In this embodiment, the locking fastener 21 may further include only one third non-return latch tooth 213, and the third non-return latch tooth 213 and the second guide channel 24 are sequentially disposed along the stitching direction, the first stitching body 23 slides along the length direction of the connecting bridge 1 under the action of the second guide channel 24, in the sliding process, the third non-return latch tooth 213 can separate the third connecting bridge 13 and the fourth connecting bridge 14 which are matched with each other, and further, in the sliding process of the first stitching member 2, the third sliding tooth 43 and the fourth sliding tooth 44 can be always clamped with the third non-return latch tooth 213, the design is ingenious, and the structure is simple.
As shown in fig. 10, in particular, the third non-return latch 213 includes a first latch 2131 for latching with the third sliding tooth 43, a second latch 2132 for latching with the fourth sliding tooth 44, and a cutter splitting tooth 2133 for separating the third connecting bridge 13 from the fourth connecting bridge 14 along the knife-starting edge 6.
In the present embodiment, when the second suture body 25 slides on the connecting bridge 1, the knife dividing teeth 2133 can separate the third connecting bridge 13 from the fourth connecting bridge 14, and at the same time, the knife starting edge 6 makes the knife dividing teeth 2133 more easily separate the connecting bridge 1. In the process of separating the third connecting bridge 13 from the fourth connecting bridge 14, the firmness of the first connecting piece and the connecting bridge 1 is further ensured.
In this embodiment, when the position of the first suturing member 2 needs to be changed after the first suturing member 2 is fixed to the connecting bridge 1, the user only needs to pull the third connecting bridge 13 and the fourth connecting bridge 14 outwards, so that the first latch 2131 is separated from the third sliding tooth 43, and the second latch 2132 is separated from the fourth sliding tooth 44, so as to achieve the purpose of separating the first suturing member 2 from the connecting bridge 1.
As shown in fig. 10, in this embodiment, the second guide channel 24 is an "eight" shaped channel, and the central lines of the second guide channel 24 and the third non-return latch 213 coincide, and the "eight" shaped channel can ensure that after the third non-return latch 213 separates the third connecting bridge 13 and the fourth connecting bridge 14, the third connecting bridge 13 and the fourth connecting bridge 14 can be separated along the channel walls corresponding to the "eight" shaped channel, respectively, so as to ensure that the third connecting bridge 13 and the fourth connecting bridge 14 can be separated orderly and stably under the action of the knife splitting teeth 2133, which is smart in design, reasonable in structure, and further improves the functionality of the wound closure device.
Example two
As shown in fig. 11, the present embodiment further provides another wound suturing device, which includes a connecting bridge 1, and a first suturing member 2 and a second suturing member 3 for suturing a wound, wherein the connecting bridge 1 is provided with a row of teeth 4 having the same tooth top direction, and the row of teeth 4 is arranged along the length direction of the connecting bridge 1.
First seam piece 2 and second seam piece 3 all set firmly a plurality of row's of being used for suturing up wound nail 5.
Still all be equipped with hasp piece 21 on first seam piece 2 and the second seam piece 3, and both homoenergetic can slide along connecting bridge 1, and at the slip in-process, hasp piece 21 can with smooth tooth joint.
The wound closing device of this embodiment has the same advantages as those of the wound closing device described above, and will not be described herein again. Wherein, this wound stitching instrument includes connecting bridge 1 and the first suturing member 2 and the second suturing member 3 that are used for the wound to sew up, and first suturing member 2 and second suturing member 3 all with connecting bridge 1 sliding connection. When carrying out the wound and sew up, move first seam piece 2 and second seam piece 3 in opposite directions simultaneously, owing to remove first seam piece 2 and second seam piece 3 simultaneously and make the wound fold the back, connect bridge 1 and expose in the size of first connecting piece and second connecting piece shorter, consequently prevented to connect bridge 1 and exposed the longer condition that causes the wounded's inconvenient activity of end, further improved the characteristics of practicality and functionality.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, in the present embodiment, the strip nails 5 may be straight strip nails 5 or "J" shaped strip nails 5, when the strip nails 5 are straight strip nails 5, the strip nails 5 are disposed obliquely to the moving direction of the first suturing member 2, the oblique angle is 10 degrees, because the strip nails 5 have the oblique angle of 10 degrees, after the wound is closed, the surface is naturally raised and does not sink inward, so that the skin tissue on the surface of the wound is smooth, and the wound healing scar is further shallow; when the J-shaped row nail 5 is used, the first stitching piece 2 and/or the second stitching piece 3 can be separated from the connecting bridge 1, the skin tissues on two sides of a wound can be hooked by the J-shaped row nail 5 respectively, then the first stitching piece 2 and/or the second stitching piece 3 are moved, and the J-shaped row nail 5 has the characteristics of firm stitching and difficult falling. In practical use, the wounded or medical staff can select to use the wound suturing device with different types of row nails 5 according to the actual condition of the wound.
As shown in fig. 11, in particular, the connecting bridge 1 includes a baffle 17, and a fifth connecting bridge 15 and a sixth connecting bridge 16 fixed on two sides of the baffle 17.
The row of teeth 4 comprises a fifth sliding tooth 45 and a sixth sliding tooth 46 which are positioned on the same horizontal plane, the fifth sliding tooth 45 is positioned on the fifth connecting bridge 15, and the sixth sliding tooth 46 is positioned on the sixth connecting bridge 16.
In the present embodiment, the position of the baffle 17 is the maximum distance position where the first suture member 2 and the second suture member 3 slide, which can prevent the first suture member 2 and the second suture member 3 from crossing the axis of the wound when sliding, and can prevent skin tissue from being pulled. The fifth sliding tooth 45 and the sixth sliding tooth 46 are both located on the same horizontal plane, so that the first stitching piece 2 and the fifth connecting bridge 15 can be conveniently fixed, and the second stitching piece 3 and the sixth connecting bridge 16 can be conveniently fixed.
As shown in fig. 14, the first suture 2 and the second suture 3 each include a third suture body 27 provided with a third guide channel 26, and the fifth connecting bridge 15 and the sixth connecting bridge 16 are each slidably connected to the third guide channel 26.
The locking piece 21 comprises a fourth non-return latch 214, the inner wall of the third suture body 27 protrudes outwards to form the fourth non-return latch 214, and the fifth sliding tooth 45 and/or the sixth sliding tooth 46 can be clamped with the fourth non-return latch 214 during the sliding process of the third suture.
In this embodiment, the third guiding channel 26 can ensure that the third suturing member 27 slides along the length direction of the connecting bridge 1, and the sliding track does not deviate from the connecting bridge 1, meanwhile, the locking member 21 comprises a fourth non-return latch 214, in the sliding process of the third suturing member 27, the fourth non-return latch 214 can always correspond to the fifth latch 45 and the sixth latch 46 in a clamping manner, and the fourth non-return latch 214 ensures that the first suturing member 2 and the second suturing member 3 can be firmly and stably connected with the connecting bridge 1, so that the practicability and functionality of the wound suturing device are further improved.

Claims (2)

1. The wound suturing device is characterized by comprising a connecting bridge (1), a first suturing piece (2) and a second suturing piece (3) which are used for suturing a wound, wherein the second suturing piece (3) is fixedly arranged on the connecting bridge (1), row teeth (4) with the same tooth top direction are arranged on the connecting bridge (1), and the row teeth (4) are arranged along the length direction of the connecting bridge (1);
the first stitching piece (2) and the second stitching piece (3) are fixedly provided with a plurality of row nails (5) for stitching wounds;
the first stitching piece (2) is further provided with a locking piece (21), the first stitching piece (2) is connected with the connecting bridge (1) in a sliding mode, and the locking piece (21) can be clamped with the row teeth (4) in the sliding process of the first stitching piece (2);
the row of teeth (4) comprise a third sliding tooth (43) and a fourth sliding tooth (44) which are oppositely arranged and are matched and connected with each other;
the connecting bridge (1) comprises a third connecting bridge (13) and a fourth connecting bridge (14), the inner wall of the third connecting bridge (13) is provided with the third sliding tooth (43), and the inner wall of the fourth connecting bridge (14) is provided with the fourth sliding tooth (44);
one end of each of the third connecting bridge (13) and the fourth connecting bridge (14) is fixedly connected with the second stitching piece (3), and when the third connecting bridge (13) and the fourth connecting bridge (14) are closed tightly, the other end of each of the third connecting bridge (13) and the fourth connecting bridge (14) forms an inverted V-shaped knife opening (6);
the locking piece (21) comprises a third non-return latch (213), the first stitching piece (2) comprises a second stitching piece body (25) provided with a second guide channel (24), and the third non-return latch (213) is fixedly arranged on the second stitching piece body (25);
the third non-return latch (213) and the second guide channel (24) are sequentially arranged along the sewing direction, the third connecting bridge (13) and the fourth connecting bridge (14) are both in sliding connection with the second guide channel (24), in the sliding process of the second sewing piece body (25), the third non-return latch (213) can separate the third connecting bridge (13) from the fourth connecting bridge (14), and the third sliding tooth (43) and the fourth sliding tooth (44) can be clamped with the third non-return latch (213);
the third non-return latch (213) comprises a first latch (2131) for latching with the third sliding tooth (43), a second latch (2132) for latching with the fourth sliding tooth (44), and a cutter separating tooth (2133) for separating the third connecting bridge (13) from the fourth connecting bridge (14) along the start edge (6);
the third sliding tooth (43) is in one-way clamping connection with the first clamping tooth (2131), and the fourth sliding tooth (44) is in one-way clamping connection with the second clamping tooth (2132).
2. The wound stapler of claim 1, wherein the second guide channel (24) is a splayed channel and the second guide channel (24) coincides with a midline of the third anti-backup tooth (213).
