Abstract
本发明涉及一种用中草药配制的治疗癌性疼痛和手术后切口痛的外用药袋及该药袋的制作方法。该药袋所包含的药物有半枝莲9-25%、莪术3-12%、丹参4-12%、党参5-13%、当归7-15%、白术6-16%、生地4-14%、陈皮3-12%，以重量计。使用时将该药袋放置在脐部，使药气通过神阙穴进入人体，到达患病部位，以达到活血化瘀、散结通滞、益气养血、治疗患者疼痛的目的。
Description
本发明涉及一种用中草药配制的治疗癌性疼痛及手术后切口痛的外用药袋。
癌性疼痛及手术后切口痛在中医上都属于“瘀症”范围，其原因多为正气不足，气虚则推动血流能力减弱，或阴血亏虚则血脉不充，血行不畅，导致瘀血，继而产生疼痛。特别是手术切口，将损伤脉络，使气血运行受阻，发生瘀血，产生切口疼痛。在临床上癌性疼痛和手术后切口痛极为常见，疼痛的本身不仅给患者本人带为肉体上的痛苦，而且对周围的人，特别是患者的家属也带来精神上的痛苦，临床上治疗这两种疼痛的方法主要有两种，一种是给患者注射或口服镇痛的西药，以缓解患者的疼痛，但是由于镇痛西药的毒副作用比较大，它将会给患者的身体带来一定的危害。另一种是给患者服用中药汤剂，这种方法虽然也有一定的效果，但它费时费力，而且使患者难免产生口苦恶心，增加新的精神压力。
本发明的目的在于提供一种用中医脐疗的方法治疗癌性疼痛和手术后切口痛的复方中药袋及该中药袋的制作方法。
在祖国医学中，中医脐疗方法属内病外治方法，脐中的穴位是神阙穴，该穴是任脉的要穴，与脏腑经络有密切的联系。在神阙穴进行药物施治，通过俞穴经络可以使药物达到病处，起到活血化瘀、散结通滞、益气养血的作用，对疾病具有良好地治疗效果。根据上述治疗机理及多年的临床实践经验，精心地筛选出下列药物的配方对治疗癌性疼痛及手术后切口痛有独特的疗效。这些药物有半枝莲、莪术、丹参、党参、当归、白术、生地和陈皮。将上述药物粉碎、混合、放置一定时间后，取出一定的剂量用常规的方法固定于脐部，就可以达到治疗癌性疼痛及手术后切口痛的功效。上述药物的最佳配比为：以重量百分比计，半枝莲9-25％、莪术3-12％、丹参4-12％、党参5-13％、当归7-15％、白术6-16％、生地4-14％、陈皮3-12％。上述药物所用剂量为每次20-100克。
本发明所使用的中药剂量和配伍，符合中医理论和中华人民共和国药典的要求。该药物能产生一种持续的药气，通过神阙穴、经络进入人体，到达患病的部位，起到活血化瘀、益气养血、散结通滞的作用。能有效地治疗患者的癌性疼痛和手术后切口的疼痛。经动物试验表明，本药物有良好的镇痛效果，且对人体无毒副作用。
本药袋的制作方法为：按照配方的要求选取纯净、干燥、优质的中药材按剂量进行配比并进行粉碎，使被粉碎的中药材全部通过80目的筛孔，并且混合均匀。将混合好的药粉装人瓷罐中加盖密封，在阴凉干燥处放置20天以上，使各种中药之间互相渗透，以促进其疗效，达到有效药物的协同作用。取出该药后装入布袋内作为药芯，每个药芯中药粉的重量应在20--100克的范围内，以保证药芯有良好的治疗效果。然后将药芯固定于腰带的外带，最后密封在塑料袋中备用。使用时打开密封的塑料袋，将本腰带有药芯的一面朝向皮肤，药芯对准肚脐(神阙穴)，束紧腰带，每半个月更换一次药芯。
本药袋制作方法简单，便于患者自行治疗，经临床试验证明，本药芯治疗癌性疼痛和手术后切口痛的有效率达96.7％。

1、一种用于治疗癌性疼痛、手术后切口痛的外用药袋，其特征在于：它的药物组成如下：以重量百分比计，半枝莲9-25％、莪术3-12％、丹参4-12％、党参5-13％、当归7-15％、白术6-16％、生地4-14％、陈皮3-12％。
2、根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗癌性疼痛、手术后切口痛的外用药袋的制作方法，其特征在于：将选取的中药粉碎后全部通过80目的筛孔，再将药粉混合均匀，装人瓷罐加盖密封后在阴凉干燥处理放置20天以上，取出装入布袋中作为药芯，再将药芯固定在腰带的外带，最后密封在塑料袋中备用。
