Referring to fig. 2, in a first embodiment, the present invention provides an air purifying method of an air conditioning system, including:
step S1, if the air conditioning system starts an air purification mode, controlling a compressor, an air guide strip and an indoor motor of the air conditioning system to work according to a preset rule in an air guide swing period;
in this embodiment, the air purification mode of the air conditioning system may be triggered by a user pressing a button of a remote controller or triggered by a voice start command. The air purification mode is a specific operation mode of the air conditioning system, and is different from an air supply mode, a refrigeration mode, a heating mode, a dehumidification mode and the like of the air conditioning system.
In the air guide swing period of the air purification mode, the control of the air guide angle of the air guide strip of the air conditioning system and the control of the rotating speed of the indoor motor can be included, and of course, the control of the frequency of the compressor can also be included.
In the air guide swing period, the preset rule can be that the air guide angle, the indoor motor rotating speed and the compressor frequency are correspondingly adjusted according to different time periods in the air guide swing period. The air guide strip runs in a wind sweeping mode, the indoor motor runs in a mode of changing rotating speed, and the compressor runs at a constant frequency correspondingly in different time periods, and will be specifically described in detail hereinafter, which is not described herein any more. The wind guide swing period S includes a time t1 for the wind guide strip to turn from the maximum wind guide angle to the minimum wind guide angle, a time t2 for the wind guide strip to stay at the minimum wind guide angle, and a time t3 for the wind guide strip to turn from the minimum wind guide angle to the maximum wind guide angle, that is, S ═ t1+ t2+ t3 is a wind guide swing period; of course, in other embodiments, only the time t1 when the wind guide strip turns from the maximum wind guide angle to the minimum wind guide angle and the time t3 when the wind guide strip turns from the minimum wind guide angle to the maximum wind guide angle may be considered, that is, S ═ t1+ t3 is one wind guide oscillation period. The arrangement of the air guide swing period is to better deposit pollution sources in the air on a filter screen and an indoor heat exchanger of an air conditioning system.
Step S2, acquiring the continuous operation time of the air conditioning system in the air purification mode and the repetition times of the air guide swing period;
in this embodiment, after the air conditioning system starts the air purification mode, the continuous operation time can be detected in real time or at regular time, and the repetition times of the air guide swing period is accumulated. The accumulated number of times of the wind guide swinging period can be recorded as a swinging time period S1 at t1+ t2+ t3, and then repeated continuously, and recorded as swinging time periods S2 and S3 … … Sn, respectively.
And step S3, when the continuous operation time reaches a preset time and the repetition times reaches a preset number, controlling the air conditioning system to exit the air purification mode.
In this embodiment, when the continuous operation time t4 of the air conditioning system operating the air purification mode reaches a preset time tstop, that is, t4 is greater than or equal to tstop, and the repetition frequency Sn reaches a preset frequency Sstop, that is, Sn is greater than or equal to Sstop, the air conditioning system is controlled to exit the air purification mode. Wherein, the values of tstop and Sstop can be as follows: tstop is 30min to 360min, and Sstop is S1500. Of course, in other embodiments, the specific values may be set reasonably according to actual needs.
The air purification method of the air conditioning system provided by the invention comprises the steps of controlling a compressor, an air guide strip and an indoor motor of the air conditioning system to work according to a preset rule in an air guide swing period if the air conditioning system starts an air purification mode when the air conditioning system runs in a refrigeration mode or a dehumidification mode, then obtaining the continuous running time of the air conditioning system running in the air purification mode and the repetition times of the air guide swing period, and finally controlling the air conditioning system to exit the air purification mode when the continuous running time reaches the preset time and the repetition times reach the preset times. Like this, can improve indoor air quality through the control to compressor, indoor motor and wind-guiding strip when air conditioning system operation air purification mode to improve user's comfort.
In a second embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the step of controlling the air guide bar of the air conditioning system and the indoor motor to operate according to a preset rule in an air guide swing cycle in step S1 includes:
step S11, controlling the air guide strip to sweep from the maximum wind sweeping angle to the minimum wind sweeping angle in the first time period of the air guide swing period;
step S12, correspondingly adjusting the rotating speed of the indoor motor according to the size of the wind sweeping angle;
and step S13, controlling the compressor to operate at a first constant frequency.
In this embodiment, the first time period t1 of the wind guide swing period may take the following values: t1 is more than 0 and less than or equal to 3min, and the indoor motor can be controlled by N-gear (N is 2-5) rotating speed within the wind guide strip wind sweeping angle range limited by the air purification mode according to different wind guide strip wind sweeping angles.
Wherein, the rotating speed control of the indoor motor can follow the following rules: when the swing angle of the air guide strip is A more than or equal to X1u more than or equal to C, wherein C is more than or equal to B, the indoor motor is controlled at the rotating speed N1 u; when the swing angle of the air guide strips is more than C and more than X2u and more than or equal to D, wherein D is more than or equal to B, the indoor motor is controlled at the rotating speed N2u, and the like. In the range from an air guide strip wind sweeping angle A (A can take any value of 40-80 degrees) to B (B can take any value of 30-65 degrees) defined by an air purification mode, a plurality of angles (30-80 degrees, namely A takes 80 degrees and B takes 30 degrees) of X1u, X2u and X3u … … Xnu can be divided, wherein X1u, X2u and X3u … … Xnu are not less than B, and an indoor motor is controlled by a plurality of rotating speeds (300-800 rpm) of N1u, N2u and N3u … … Nnu. It is understood that the trend of the regulation of the rotation speed of the indoor motor is from large to small. In other embodiments, the rotation speed of the indoor motor may be correspondingly adjusted from large to small according to the swing angle of the air guide strip from large to small, that is, the range interval of the air guide angle is not considered, but each different wind sweeping angle corresponds to a different rotation speed of the indoor motor. It should be understood that the specific values of the above parameters are only used for facilitating understanding and are not used for limiting.
In addition, in the first time period of the wind guide swing period, the compressor operates at a first constant frequency f1, such as 30 Hz-60 Hz. It should be understood that the compressor is operated at the first constant frequency, and is not limited to the specific location of this step, and may be before steps S11, S12, after steps S11, S12, or between steps S11, S12.
In a third embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the step of controlling the air guide bar of the air conditioning system and the indoor motor to operate according to a preset rule in an air guide swing cycle in step S1 includes:
step S14, in a second time period of the wind guide swing cycle, acquiring the last rotating speed of the indoor motor in the first time period;
step S15, controlling the air guide strip to keep at the minimum wind sweeping angle, and controlling the indoor motor to operate at the last rotating speed;
and step S16, controlling the compressor to operate at a second constant frequency.
In this embodiment, in the second time period t2 of the wind guide swing cycle, the last rotation speed of the indoor motor in the first time period t1 is obtained. Then, when the wind guide strip reaches the minimum angle of the wind sweeping angles defined by the air purification mode, controlling the wind guide strip to be kept at the minimum wind sweeping angle, and staying for a preset time t2, wherein the values can be as follows: the rotating speed of the indoor motor can be controlled according to the following rule within the second time period t2 when t2 is more than 0 and less than or equal to 3 min: the last motor speed Nnu in the first time period t1 is taken as a control speed and lasts for a time period t 2.
In addition, during a second time period of the wind guide swing period, the compressor is operated at a second constant frequency f 2. Wherein f2 is k f1, and k is 1.0-1.3. In this embodiment, if the air conditioning system operates in the cooling or dehumidifying mode, the second constant frequency greater than the first constant frequency may be set, so that the air conditioning system generates relatively more condensed water under the conditions of the minimum wind sweeping angle and the minimum rotating speed of the indoor motor, so as to make the pollution source flow out of the air conditioning system through the condensed water. It should be understood that the specific values of the above parameters are only used for facilitating understanding and are not used for limiting.
It should be understood that the compressor is operated at the second constant frequency, and is not limited to the specific location of this step, and may be before steps S14, S15, after steps S14, S15, or between steps S14, S15.
In a fourth embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the step of controlling the air guide bar of the air conditioning system and the indoor motor to operate according to a preset rule in an air guide swing cycle in step S1 includes:
step S17, controlling the air guide strip to sweep from the minimum sweeping angle to the maximum sweeping angle in a third time period of the air guide swing period;
step S18, correspondingly adjusting the rotating speed of the indoor motor according to the size of the wind sweeping angle;
and step S19, controlling the compressor to operate at a first constant frequency.
In this embodiment, the third time period t3 of the wind guide swing cycle may take the following values: t3 is more than 0 and less than or equal to 3min, and the indoor motor can be controlled by N-gear (N is 2-5) rotating speed according to different wind sweeping angles of the wind guide strips within the wind sweeping angle range of the wind guide strips limited by the air purification mode.
Wherein, the rotating speed control of the indoor motor can follow the following rules: when the swing angle of the air guide strip is more than or equal to B and less than or equal to X1D and less than or equal to D, wherein D is less than A, the indoor motor is controlled at the rotating speed N1D; when the swing angle of the air guide strip is more than D and less than X2D and less than or equal to C, wherein C is less than A, the indoor motor is controlled at a rotating speed N2D, and the like. In the range from a wind sweeping angle B (B can take any value of 30-65 degrees) to A (A can take any value of 40-80 degrees) of the wind guide strip defined by the air purification mode, a plurality of angles (30-80 degrees, namely A takes 80 degrees and B takes 30 degrees) of X1d, X2d and X3d … … Xnd can be divided, wherein X1d, X2d and X3d … … Xnd are less than A, and the indoor motor is controlled by a plurality of rotating speeds (300-800 rpm) of N1d, N2d and N3d … … Nnd. It is understood that the trend of the regulation of the rotation speed of the indoor motor is from small to large. In other embodiments, the rotation speed of the indoor motor may be correspondingly adjusted from small to large according to the swing angle of the air guide strip from small to large, that is, a range interval of the air guide angle is not considered, and each different wind sweeping angle corresponds to a different rotation speed of the indoor motor.
In addition, in the third time period of the wind guide swing period, the compressor operates at the first constant frequency f1, such as 30 Hz-60 Hz. It should be understood that the compressor is operated at the first constant frequency, and is not limited to the specific location of this step, and may be before steps S17, S18, after steps S17, S18, or between steps S17, S18.
It should be understood that the specific values of the above parameters are only used for facilitating understanding and are not used for limiting.
Referring to fig. 6, on the basis of the second or fourth embodiment, the step S12 or step S18 includes:
step S121, obtaining an angle interval where the current wind sweeping angle is located;
in this embodiment, the manner of correspondingly adjusting the rotation speed of the indoor motor in the first time period of the air guide swing cycle and the third time period of the air guide swing cycle is basically the same, and the first time period is taken as an example to be described below:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining a current wind sweeping angle, determining an angle interval where the current wind sweeping angle is located, wherein the angle interval can be set to be multiple, for example, A is larger than or equal to X1u, larger than or equal to C, C, X2u, larger than or equal to D, D, larger than or equal to X3u and larger than or equal to E, and the like until N is larger than Xn u, and larger than or equal to B. Wherein A > C > D > E > N > B.
Step S122, acquiring a rotating speed gear corresponding to the angle interval according to the angle interval;
and S123, controlling the indoor motor to operate in the acquired speed gear.
In this embodiment, different angle intervals correspond to have different rotational speed gears, if:
when the wind sweeping angle is in an angle interval of A being more than or equal to X1u being more than or equal to C, the rotating speed gear of the corresponding indoor motor is N1 u;
when the wind sweeping angle is in an angle interval of C > X2u ≥ D, the corresponding rotating speed gear of the indoor motor is N2 u;
when the wind sweeping angle is within an angle interval of D & gt X3u & gt E, the rotating speed gear of the corresponding indoor motor is N3u and the like;
when the wind sweeping angle is in an angle interval of N & gt Xnu & gt B, the corresponding rotating speed gear of the indoor motor is Nnu.
And when the rotating speed gear corresponding to the angle interval is acquired according to the angle interval, controlling the indoor motor to operate at the acquired rotating speed gear.
In the fifth embodiment, referring to fig. 7, on the basis of the first embodiment, the step S1 may be replaced with:
and step S4, when the air conditioning system starts an air purification mode, if the current operation mode of the air conditioning system is a refrigeration mode or a dehumidification mode, controlling a compressor, an air guide strip and an indoor motor of the air conditioning system to work according to a preset rule in an air guide swing period.
The present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that since condensed water is generated at an indoor side of the air conditioning system when the air conditioning system operates in the cooling mode or the dehumidifying mode, a pollution source deposited on an indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioning system in the air can be introduced into the water receiving tank by using the condensed water and discharged out of the air conditioning system through the drain pipe, so that the air in the room can be purified, thereby improving the comfort of a user.
