间的流体。如通过图8可以进一步看出的,可以将盖的上部移除以显露出柱塞手柄,该柱塞又附接至在装置的基部内的过滤器组件。图40C、40F、40G和40H呈现了该部件的另外的视图。在盖的上部的下表面内形成向上的同心压痕,诸如,以允许柱塞相对于安装的盖向上移动。图40B、19D、19C和19E是盖组件的基部的等距俯视图、俯视平面图、侧视平面图和侧视平面图。如图所示,盖组件的基部包括朝着内部部分径向成形的锥形漏斗,该锥形漏斗具有用于接收挤压装置柱塞的轴的中心孔口。漏斗终止于管状部分,该管状部分界定出贯通该管状部分的细长导管以便容置柱塞轴。外周开口分布在并且形成为穿过盖的基部的基部环形区域,以允许浸泡的流体自由地流出挤压装置,以供挤压装置的使用者饮用。盖的基部进一步向上延伸以界定出圆柱形结构,该圆柱形结构可以促进提取液的引导和饮用。使用者未饮用的过量提取液可以自由地流回到器皿中。柱塞轴的上端包括与其连接的大致圆形的手柄。如在图8中图示的,柱塞手柄具有横截面,该横截面具有相对平坦的顶部、圆形外周边缘、和朝着轴逐渐变细的环形内凹下部。可以将柱塞轴通过螺纹连接至手柄或者采用其他方式附接,优选地,可移除地附接。将盖的基部可移除地附接至下部器皿。
如在图9至图16中图示的,将柱塞轴的下部附接至过滤器组件。所公开的过滤器组件包括两个圆形的同心可移除篮,这两个圆形的同心可移除篮形成内部和外部过滤器,优选地,在外部的主过滤器上具有相对较粗的网,并且在内部的辅助过滤器上具有较细的网。优选地,这两个过滤篮经由通过过盈配合补充的扭锁连接彼此组装在一起(例如,轻微宽松或者局部过盈的过渡配合),可选地,在部件之间插入有O形环或者其它密封件以形成流体紧密密封。具有相对紧密的配合的扭锁连接可以有利地用于消除对O形环的需要。将圆周双重密封件设置在内部过滤篮的顶部周围以与装置的下部器皿部分的内表面配合。
在图20至图39中图示了挤压装置的第二实施例,其中,存在一些明显的差异。该第二实施例有利于制成茶汤以及其它饮料,诸如,咖啡、巴拉圭茶等。如在图20至图26中图示的,外部器皿、上盖部分和下盖部分、柱塞手柄以及柱塞轴与第一实施例相同。然而,如在图27至图35中图示的,过滤篮的结构明显不同。存在与第一实施例相同的双重圆周密封件。然而,可以立马就注意到的差异是,仅存在一个过滤篮,其中,在过滤篮的壁上形成有一个过滤器。不具有第二过滤元件,反而是提供了分段式环形刮擦式密封环以在过滤器朝着器皿的底部前进时沿着器皿的侧面刮擦,该刮擦式密封环由环形构件组成,该环形构件具有形成在其外周中的楔形径向凹口。申请人已经发现这种刮擦结构对于将茶叶输送到容器的底部是有效的。这允许在刮擦式密封环上方使用一个主过滤器来对提取液进行过滤。在下密封件中的开口的作用类似于第一过滤器,以减小在第二过滤器上的负载,从而减少在第二过滤器中需要的面积量和/或使得能够使用较细的辅助过滤器以获取更纯的咖啡或者茶。下密封件中的开口通过以下方式来与器皿的内壁配合:在容器直径较大的顶部处保持打开以允许提取液(和非常少量的茶叶)通过,并且在容器直径较小的底部处关闭以防止提取液进入茶叶并且继续提取(再次提取)茶汤。
当刮擦式密封环随着柱塞被按下而朝着器皿的底部前进时,在刮擦式密封环的环形外周中的楔形锯齿由于容器(或者刮擦式密封环,因为密封件前进到容器的下部分中)的直径减小而闭合。图42至图46提供了有关过滤器组件的实施例的附加信息和文本描述。特别重要的是,如在图42中阐述的,在过滤篮的底部上设置有多个弧形的外周脊状物。这是为了允许过滤篮平放,而且还有助于将茶叶挤压在容器的底部。
这种挤压、和/或刮擦密封、和/或刮擦式密封环中的狭槽的关闭是为了在已经使用挤压装置从茶叶中提取出香味之后,机械地将茶叶与浸泡的液体隔离。例如,通过使用该装置将期望的茶叶(无论是一种类型的茶还是混和物)放置在器皿中并且加入热水来制备茶汤。在等待预定时间量使茶叶泡开之后,将过滤篮、柱塞和盖的基部附接至下部器皿。然后,使过滤篮前进通过可浸泡材料和浸泡的液体的混合物,留下浸泡的液体。然后,通过过滤篮和刮擦式密封环来使茶叶向底部移动。然后,机械地将用过的茶叶隔离,最大程度地降低残余茶叶随着时间的过去(诸如,如果将挤压装置放置在车辆中几个小时)对改变浸液的口感的影响。因此,本公开特别提供了从用过的茶叶中分离浸泡的液体的系统和方法。
然而,要了解,可以根据本公开来实践各种替代实施例。例如,在图47至图48图示了替代实施例,在该替代实施例中,刮擦式密封环不是锯齿形的或者包括凹口。该实施例的目的是在容器的上部容易地使液体通过,并且然后在底部处牢固地关闭。如在图48中图示的,可以在密封件或者过滤器中使用小的通孔以允许空气进到过滤器下方的容积中,以允许从容器移除过滤器,而使过滤器不会变得“卡”在容器的底部。刮擦式密封环的材料和厚度可以相应地选择为柔性更强的材料,该柔性更强的材料将抵靠在挤压装置的壁上,但是保持基本上无泄漏。图49图示了具有倒圆底部的挤压装置的实施例,诸如,由玻璃制成的挤压装置,其中,附接至柱塞的过滤器结构包括上圆盘部分,刮擦式密封环围绕该上圆盘部分的外周(有凹口或者无凹口),其中,在该圆盘中形成有过滤介质。将O形环或者其它环形构件附接至过滤器组件以接触器皿的底部的范围,从而将茶叶留在容器底部中,位于过滤器结构的底面与挤压装置内部的面向上的表面之间。在图51中呈现了该实施例的进一步变型。
图50呈现了类似于第二实施例的替代实施例,但是具有以下修改。将双重密封件移动至下过滤篮,而将刮擦式密封环移动至在双重密封件上方的上部位置。若需要,过滤介质可以是单个过滤器,或者双重过滤器,并且可以位于过滤器结构的水平和/或垂直表面上。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于浸泡提取液的设备,所述设备包括:
a)容器,所述容器用于容纳浸泡的提取液,具有外周壁,所述外周壁在其中界定容积,所述外周壁界定出所述容器的敞口顶部;以及
b)柱塞,所述柱塞配置为通过所述容器的所述敞口顶部被接收,所述柱塞和所述容器配合以界定出用于容纳浸泡的提取液的下腔室和用于容纳浸泡的提取液的上腔室,所述柱塞包括:
i)流体腔,所述流体腔具有顶端和底端,所述流体腔包括外周壁,所述外周壁在其中界定有用于容纳浸泡的提取液的容积,所述流体腔的所述外周壁界定出贯通所述流体腔的最上部提取液流出口,所述最上部提取液流出口包括设置在其中的至少一个过滤元件;
ii)外周密封件,所述外周密封件设置为贴近所述柱塞的外周,所述外周密封件配置为在所述柱塞与所述容器的所述外周壁之间提供密封,所述最上部提取液流出口位于所述密封件下方以界定出被设置在所述最上部提取液流出口上方并且被界定在所述流体腔的所述外周壁与所述容器的所述外周壁之间的环形间隙;
iii)手柄,所述手柄附接至所述流体腔以便沿着所述容器的所述外周壁移动所述柱塞;
iv)第二提取液流出口,所述第二提取液流出口与从所述外周密封件径向向内设置的所述上腔室直接流体连通,所述第二提取液流出口具有设置在其中的第二过滤元件,所述第二过滤元件设置在垂直于所述手柄的平面中。
2.一种用于提取浸液的设备,所述设备包括:
容器,所述容器用于容纳浸泡的提取液,具有外周壁,所述外周壁在其中界定容积,所述外周壁界定出所述容器的敞口顶部;以及

过滤器,所述过滤器联接至所述柱塞,具有第一圆周密封件和第二圆周密封件,所述第一圆周密封件和第二圆周密封件适用于与所述容器的所述外周壁形成可滑动的密封接触并且防止可浸泡材料的移动,所述第一圆周密封件和第二圆周密封件中的至少一个具有双唇结构。
3.一种用于提取浸液的设备,所述设备包括:
容器,所述容器用于容纳浸泡的提取液,具有外周壁,所述外周壁在其中界定容积,所述外周壁界定所述容器的敞口顶部;以及
