Abstract

本发明提供一种旋转速度控制装置,离心组件设在连接组件上,连杆组件与离心组件连接,连杆组件与电磁感应组件的动感应磁圈连接,动感应磁圈与电磁感应组件的固定感应磁圈构成感应磁圈,固定感应磁圈与电源连接,动感应磁圈与信号处理器连接,本发明提供的一种旋转速度控制装置,采用机械结构进行设计,保证了速度检测与控制的可靠性,利用偏心爪的离心力,并将离心力通过连杆组件进行放大,转换为电磁感应,通过电磁感应的两个磁感应线圈的距离实现对转速的检测与控制,本发明的偏心爪采用中空结构,并辅助以离心端高密度球,可以提高速度变化下的离心力的体现,本发明结构新颖,合理,非常适合环境恶劣的条件下的旋转速度的检测与控制。

一种旋转速度控制装置
技术领域
本发明涉及机械设计与机械检测控制技术领域,具体为一种旋转速度控制装置,属于机械设计与自动化技术领域。
背景技术
在机械领域,对于旋转轴来说,一般采用电机进行驱动旋转,在旋转过程中,一般需要对转速进行检测与控制,以防止出现过高速度即过载的现象。虽然目前出现了比如编码器、光学测量等实现转速的检测与控制的装置,但是,这些装置一般安装起来比较麻烦,而且,不适合环境恶劣的条件下使用,而目前简单的磁电式转速传感器虽然在汽车等领域应用也较多,但是,转速的检测精度与效果并不十分可靠。
基于以上技术问题,本发明提供了一种旋转速度控制装置,本发明采用机械式结构,可以有效的保证旋转速度的检测与控制,提高检测精度,防止旋转轴的过高速度的过载运行。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构和使用简单、合理,提高检测精度,防止旋转轴的过高速度的过载运行的一种旋转速度控制装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种旋转速度控制装置,其特征在于,其特征在于,其包括与待控制旋转轴连接的连接组件以及设置在外固定保护罩内的离心组件、连杆组件和电磁感应组件,其中,所述的离心组件设置在所述的连接组件上,所述的连杆组件与所述的离心组件连接,所述连杆组件与电磁感应组件的动感应磁圈连接,所述的动感应磁圈与电磁感应组件的固定感应磁圈构成感应磁圈,所述固定感应磁圈与电源连接,所述的动感应磁圈与信号处理器连接,所述的信号处理器用于对速度的检测与控制。
进一步,作为优选,所述的连接组件包括连接轴、连接轴座、驱动转轴、轴承座和偏心爪铰接座,其中,所述轴承座固定在外固定保护罩上,所述的驱动转轴采用轴承支撑在所述轴承座内,所述驱动转轴的外端通过所述的连接轴座与所述连接轴连接,所述的连接轴采用联轴器与待控制旋转轴连接,所述的轴承座的内端一体固定设置有偏心爪铰接座,所述偏心爪铰接座为锥形结构。
进一步,作为优选,所述离心组件包括偏心爪一和偏心爪二,其中,所述的偏心爪一的一端和偏心爪二的一端均铰接设置在所述的偏心爪铰接座的小锥端,且所述的偏心爪一与偏心爪二对称设置,所述偏心爪一和偏心爪二结构相同,所述的偏心爪一与偏心爪二的与偏心爪铰接座连接的一端均为中空结构,且远离偏心爪铰接座的一端为偏心端,偏心端的内部填充设有高密度球,所述的高密度球的材质的密度至少是偏心爪材质密度的2倍。
进一步,作为优选,所述连杆组件包括连接杆一、连接杆二、弹簧和滑杆,其中,所述的连接杆一的一端采用球铰铰接设置在所述偏心爪一上,所述的连接杆二的一端采用球铰铰接设置在所述偏心爪二上,所述的连接杆一的另一端与所述的连接杆二的另一端采用万向铰接球铰接设置,所述的连接杆一与所述的连接杆二的形状与大小完全相同,所述的万向铰接球上还连接设置有滑杆,所述的滑杆的端部固定连接在动感应磁圈上,所述的万向铰接球与所述的偏心爪铰接座之间还连接有所述弹簧。
进一步,作为优选,所述动感应磁圈的两端设置有滑座,所述的滑座与设置在外固定保护罩上的滑轨配合滑动。
进一步,作为优选,所述的动感应磁圈采用磁圈连接座与信号处理器连接,所述固定感应磁圈采用磁圈连接座与电源上的插座连接,所述的磁圈连接座包括座壳、密封胶、内座、插接头和外座,其中,所述的座壳的一端内部采用密封胶固定设置有铁芯,所述铁芯上缠绕设置有感应线圈,所述的感应线圈上的接头通过电线与插接头连接,所述的插接头的内端固定在所述的内座上,所述的插接头的中上部固定在所述外座上,所述的内座与外座均设置在所述座壳内,所述的座壳与外座之间均填充满所述的密封胶。
进一步,作为优选,所述的外固定保护罩的外端还通过罩固定座对所述的外固定保护罩进行固定。
进一步,作为优选,所述的外固定保护罩的内壁上还固定设置有过载限位座,所述的过载限位座的端部设置有过载限位开关,所述的过载限位开关与所述的偏心爪一、偏心爪二的位置对应设置,以便防止偏心爪一与偏心爪二的旋转速度过大导致的离心力过载,所述的过载限位开关与待控制旋转轴的驱动器连接。
进一步,作为优选,该控制装置除动感应磁圈和固定感应磁圈外均采用非磁性材料制成,且所述的外固定保护罩的内壁上设置有屏蔽层。
本发明的有益效果在于:

其中,所述的连接组件包括连接轴1、连接轴座2、驱动转轴3、轴承座4和偏心爪铰接座5,其中,所述轴承座4固定在外固定保护罩7上,所述的驱动转轴3采用轴承支撑在所述轴承座内,所述驱动转轴3的外端通过所述的连接轴座2与所述连接轴1连接,所述的连接轴1采用联轴器与待控制旋转轴连接,所述的轴承座的内端一体固定设置有偏心爪铰接座5,所述偏心爪铰接座5为锥形结构。所述离心组件包括偏心爪一6和偏心爪二19,其中,所述的偏心爪一6的一端和偏心爪二19的一端均铰接设置在所述的偏心爪铰接座5的小锥端,且所述的偏心爪一6与偏心爪二19对称设置,所述偏心爪一6和偏心爪二19结构相同,所述的偏心爪一与偏心爪二的与偏心爪铰接座连接的一端均为中空结构31,且远离偏心爪铰接座的一端为偏心端,偏心端的内部填充设有高密度球32,所述的高密度球的材质的密度至少是偏心爪材质密度的2倍。
另外,所述连杆组件包括连接杆一9、连接杆二10、弹簧11和滑杆12,其中,所述的连接杆一9的一端采用球铰33铰接设置在所述偏心爪一6上,所述的连接杆二10的一端采用球铰33铰接设置在所述偏心爪二19上,所述的连接杆一9的另一端与所述的连接杆二10的另一端采用万向铰接球铰接设置,所述的连接杆一与所述的连接杆二的形状与大小完全相同,所述的万向铰接球上还连接设置有滑杆12,所述的滑杆12的端部固定连接在动感应磁圈13上,所述的万向铰接球与所述的偏心爪铰接座之间还连接有所述弹簧11。
为了保证滑动的准确性和灵活性,所述动感应磁圈的两端设置有滑座,所述的滑座与设置在外固定保护罩上的滑轨配合滑动。
为了便于模块化连接设计,所述的动感应磁圈采用磁圈连接座18与信号处理器连接,所述固定感应磁圈采用磁圈连接座18与电源上的插座连接,所述的磁圈连接座包括座壳23、密封胶27、内座28、插接头29和外座30,其中,所述的座壳23的一端内部采用密封胶固定设置有铁芯24,所述铁芯24上缠绕设置有感应线圈25,所述的感应线圈25上的接头通过电线26与插接头29连接,所述的插接头29的内端固定在所述的内座28上,所述的插接头的中上部固定在所述外座30上,所述的内座28与外座30均设置在所述座壳23内,所述的座壳23与外座之间均填充满所述的密封胶27。
此外,所述的外固定保护罩的外端还通过罩固定座8对所述的外固定保护罩进行固定。所述的外固定保护罩的内壁上还固定设置有过载限位座21,所述的过载限位座21的端部设置有过载限位开关20,所述的过载限位开关与所述的偏心爪一、偏心爪二的位置对应设置,以便防止偏心爪一与偏心爪二的旋转速度过大导致的离心力过载,所述的过载限位开关与待控制旋转轴的驱动器连接。该控制装置除动感应磁圈和固定感应磁圈外均采用非磁性材料制成,且所述的外固定保护罩的内壁上设置有屏蔽层。

1.一种旋转速度控制装置,其特征在于,其包括与待控制旋转轴连接的连接组件以及设置在外固定保护罩内的离心组件、连杆组件和电磁感应组件,其中,所述的离心组件设置在所述的连接组件上,所述的连杆组件与所述的离心组件连接,所述连杆组件与电磁感应组件的动感应磁圈连接,所述的动感应磁圈与电磁感应组件的固定感应磁圈构成感应磁圈,所述固定感应磁圈与电源连接,所述的动感应磁圈与信号处理器连接,所述的信号处理器用于对速度的检测与控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转速度控制装置,其特征在于,所述的连接组件包括连接轴、连接轴座、驱动转轴、轴承座和偏心爪铰接座,其中,所述轴承座固定在外固定保护罩上,所述的驱动转轴采用轴承支撑在所述轴承座内,所述驱动转轴的外端通过所述的连接轴座与所述连接轴连接,所述的连接轴采用联轴器与待控制旋转轴连接,所述的轴承座的内端一体固定设置有偏心爪铰接座,所述偏心爪铰接座为锥形结构。
