Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
In order to reduce the waste paper money and improve the use efficiency of the paper money, the embodiment of the invention provides a control method and a control device for reducing the waste paper money, wherein whether the paper money in the transaction is the concealed paper money is mainly analyzed, specifically, whether the paper money is the concealed paper money is analyzed according to the detection information of the paper money by acquiring the detection information of the paper money, and under the condition that the paper money is the concealed paper money, the paper money which is the concealed paper money is directly recycled without error reporting processing, so that the condition that all the paper money in the transaction process needs to be recycled due to error reporting of equipment can be avoided, the waste paper money can be effectively reduced, and the use efficiency of the paper money can be improved.
To specifically describe the above control method and apparatus for reducing the amount of waste paper money, the following detailed description is made with reference to specific embodiments:
the first embodiment is as follows:
fig. 1 shows a flow schematic of a control method for reducing the amount of the waste paper money according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and for convenience of description, only the parts related to this embodiment are shown, and the details are as follows:
in step S101, detection information of the bill is acquired.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining detection information of paper money, detecting whether the paper money passes through the position of a sensor or not by obtaining sensing states of a plurality of sensors in a paper money transmission path, wherein the sensor can be an infrared correlation sensor, if the paper money passes through the infrared correlation sensor, the infrared correlation sensor can send out a trigger level signal, and the detection information of the paper money is formed by obtaining the sensing states of all the infrared correlation sensors in equipment. The banknote transmission path refers to each channel, each banknote box and each module through which banknotes sequentially pass when a withdrawal operation or a deposit operation is normally performed, the plurality of sensors are respectively distributed in each banknote box, each channel and the banknote detection module, and sensing states of the plurality of sensors in the banknote transmission path form detection information of the banknotes.
In step S102, whether the banknote is a hidden banknote is analyzed based on the detection information.
And analyzing whether the paper money is the accumulated paper money or not according to the detection information, wherein the situation that residual paper money exists in a transaction channel of the financial self-service transaction equipment due to the fault of the last transaction process is that the residual paper money is the accumulated paper money. According to the obtained detection information of the paper money, specifically, the obtained detection information of the paper money is the sensing states of a plurality of infrared correlation sensors in a paper money transmission path in the financial self-service transaction equipment, if the paper money passes through the infrared correlation sensors, the corresponding infrared correlation sensors have triggering states, and specifically, the infrared correlation sensors send triggering level signals.
If the infrared correlation sensor in the banknote transmission path is in an un-triggered state in the acquired detection information of the banknote, the banknote can be determined to be a hidden banknote if the banknote does not pass through the position of the infrared correlation sensor. If each infrared correlation sensor in the paper money transmission path has a trigger state in the acquired detection information of the paper money, namely a trigger level signal is sent, the paper money is the paper money in the normal transaction process and is not the paper money to be stored.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of infrared correlation sensors are respectively distributed in each banknote box, each channel and the banknote checking module, and are used for detecting whether a banknote passes through the banknote box, the channel and the banknote checking module, taking a banknote box B as an example of a withdrawal transaction, in a normal withdrawal transaction process, a banknote transmission path is as follows: the detection information of the paper money is that the infrared correlation sensor A, the infrared correlation sensor B, the infrared correlation sensor C and the infrared correlation sensor D all send trigger level signals when the paper money passes through, and at the moment, the detection information of the paper money is that the infrared correlation sensor A, the infrared correlation sensor B, the infrared correlation sensor C and the infrared correlation sensor D all have trigger states. If a hidden banknote exists in the F channel, the hidden banknote only passes through the F channel and the banknote checking module in the transmission process, so that the infrared correlation sensor A and the infrared correlation sensor B cannot send out trigger level signals, the detection information of the banknote is that the infrared correlation sensor A and the infrared correlation sensor B are in an unfired state, and the infrared correlation sensor C and the infrared correlation sensor D are in a triggered state. It should be noted that, because the money is withdrawn from the B bank note box, the paper money does not pass through the C bank note box port, and therefore the infrared correlation sensor E is not triggered, that is, is in an unfired state, but because the plurality of sensors in the paper money transmission path do not include the infrared correlation sensor E, when the detection information of the paper money is acquired, the sensing state of the infrared correlation sensor E is not acquired.
In step S103, if yes, the banknote for storing is collected, and the apparatus is controlled not to perform error reporting processing.
After the banknote is analyzed to be the concealed banknote according to the detection information of the banknote, the banknote which is the concealed banknote needs to be recycled, namely, the reverser is controlled to enable the banknote to enter the recycling unit, and error reporting processing is not performed by the control equipment. After the banknote is analyzed to be the concealed banknote, the banknote is not reported incorrectly, but the banknote is directly recycled, and then the recycled banknote is subjected to necessary recording, specifically, the recorded information can be the recycling time, the recycling reason and the like.
In step S104, if not, the banknote that is not the accumulated banknote is dispensed or inserted.
After the fact that the paper money is not stored is analyzed according to the detection information of the paper money, the paper money is discharged or fed, specifically, when a user withdraws money, the reverser is controlled to enable the paper money to enter the paper money storing and taking port, and when the user deposits the money, the paper money is controlled to enter the corresponding paper money box. Since the banknotes are not collected, the banknotes only need to be normally dispensed or fed, and this is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, the sensing states of the infrared correlation sensors in the paper money transmission path are obtained by obtaining the detection information of the paper money, if all the infrared correlation sensors have the trigger state, it is described that the paper money is normal transaction paper money, at this time, the paper money is output or input, if some infrared correlation sensors only have the non-trigger state, it is described that the paper money is hidden, at this time, the paper money is recycled, and the control device does not perform error reporting processing, so that the situation that all the paper money in the transaction process needs to be recycled due to the error reporting of the device can be avoided, and the waste paper money can be effectively reduced and the use efficiency of the paper money can be improved.
Example two:
referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a control method for reducing the amount of paper money waste according to another embodiment of the present invention, which only shows the relevant parts of the embodiment for convenience of description, and the following details are described below:
in step S301, whether the banknote is a counterfeit banknote is detected; if yes, the paper money which is the false paper money is recycled.
When the paper money passes through the paper money detecting module, the paper money detecting module can identify the paper money information such as the truth, the denomination and the like of the paper money, if the paper money is identified to be false, the paper money which is false is recycled, specifically, the paper money enters the recycling unit by controlling the commutator, and if the paper money is not false, the normal paper money outputting or feeding operation is carried out only after the paper money is determined not to be hidden.
In step S302, detection information of the banknote is acquired.
Specifically, step S302 includes the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that sensing states of a plurality of sensors in a paper money transmission path are obtained, when paper money passes through the sensors, the sensing states of the sensors are triggered, and when the paper money does not pass through the sensors, the sensing states of the sensors are not triggered;
the detection information of the paper money is formed according to the sensing states of the sensors.
The sensors are respectively distributed in the banknote boxes, the channels and the banknote checking module, and sensing states of the sensors in the banknote transmission path form detection information of the banknotes.
In step S303, whether the banknote is a hidden banknote is analyzed based on the detection information.
Specifically, the step S303 includes the following steps:
receiving detection information of paper money;
if the sensors in the paper money transmission path are all in a trigger state in the detection information of the paper money, determining that the paper money is not the hidden money;
if a plurality of sensors in the banknote transport path are not triggered in the banknote detection information, the banknote is determined to be a hidden banknote.
And analyzing whether the paper money is the concealed paper money or not according to the detection information, wherein the condition that the residual paper money exists in a transaction channel of the financial self-service transaction equipment due to the fault of the last transaction process needs to be explained, and the residual paper money is the concealed paper money.
According to the received detection information of the paper money, specifically, the received detection information of the paper money is the sensing states of a plurality of infrared correlation sensors in a paper money transmission path in the financial self-service transaction equipment, if the paper money passes through the infrared correlation sensors, the corresponding infrared correlation sensors have a triggering state, and specifically, the infrared correlation sensors send triggering level signals.
If the infrared opposite-emitting sensor in the paper money transmission path is only in an un-triggered state in the received detection information of the paper money, the paper money can be determined to be the hidden paper money if the paper money does not pass through the position of the infrared opposite-emitting sensor. If each infrared correlation sensor in the paper money transmission path is in a trigger state in the acquired detection information of the changed paper money, namely a trigger level signal is sent, the paper money is the paper money in the normal transaction process and is not the paper money to be stored.
If a hidden banknote exists in the channel F, the banknote only passes through the channel F and the banknote checking module in the transmission process, so that the infrared correlation sensor A and the infrared correlation sensor B cannot send out trigger level signals, the detection information of the banknote is that the infrared correlation sensor A and the infrared correlation sensor B are in an unfired state, and the infrared correlation sensor C and the infrared correlation sensor D are in a triggered state.
In step S304, if yes, the banknote for the banknote collection is collected, and the apparatus is controlled not to perform error reporting processing.
After the banknote is analyzed to be the concealed banknote according to the detection information of the banknote, the banknote which is the concealed banknote needs to be recycled, namely, the reverser is controlled to enable the banknote to enter the recycling unit, and error reporting processing is not performed by the control equipment. The banknote is not reported by mistake after being analyzed as the banknote is the banknote-storing banknote, but the banknote is directly recycled, and then necessary records are carried out on the recycled banknote, specifically, the record information can be the recycling time, the recycling reason and the like.
Further, in step S305, when the banknote to be the accumulated banknote or the banknote to be the counterfeit banknote is subjected to the recycling operation, the recycling information of the banknote to be the accumulated banknote or the banknote to be the counterfeit banknote is recorded, and the recycling information includes the recycling time and the recycling reason.
It should be noted that, the recorded recycling information is specifically recycling time and recycling reason, for example, when the banknote is a banknote, the banknote is recycled, the recorded recycling reason is that the banknote is a banknote, when the banknote is a counterfeit banknote, the banknote is also recycled, and the recorded recycling reason is that the banknote is a counterfeit banknote, and corresponding recycling information is recorded for different recycled banknotes, so that subsequent query and tracking can be facilitated.
In step S206, if not, the banknote that is not the accumulated banknote is dispensed or inserted.
In this embodiment, the sensing states of the infrared correlation sensors in the banknote transmission path are obtained by obtaining the detection information of the banknote, and if all the infrared correlation sensors are in the trigger state, the banknote is a normal transaction banknote, at this time, the paper money is processed with paper money outputting or feeding operation, if some infrared opposite-emitting sensors only exist in an un-triggered state, the paper money is judged to be the hidden paper money, at this time, the paper currency is recycled, the equipment is controlled not to be subjected to error reporting, the condition that all paper currencies in the transaction process need to be recycled due to error reporting of the equipment can be avoided, the waste paper currencies can be effectively reduced, the use efficiency of the paper currencies is improved, in addition, when the paper money is detected to be the counterfeit paper money, the paper money is also recycled, and when the paper money is recycled, corresponding recycling information of the recycled paper money is recorded, so that the subsequent processing of the paper money can be facilitated.
