Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of self-service checkout, in particular to an unlocking method and system for self-service payment.
Background
At present, self-service checkout is used in the fields of retail, storage, logistics, online payment, artificial intelligence and the like, and a key problem to be solved during self-service checkout is the anti-theft problem. The existing anti-theft means mainly comprise video monitoring, manual inspection and an EAS anti-theft system. The EAS anti-theft system mainly includes: the label (including soft label and hard label), demagnetization device, response alarm device. EAS theft prevention systems must be combined with manual (employee) personnel to be used properly. The use principle is as follows:
1. the tag is attached to the article, and each article to which the tag is attached is scanned manually (by an employee), and all the articles confirmed are demagnetized after confirmation of purchase intention or behavior. Degaussing may also be label removal.
2. The customer pays for the confirmed item and then leaves the item.
3. When all the labeled commodities pass through the induction alarm device, the demagnetized commodities cannot cause an alarm, and the commodities which are not demagnetized can cause an alarm.
In the prior art, there is a way to store the tag information corresponding to the goods in the database/alarm device, when the customer leaves, the system checks the data in the database/alarm device to find out that those goods are paid and those goods are not paid, thereby triggering no alarm/alarm.
Although this payment method can be released from employees and relieve the pressure of queuing payments, there still exists the problem of theft prevention, i.e. it is not possible to identify whether a user has purchased an item. In addition, these self-purchased (including paid) items are not demagnetized/removed or otherwise handled, the tag is carried along with the item, and all items must be tagged, which is too costly for the retailer to use on a large scale.
Yet another approach provides a 2-fold identification code-certified anti-theft approach. But the problem that the 2-fold identification code for identifying the commodity 1 is not well solved, but the commodity 2 is demagnetized is solved, so that a great hole is provided for cheating behaviors of users, and the commodity cannot be used commercially. And an automatic deactivation (demagnetization) process cannot be achieved.
The other mode is to utilize the RFID signal to charge energy and automatically open the safety buckle to unlock the commodity, and the mode can play a role in theft prevention to a certain extent. But still requires manual intervention.
In summary, the prior art has the problems of mistaken unlocking (namely, the commodity a is paid, the commodity B is not paid, but the commodity B is unlocked), and the self-service payment is completed while the commodity is prevented from being stolen and the safety buckle is prevented from being taken away to cause waste.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with the following detailed description. It should be understood that the description is intended to be exemplary only, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Moreover, in the following description, descriptions of well-known structures and techniques are omitted so as to not unnecessarily obscure the concepts of the present invention.
It should be noted that, in the implementation process of the embodiment of the present invention, the mapping relationship between the payment tag, the unlocking tag, the security buckle, and the commodity needs to be uploaded to the database in advance for storage. The payment tag can be a bar code, a two-dimensional code, a three-dimensional code or a DPM (digital versatile network) code, the unlocking tag can be a bar code, a two-dimensional code, an RFID (radio frequency identification) tag, a three-dimensional code, a DPM (digital versatile network) code or an NFC (near field communication) tag, and the payment tag can also comprise an alarm tag which can be a sound magnetic coil, an RFID tag or an NFC tag. It should be noted that, in the three kinds of tags related in the embodiment of the present invention, a part of the tags may use the same tag, or all tags may respectively use different tags, for example: the payment label and the unlocking label can both adopt two-dimensional codes, and the method specifically comprises the following conditions:
1. if the label on the safety buckle is the two-dimensional code, as an optional implementation mode, the two-dimensional code can be used as a payment label and an unlocking label at the same time, and at the moment, only an alarm label needs to be added on the safety buckle;
2. if the tag on the safety buckle is an RFID tag or an NFC tag, as an optional implementation, the RFID tag or the NFC tag may be used as an unlocking tag and an alarm tag at the same time, and at this time, only one payment tag needs to be added to the safety buckle, for example: the two-dimensional code or the bar code is used in combination with an RFID tag, or the two-dimensional code or the bar code is used in combination with an NFC tag.
3. If the tag on the safety buckle is the acousto-magnetic coil, the payment tag and the unlocking tag need to be added on the safety buckle, and at this time, the payment tag and the unlocking tag can be the same, for example, two-dimensional codes or bar codes are selected, or the bar codes or the combination of the two-dimensional codes and the RFID tag, or the two-dimensional codes or the combination of the bar codes and the NFC tag.
It should be noted that the barcode, the two-dimensional code, or the three-dimensional code is disposed on the surface of the safety buckle, and the RFID tag, the NFC tag, or the acousto-magnetic coil is disposed inside the safety buckle. More broadly, bar codes, two-dimensional codes, RFID tags, NFC tags can be used as both payment tags and unlock tags.
When the payment label or the unlocking label on the safety buckle is a bar code or a two-dimensional code, the two-dimensional code can be scanned through terminal equipment, such as a two-dimensional code scanning module/gun, a smart phone or a PAD and other scanning equipment; when the unlocking tag on the safety buckle is an RFID tag, the RFID tag can be read through an RFID reader; when the unlocking tag on the safety buckle is an NFC tag/chip, the unlocking tag can be close to the NFC tag through the terminal equipment with an NFC function, and then the read NFC tag can be read.
Fig. 1 shows a flow diagram of an unlocking method for self-service payment according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the unlocking method includes:
s101, scanning a plurality of unlocking labels on the safety buckles in a communication area to obtain unlocking label information and sending the unlocking label information to a database 1, wherein the communication area is an area for establishing communication between a commodity and an unlocking device and contains at least one safety buckle; each unlocking label and each commodity are in a one-to-one mapping relationship and are stored in the database 1;
specifically, an unlocking device scans an unlocking label on the safety buckle to obtain unlocking label information, and then the unlocking label information is sent to a database; the unlock tag may be a barcode, a two-dimensional code, an RFID tag, a three-dimensional code, a DPM code, or an NFC tag.
S102, searching for the commodity corresponding to the unlocking label information in the database 1;
after receiving the unlocking tag information, the database 1 searches for a commodity corresponding to the unlocking tag information in a mapping relationship stored in advance in the database 1 based on the unlocking tag information.
S103, judging whether the commodity corresponding to the unlocking label information is a legal commodity or not;
after the commodity is found, whether the commodity is a legal commodity is judged, and specifically, the step of judging whether the commodity is a legal commodity comprises the following steps: judging whether the commodity is paid or not; if the payment is made, the commodity is considered to be a legal commodity, otherwise, the commodity is considered to be an illegal commodity.
S104, if so, sending an unlocking signal to the unlocking device, otherwise, not sending the unlocking signal or sending the unlocking signal;
and if the commodity is judged to be a legal commodity, sending an unlocking signal to the unlocking device, and unlocking the commodity by the unlocking device.
And S105, unlocking the legal commodity by the unlocking device 2 based on the unlocking signal, or not unlocking when the unlocking signal is not received.
For example, when the article is a garment, unlocking the article means that the unlocking device automatically removes the security clasp from the article.
According to the first embodiment of the invention, a communication area is limited, the unlocking label on the commodity in the communication area is scanned, and then the corresponding commodity is searched in a database according to the scanning result, and whether the corresponding commodity is a legal commodity is judged; if the corresponding commodity is a legal commodity, an unlocking signal is sent to the unlocking device, when the unlocking device receives the unlocking signal, the safety buckle is automatically unlocked in a magnet unlocking mode without manual employee intervention, so that a more complete anti-theft mechanism is realized, the situation that the commodity is stolen due to non-payment of the commodity is avoided, the waste of production cost is caused because the safety buckle is not taken down after the commodity is paid, and only the legal commodity is unlocked because the commodity, the safety buckle and the tag are in one-to-one correspondence and the communication area is arranged, so that the problem that the unpaid commodity B is taken away due to payment of the commodity A can be avoided; the invention can eliminate or remove labels by oneself in the store, and the labels do not need to be activated and can be used for a plurality of times.
As shown in fig. 2, on the basis of the first embodiment of the present invention, the unlocking method further includes a payment step, which is specifically as follows:
s201, obtaining a payment webpage by scanning a payment label;
optionally, the webpage of the commodity can be obtained by scanning the payment label; the payment tag may be a bar code, a two-dimensional code, a three-dimensional code, or a DPM code. A customer can obtain payment tag information by scanning a payment tag on a safety buckle through terminal equipment, and further can obtain a payment webpage of a corresponding commodity according to the payment tag information, for example, a two-dimensional code, a bar code, a three-dimensional code or a DPM code is scanned by own mobile equipment to enter the payment webpage;
s202, when receiving a message of successful payment on the payment webpage, sending a data packet containing the payment label and the message of successful payment to a database;
optionally, when a message of successful payment for the selected commodity on the commodity webpage is received, sending a data packet containing the payment tag and the payment success message to the database;
and S203, marking the commodity corresponding to the payment label as paid by the database, wherein the mapping relation among the payment label, the unlocking label and the commodity is stored in the database.
For example, a customer scans a payment tag on a commodity by using a mobile phone to obtain a payment webpage of the commodity and then pays, or scans the payment tag on the commodity to obtain the commodity webpage and then selects a commodity to be purchased for payment, and after the payment is successful, a message that the commodity has paid is stored in a database, and preferably, the message can be sent to the database of the unlocking device for storage.
Specifically, the database stores mapping relationships among the payment tag, the unlocking tag and the commodity, and when the commodity payment is successful, the marking of the commodity corresponding to the payment tag as paid by the database comprises the following steps: and adding paid information of the commodity in the mapping relation of the commodity, or marking the commodity in a color different from the color of the unpaid commodity, or marking the commodity in other marking modes.
Preferably, the database in the embodiment of the present invention may also be set in the unlocking device, at this time, when the payment system receives a message that payment on the payment webpage is successful, the data packet including the payment tag and the payment success message is sent to the unlocking device, and when the unlocking device receives the information of the unlocking tag, the unlocking device searches for the commodity in the database of the unlocking device based on the information of the unlocking tag, and determines whether the commodity is a legal commodity, specifically, determines whether the commodity is paid to determine whether the commodity is a legal commodity. The invention has the advantages that the background management system has payment information of all users, the data size is large, and the problem of slow query speed obviously occurs when the commodity is queried, the database is arranged in the unlocking device, each merchant can have the own database and only store the payment information of the commodity, compared with the payment system, the data storage quantity is small, so that the query speed can be improved, whether the commodity is a legal commodity can be queried, and the unlocking device can judge the legality by itself as long as the commodity is communicated with the unlocking device.
The interaction and payment system comprises a payment webpage, a payment system and a database, the interaction and payment system is connected with the terminal device through a network, the network can be the internet, a local area network or any other communicable wired or wireless communication mode, and the terminal device comprises but not limited to a mobile phone, a Pad and any fixed or mobile device which can be used for communication interaction and/or payment.
Preferably, the payment time, the unlocking time and/or the time difference between the payment time and the unlocking time can be sent to the database for storage, so that the situation that the customer is verified for multiple times in the unlocking stage but is not unlocked or is unlocked by mistake is avoided, and the time difference between the payment time and the unlocking time of the customer can be used as the basis for follow-up after the fact.
When a user carries a commodity through an alarm area (a store entrance), if the commodity is released from a safety buckle, the alarm area cannot sense an alarm tag, so that no alarm is given; when the commodity carried by the user is not released from the safety buckle, the alarm area senses the alarm tag to send out an alarm to prompt that the commodity is not paid or the safety buckle is not released. Since the communication area is divided into two cases, one is a communication area accommodating one security clasp and one is a communication area accommodating at least two security clasps, the following description is given for the two cases:
specifically, when a security buckle is accommodated in the communication area, as shown in fig. 3, the step of determining whether the product is a legitimate product includes:
s301, judging whether the commodity corresponding to the safety buckle is a legal commodity or not;
s302, if yes, an unlocking signal is sent to an unlocking device; otherwise, the unlocking signal is not sent or the unlocking signal is not sent to the unlocking device.
When the communication area accommodates at least two security buckles, as shown in fig. 4, the step of determining whether the merchandise is a legitimate merchandise includes:
s401, judging whether all commodities in a communication area are legal commodities;
s402, if yes, an unlocking signal is sent to the unlocking device, and if not, the unlocking signal is not sent or the unlocking signal is not sent.
It should be noted that the communication area is an area around the unlocking device where the security buckle can be sensed and communication with the security buckle is established, and when detecting whether an illegal security buckle exists in the communication area, the number of the ID of the unlocking tag can be identified, each tag corresponds to a unique ID number, or the unlocking tag is identified by positioning technologies such as infrared induction, RFID/NFC, and the like;
the embodiment of the invention limits the communication area to an area for containing a safety buckle, proves that the safety buckle exists in the unlocking area once communication is established, directly judges whether the label/commodity is legal or not by scanning the unlocking label, and sends an unlocking instruction to unlock the safety buckle if the label/commodity is legal. And setting the communication area as an area for accommodating at least two safety buckles, scanning the unlocking labels on all the safety buckles when a plurality of safety buckles appear, judging whether all the unlocking labels are legal, and sending an unlocking instruction if all the unlocking labels are legal to unlock all the safety buckles in the unlocking area. All safety buckles are scanned in an unlocking/communication area, the scanning is not carried out when illegal safety buckles exist, and the scanning does not work until one or more legal safety buckles exist in the unlocking/communication area, so that the unlocking/communication area only has legal safety buckles, and only the legal safety buckles are unlocked, and the problem that the commodity A is unlocked by mistake due to the fact that an unpaid commodity A and a paid commodity B simultaneously exist in the communication area is solved. Generally speaking, the communication area is larger than the unlocking area, so that all signals are scanned in the communication area, the signals do not work or are not unlocked when a plurality of signals exist, the signals start to work or unlock when a unique signal exists, or the signals do not work or are not unlocked when an illegal signal exists, and the signals start to work/process when only a legal signal exists, so that the unlocking area can be ensured to only have a legal safety buckle, and the mistaken unlocking is avoided. And identifying whether the safety buckle is legal or not by positioning the current position of the safety buckle in the unlocking area so as to unlock the safety buckle.
According to the invention, the communication area is limited, so that the communication area is overlapped with the unlocking area or slightly larger than the unlocking area, and the communication area contains a safety buckle. Therefore, the situation that one safety buckle is read and judged but other safety buckles are unlocked cannot occur.
For barcodes: the signal sensing range of the signal receiver (bar code reader) is set to be an area range for accommodating one safety buckle, and due to the characteristics of linear propagation and incapability of penetrating of light, the safety buckle capable of being read by the signal receiver is the safety buckle in the sensing range in the communication area, so that the safety buckle read during unlocking is the safety buckle to be unlocked at present, but not the safety buckles in other places, as shown in fig. 9, the read safety buckle is the safety buckle at the position 2, and the unlocked safety buckle is also at the position 2.
The embodiment of the invention realizes the purpose of ensuring that the unlocked safety buckle is a legal safety buckle in the following two ways:
1. if the unlocking area only allows one safety buckle to enter, the position of the commodity corresponding to the ID in the unlocking area is judged by reading the ID and judging whether the corresponding commodity is paid or not. Thereby avoiding the following situation one: assuming that the safety catch at position 1 is legitimate and position 2 is not legitimate, then without knowing the position, it may happen that the safety catch at position 2 is unlocked without unlocking the safety catch at position 1, or that both safety catches at position 1 and position 2 are unlocked, as shown in fig. 9.
2. If the position is not judged, all safety buckling methods in the communication area need to be guaranteed to unlock, and the situation I in the front is prevented. Therefore, the invention judges whether the commodity corresponding to the ID in the unlocking area is legal or not and judges whether the safety buckle on the commodity is in the unlocking area or not by receiving the signal or reading the ID number, and if the safety buckle is legal and is in the unlocking area, the unlocking is carried out. Or reading the ID numbers of all the commodities in the communication area, and if all the ID numbers are combined, unlocking all the commodities. The process of the invention is described below by way of a specific example, for example: the customer uses the mobile phone to scan the two-dimensional code on the commodity safety buckle, enters a commodity payment webpage, and records the related data in the database after payment. The customer holds the commodity to unlock, the signal receiver reads the two-dimensional code and uploads the two-dimensional code to the interaction and payment system, whether the two-dimensional code is a legal signal or not is judged according to the interaction and payment system, and the safety buckle is unlocked or not. The method comprises the following steps: judging whether a safety buckle exists in a communication area or an unlocking area; if the two-dimension code information exists, matching the two-dimension code information obtained by scanning with two-dimension code information corresponding to the payment information stored in a database, and judging whether the safety buckle is legal or not; and unlocking if the unlocking rule is legal.
The method for unlocking the legal safety buckle in the communication area or the unlocking area comprises various positioning technologies, such as infrared induction, RFID/NFC and the like, the safety buckle in the unlocking area is positioned, the position information of the safety buckle is obtained, whether the safety buckle at the corresponding position is legal or not is judged, the safety buckle is unlocked if the safety buckle is legal, and the safety buckle is not unlocked if the safety buckle is legal. The communication area can be limited to a small enough area and is overlapped with the unlocking area, only one safety buckle can be contained, if the safety buckle and the signal receiver establish communication, the safety buckle is proved to exist in the unlocking area, if the safety buckle exists, the unlocking is carried out legally, and if the safety buckle does not exist, the unlocking is not carried out. Whether a plurality of safety buckles exist in the communication area or the unlocking area or not can be identified, whether all the safety buckles are legal or not can be identified, if yes, unlocking is carried out, and otherwise, unlocking is not carried out. The legal signal means that the unlocking device receives unlocking label information of the commodity system and sends the unlocking label information to the interaction and payment system, the interaction and payment system receives the unlocking label information of the commodity system, and the unlocking label information is judged to be legal through the database 1.
As a preferred implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of unlocking regions may be further provided, for example: 3-5 unlocking areas are arranged side by side, so that the unlocking operation of a plurality of legal safety buckles can be completed simultaneously, the pressure of the unlocking operation in queue is relieved, and the time is saved. The unlocking device can be shared by a plurality of unlocking areas, or one unlocking device can be respectively arranged in each unlocking area. Case 1 at point 2 is legitimate and normal, and cases 2 and 3 at points 1 and 2 are illegal and need to be restricted/deterred. The illegal situation arises because the existing technology cannot unlock and only the goods being paid in an unmanned environment, especially in the presence of customer interference/damage. The solution for case 3 at point 1 and point 2 is: any one commodity is allowed to have one unlocking action after being paid, and all unlocking actions are forbidden if no commodity is paid. The solution for point 2 case 2 is to allow and only allow the item being paid to unlock. The core idea of the solution is to allow and only allow the goods being paid to unlock. The core actions include: the merchandise is identified, a message is obtained that the merchandise is paid for, and then the merchandise is unlocked. Or a message that the goods are paid is obtained, the corresponding goods are identified, and then the goods are unlocked. The key here is to prevent cases 2.2 and 2.3 at point 2.
