Abstract
The invention discloses a waterproof sound-transmitting membrane and a mobile phone, wherein the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane comprises a substrate layer, a buffer layer and a sound-transmitting membrane layer; the sound-transmitting film is laminated on the back surface of the base material layer; the buffer layer comprises a first layer and a second layer connected with the first layer, the first layer is provided with a water inlet hole, the second layer is provided with a water outlet hole communicated with the water inlet hole, and the distance between the water inlet hole and the axial lead of the water inlet hole is larger than or equal to the sum of the radiuses of the water inlet hole and the water inlet hole when seen along the entering direction of water flow; the second layer is laminated on the front surface of the substrate layer. The distance between the water inlet and the water inlet is larger than or equal to the sum of the radiuses of the water inlet and the water inlet when seen along the entering direction of the water flow, so that the water flow enters from the water inlet, passes through the channels of the water inlet and the water outlet and then exits from the water outlet, but does not directly exit from the water outlet. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of filtering membranes, in particular to a waterproof sound-transmitting membrane and a mobile phone.
Background
Nowadays, electronic devices such as mobile phones, notebook computers, interphones, bluetooth headsets, outdoor monitors and the like are becoming more and more popular, and in order to reduce damage to the electronic devices caused by water for water sports, outdoor environments and daily life, a waterproof sound-transmitting membrane is usually assembled at a loudspeaker, a microphone or a receiver of the electronic devices.
The waterproof sound-transmitting membrane sold in the market at present is mainly made of ePTFE or PU, and the general waterproof sound-transmitting membrane can meet the waterproof grade requirement of IPX7 but cannot meet the waterproof grade requirement of IPX5 or IPX 6. Because water directly rushes onto the waterproof acoustically transparent membrane when IPX5 or IPX6 is tested, the membrane will delaminate or water will penetrate the membrane into the cavity causing the test to fail.
Chinese patent publication No. CN201080002329.1, publication No. 2011, 7 and 13, entitled waterproof sound-transmitting membrane, which comprises a PTFE porous membrane, and is improved in performance from the first porous layer and a second porous layer laminated and integrated with the first porous layer based on bonding force acting between the PTFE substrates. The disadvantage is that the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane of the double-layer structure is partially affected in sound-transmitting performance although it is improved in water resistance.
Therefore, how to make the waterproof grade of the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane reach the waterproof grade of IPX5, IPX6 and IPX7 and reduce the influence on the sound-transmitting performance is a technical problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
A first object of the present invention is to provide a waterproof sound-transmitting membrane which can achieve the waterproof level of IPX5, IPX6, IPX7 and reduce the influence on sound-transmitting performance.
A second object of the present invention is to provide a mobile phone.
In order to achieve the first object, the present invention provides the following solutions:
a waterproof sound-transmitting membrane comprises a substrate layer, a buffer layer and a sound-transmitting membrane layer;
the sound-transmitting film is laminated on the back surface of the substrate layer;
the buffer layer comprises a first layer and a second layer connected with the first layer, a water inlet hole is formed in the first layer, and a water outlet hole communicated with the water inlet hole is formed in the second layer;
along the entering direction of the water flow, the distance between the axial lead of the water outlet hole and the axial lead of the water inlet hole is larger than or equal to the sum of the radiuses of the water outlet hole and the axial lead of the water inlet hole;
the second layer is laminated on the front surface of the substrate layer.
Preferably, in the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane described above, a plurality of protrusions are provided on a face of the first layer facing the second layer.
Preferably, in the waterproof sound-transmitting film described above, the outer edge of the first layer and the outer edge of the second layer are sealed by hot melt welding.
Preferably, in the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane, the substrate layer is a double-sided backing adhesive layer.
Preferably, in the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane, the buffer layer is a buffer plastic layer.
Preferably, in the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane, the buffer plastic layer is a plastic layer of one or more plastics of PET, PC, nylon, PBT, PP, PE.
Preferably, in the waterproof sound-transmitting film, the substrate layer is one or more substrate layers of PET, PC, nylon, PBT, PP, PE.
Preferably, in the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane, the sound-transmitting membrane layer is an ePTFE or PU sound-transmitting membrane layer.
Preferably, in the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane, the sound-transmitting membrane layer can reduce the sound attenuation to 3dB for the frequency of 500-5000Hz under the condition of 0.5 square centimeter of effective area, and the sound-transmitting membrane layer can reduce the sound attenuation to 5dB for the frequency of 500-5000Hz under the condition of 0.7 square centimeter of effective area.
According to the technical scheme, water flow enters from the water inlet hole of the buffer layer and exits from the water outlet hole of the buffer layer, and the axial line distance between the water inlet hole and the water inlet hole is larger than or equal to the sum of the radiuses of the water inlet hole and the water inlet hole when seen along the water flow entering direction, so that the water flow enters from the water inlet hole, passes through the channels of the water inlet hole and the water outlet hole and then exits from the water outlet hole, and cannot directly exit from the water outlet hole. In addition, the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane provided by the invention further comprises a sound-transmitting membrane layer, so that the sound-transmitting performance of the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane is improved.
In summary, the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane provided by the invention can enable the waterproof grade of the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane to reach the waterproof grade of IPX5, IPX6 and IPX7, and can reduce the influence on sound-transmitting performance.
In order to achieve the second object, the present invention provides the following solutions:
a mobile phone, wherein an opening of a loudspeaker is formed in a shell of the mobile phone, the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane is connected with the shell, and the outer diameter of the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane is larger than the inner diameter of the opening.
According to the technical scheme, the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane is stuck to the loudspeaker opening of the mobile phone, and the outer diameter of the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane is larger than the inner diameter of the opening, so that the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane can prevent water or dust from entering the inside of the shell, and the loudspeaker is protected.
The water directly rushes onto the buffer membrane during IPX5, IPX6 testing, but not directly onto the acoustically transparent membrane layer. Therefore, the requirement of the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane on pressure bearing is reduced, and the sound-transmitting membrane with good sound-transmitting performance can be selected.

The present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the drawings and detailed description for the purpose of better understanding of the technical solution of the present invention to those skilled in the art.
Noun interpretation:
IPX5: it means that the water flushing has no harm to the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-4, the invention discloses a waterproof sound-transmitting membrane, which comprises a substrate layer 1, a buffer layer 2 and a sound-transmitting membrane layer 3. Wherein, buffer layer 2 can cushion the impact of rivers, and sound transmission membrane layer 3 can improve the sound transmission performance.
The buffer layer 2 is laminated on the front surface of the base material layer 1, and the sound-transmitting film layer 3 is laminated on the back surface of the base material layer 1. Here, the front surface of the base material layer 1 means a surface facing the inflow direction of the water flow, and the back surface of the base material layer 1 means a surface facing away from the inflow direction of the water flow.
The buffer layer 2 is divided into two layers, namely a first layer 201 and a second layer 202, specifically the second layer 202 is laminated on the front surface of the substrate layer 1. The first layer 201 is provided with a plurality of water inlets 203, and the number of the water inlets 203 is plural in order to disperse the strength of the water impact. The second layer 202 is provided with a plurality of water outlets 204 communicated with the water inlet 203, and the number of the water outlets 204 is also a plurality.

In addition, the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane provided by the invention further comprises the sound-transmitting membrane layer 3, so that the sound-transmitting performance of the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane is improved.
In conclusion, the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane provided by the invention can enable the waterproof grade of the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane to reach the waterproof grade of IPX5, IPX6 and IPX7, and can reduce the influence on sound-transmitting performance.
Example two
In another embodiment of the present invention, the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane in this embodiment has a similar structure to that of the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane in the first embodiment, and the same points will not be described again, but only the differences will be described.
In the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane, a plurality of protrusions 4 are arranged on the surface of the first layer 201 facing the second layer 202, and the protrusions 4 can form a certain gap between the first layer 201 and the second layer 202 to further buffer water pressure. It is also possible to provide a plurality of protrusions 4 on the side of the second layer 202 facing the first layer 201.
Further, the present invention discloses that the outer edges of the first layer 201 and the second layer 202 are sealed by hot melt welding. The connection fastness of the hot-melt welding is strong, and the connection firmness of the first layer 201 and the second layer 202 can be increased.

The water-proof sound-transmitting film disclosed by the invention has the advantages that water flows onto the buffer layer 2, enters from the water inlet of the first layer 201, passes through the space formed by the first layer 201 and the second layer 202, and exits from the water outlet of the second layer 202. Since the first layer 201 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 4 on the side facing the second layer 202, the impact of the water flow can be further buffered. In addition, the invention specifically discloses that the sound-transmitting film layer can reduce the sound attenuation to 3dB for the frequency of 500-5000Hz under the condition of 0.5 square centimeter of effective area, and the sound-transmitting film layer 3 can reduce the sound attenuation to 5dB for the frequency of 500-5000Hz under the condition of 0.7 square centimeter of effective area.
Therefore, the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane provided by the invention has a certain buffering effect on water pressure, and the sound-transmitting performance of the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane is improved.
In conclusion, the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane provided by the invention can enable the waterproof grade of the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane to reach the waterproof grade of IPX5, IPX6 and IPX7, and can reduce the influence on sound-transmitting performance.
Example III
As shown in fig. 5-6, the present invention discloses a mobile phone, in which a casing 5 of the mobile phone is provided with an opening 6 of a loudspeaker, a waterproof sound-transmitting membrane in any one of the embodiments is connected to the casing 5, specifically, the casing 5 and the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane are connected by a double-sided adhesive tape, and an outer diameter of the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane is larger than an inner diameter of the opening 6.
According to the mobile phone provided by the invention, the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane is stuck on the loudspeaker opening 6, and the outer diameter of the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane is larger than the inner diameter of the opening 6, so that the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane can prevent water or dust from entering the inside of the shell, and the loudspeaker is protected.
At the time of IPX5, IPX6 test, water directly rushes onto the buffer film, but not directly onto the acoustically transparent film layer 3. Therefore, the requirement of the waterproof sound-transmitting membrane on pressure bearing is reduced, and the sound-transmitting membrane with good sound-transmitting performance can be selected.
