Background
The water-borne wood paint is a wood paint which uses water to replace an organic solvent as a dispersion medium, uses a high molecular polymer emulsion or dispersion as a main film forming material, and improves the performance of a paint film by using various additives and pigments and fillers. The film-forming substance is mainly acrylic polymer emulsion or polyurethane aqueous dispersion, the paint film performance is improved by using various auxiliary agents and pigments and fillers, and the VOC emission in the production process and the use process is extremely low, so that the requirements on environmental protection and health are met. Therefore, the water-based wood paint does not contain toxic and harmful substances such as formaldehyde, benzene, xylene, free TDI and the like, and is a very environment-friendly wood paint.
With the improvement of the living standard of people and the pursuit of the quality of life, the rapid development of the water-based wood paint is inevitable, the health and environmental protection consciousness of people is strengthened, and the water-based wood paint is a trend of the paint development.
After more than ten years of continuous efforts, the field has already provided sufficient technical reserves of the water-based wood coating, and meanwhile, the national macro policy also prompts more enterprises to pay attention to the water-based wood coating, and the domestic market also more and more approves the water-based wood coating. The price and the construction cost of the water-based wood coating are close to those of a solvent-based coating, the performance is more excellent, the construction is simpler, and the water-based wood coating is more and more favored.
Although having such many advantages, in comparison with the conventional solvent-based wood coating, the water-based wood coating on the market still has a certain gap with the solvent-based wood coating in terms of surface effects, including scratch resistance and hardness of the paint surface. The paint surface has traces once scratched, the hardness is soft and only approaches HB, and the popularization and the development of the waterborne wood coating are limited due to the factors.
Therefore, how to improve and enhance the scratch resistance and hardness of the paint surface of the water-based wood paint becomes a research hotspot and a key point of workers in the research and development field of the water-based wood paint.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems of no scratch resistance, soft hardness and the like of the aqueous wood lacquer in the prior art, the invention provides the aqueous wood lacquer with high scratch resistance and hardness, and provides a preparation method of the aqueous wood lacquer.

The glass powder adopted by the invention is inorganic cubic hard ultrafine particle powder which is formed by multiple surface treatment and crystallization and has a disordered structure, and has good hydrophilicity, stable chemical property, acid and alkali resistance and low expansion coefficient. The acrylic resin has good affinity with various other components in the waterborne wood paint, has stronger space separation capability, plays a role in filling in the waterborne acrylic resin and can be uniformly distributed on the surface of a paint film, so that the acrylic resin can obviously improve the surface effect of the paint film after being mixed with the waterborne acrylic resin, and obviously improve the hardness, wear resistance and scratch resistance of the paint film.
According to the invention, the glass powder is added into the formula of the water-based wood paint, so that the scratch resistance and hardness of a paint film can be obviously improved, and the paint film is endowed with stronger chemical resistance. The glass powder is white powder with high transparency, small particle size, good dispersibility and good anti-settling effect, and has the matting property and can reduce the gloss of a paint film. When the glass powder is used in an excessively low amount, the surface performance of a paint film is not obviously improved, and when the glass powder is used in an excessively high amount, the transparency and the extinction of the paint film are reduced, and the paint film has the defects of rough surface and the like. The glass powder has high transparency due to the matching of the refractive index of the glass powder and most of resins, so that the transparency of the water-based acrylic resin cannot be influenced even if the addition amount of the glass powder reaches 15%.
The defoaming agent adopts TEGO Airex 902w, is polyether siloxane copolymer emulsion and contains gas-phase silicon dioxide. The method can inhibit the bubbles generated in the paint mixing process, and enable the generated bubbles to escape from the liquid level and break the bubbles. The best usage amount of the defoaming agent is 0.5-1.0%, too small amount of the defoaming agent cannot achieve the defoaming effect, and excessive usage of the defoaming agent can cause paint film shrinkage cavity and affect transparency and the like.
The optimal using amount of the anti-settling agent is controlled within 0.5 percent, and the anti-settling agent has the main functions of preventing the glass powder in the paint liquid from settling and simultaneously avoiding the sagging phenomenon of the paint liquid during coating.
The hand feeling auxiliary agent adopts PTFE wax emulsion, the optimal use amount is 0.3-0.5%, and the hand feeling of the surface of a paint film can be improved, so that the paint film is smoother.
The film forming assistant adopts dipropylene glycol butyl ether, and the optimal usage amount is 5-8%. After the moisture is volatilized, the dipropylene glycol butyl ether can enable acrylic resin particles to form a uniform and compact paint film and still have good continuous film-forming property under the condition of low temperature.
The substrate wetting agent adopts TEGO 4200, is a siloxane surfactant with a geminal structure, does not stabilize bubbles, can obviously reduce the foaming tendency, can accelerate the bubble elimination speed, reduces the requirement of subsequently adding a defoaming agent leveling agent, has stronger wetting capacity on wood, can greatly reduce the surface tension of the water-based wood paint, has the anti-shrinkage effect, enhances the adhesive force of a paint film to a substrate, forms a smooth and flat paint film effect after film forming, and has comprehensive performance. The optimal usage amount of the base material wetting agent is 1-2%, because the paint film has poor leveling property when the usage amount of the base material wetting agent is too low, the wetting effect on the base material catheter is poor, paint film edge accumulation is caused when the usage amount is excessive, and the defect of high cost is caused.
The rheological additive provided by the invention has a certain thickening effect while providing good fluidity and leveling property for paint. The rheological additive adopted by the invention is nonionic associative polyether polyurethane rheological additive, has little influence on water resistance and gloss of a paint film, and the optimal dosage is 0.5-1.0%. The dosage of the rheological additive is not suitable to be excessive, and excessive dosage can cause thickening of paint liquid, reduce construction solid content and is not beneficial to control of low shear viscosity.
The thickening agent of the invention can not only improve the thickness of paint films coated in sequence, but also prevent the phenomenon of layering caused by overlong standing time in the storage process of paint liquid. The nonionic associative polyurethane thickener is selected, so that effective balance between medium shear viscosity and flow leveling property can be provided. The thickening agent of the invention must be diluted by water and then used in the using process so as to prevent uneven dispersion caused by excessive addition at one time. The optimal usage amount is 1-3%, and the paint liquid can reach a proper viscosity range.
The invention also provides a method for preparing the scratch-resistant high-hardness water-based wood paint, which comprises the following steps:
weighing the raw materials of each component according to the weight percentage;
adding acrylic resin into a dispersing container, and adding a dispersing agent at a stirring speed of 600 r/min;
adding glass powder and anti-settling agent in the dispersion, and stirring at a rotating speed of 2500r/min for 20min at a high speed;
after the high-speed stirring is finished, the stirring speed is adjusted to 800r/min, the defoaming agent, the hand feeling auxiliary agent, the deionized water, the film forming auxiliary agent and the base material wetting agent are sequentially added, and the stirring is continued for 10 min;
and adjusting the rotation speed to 1200-1500r/min, sequentially adding the rheological additive and the thickening agent, and continuously stirring for 10min to obtain the scratch-resistant high-hardness water-based wood paint.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, inorganic glass powder with a disordered structure is uniformly distributed with acrylic resin particles in a coating to form a compact skeleton, so that a paint film is endowed with excellent performances of scratch resistance, wear resistance, impact resistance and the like, and the thixotropy and the workability of the paint can be obviously improved. According to the national standard GB/T6739-.
2. In the process of preparing the water-based wood paint, the method is simple, no toxic or harmful chemical component is used, and the water-based wood paint is an environment-friendly product.
3. According to the invention, a certain amount of glass powder is creatively added, so that excellent performances such as scratch resistance, wear resistance and impact resistance can be endowed to a paint film coating, and meanwhile, the adhesive force of the paint film can be synchronously improved.

Example 1: preparation of scratch-resistant high-hardness water-based wood paint

The preparation method comprises the following steps:
weighing the raw materials of each component according to the weight percentage;
adding acrylic resin into a dispersing container, and adding a dispersing agent at a stirring speed of 600 r/min;
adding glass powder and anti-settling agent in the dispersion, and stirring at a rotating speed of 2500r/min for 20min at a high speed;
after the high-speed stirring is finished, the stirring speed is adjusted to 800r/min, the defoaming agent, the hand feeling auxiliary agent, the deionized water, the film forming auxiliary agent and the base material wetting agent are sequentially added, and the stirring is continued for 10 min;
the rotation speed is adjusted to 1200-1500r/min, the rheological additive and the thickening agent are sequentially added, and the mixture is continuously stirred for 10min to obtain the product of the invention.
Example 2: preparation of scratch-resistant high-hardness water-based wood paint
The raw material formulation is shown in table 1.

Comparative example 1: preparation of water-based wood paint
Weighing the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
80 percent of water-based acrylic resin
1 percent of dispersant
0.6 percent of defoaming agent
0.4 percent of anti-settling agent
0.5 percent of handfeel auxiliary agent
6.5 percent of deionized water
8 percent of film-forming additive
1 percent of base material wetting agent
0.5 percent of rheological additive
1.5 percent of thickening agent
Adding 80 parts of acrylic resin into a dispersing container, sequentially adding 1 part of dispersing agent, 0.6 part of defoaming agent, 0.4 part of anti-settling agent, 0.5 part of hand feeling auxiliary agent and 6.5 parts of deionized water according to parts by weight at a stirring speed of 600r/min, and stirring at a high speed of 1500-2000r/min for 20-30 min;
after the high-speed stirring is finished, the stirring speed is adjusted to 800r/min, 8 parts of film-forming aid, 1 part of flatting agent, 0.5 part of rheological aid and 1.5 parts of thickening agent are sequentially added, and the stirring is continued for 20min to obtain the aqueous wood lacquer of the comparative example 1.

9. A method for preparing the scratch-resistant high-hardness aqueous wood lacquer according to any one of claims 1 to 8, which comprises the following steps:
weighing the raw materials of each component according to the weight percentage;
adding acrylic resin into a dispersing container, and adding a dispersing agent at a stirring speed of 600 r/min;
adding glass powder and anti-settling agent in the dispersion, and stirring at a rotating speed of 2500r/min for 20min at a high speed;
after the high-speed stirring is finished, the stirring speed is adjusted to 800r/min, the defoaming agent, the hand feeling auxiliary agent, the deionized water, the film forming auxiliary agent and the base material wetting agent are sequentially added, and the stirring is continued for 10 min;
