背景技术
皮肤的衰老有内在和外在两个因素,内在因素是身体缺乏维持细胞足够的再生速度而发生的自然衰老过程;而外界因素则包括紫外线所致的光老化、外界的刺激和炎症、环境污染、生活压力等。而皮肤衰老典型外在症状表现为:(1)出现深浅不同的皱纹,皮肤松弛下垂;(2)皮肤黯淡无光,色斑产生;(3)皮肤弹性降低,皮肤不饱满,干燥起皮、脱屑;皮肤出现瘙痒敏感等。目前,市售的抗衰老护肤产品大都添加外源性活性物,如防晒剂、自由基清除剂、保湿剂等等,从而来达到部分延缓皮肤衰老的作用。而更加积极保护皮肤的方法是:从根本上来改善皮肤细胞的天然生物活力,并与皮肤的自然更新过程起到协同作用。因此,有必要寻求一种能从根本上延缓皮肤衰老的护肤品。

(4)将A组分缓慢加入C组分中,并不停搅拌,搅拌均匀后依次加入B组分、防腐剂和去离子水,搅拌均匀,得富含β-葡聚糖的抗衰老祛皱保湿水。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、番茄红素和维生素C都是天然色素,它们富含于瓜果蔬菜当中,在化妆品的应用中能够重建真皮表皮结合部,促进胶原纤维生成,以达到改善皮肤外观和祛除皱纹的目的。
2、β-葡聚糖能被免疫活性细胞膜上的受体识别并且激活免疫活性细胞,并在老龄皮肤和皱纹皮肤上增加表皮生长因子(EGF),将促进皮肤中胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白增加;而番茄红素和维生素C与β-葡聚糖具有相互促进作用,三者一同作用于衰老皮肤处,通过番茄红素、维生素C和β-葡聚糖的协同作用,可有效提升免疫活性细胞的激活效率,从而达到由内至外的改善皮肤,祛除皱纹,提高祛皱抗衰老效果的目的。
3、多肽是人体重要的生理调节物,它可全面调节人体生理功能,其中,乙酰化六肽,能减缓肌肉神经传递速度,从而抑制表情纹及细小皱纹的产生,再结合β-葡聚糖可促进成纤维细胞增殖与胶原蛋白合成、自由基清除能力、对抗紫外线伤害、促进免疫保护、皮肤保湿等作用,一同有效的抗击皮肤衰老。

实施例1
一种富含β-葡聚糖的抗衰老祛皱保湿水,包括以下重量百分比的组分:
β-葡聚糖4%、番茄红素4%、乙酰化六肽3%、夏威夷果油2%、维生素C 0.6%、氨基酸保湿剂0.5%、矿泉有机活性因子0.4%、山梨酸0.03%,余量为去离子水。
上述富含β-葡聚糖的抗衰老祛皱保湿水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方将β-葡聚糖、番茄红素以及占总夏威夷果油重量60%的夏威夷果油混合,常温下搅拌均匀,得A组分;
(2)将乙酰化六肽、维生素C和剩余的夏威夷果油混合,搅拌均匀,得B组分;
(3)将氨基酸保湿剂、矿泉有机活性因子与去离子水混合,搅拌均匀,得C组分;
(4)将A组分缓慢加入C组分中,并不停搅拌,搅拌均匀后依次加入B组分、山梨酸和去离子水,搅拌均匀,得富含β-葡聚糖的抗衰老祛皱保湿水。
实施例2
一种富含β-葡聚糖的抗衰老祛皱保湿水,包括以下重量百分比的组分:

(1)按配方将β-葡聚糖、番茄红素以及占总夏威夷果油重量60%的夏威夷果油混合,常温下搅拌均匀,得A组分;
(2)将乙酰化六肽、维生素C和剩余的夏威夷果油混合,搅拌均匀,得B组分;
(3)将氨基酸保湿剂、矿泉有机活性因子与去离子水混合,搅拌均匀,得C组分;

上述富含β-葡聚糖的抗衰老祛皱保湿水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方将β-葡聚糖、番茄红素以及占总夏威夷果油重量60%的夏威夷果油混合,常温下搅拌均匀,得A组分;

实验例
选择6名皮肤健康、无化妆品过敏史的志愿者。在试验前,洗净左右前臂,自然风干,在22℃,相对湿度为55%的恒温恒湿房间里稳定30min,待皮肤温度和湿度与环境达到平衡后,于左右前臂上各划出3cm×3cm的试验区域,左臂为市场现有产品涂抹区,右臂为实施例1~3所得产品涂抹区,分别于60、120、180、240min后使用皮肤水分测试探头测定各部位的角质层水分含量,取平均值作为测试值,测试结果见表1。

如表1所示,实施例1~3所得产品在涂抹于志愿者手臂上60~240min后,涂抹区域的水分含量均高于现有市场产品处理后的结果,其中尤以实施例3效果最佳,表明在番茄红素和维生素C与β-葡聚糖的作用下,可有效的提升皮肤的祛皱、抗衰老以及保湿等效果。
Claims (7)
1.一种富含β-葡聚糖的抗衰老祛皱保湿水,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的组分:
β-葡聚糖1%~5%、番茄红素1%~5%、乙酰化六肽1%~5%、夏威夷果油1%~5%、维生素C 0.1%~1%、氨基酸保湿剂0.1%~1%、矿泉有机活性因子0.1%~0.5%、防腐剂0.01%~0.05%,余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的富含β-葡聚糖的抗衰老祛皱保湿水,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的组分:
β-葡聚糖1%~4%、番茄红素2%~5%、乙酰化六肽1%~5%、夏威夷果油1%~4%、维生素C 0.1%~0.8%、氨基酸保湿剂0.1%~0.8%、矿泉有机活性因子0.1%~0.5%、防腐剂0.01%~0.04%,余量为去离子水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的富含β-葡聚糖的抗衰老祛皱保湿水,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的组分:
β-葡聚糖1%~3%、番茄红素2%~5%、乙酰化六肽2%~5%、夏威夷果油1%~3%、维生素C 0.4%~0.8%、氨基酸保湿剂0.4%~0.8%、矿泉有机活性因子0.2%~0.5%、防腐剂0.01%~0.04%,余量为去离子水。
4.根据权利要求3所述的富含β-葡聚糖的抗衰老祛皱保湿水,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的组分:
β-葡聚糖2%、番茄红素5%、乙酰化六肽4%、夏威夷果油3%、维生素C 0.5%、氨基酸保湿剂0.5%、矿泉有机活性因子0.3%、防腐剂0.02%,余量为去离子水。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的富含β-葡聚糖的抗衰老祛皱保湿水,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸、辛乙二醇和茶树精油中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的富含β-葡聚糖的抗衰老祛皱保湿水,其特征在于,所属防腐剂为苯甲酸、山梨酸和茶树精油中的一种或多种。
7.权利要求1~6任一项所述的富含β-葡聚糖的抗衰老祛皱保湿水的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方将β-葡聚糖、番茄红素以及占总夏威夷果油重量60%的夏威夷果油混合,常温下搅拌均匀,得A组分;
(2)将乙酰化六肽、维生素C和剩余的夏威夷果油混合,搅拌均匀,得B组分;
(3)将氨基酸保湿剂、矿泉有机活性因子与去离子水混合,搅拌均匀,得C组分;
(4)将A组分缓慢加入C组分中,并不停搅拌,搅拌均匀后依次加入B组分、防腐剂和去离子水,搅拌均匀,得富含β-葡聚糖的抗衰老祛皱保湿水。
