本发明涉及工业循环冷却水处理技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂及应用。
背景技术
我国是一个缺水严重的国家,淡水资源总量为28000亿立方米,占全球水资源的6%,但人均占水量仅为2300立方米,仅为世界平均水平的四分之一,在世界上名列121位,是全球13个人均水资源最缺乏的国家之一。我国人均可利用水资源约为900立方米,20世纪末,全国600多座城市中,已经有400多个城市存在供水不足的问题,其中比较严重的缺水城市达110个。随着经济的发展,工业用水量迅速增长,目前我国工业冷却水约占工业取水量的60-70%,与此同时,工业用水和农业用水、日常用水的矛盾日益尖锐,在这种情况下,工业循环水的节水问题越来越重要,工业循环冷却水的处理,通常需要分别使用阻垢剂、分散剂、缓蚀剂和杀生剂等。
阻垢缓蚀剂是由优良的共聚物、有机膦及缓蚀剂等组成,对碳钢、不锈钢和铜具有优良的缓蚀性能,对碳酸钙、硫酸钡、磷酸钙等有卓越的阻垢分散性能。非氧杀菌剂不是以氧化作用杀死微生物,而是以致毒作用于微生物的特殊部位,因而,它不受水中还原物质的影响。非氧化性杀菌灭藻剂通常是氯酚类、季铵盐类的非氧化性化合物。非氧化性杀菌灭藻剂的杀生作用有一定的持久性,对沉积物或黏泥有渗透、剥离作用,受硫化氢、氨等还原物质的影响较小,受水中PH值影响较小。
不同的水质,复合阻垢缓蚀剂所要解决的问题不同,对低硬、低碱水质,采用自然pH值运行工艺,水处理配方重点解决缓蚀问题,一般采用磷酸盐+有机膦酸+磺酸盐共聚物+锌盐配方。对高硬、高碱水质,则根据水处理工艺的不同而不同,一种是调pH工艺,调pH工艺运行的基本思路是用加入硫酸的方法来控制循环水的pH值,降低循环水中的碱度,进而防止系统结垢;同时增加配方中的缓蚀剂和分散剂的用量,重点解决系统的腐蚀问题,一般采用有机膦酸加磺酸盐共聚物+锌盐配方。对中等硬度、碱度的水质,通常采用pH值自然运行配方,系统pH值可达9.0,一般采用有机膦酸盐加含羧酸基聚合物和视具体情况而加入锌盐的配方,配方侧重阻垢,要求在一定的浓缩倍数下运行,具有阻垢效果好、腐蚀速率低的优点。
CN1114952A公开了一种多元复合阻垢缓蚀剂及其配制方法,该缓蚀剂中包括膦酸盐、膦羧酸、聚羧酸、钼酸盐及锌盐;该配方普适于多种工业循环冷却水系统及油田回用水的处理,具有高效的阻垢,缓蚀及分散性能。适用于高镁硬、高硬度、高碱度、高温度的水质,具有在pH为6.5~9.0范围内自适功能;在用量低于15ppm时,仍然具有较好的阻垢缓蚀效果。CN102452725A公开了一种复合阻垢缓蚀剂及其应用,该复合阻垢缓蚀剂包含一种水溶性硼酸盐、至少一种有机膦酸和至少一种阻垢分散剂,所述阻垢分散剂为含羧酸基聚合物;该复合阻垢缓蚀剂综合性能好,其具有优良的阻CaCO3垢功能,还有良好的稳定水中Zn2+的能力和缓蚀性能,适用于循环冷却水处理,且有机膦酸的用量低,降低了磷排放对环境的危害,同时,还可降低硼酸盐的用量。
发明内容
针对敞开式循环冷却水处理系统,为了兼顾阻垢、缓蚀以及杀菌作用,本发明提供了一种复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂,该复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂,以重量份计,包括以下组分:2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷4-15份、氨基三甲叉膦酸4-15份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠4-15份和双氯酚3-12份。
包含有上述特定重量份的2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷、氨基三甲叉膦酸、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠和双氯酚的复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂特别适用于敞开式循环冷却水处理系统,4者之间具有缓蚀增效作用,可以明显降低单一药剂的使用量,适用于高pH、高碱度、高硬度的水质,可以兼顾阻垢、缓蚀以及杀菌的作用。本发明的复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂可以显著地降低对A3和不锈钢的腐蚀率。
在本发明中,重量份可以是μg、mg、g、kg等本领域公知的重量单位,也可以是其倍数,如1/10、1/100、10倍、100倍等。
在本发明一个优选实施方式中,该复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂,以重量份计,包括以下组分:2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷6-10份、氨基三甲叉膦酸6-10份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠6-10份和双氯酚5-10份。
进一步优选地,包括以下组分:2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷6-10份、氨基三甲叉膦酸6-10份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠6-10份和双氯酚5-10份。
在本发明的复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂中还可以包括分散剂和防腐蚀剂,优选地,以重量份计,还包括分散剂3-12份和防腐蚀剂4-15份。进一步优选地,分散剂5-10份和防腐蚀剂6-10份,更优选分散剂6-9份和防腐蚀剂7-8份。
在本发明一个优选实施方式中,分散剂可以为聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸钠、水解聚马来酸酐、马来酸-丙烯酸共聚物、丙烯酸-2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸共聚物、丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯-磺酸盐三元共聚物中的一种或多种,优选为聚丙烯酸钠。
防腐蚀剂为苯并三氮唑、甲基苯并三氮唑、钼酸铵、钼酸钠中的一种或多种,优选为苯并三氮唑。
在本发明一个优选实施方式中,以重量份计,该复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂中还包括脱盐水40-70份,优选为50-60份,进一步优选为52-56份。
为了能更好地兼顾阻垢、缓蚀及杀菌作用,在一个优选实施方式中,以重量份计,该复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂中,包括以下组分:2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷4-15份、氨基三甲叉膦酸4-15份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠4-15份、双氯酚3-12份、分散剂3-12份、防腐蚀剂4-15份和脱盐水40-70份。
优选地是,以重量份计,该复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂中,包括以下组分:2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷6-10份、氨基三甲叉膦酸6-10份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠6-10份、双氯酚5-10份、分散剂5-10份、防腐蚀剂6-10份和脱盐水50-60份。
其中,分散剂优选为聚丙烯酸钠,防腐蚀剂优选为苯并三氮唑。
本发明的复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂不需要调pH至碱性即可发挥功效。
本发明的复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂可以使用本领域中常用的混合方法来制备得到。
在本发明的另一个方面,还提供了上述复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂在敞开式循环冷却水处理中的应用。
其中,特别适用于高pH、高碱度以及高硬度的水质。更优选适用于火电厂高浓缩倍率循环水。
其中,本发明的复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂特别适用于钢材的抗腐蚀剂,特别是A3钢和不锈钢,效果较优。
本发明的复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂的阻垢率为90%以上,优选为94%以上,对A3钢的腐蚀率低至0.062mm/a,优选为0.054mm/a,对不锈钢腐蚀率低至0.007mm/a,优选为0.004mm/a。
本发明提供的包括有特定比例的2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷、氨基三甲叉膦酸、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠和双氯酚的复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂,兼具阻垢、缓蚀和杀菌的作用,配方合理,使用效果好,生产成本低;另外,本发明的成分易于获得,工艺简单,对环境无污染,效果好,便于推广应用。本品主要用于敞开式循环冷却水处理系统,特别适用于高pH、高碱度、高硬度的水质,是目前较理想的不调pH碱性运行的水处理剂之一。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂,按照质量份数计包括以下组分:聚丙烯酸钠7份,2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷10份,氨基三甲叉膦酸6份,乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠8份,苯并三氮唑7份,双氯酚9份,脱盐水53份。该复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂的阻垢率98%,A3腐蚀率0.024mm/a,不锈钢腐蚀率0.003mm/a。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂,按照质量份数计包括以下组分:聚丙烯酸钠6份,2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷8份,氨基三甲叉膦酸8份,乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠8份,苯并三氮唑8份,双氯酚6份,脱盐水56份。该复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂的阻垢率96%,A3腐蚀率0.014mm/a,不锈钢腐蚀率0.004mm/a。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂,按照质量份数计包括以下组分:聚丙烯酸钠9份,2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷8份,氨基三甲叉膦酸9份,乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠10份,苯并三氮唑7份,双氯酚5份,脱盐水52份。该复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂的阻垢率97%,A3腐蚀率0.034mm/a,不锈钢腐蚀率0.001mm/a。
实施例4
本实施例提供了一种复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂,按照质量份数计包括以下组分:聚丙烯酸钠8份,2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷9份,氨基三甲叉膦酸9份,乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠9份,苯并三氮唑8份,双氯酚5份,脱盐水52份。该复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂的阻垢率94%,A3腐蚀率0.054mm/a,不锈钢腐蚀率0.002mm/a。
实施例5
本实施例提供了一种复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂,按照质量份数计包括以下组分:聚丙烯酸7份,2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷10份,氨基三甲叉膦酸6份,乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠8份,苯并三氮唑7份,双氯酚9份,脱盐水53份。该复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂的阻垢率90%,A3腐蚀率0.060mm/a,不锈钢腐蚀率0.005mm/a。
实施例6
本实施例提供了一种复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂,按照质量份数计包括以下组分:聚丙烯酸钠7份,2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷10份,氨基三甲叉膦酸6份,乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠8份,钼酸铵7份,双氯酚9份,脱盐水53份。该复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂的阻垢率91%,A3腐蚀率0.062mm/a,不锈钢腐蚀率0.007mm/a。
对比例1
本实施例提供了一种复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂,按照质量份数计包括以下组分:聚丙烯酸钠7份,氨基三甲叉膦酸6份,乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠8份,苯并三氮唑7份,双氯酚9份,脱盐水53份。该复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂的阻垢率87%,A3腐蚀率0.091mm/a,不锈钢腐蚀率0.012mm/a。
对比例2
本实施例提供了一种复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂,按照质量份数计包括以下组分:聚丙烯酸钠7份,2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷10份,乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠8份,苯并三氮唑7份,双氯酚9份,脱盐水53份。该复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂的阻垢率87%,A3腐蚀率0.123mm/a,不锈钢腐蚀率0.015mm/a。
对比例3
本实施例提供了一种复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂,按照质量份数计包括以下组分:聚丙烯酸钠7份,2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷10份,氨基三甲叉膦酸6份,苯并三氮唑7份,双氯酚9份,脱盐水53份。该复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂的阻垢率86%,A3腐蚀率0.142mm/a,不锈钢腐蚀率0.014mm/a。

Claims (10)
1.一种复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,包括以下组分:2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷4-15份、氨基三甲叉膦酸4-15份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠4-15份和双氯酚3-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,包括以下组分:2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷6-10份、氨基三甲叉膦酸6-10份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠6-10份和双氯酚5-10份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,包括以下组分:2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷8-9份、氨基三甲叉膦酸8-9份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠8-9份和双氯酚6-9份。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,还包括分散剂3-12份和防腐蚀剂4-15份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,还包括分散剂5-10份和防腐蚀剂6-10份,优选分散剂6-9份和防腐蚀剂7-8份。
6.根据权利要求4所述的复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂为聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸钠、水解聚马来酸酐、马来酸-丙烯酸共聚物、丙烯酸-2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸共聚物、丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯-磺酸盐三元共聚物中的一种或多种,优选为聚丙烯酸钠。
7.根据权利要求4所述的复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述防腐蚀剂为苯并三氮唑、甲基苯并三氮唑、钼酸铵、钼酸钠中的一种或多种,优选为苯并三氮唑。
8.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,还包括脱盐水40-70份,优选为50-60份,进一步优选为52-56份。
9.根据权利要求1所述的复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,包括以下组分:2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷4-15份、氨基三甲叉膦酸4-15份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠4-15份、双氯酚3-12份、分散剂3-12份、防腐蚀剂4-15份和脱盐水40-70份。
10.权利要求1-9中任一项所述复合缓蚀阻垢杀菌剂在敞开式循环冷却水处理中的应用。
